Claudia Oshry
Good morning, girlies. It's the Toast.
Jackie Oshry
It's Jackson Claude, and we're your host.
Claudia Oshry
It's your favorite show.
Jackie Oshry
The best five things you need to know.
Claudia Oshry
We'll start your day off. Swirly. It's the Toast.
Jackie Oshry
I sound amazing.
Claudia Oshry
Welcome back to the Toast and happy Thursday. That actually. I don't know what it feels like, but it doesn't feel like. I know it's technically, like, a Friday for you.
Jackie Oshry
It's a Friday for me. It feels like the last day of camp. I'll see you next summer. I'm counting the days.
Claudia Oshry
We've been living 10 months for two.
Jackie Oshry
And we're gonna be living 10 months for two again.
Claudia Oshry
It's so true.
Jackie Oshry
We're breaking. I guess it's last day of school, because we are breaking for summer.
Claudia Oshry
Yes. So even though it is Thursday, today is Jax's final episode in the studio this week. Because tomorrow's episode is going to be Ben and I. It kind of worked out perfectly that the last epis episode of before my maternity leave would be Ben.
Jackie Oshry
And I need to hear from the two of you, send you off a big farewell. I have a personal matter to attend to tomorrow, so I can't do the toast. But I agree, like, there's something very.
Claudia Oshry
No, I'm gonna cry, like, full circle.
Jackie Oshry
About you and Ben saying goodbye. Sending off together.
Claudia Oshry
Cause I'm leaving on maternity. I literally tried to spell maternity, like, on my phone the other day. Texting. It's a word that's no longer in my vocabulary. Because maturity. Yeah. Is the current. What Merriam Webster needs to update her website.
Jackie Oshry
The Maternity takeover. So this is our last episode of Pregnant. Podcasting publicly in person together tomorrow, you and Ben, and then we're off next week. And then I'll be back with Jackson Friends after Memorial Day.
Claudia Oshry
Can you tease one person who's being. Who's Jackson frenzying with you? Not the first.
Jackie Oshry
No, no. I was going to say the first person, but it's not. That's the first person I'm recording. Oh, I was going to tease. I don't know how to tease this, but one of the people that I'm recording with, you and I have been talking about all morning having nothing to do with the fact that I am recording. I forgot her.
Claudia Oshry
Is that.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah.
Claudia Oshry
Oh, yeah. Not us. We're gonna find ourselves at the center of a lot of drama.
Jackie Oshry
Maybe over the course of this episode, when we talk about the things that interest us, you'll understand what we've been talking about all morning.
Claudia Oshry
Just know like, this person will be discussed on the toast today, and then she also will be co hosting with Jackie next week or the week after next.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah, exactly.
Claudia Oshry
So we're making waves. We're kind of at the epicenter of all things pop culture. Nothing new here.
Jackie Oshry
Right. So I think that's a really exciting tease. And then I would say the other co hosts. So interesting. So many people in media. So many different media publications.
Claudia Oshry
Moguls.
Jackie Oshry
Two men.
Claudia Oshry
Two men. Okay. I know one who you don't know how to mouth. Like, what are you saying?
Jackie Oshry
It's three letters.
Claudia Oshry
Oh, mogul. Okay. Way to give it away. Yeah. Two minute media. Two men in media.
Jackie Oshry
And then the person that I just discussed. It's a four day week.
Claudia Oshry
It's a four day.
Jackie Oshry
And then another woman in media in a major way.
Claudia Oshry
Yes. Wow. You kind of have like an amazing setup for your New York week. I forgot.
Jackie Oshry
No, I. I'm telling you guys, I have really cast a wide net. I'm so excited to talk to all these folks and it's going to be really great. So not to jump the gun. And we're going to miss you. Eternity. Yeah.
Claudia Oshry
No, and everyone, it's still about and they're gonna miss me so much.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah, you're gonna be so missed. But you will be so fed.
Claudia Oshry
Vigils will be held in my honor.
Jackie Oshry
But it is still about you this week. And I'm just gonna stop talking about what's happening when you're not.
Claudia Oshry
No, no, I'm thrilled. I'm excited for the toasters and all the new guests like that are going to be coming and taking my place. And everyone's gonna be like, we need more Jackson Blank.
Jackie Oshry
You don't Jackson Blake.
Claudia Oshry
You need more Jackson Claire.
Jackie Oshry
That would also have been a good name for the five weeks without you. Jackson Blank.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah, it's just kind of very open ended.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. Like, I actually love that you guys.
Claudia Oshry
Can'T see, but rodeo's in the studio today. Do you see him? Make sure he's not like doing anything bad, right?
Jackie Oshry
No, we would hear it.
Claudia Oshry
Okay.
Jackie Oshry
He's not. You have to trust your boy.
Claudia Oshry
Anybody want him on camera?
Jackie Oshry
Oh, he'll make his way.
Claudia Oshry
Okay.
Jackie Oshry
Make way, make way.
Claudia Oshry
The way that I'm going to knew is where you are, where you are. How are the stories today? We have Summer house recap, which I almost didn't watch, but I watched this morning and I'm glad I did. It was kind of a titillating episode and so many people are like flip flopping sides. I was Reading the Toasters in, like, the Facebook group.
Jackie Oshry
I need to start going.
Claudia Oshry
I was team Lexi, like, and now I'm team Jesse. Now I was team Jesse. Now I'm team Lexi. Really. I'm feeling more steadfast in my take than ever.
Jackie Oshry
I know. I'm just trying to hold on to the piece of me that likes Jesse at all as a person.
Claudia Oshry
I left that piece behind this morning. Yeah. No, I really. And then I saw a clip of him, like, being caught in a lie on Watch Happens Live. I'm like, this person's like a full blown liar.
Jackie Oshry
Damn.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah. Oh, we're wearing our new merch. Hope everybody was able to get what they wanted. Jackie and I are wearing two out of the three new T shirts that we dropped. They are one size, and let me tell you, I have worn them when I was, like, so skinny and it looked amazing. And obviously I'm like a big moose now, and I still look amazing. These shirts are so versatile. You can wear them for any phase of life. They are available@shop toastmerch.com in addition to tote bags, hats, phone cases, shopmerch.com to.
Jackie Oshry
It's all there. It's all available. And if it's sold out, it's available for pre order, so.
Claudia Oshry
Ch.
Jackie Oshry
Check it out.
Claudia Oshry
Check it out.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. I'm glad that we did watch Summer House. We had a successful transfer last night, so I had to watch my program. Good, good, good, good, good. But then I wanted to watch Watch what happens live because I did watch my screener for. Because I watched on my computer. I was too lazy and I couldn't figure out the hotel TV to get off channel New York One. So I couldn't watch Watch what happens live.
Claudia Oshry
New York One has a chokehold. Oh, I did watch a Knicks game. That's why I couldn't watch Summer House.
Jackie Oshry
Ugh.
Claudia Oshry
And it's like the Knicks just need to lose. Win one more game. Like, just. Oh, and last game, not last night, the one before last, their best player got injured with his Achilles. Like, he's out for the season. So it was sort of a layup.
Jackie Oshry
Like, but didn't a Celtics player get injured? Isn't a Celtics player out?
Claudia Oshry
That's what I said.
Jackie Oshry
Oh, the best. I thought you meant the Knicks.
Claudia Oshry
No, like, the Knicks were. Were poised to win.
Jackie Oshry
Oh, they're coming off of a win loser.
Claudia Oshry
The best player from the other team.
Jackie Oshry
They don't know how to operate as not the underdog.
Claudia Oshry
But Ben is so excited because they're coming back. They're Coming back. And I think I'm gonna go.
Jackie Oshry
Like, maybe you should go.
Claudia Oshry
I think it's kind of crazy to go, like, nine months pregnant.
