Welcome back to season four! A fully audio-landscaped version of the Death's Left Hand novel series by Gwydion Royce. Seasons one and two cover the Iron-Forge Crossroads duet, the third season continues the story with Coiled Phantoms: Exuvia, and now the fourth season brings to life Coiled Phantoms: Kairos. It's a year after the events of Iron-Forge Crossroads revealed the Strangefells to humankind and Evyn & Co. must navigate this new world as everyone comes to terms with the new reality. Things aren't looking great, her friends are lost or scattered, and tensions are ready to boil over with the mortals...
Each episode is richly landscaped with music and effects so you can immerse yourself fully in the experience. Headphones are recommended and the story should be listened to in order all the way from season one, episode one. One chapter released per week!

I should have given them what they wanted. Instead they broke my life apart, stripping away the only good I had left in it. My team, Tristan, now Adrian? And no matter how hard I look, there’s little hope to finding my familiar. Now that war is on the horizon, hope in general is almost impossible to grasp.
And the darkness only grows.
The Council has let all my preparations for a moment just like this one fall to the wayside, in their overconfidence or - more likely - their arrogance. Our forces are limited and there are rumors of the humans having superior weapons that could cause real damage to us.
And worst of all, to me anyway, the things I’m learning about Tristan tell me I never really knew the man I fell in love with.
I’ve never felt more alone and I know the cost will be heavy if I give them what they’re after. But maybe those monsters will take this burden from me and leave like they promised. Maybe it won’t be so bad.
Maybe...it’s for the best.
