Hi lovelies, I hope you’ve all had a wonderful start to 2023.

I wanted to begin this year of The Soul Frequency with a story from my own life and, in doing so, share the lessons this experience taught me.

I start the episode chatting about all about inspiration and how to grasp it before diving into some reflections on my health at this time last year. I begin this story by discussing authenticity through a scheduled Instagram post that went out while I was in the hospital. Then I talk about what happened to me and how almost dying taught me a new way of life. This episode is all about setting intentions and allowing the universe to guide you.