Jackie Oshry
Well, you're a crazy woman.
Claudia Oshry
I know.
Jackie Oshry
And you love your man.
Claudia Oshry
I do.
Jackie Oshry
Do anything for him.
Claudia Oshry
I do. And I want him to be happy. And he was like, okay, so how much should we spend? He was being so crazy.
Jackie Oshry
What is the cap per ticket?
Claudia Oshry
Well, who are we asking, right?
Jackie Oshry
He.
Claudia Oshry
In this situation, he is you.
Jackie Oshry
Well, in most situations, he is me.
Claudia Oshry
I was like, I. I was like, I don't know. Like, you have to show me. But I'm not spending a lot of money to get a crap scene.
Jackie Oshry
You. You, as much as you don't want to spend a lot of money, you won't sit in a shitty seat.
Claudia Oshry
No. And I was seeing, like, a bunch of people I know, like, socially were at the game, and they had, like, mess seats, and I, like. They were like, we paid, like, $4,000 for our seats. I'm like, I'm not doing that.
Jackie Oshry
You're not. You wouldn't go to 4, 000 per ticket? No.
Claudia Oshry
Are you crazy?
Jackie Oshry
You go to 3,000?
Claudia Oshry
No.
Jackie Oshry
Would you go to 2,000?
Claudia Oshry
Now, I don't like talking about money, because obviously this sounds crazy. There are people who can't pay their bills. But, yes, for Ben, as a gift for, like, him being really one of the most amazing husbands anyone could be during the course of this pregnancy. Like, not an area complaint. Well, I. I do the golf and, like, the mess food that you don't want and the smells. But beyond that, yes, I can commit $5,000 total to this gift for Ben. But the thing is, we're gonna end up not going because the $5,000 is not gonna get you that's.
Jackie Oshry
It's not gonna get you what you want.
Claudia Oshry
Timothy was at the game last night solo, sitting courtside at the Celtics. At the Celtics game. Yeah.
Jackie Oshry
Kylie named code of Boston TD Garden. I feel like Kylie went back to the beach.
Claudia Oshry
She's literally Kristen Cavallari back to the beach. I also think she went back to the beach.
Jackie Oshry
Or she's just, like, posting delayed, delayed, which I think she also does, But I think she went to Turks and Kigos. Like, came to New York to be with Timothy for the night, flew right back and went back to Turks and Caicos with Kendall. With Kendall. I don't know. She's kind of all over the place.
Claudia Oshry
To be a jet setter.
Jackie Oshry
I know.
Claudia Oshry
To have a jet to set up.
Jackie Oshry
I hope she comes back. We Miss her.
Claudia Oshry
We do. New York felt electric.
Jackie Oshry
It wasn't the same.
Claudia Oshry
Been raining ever since she left. New York is crying for Kylie.
Jackie Oshry
It's true. Maybe she'll come back for the next game. I think she had fun.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah.
Jackie Oshry
Okay. Well, you should go.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah, I'm thinking about it. I'm thinking it through, and if. You know, I love watching games on tv. It's so fun. I love television.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. If any brands. I know that you guys have all been really shy about the hookups. If any brands wants more, I will ask you to give Turdi a suite.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah.
Jackie Oshry
The Brunson boys, maybe they didn't want to do it because, like, who are these nobodies?
Claudia Oshry
Yeah.
Jackie Oshry
But for Turdi, makes sense. The queen. The queen is coming.
Claudia Oshry
Okay. What else can I tell you?
Jackie Oshry
So last Jackson Claude before we go, like, the show will never be this way again because, Turdy, you will change.
Claudia Oshry
This is the last time we will podcast together as sisters, remote or otherwise, where only one of us is a mother.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah.
Claudia Oshry
And how does that make you feel? You feel like I'm encouraging a little bit on your mama's face?
Jackie Oshry
Not at all. I'm excited for you to be here because then we get to talk about those sorts of things, which I love, you know, but it's like, I can only, like, sneak it in here and there when you're not interested. It's not like it just doesn't work that way. So I'm excited to dive more into that space with you and to hear your takes on it. I think everybody is so excited to hear your takes on it.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah. I feel like I'm definitely thinking through a lot now, like, what my, you know, digital footprint, my identity is going to look like as, like, a content creator, podcast, or comedian influencer who's now a mom. Obviously. Like, it can take over your whole being, and I'm not really, like, wanting to do that. I think sometimes, like, you can't control it. Right. And I feel like I've talked about, like, other people who I think do a good job of, like, balancing both. Like, I don't want. I don't want to be like. Like, everybody's like, all she does is talk about, like, being a mom, but I also don't want to be the one person that's like, why don't you ever talk about being a mom? You know, it's like, a balance. Obviously, women are so critical of other women, so I'm looking forward to everybody critiquing me for, like, how I embrace this new era. Of my life. I don't have a chip on my shoulder about it or anything, but we'll see. We'll see how it goes.
Jackie Oshry
I think you should just let nature take its course. Don't overthink it. I think it will come really natural to you, whatever the path is.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah.
Jackie Oshry
You know what I mean. I don't think you have to make a plan. I think.
Claudia Oshry
Should I pack a snack?
Jackie Oshry
Well, always.
Claudia Oshry
Always. That's kind of the quarter center. Motherhood.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. And you're probably going to be hungry, but I think it will be a natural next step for you. I do. And you shouldn't. You shouldn't worry, so.
Claudia Oshry
No, no, no. I feel like also at this stage of pregnancy, like, you're so bored. Like, all you do is worry about things that are, like, are not real issues.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah.
Claudia Oshry
Like, I'm. I was so worried about my junk drawer. I don't know if you saw, like, kind of like, re. I reorganize my junk drawer, which was a big moment in my house, and the way that, like, that junk drawer wait on me for, like, a week, you know, you just, like. You have nothing to do but just like, worry about stuff.
Jackie Oshry
I understand.
Claudia Oshry
When you're pregnant without other kids.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Claudia Oshry
Obviously when you're pregnant, like, with a toddler, like, you're.
Jackie Oshry
No, I know. I, like, brought out my keyboard from the seller and started to practicing piano in my last few weeks.
Claudia Oshry
You did?
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. It was so bored. I wasn't leaving the house because of COVID Uhhuh. And that's funny.
Claudia Oshry
When you said keyboard, I thought like, a Dell computer keyboard.
Jackie Oshry
No, I brought my piano keyboard. I got it for Zach for his birthday years, like, when we started dating, and I was watching so much TV in my pregnancy, and, like, I couldn't watch anymore. Like, I was sick of everything, sick of laying there. I was like, I want to use my brain now. So I brought up the keyboard.
Claudia Oshry
I'm dying.
Jackie Oshry
I learned arabesque.
Claudia Oshry
Okay.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. I got some coloring books. That was.
Claudia Oshry
That's good.
Jackie Oshry
That was when I wrote the first draft of Camber and Counselor.
Claudia Oshry
That's a beautiful full circle story, Jax, Right? Yeah.
Jackie Oshry
It's available on Amazon now. I wrote the first draft when I was in my final weeks of pregnancy. Maybe a children's book is waiting to pour out of you this week.
Claudia Oshry
I. I already have one. It goes like this. There once was a girl named Turdi.
Jackie Oshry
I thought you were gonna.
Claudia Oshry
She was really flirty.
Jackie Oshry
I thought you were gonna say, it's the first day of Camp. My bags are tightly packed.
Claudia Oshry
I would have, except I could not remember how the book started. Thank you. It's the first day of camp. My bags are tightly packed.
Jackie Oshry
My duffel trunk and pillow are all neatly stacked.
Claudia Oshry
We bump and we bend up curves, bends and hills.
Jackie Oshry
The winding camp roads gives me goosebumps and chills.
Claudia Oshry
No, the fact that people continue to write children's books when the best one ever has already been written. Like, seriously, lay down your pencils.
Jackie Oshry
It's so true.
Claudia Oshry
It's not necessary. We've got this.
Jackie Oshry
It's so true. And if there are any toasters out there who don't know that Claudia and their sisters were sisters. And Daisy Jones. And the six ends with her after everyone's died getting back together with him. And I wrote a children's book, and.
Claudia Oshry
It'S loosely based off of our own life. The main character is inspired by one.
Jackie Oshry
It's a biography.
Claudia Oshry
It's autobiographical. It's semi autobiographical. And the main character is based loosely off of one of Jackie's sisters, who is not me, which is Loki. One of the most disgusting parts. But we will just, like, yeah, get rid of it. Because I know that the sequel is.
Jackie Oshry
About a camper named Trudy.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah, it's such a cute name for a little, like. And the camper's obviously, like, chubby, like Trudy.
Jackie Oshry
She's just, like, coming in, and she's coming in second summer. And so it's very dynamic.
Claudia Oshry
Right. But how will things shake out?
Jackie Oshry
Our camper is always there.
Claudia Oshry
Right.
Jackie Oshry
To be a supportive friend.
Claudia Oshry
And the camper and the counselor. In the book, the counselor's name is Counselor Snitch. What is the camper's name?
Jackie Oshry
It's a great mystery.
Claudia Oshry
Oh, she's nameless.
Jackie Oshry
She's nameless in the book. But I know her name because she.
Claudia Oshry
Well, I like that she's nameless because she kind of represents all women.
Jackie Oshry
She's all of us.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah, but you know her name. Are you gonna share it?
Jackie Oshry
Maybe in a future book.
Claudia Oshry
Oh, Secrets revealed.
Jackie Oshry
But I think you guys could guess her name.
Claudia Oshry
Jackie. Is it Jackie? She has red hair.
Jackie Oshry
It's Jax.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah, okay.
Jackie Oshry
It's Jackson. Trudy.
Claudia Oshry
Jackson, Trudy.
Jackie Oshry
Trudy and Jax. They're a great duo in the kids space.
Claudia Oshry
Correct. Kind of picking up where Max and Ruby left off.
Jackie Oshry
That's like a little bit of the plot of the sequel. I don't want to give too much away. It has not been written yet. Maybe towards the end of this pregnancy, inspirational strike.
Claudia Oshry
The rest is still unwritten. I take him so over that song. No.
Jackie Oshry
She can do no wrong Natasha.
Claudia Oshry
I didn't say I was over Natasha. I said it was in the song.
Jackie Oshry
This song could never. This song can never be bad.
Claudia Oshry
The second wave of, like, younger people finding it and, like, younger, older people, like, reliving. Like, I've hated every minute of it. And I want the song to be.
Jackie Oshry
Done every time I hear it in an organic way. Like, if it came on my shuffle or something, thrilled to hear it for me.
Claudia Oshry
Maybe it's like a constant reminder that not us, but society excluding us. Let Natasha Bedding feel down. And they, like, forced her to just keep performing the same old song as if she doesn't have other music. That is so unbelievable. They told me, girl, to get your way, you gotta be a. They say the guy won't get the girl if he's not filthy rich. You stop with little changes till you don't know who you are. Surround yourself with friends who only call you a superstar. Like, oh, yeah, those will never know. What's that album called?
Jackie Oshry
Recovery.
Claudia Oshry
We will recur. Like.
Jackie Oshry
But when I hear Circle back.
Claudia Oshry
When I hear Unwritten, I think of just the. The lost potential.
Jackie Oshry
When I want to circle back to something that you said in your diet tribe, which was that it was not us. No, it was not us.
Claudia Oshry
We are responsible for.
Jackie Oshry
Supported everything she did thereafter. You guys didn't.
Claudia Oshry
No. Okay. You guys didn't. I. We are excluded from that narrative. But you know who else is excluded from that narrative? I wonder if you're gonna know what.
Jackie Oshry
I say, like, supporting Natasha.
Claudia Oshry
I'm supporting Natasha Bedingfields. Other work outside of Unwritten. You're not gonna know. It's like. It's like a niche me reference.
Jackie Oshry
I am.
Claudia Oshry
I am. Yeah. It's like it's a person whose name we don't know.
Jackie Oshry
What do you mean?
Claudia Oshry
My favorite movie of all time. Like, do you know what I'm gonna say?
Jackie Oshry
Not the Other Woman.
Claudia Oshry
No, close, though. Something Borrowed. Oh, where?
Jackie Oshry
And they use.
Claudia Oshry
They end the film. Like, finally, she steals her. Spoiler alert. She steals her best friend's man. She's picking up his dry cleaning. Like, she. Her and the friend are never going to be okay. But she got the guy and she don't give a fuck, you know? And she's picking up a dry cleaning. It's like a perfect day in New York and they're walking away, and it's like I have to keep reminding myself I'm not like anyone else. So the person who scored Something Borrowed, Jax and Claude are not responsible for holding Natasha Bedingfield back from reaching her fullest potential. But now she's out here just, like, making Tik toks to the same song.
Jackie Oshry
And it's ashamed of yourselves.
Claudia Oshry
You should be ashamed.
Jackie Oshry
Also, like, if you want to knock on her song, things that are overplayed. Like, I would go more Pocket Full of Sunshine. I would not. I think Unwritten is par delicious. No matter how many times I hear it is more annoying.
Claudia Oshry
Agree to disagree.
Jackie Oshry
You like Pocket Full of Sunshine more than Unwritten.
Claudia Oshry
It doesn't attack me. I actually didn't. When you were saying her other songs, I'm like, what song is she talking about? I literally forgot about. You're thinking of it from the movie. No, no.
Jackie Oshry
Actually, no. I just feel like when I see that on ticks or unreals.
Claudia Oshry
Squirrel.
Jackie Oshry
Squirrel.
Claudia Oshry
I never see it.
Jackie Oshry
If I. And also someone did, like, a couple remixes of Unwritten.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah. No, they've been there.
Jackie Oshry
Unreal.
Claudia Oshry
They're resuscitating Unwritten.
Jackie Oshry
I'm here for it.
Claudia Oshry
I'm over it. And that's the kind of duality and complexity you can come to expect from the Toast podcast.
Jackie Oshry
Maybe when you're changed, the next time we podcast together on the Toast, we'll agree on that. Maybe. Maybe because you're gonna be so changed. She's changed for the better.
Claudia Oshry
First smile. That's never. Today's a toast. June's kind of day.
Jackie Oshry
I mean, we have to get it all out now. Even though we are recording a Patreon after this, so it's technically not our last episode together.
Claudia Oshry
It's true.
Jackie Oshry
Oh, and next week, there's Patreon episodes every day. So if you're missing our girls, head over to patreon.com the toast because we've been working overtime to keep you fed.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah.
Jackie Oshry
And keep you satiated.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah. So it's Jackson Claude every episode. So, like, if you're a Patreon member for the next two, three months, like, you're completely fine.
Jackie Oshry
You're completely fine. Like, every time you're missing us, there will be a Patreon for you.
Claudia Oshry
And we've been, like, putting in work overtime to make sure that the scheduled content gets released. So that's patreon.com toast.
Jackie Oshry
But this is our last pre fast five banter where we're so different from one another and we are the people that we are. Because I'm also going to expand my role as an auntie, and I don't know how that's going to change me.
Claudia Oshry
Oh, let me Lock my iPad. I'm so glad you brought that.
Jackie Oshry
I haven't been a new auntie in two and a half years.
Claudia Oshry
Well, I did want to talk about that because obviously everyone knows, like when you look up auntie in the Webster's dictionary, like my face is there. I've. I've been like one of the most committed, devoted and really hard working aunties this world has ever seen.
Jackie Oshry
And I just want to say before I had kids, I was the number one auntie.
Claudia Oshry
And so that era of my life, I don't know if you've talked to your kids about it, like, is gonna.
Jackie Oshry
Change anti coaches is not going to be the codes that you. That you know.
Claudia Oshry
Right. Which is why I've been like making plans. Like I took the kids swimming. Like, I just want them to know, like, auntie's leaving and she's coming back. But not in the way that you think that they've grown, that they've grown accustomed to. And do you think that will be a difficult adjustment for all my nibblings?
Jackie Oshry
Well, here's the beautiful thing about the circle of life because while they, while they are losing a bit of their auntie, they are gaining a cousin.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah.
Jackie Oshry
And like it's like I don't think Michaela even noticed that I was, that I was slipping because I gave her cousin and that was even better than what I was doing. So I think they're going to be so excited about the new addition that they're not even a. Notice that coaches hasn't slept. I don't know, just is tired.
Claudia Oshry
I think coaches, like presence is so almighty. Like, like, yes, I'm giving them a cousin. Sure. But like, I don't know, I think that they'll like, if you notice any like behavioral issues like, or any differences in their moods or scheduling. Like, I would say, like there's a major change happening in their life. Auntie Cogers is kind of taking a step back.
Jackie Oshry
Well, I would say for Charlie it's going to be the biggest change for him because he won't be the baby anymore. But he had the longest run as the baby.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah. Chasing after those kids.
Jackie Oshry
So I'm excited for him that he doesn't have to like that he's not the youngest anymore. But like, I think he loves being the baby.
Claudia Oshry
Well, you know, it's interesting how people act when they're on bottom and then they're on top. Do you think Charlie will be a benevolent leader?
Jackie Oshry
I think so.
Claudia Oshry
Me too.
Jackie Oshry
I think so. He's seen a lot in his Time.
Claudia Oshry
You don't think he'll be like, a Sheena Marie Shea, like, finally gets accepted to the cool crew and, like, turns on the ones that brought him there?
Jackie Oshry
No, Charlie has seen a lot. He's seen a lot of different ways of it being done, and I think he knows what he wants to model, and I think that's good boy behavior.
Claudia Oshry
Got it. So not Charlie Shea.
Jackie Oshry
No, he'll be modeling good boy behavior. Trust me, GB Big. If not, come tell his mama.
Claudia Oshry
Oh, you know I will.
Jackie Oshry
No, but they're going to be so excited.
Claudia Oshry
No, it's so exciting. Just, you know, I'm. I'm, like, being annoyingly like, this is my last.
Jackie Oshry
You know, Like, I feel like if we don't. It's weird.
Claudia Oshry
No, no. Not even with the podcast. Like, at home, Like, Ben. Like, this are, like, last. Whatever. I'm, like, I'm being so dramatic. Even though, like, I low key still have time left. Like, I need to chill.
Jackie Oshry
You might have another Taco Tuesday, most likely.
Claudia Oshry
Even though Taco Tuesdays really do give me really bad acid reflux, so I actually can't. But I'm just being so dramatic. This is our last time in the car. Like, no, we'll be driving to the hospital. Like, I'm really being so, like, commemorative.
Jackie Oshry
I feel like if we aren't commemorative on this episode, like, it will be weird and it will pass us by. We'll be like, oh, my God, that was kind of like a major one. And it's like everyone else is going to be like, oh, my God, last Jackson Cladden. Like, I feel like we really need to be present in this moment, even though that's so not like us.
Claudia Oshry
Sounds like you're saying we need to acknowledge the space that we're in.
Jackie Oshry
We do need to acknowledge the space that we're in. Consider it acknowledged and, like, do a little manifestation of the manifest.
Claudia Oshry
Okay.
Jackie Oshry
You know what I mean? I have a really hard time, like, being present. Present.
Claudia Oshry
But I don't think manifest is the right word.
Jackie Oshry
No, no, it's not. But I do think manifesting more would help me be more present.
Claudia Oshry
Oh, perhaps if you started. That was, like, a practice in your everyday life.
Jackie Oshry
Because it's like, I'm saying all these things about how it's the last one.
Claudia Oshry
But, like, are you. Are you living that? No, she's not. It's just any other so inauthentic.
Jackie Oshry
I'm. No, I'm trying. Like, I feel like if you speak it, you will be it. Okay, so it's better than not commemorating anything. Do you feel like.
Claudia Oshry
It's like, I could tell you recently hung out with Lauren Bostick.
Jackie Oshry
Oh, my God. Well, thanks for spoiling my guest. Oh, it's fine.
Claudia Oshry
Wait.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah.
Claudia Oshry
Is she your guest for when?
Jackie Oshry
Who knows?
Claudia Oshry
Okay. Sorry, my bad. But that's not who we were talking about.
Jackie Oshry
Who we were talking about at the beginning of the show. Yes. I've been hanging out with Lauren Bostic once. Yeah. But we text too.
Claudia Oshry
Okay.
Jackie Oshry
And we're both not big texters, so it's like.
Claudia Oshry
It's all the radiation, the fact that.
Jackie Oshry
We, like, do it for each other.
Claudia Oshry
Right, Right. You take that risk. That's really sweet.
Jackie Oshry
We take that risk.
Claudia Oshry
Huge. Huge.
Jackie Oshry
But, yeah, I'm trying to be present. Like, I don't know what more to tell you, and I feel like you're not present, but you're not trying to be more. So it's not an issue.
Claudia Oshry
Right. If I knew what on earth we were talking about, like, I would be able to respond to that heinous accusation of me not being present.
Jackie Oshry
I don't know. I just feel like it's like, when. Like, we should be so much more, like, aware that it's the last. Right. But I don't feel it in my bones. I'm just like. I know it in my head.
Claudia Oshry
Okay. Like, I seriously, I. I can't follow this conversation.
Jackie Oshry
Because you're not present.
Claudia Oshry
Correct. Okay, fine. You got me. I'm not present.
Jackie Oshry
Does it feel like the last two? Like, do you really feel.
Claudia Oshry
It's not my last. I have to work tomorrow. Is it last with you?
Jackie Oshry
No.
Claudia Oshry
Because there's something about podcasting in person, especially in this new studio. Like, this isn't real. I. And I know these episodes have actually been performing so well. Like, numbers wise people love when we're together. I feel like every day, three people are listening. I'm like, I don't even. Like, these episodes feel fake. Every time we put out our regular episode, it's like, oh, my God, everyone's gonna listen and critique. And it's, like, very high stakes. These feel like we're cosplaying podcasters. I don't know why.
Jackie Oshry
In our room, like.
Claudia Oshry
Like, giggling. Yeah. Making videos on Facebook, putting them in.
Jackie Oshry
A box to go to legacy box one day. I agree.
Claudia Oshry
So that's why I'm just like, maybe that's why I'm not feeling present.
Jackie Oshry
Well, your presence is a gift. True, always, eternally one that we will miss.
Claudia Oshry
Oh, yeah, she's kicking me out already.
Jackie Oshry
Because if we're Being present in this moment. It is our last episode together.
Claudia Oshry
And can I tell you something that I find really exciting about maternity leave? Like, obviously I'm gonna miss everyone so much, but as like the nosiest alive. What I loved about your maternity leaves is that I invited all these people to come co host. And they are people with successful YouTube channels, successful podcasts, successful businesses, and like, everybody online, like, makes himself seem so big deal. Big deal. I'm so famous. I have so many fans, followers, and it's interesting to see who comes on the podcast, like, increases numbers, you know, who actually, like, has fans, not just, like followers. And so, like, I was nosy and like, literally one of my favorite activities was, like tallying up the numbers at the end of the week. And I feel like I've said before who crushed it, but like, honestly, Shannon, Shannon brings. Brings peeps. And then you would have someone. It was like a huge podcast and you're like, oh, that's a huge.
Jackie Oshry
Because everyone's on vacation, right?
Claudia Oshry
So it's like a fun. Like, if you're a nosy, curious person.
Jackie Oshry
Like me, well, that will be there for you to run the data on the various media moguls.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah, no, when I have like a nap break, I'll be running the data. Yeah, you can find me in our analytics department.
Jackie Oshry
It's really not that hard, but yeah, yeah, yeah. So now, without further ado, are you ready to wrap up the final fast five of Jackson Claude as we are?
Claudia Oshry
I am.
Jackie Oshry

And another thing is that they're giving us all the episodes, and that just can't be understated. So we're finally finding out what's going on with all of our favorite Come ye Saints, Come ye sinners. Hallelujah. So are Taylor and Dakota still together? Are Jen and Zach still dealing with the turnt aftermath of their trip to Vegas? Will Whitney be let back into the group? And most importantly, will mom talk survive this? Thank you, slash turt.
Claudia Oshry
You're welcome.
Jackie Oshry
Our first story. Two couples who we talk about at length on the toast have reportedly allegedly come together and join forces as a foursome as a support system. Prince Harry and Meghan's secret mansion summit with Brooklyn and Nicola to share trauma of toxic family feuds.
Claudia Oshry
Okay, this does sound like a made up British tabloid story, but let's pretend.
Jackie Oshry
It'S in the sun, so could be correct.
Claudia Oshry
Okay.
Jackie Oshry
But apparently Prince Harry and Meghan are secretly supporting Brooklyn and Nicola amid their family row and had them over for dinner last week. The foursome dined at the Sussexes in Montecito just days after Brooklyn's dinner skipped his dad's 50th birthday.
Claudia Oshry
Okay.
Jackie Oshry
A source familiar with the events that Harry and Meghan were very empathetic and very kind to them both. Harry was fully aware of the situation and offered Brooklyn his unwavering support. As someone who has been through similar.
Claudia Oshry
Okay, so the headline was a little misleading. Sounded like they took like a trip to a castle. I'm like, so they had dinner together. And you know what? I actually think that's entirely possible. Especially because, like, I could see because we know David is like a huge monarchist. He literally was like one of those people who waited in line for seven hours to touch the queen's casket. I guess they like leave the casket out and stuff.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. Like, as a rando. Not even as he didn't use his special treatment.
Claudia Oshry
And he cried and he was like taking pictures of people. So he obviously is like team Royal. And so I could see as like an extra knife to, like, his family. Him and Nicola having dinner with like, Harry and Meghan, who are like these, you know, royal outsiders 1000%.
Jackie Oshry
I just want to say if this is true and we have to, like, operate as if it is for the sake of conversation. This is the worst idea I've ever heard for Brooklyn and Nicola. Like, to go to, like, be on the outs with your family and then go seek advice from people who actually, like, burned theirs to the ground. Like, do not be like these people.
Claudia Oshry
No. Maybe that's what they, like, maybe they're looking to go. No contact.
Jackie Oshry
No.
Claudia Oshry
No. Which a lot of people.
Jackie Oshry
Stop it.
Claudia Oshry
Turn around. Which is what a lot of people do with, like, in laws they deem to be toxic.
Jackie Oshry
No.
Claudia Oshry
And Harry and Meghan have sort of paved the way.
Jackie Oshry
Right. Plenty of people have in laws they deem to be toxic. And they don't take it to the level that Harry and Megan did.
Claudia Oshry
No, no, of course not. But it is like a popular thing now. It's like more like tick tock. I know you don't know but it's like if something in your life, like a person in your life doesn't serve you, like we're going no contact. Right?
Jackie Oshry
Fine. I'm fine with no contact. What Harry and Meghan did was not no contact.
Claudia Oshry
It was a lot of contact.
Jackie Oshry
It was a lot of, A lot.
Claudia Oshry
I thought the story you were going to talk about is that they went to another concert.
Jackie Oshry
It was going to be my next part like B. Because them going to another concert like isn't headline news. Except that he was wearing a hat. And we'll get to it. But I just need to say to Brooklyn and Nicola like you're hanging out with the wrong people. Like you should either be just taking a break from your family, that's fine. They're toxic and narcissistic allegedly. So yeah, you want a break but like to go get seek advice from these two. This is what they are what not to do. They are how not to break from your family.
Claudia Oshry
I'm in agreement. There is a way to like obviously I'm always on the side of like we have to make things work. Families, family. Sometimes you get to a point where like you can't with a certain family member. And so Harry and Megan obviously got to that point and I think the way they did it was not the best. And so if, if, if Brooklyn and Nicola are looking to go no contact with the Beckhams which would make me so upset. Like that's not what I want. I don't know if like they're being, you know, led by the greatest of leaders.
Jackie Oshry
They can go no contact. I, I would endorse that because it's not working. And they really try. They, they for the last year they support, they were at everything. Like I can say they really gave it their all. And if you want to take a break from them and not speak to them, that's fine with me. Don't do what those two did and do not take advice from them.
Claudia Oshry
Or it's just like fancy British people having dinner.
Jackie Oshry
Why would Nicola, she's like so gorgeous, so young.
Claudia Oshry
You know what she want to go.
Jackie Oshry
Eat dinner with some 40 year olds and their kids.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah. They are like in complete different life stages, different ages. I don't know how these four Brooklyn.
Jackie Oshry
Might be interested in having dinner with Harry. Like fellow prince of the country, a bunch of expats. Yeah. But I'M sorry, Nicola. Like, what is she doing there?
Claudia Oshry
Correct.
Jackie Oshry
I'm sorry. I think this is really a horrible idea, and I hope it's false, but I also. If it is false, I just want to give credit to the person who made it up. It's funny because it's historic.
Claudia Oshry
Well, they did also go to a concert. They saw James Taylor, which is, like, seriously Ben's favorite artist. I've seen fire and I've seen rain. What a versatile taste in music they have. Like, I wonder if, like, we know Megan loves Beyonce. Maybe Harry loves James Taylor. Like, because, like, I don't know anybody who's, like, a big James Taylor and Beyonce fan. They're entirely different generations and genres.
Jackie Oshry
No, I feel like that's the bridge that they, like, straddle in their age bracket. I don't know why I'm making them to seem so old today.
Claudia Oshry
No, but they are, like, you know.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah, you have, like, 40s taste, and some of it is, like, the young, cool stuff. And also, like, Megan is a friend of Beyonce's.
Claudia Oshry
Yes. I think Megan loves being famous, and I. That's a part of her. Like, I actually really relate to in the same way how she had to, like, tell everyone in her caption, like, thanks, Beyonce and team for having us. Like, she wants everyone to, like, bitch, I'm famous. I'm connected. I can get seats at whatever, you know, events you can't get seats at. So I actually really relate to her in that way. I don't know if James Taylor tickets are particularly hard to come by or backstage passes. I'm sure he was thrilled to meet them. But obviously the headline here is the fact that Harry's at another concert wearing another hat. And not only is it, like, obviously pointing to some sort of hair situation, he also has bad taste in hats. This one's like, a real emo beanie that I feel like the men on the hills used to wear, you know?
Jackie Oshry
Well, I don't like his outfit either. Like, if we're just criticizing his style.
Claudia Oshry
I don't like him. If we're just criticizing his Persona, it's.
Jackie Oshry
Not as if the hat ruins an otherwise fab outfit. So I think, all together, it works because it's a bunch of weird stuff put together.
Claudia Oshry
I mean, well, the thing is, with hair plugs, when your situation was so dire for so many years, like, we're gonna know. So you don't. Like. I know that when you get hair plugs or I don't know what the right word is these days, a transplant for the first couple of weeks you have like, sprouts on your forehead, like buzz. Well, yes, but you also, like, it's a little bloody and it's like, it's so obvious. So you do have to cover it up if you leave the house. So it could be that he's in the covering up stage. I don't know why they insist on doing public events the house.
Jackie Oshry
Because they never leave my post the pictures. They. We. They never post pictures.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah, but also, like, if he were to come out and have a full head of hair in six months, like, that would be like me coming out with red hair. Like, it's obviously a change. So.
Jackie Oshry
Well, maybe he'll come out and he'll be open about his struggles. That's kind of his M.O.
Claudia Oshry
I think that would be like, one of the best things he could possibly do for himself and his brand.
Jackie Oshry
Would you give him a chance? Yes, if he said, like, I've been struggling with hair loss, like, and we know even started like a, a hair loss platform. Like how he's very big in the mental health space.
Claudia Oshry
Like a Rogaine or you mean like a better help?
Jackie Oshry
Like, yeah, like a telehealth for hair health.
Claudia Oshry
Oh, he's totally an investor in, like, Hymns because you know that company, like, you can get like, Rogaine or Minoxidil.
Jackie Oshry
Telehealth for hair health.
Claudia Oshry
That's actually.
Jackie Oshry
I think it's actually a good idea. He would be a great spokesperson because obviously he walks the walk and the mental health space is so crowded at this point. And I think you can't even play employees.
Claudia Oshry
Wait, did you see what you just reminded me? It's kind of how, like, oh, we talked about it on the shows, how Amy Schumer is an investor in that telehealth company that helps women with like, weight loss, drugs. And she was like, I've had the best experience. I invested in this company. And yeah, I'm on Manjaro Obsessed. And it's like an endorsement for the telehealth company. That's definitely a possibility and that would actually be a good business move for Harry.
Jackie Oshry
So here's the. I don't think it's what's happening. I don't think it's a possibility, but I think it's what should happen. And maybe even if he went to Turkey and he had no plans of being open about it, maybe this will reach him and just let him know, like, I think there's money here.
Claudia Oshry
And I like how saying, like, going to Turkey is obviously it's now code for, like, getting hair transplants. And I think if you have unlimited resources, you do it outside. You don't need to go to Turkey. Like, Turkey is just for, like, regular folk who want access to, like, really top tier medical care at a much more affordable price. But, like, there are amazing people in the States. They're just incredibly pricey, I think.
Jackie Oshry
I've not heard of them.
Claudia Oshry
Like, I don't think Harry would need.
Jackie Oshry
To go to Turkey.
Claudia Oshry
Like, I know a couple of people who've gotten hair plugs like wealthy men, and they did in America that.
Jackie Oshry
You know that.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah.
Jackie Oshry
Okay, who do.
Claudia Oshry
Who.
Jackie Oshry
Hit me with the.
Claudia Oshry
Okay.
Jackie Oshry
Ew.
Claudia Oshry
No, I'll just text it to you.
Jackie Oshry
Okay. Just to just.
Claudia Oshry
And not to be annoying. Like, it is. Juicy.
Jackie Oshry
Is it a famous person?
Claudia Oshry
A little bit.
Jackie Oshry
Okay.
Claudia Oshry
And then this one.
Jackie Oshry
Juicy.
Claudia Oshry
And they were all done in America.
Jackie Oshry
Wow. Stateside plug. Okay, so he didn't have to go to Turkey. That's.
Claudia Oshry
That's what I'm saying. You don't actually have to travel unless you're just looking for a deal.
Jackie Oshry
A good hair plug at a good price.
Claudia Oshry
Right. Because what you get for the price in Turkey, you would, like, seriously, like, have to go to Mexico for here and, like, get risk infection, you know, like one of those turn.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah, they do a nice job there.
Claudia Oshry
And. And the medical care is, like, so luxurious. They, like, the cost of your procedure, includes your flights, includes, like, luxury recovery suites, hotels for your family. Like, it's really. I watched Darcy and Stacy. I know you don't know who that is. It's a TLC show and they went to Turkey to get, like, completely new faces, and they took us on the journey. So I know a lot about Turkey.
Jackie Oshry
Got it. I saw a girl once go to Turkey for medical care. For, like, a nose job. No, she just, like, wanted to run all those expensive tests on herself.
Claudia Oshry
Oh, a medical workup.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah, yeah, a medical workup.
Claudia Oshry
Also, they're, I think, known for their teeth as well.
Jackie Oshry
Are you ready for our next story? Rihanna will release her first song in three years for the Smurf soundtrack. So Rihanna shared the news along with a trailer for the film on Wednesday, which also features snippets of the song. But her new song is called Friend of Mine. It will drop tomorrow as part of soundtrack the for the Smurfs movie, which is starring John Goodman, James Corden, Nick Offerman, and Sandra O. I think a.
Claudia Oshry
Lot of people, like, weren't expecting this. Finally getting music from Rihanna. And I just seen this all before. We panic to remember some of the best songs ever made have come from the troll soundtrack. I got that sunshine in my pocket. Got that good song in my feet. We hate Justin Timberlake, but we love that song also. It's broken and it's Beautiful by Kelly Clarkson.
Jackie Oshry
Well, that's. And that's just trolls. Every animated movie worth its salt these days has an original song that's popping Oscar worthy. I think. I'm not worried for one second. The fact that actually, this is for the Smurfs. I think I might like it more than if she was just, like, dropping a rogue single. Yeah, it's called Friend of Mine. I think the vibes are going to be good. The message is going to be good.
Claudia Oshry
And that's like, the cool thing about being a billionaire, like, not from music, like, from her own business is, like, with the music, she can do make choices that feel right to her. Obviously, she's in, like, her mom era, so her kids are gonna want to watch us. And that's mom's song.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah.
Claudia Oshry
How cute.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. And it's like, maybe they weren't listening to her and. But they only listened to the Smurfs, and so she's gonna get inside the TV and be like, clean your room.
Claudia Oshry
It's literally Josie and the Pussycat subliminal messaging in the music.
Jackie Oshry
It is. I love celebrities who become parents and then give back to the community with pargy content. Like Fall Out Boy doing the Spidey soundtrack. Like, it's just really fun for everyone.
Claudia Oshry
It's really crazy because It's. It's like 10 years in the making waiting for a Rihanna song. I have no doubt that it's gonna be good. One, because it's Rihanna, and two, like, something about the troll soundtrack in particular.
Jackie Oshry
Like, why do you keep saying trolls?
Claudia Oshry
Is it not trolls?
Jackie Oshry
No, it's Smurfs.
Claudia Oshry
Well, that's why I keep saying trolls.
Jackie Oshry
I thought you just said it once to, like, just say that trolls has good music.
Claudia Oshry
Oh, I'm so sorry. Okay, Okay. I obviously got my caricatures confused.
Jackie Oshry
You're six letters.
Claudia Oshry
I thought she was releasing on the troll soundtrack. I'm like, well, the track record of troll songs going number one, the proof is there.
Jackie Oshry
Got it.
Claudia Oshry
Okay. I don't. I know less about the Smurfs discography. I apologize.
Jackie Oshry
It's okay. Well, now we're gonna know more.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah.
Jackie Oshry
So I'm excited. We'll see it. We'll hear it tomorrow. Maybe you and Ben could do a little live listen interpretive dance to a friend of mine by Rihanna.
Claudia Oshry
You got it.
Jackie Oshry
Clap them Cheeks from the forthcoming Smurf Sound soundtrack. Are you ready for our next story? Speaking of music, word on the street. Justin Bieber owes his former manager Scooter Braun millions of dollars for a tour loan. So this is very interesting because Justin still owes his former manager Scooter millions of dollars despite parting ways with him nearly two years ago. An independent audit conducted by Price WaterhouseCoopers.
Claudia Oshry
And why, like who put them up to this?
Jackie Oshry
No, I thought it was TMZ based on the way that I read it.
Claudia Oshry
But no, I think once Pricewater has Cooper's involved. Yes, someone like the government, like who's auditing.
Jackie Oshry
Well, so here's like the story. So this accounting for firm PwC, that's.
Claudia Oshry
What you guys know them from the Oscars? They do all like the tallying.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah.
Claudia Oshry
After Ernst and Young got fired after Moonlight Gate.
Jackie Oshry
Right. So over a period of six months, found that Justin owes Scooter more than $8 million per documents obtained by TMZ yesterday. The audit was reportedly completed in April. Source tells Page Six the money owed stems from a loan that Scooter made to Justin over debt accrued during his canceled tour in 2022. His justice tour.
Claudia Oshry
You guys remember he started that tour.
Jackie Oshry
Justin canceled the justice tour in the middle of the tour. But he had gotten an advance from.
Claudia Oshry
The tour production, Live Nation.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah, whichever one it was. And he had to pay it back and he couldn't pay it back. And Scooter lent him the money in a tough time.
Claudia Oshry
And they say he couldn't pay it back because he is while, yes, incredibly successful, especially for a musician. I think at one point his net worth was like somewhere around $300 million he was spending. And he also had a bad business manager like he, like he. It is believed that he completely tore through his $300 million.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah, he sold his music catalog for $200 million in 2022.
Claudia Oshry
We talked about that and we were like, that's kind of weird. It's a little early to sell your music. And now it seems like in the timeline of events that's being painted is that he was pretty much broke.
Jackie Oshry
Yet TMZ reported last October that Justin was considering suing his financial managers for allegedly squandering 300 million dol fortune. An insider told Page Six exclusively at the time though that his spending habits were to blame because they were out of control. He spends an eye watering amount per month. At one point, he couldn't even get a credit card. They said Justin, surrounded by a lot of people that do not have his best interests at heart.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah, I believe that. Especially when you think about like how young he was with so much money and how many like people around him just like wanting a piece of that. And then the Scooter brought of it all makes sense because his sort of breakup with Justin Bieber was like the biggest deal ever. Scooter Braun did go on to like sell his company to a Japanese company for like almost a billion dollars. So I feel like the 8 million, like he could live without. Like maybe we just call it space.
Jackie Oshry
Like if you lent your friend 800 and they were going through a hard.
Claudia Oshry
Time and then like you end up winning the lottery or something, just like, leave it alone.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. I don't know if Scooter is trying to get the money back, but I think Justin has like been saying and even trying to prove that like his teams and people around him stole from him and it's like, actually no, Scooter gave you money.
Claudia Oshry
Well, it actually, it could have been both because it sounds like he did have like poor business managers and.
Jackie Oshry
Well, yeah, but to protect him from himself.
Claudia Oshry
Well, that's the other thing I worry about because, you know, they say road is valued at almost a billion dollars now. And I did see on Tick Tock so like take this with a grain of salt that they're shopping it around to like hopefully get bought. It's incredibly successful. And so while I love that for her, I do hope she, you know, protects what's hers.
Jackie Oshry
I'm sure that she will. I'm sure she's the only one who has control of the credit cards.
Claudia Oshry
Good.
Jackie Oshry
And maybe he could do what he wants with his money, but certainly not with hers. Especially now that she's a mom. Like I don't think she would. She knows what she's doing.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah.
Jackie Oshry
TMZ's report on Wednesday also claimed that his business manager, Lou Taylor found the 20 million figure to be an accurate and claim that actually Scooter had been overpaid in commissions by $26 million.
Claudia Oshry
So then Taylor like is somehow involved. If you guys remember her name, she was a kind of a bad faith actor in the whole Britney Spears conservatorship then situation.
Jackie Oshry
Company Hybe conducted its own audit and found he was actually owed a million dollars, but reportedly waived that amount. Okay, so per tmz, Justin reportedly felt that Scooter's audit was done corruptly, which led to hybe hiring PwC for the audit, which resulted in the Grammy winner actually owing $8 million oh, okay.
Claudia Oshry
Well, you know what? I'm then inclined to believe PricewaterhouseCooper because they were hired by Scooter and their results don't help Scooter. No.
Jackie Oshry
There, the result.
Claudia Oshry
He was trying to close 8 million.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. No, he was trying to show. No, actually, you owe me a million dollars. I didn't steal from you. And then they come in and I actually, you're owed 8 million.
Claudia Oshry
I got it. Yeah. Well, if anybody wants to loan me $8 million, I am available.
Jackie Oshry
So will you pay it back?
Claudia Oshry
No, no, no. Just. It's new. It's. No. How about no, that's a loan. More so as a gift.
Jackie Oshry
A gift. I agree. Which it has been a gift. In Scooter's case. I do think, like, Justin has really squandered his own fortune. Fortune.
Claudia Oshry
I agree.
Jackie Oshry
I'm sure people around him are enabling him. I'm sure they're spending his money, but he is there as well. And, like, they take advantage of him and he doesn't help himself.
Claudia Oshry
Personal accountability is important. I agree.
Jackie Oshry
Right. As long as, like, Haley and. And Jack are, you know, covered or.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah. Jack's college fund is intact.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. Well, that's road.
Claudia Oshry
Correct.
Jackie Oshry
But it's crazy when we talk about Justin being like this. Just like, totally down on his luck. Broke individual. We've seen videos. I want to say an alleged drug addict.
Claudia Oshry
Right.
Jackie Oshry
But that's like Haley's husband.
Claudia Oshry
I know.
Jackie Oshry
It feels like two different people.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah. And it's funny how we keep each other. Like Haley's a mother. Like, we keep saying that. And like, I forget Justin's a father too, you know?
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. But the videos of him in the last few weeks are really bad.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah, but they seem fine.
Jackie Oshry
Claudia.
Claudia Oshry
But she keep, like she's posted.
Jackie Oshry
Him too, seems fine.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah. Yeah, Yeah. I don't know. I. I don't know.
Jackie Oshry
I don't know. But I think that we cannot begin to understand.
Claudia Oshry
I agree.
Jackie Oshry
That world.
Claudia Oshry
No, you know, I found something really interesting totally separately, because a lot of people think that, like, Justin Bieber's somehow involved in the Diddy case. And that's not what I'm saying, but it just reminded me of Diddy because I've ended up on Diddy talk. And I'm glad because it, like, it needs to be widely distributed. But do you know that Cassie, long after they had broken up, filed a civil suit against him and they settled out of court, she got $30 million from him. And a part of that is obviously signing an NDA. She wasn't allowed to ever speak. But because this is a federal indictment, like civil suit, NDAs don't apply. So she not only got her $30 million, but she also got to speak her truth. Love that.
Jackie Oshry
Love that for her.
Claudia Oshry
You love to see women in business.
Jackie Oshry
When people say Justin's a part of the Diddy case, like, like not the case necessarily. Like, he just is a. Like, people think he might have been one of his victims.
Claudia Oshry
Right. Just given the timing, Justin's age at the time, people he was hanging out with, there's, I'm sure, like there's conspiracy theories with more proof, but that's pretty much.
Jackie Oshry
But when we say other people would be part of the Diddy case, it would be like they were accessories.
Claudia Oshry
Attending the freak offs. Yeah, no, I meant Justin as a victim. And that's why he's currently having this like, public Britney moment. Because it's a deeply hurtful part of his past. There's no proof of that, but it's just a connection people are making.
Jackie Oshry
I don't think that it's so far fetched.
Claudia Oshry
Me neither.
Jackie Oshry
But it's important to remember that he would be like a very tragic victim of what happened.
Claudia Oshry
Correct.
Jackie Oshry
So that's really sad.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah.
Jackie Oshry
Are you ready for our next story?
Claudia Oshry
Is it about Justin Baldoni, like, Lively and Taylor Swift?
Jackie Oshry
No, but it could be. Because I honestly don't want to talk about what I had chosen.
Claudia Oshry
Oh, great.
Jackie Oshry
I was just like, honestly overwhelmed when.
Claudia Oshry
I, I saw, I know, the Blake Lively thing yesterday.
Jackie Oshry
Like, and then like, Salma Hayek was at dinner with Blake last night. Did you not see that? My girl watch.
Claudia Oshry
Even though I'm on cell talk.
Jackie Oshry
You're on Sal talk.
Claudia Oshry
Oh, I did not hear that.
Jackie Oshry
Okay. Can you explain?
Claudia Oshry
I can.
Jackie Oshry
Thank you.
Claudia Oshry
So some, some documents were published by Justin Baldoni's lawyers yesterday. And obviously people read them and they were referencing Taylor Swift. So immediately people, you know, did their thing. And essentially he submitted documents and is alleging that Blake Lively, when the scandal started blowing up, not only, like, extorted Taylor Swift, but like, threatened and blackmailed her. Basically, the lawyers alleging that they have a really legitimate source that said Blake Lively asked. Threatened. Asked Taylor to like, speak out on her behalf while everyone was coming for Taylor. I mean, excuse me, for Blake. And if she didn't then threaten to like, release personal text messages from the last 10 years of their, you know, personal friendship. That's what's being alleged. And it's apparently this, like, really legitimate source who knows this stuff.
Jackie Oshry
So then their text messages could be subpoenaed.
Claudia Oshry
Right. And so Taylor then was subpoenaed earlier this week. Her team released a statement being, like, she didn't work on the movie, she didn't work on the score. Yeah, they licensed her song My Tears Ricochet for the trailer. But, like, she was busy being on one of the biggest world tours. Like, this has nothing to do with me. Please excuse me from this narrative. So it's gotten really messy with Taylor, and I think anytime. Like, I think it's a strategic thing because anytime Taylor gets brought up, this. The lawsuit gets brought up again in.
Jackie Oshry
A major way on this show.
Claudia Oshry
On this show in a major way. And it's really always in favor of Justin Baltoni. Because even though at first I really didn't believe any of the things they were saying about Taylor and Blake, like, these two have not been spotted together in a really long time, so I don't know what's true. And at first I was like, there's literally no way. There's no way. But if Blake did, like, even remotely threaten Taylor, like, Taylor's out.
Jackie Oshry
Oh, I was gonna say, where are you?
Claudia Oshry
Then where am I? Oh, I don't know. That would. That's such crazy behavior.
Jackie Oshry
How does this affect Turdy? Is anybody asking these questions?
Claudia Oshry
I don't know. I don't know. Because this whole time, I've really felt like so much of the Taylor rhetoric is, like, blown up. Like, what the does this have to do with Taylor Swift? And I'm sorry. I just never took Taylor as, like, one of those friends. They have painted it up until this point that Taylor, like, is staying away from Blake because she doesn't want, like, the stain of a, you know, a scandal on her record. And I'm like, that's really lame. Like, your friend is your friend. And I didn't believe Taylor to be that type of person, but now it seems like she's just mad at Blake for doing something to her. Like, that's different than, like, you know, is. What's the word I'm looking for?
Jackie Oshry
And distancing.
Claudia Oshry
Distancing yourself from. Afraid it was like having a public.
Jackie Oshry
School be mad at someone. Yeah.
Claudia Oshry
No, I'm like, if you're distancing your friend from having a public scandal, like, you've had public scandals. That's really lame of you, Taylor. I never thought that that was the truth.
Jackie Oshry
I didn't think so now it seems.
Claudia Oshry
Like she has a legitimate gripe, and I'm like, well, if that's the case, but this is all coming from Justin Baldoni, like, What do we know? The thing is, we will know if these two are never spotted together ever again. Like, something happened.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah.
Claudia Oshry
But Blake has been taking time off from, like, public events. Taylor hasn't been seen in a couple of months.
Jackie Oshry
I'm sorry.
Claudia Oshry
No.
Jackie Oshry
Blake's been everywhere.
Claudia Oshry
Sorry. I guess that's true.
Jackie Oshry
Likes, everywhere. She's only Salma dinner last night. She's at only recently. Stood up and talked.
Claudia Oshry
Only recently.
Jackie Oshry
I feel like she's doing simple favor.
Claudia Oshry
Press her and Taylor's, like, blackout dates didn't overlap. Like, Taylor was being really public and Blake was not. And then Taylor went, you know, on vacation. I don't know where she's been the last couple of weeks slash months. And Blake did time 100. Now, like, I feel like they.
Jackie Oshry
Fine.
Claudia Oshry
So if there's a time, like super bowl or whatever, like things that they would be doing together that they're not doing, then I will say something happened.
Jackie Oshry
Okay. But if Blake threatened Taylor, which I think would be, like, the seriously the.
Claudia Oshry
Stupidest thing she could do.
Jackie Oshry
Could do.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah.
Jackie Oshry
Like, that's your dragon. You want to piss off your dragon, they'll burn you.
Claudia Oshry
My dragon?
Jackie Oshry
Your dragon. So, like, say, Blake Byrne, Taylor, where do you stand?
Claudia Oshry
Well, obviously, Sam Taylor, because that's so lame. Like, anyone threatening your personal text messages. Like, as a public figure, like, your privacy is the only thing you have as a friend. But as a friend who, like, we know, like, what does Taylor value most? Really? Her privacy. And, like, the people she keeps close to her. And Blake has withstood every friend from the last 10 years. The girl squad. Everyone has come and go, but Blake has been tried and true. And they're so close, like with the kids and the music. If that's devastating.
Jackie Oshry
Do you think it was Ryan from Blake's phone? No.
Claudia Oshry
That's funny.
Jackie Oshry
You don't. Don't you want to blame the man?
Claudia Oshry
Thousand percent.
Jackie Oshry
Then you don't have to deal with these conflicting feelings.
Claudia Oshry
No, no. My feelings are as such. If Blake did this, she's so wrong for that. And, like, I'm Team Taylor 100. Taylor should never be her friend again.
Jackie Oshry
This is now being team Taylor mean being team Baldoni.
Claudia Oshry
I don't think it does. I'm holding space.
Jackie Oshry
Enemy of your enemy is not your friend.
Claudia Oshry
I don't think in this case, no. But again, these are all documents allegations being made from Justin Baldoni.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. And for their part, Blake's attorney spoke out to deny the claim that Justin's attorney made about the actress's friendship with Taylor.
Claudia Oshry
The thing Is this is very easily deniable. Go to dinner. Like, I will be settled. You two go to dinner. Give me a blurry paparazzi picture at a. At a restaurant in Philadelphia. Like, go to dinner. And we're good.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah.
Claudia Oshry
This is easy to figure out if it's true or not because Taylor would never talk to her again if it was true.
Jackie Oshry
Just to say the letter that they sent to get Taylor subpoenaed said his lawyer said that they have a source who is highly likely to have reliable information alleged to them that there is evidence of Lively's lawyers pressuring Swift's lawyers. Okay, so lawyer to lawyer.
Claudia Oshry
Lawyer. Not Ryan to Taylor.
Jackie Oshry
Ryan to lawyer.
Claudia Oshry
Ryan to lawyer to Taylor to lawyer.
Jackie Oshry
To release a statement of support for the actress amid the legal saga. If they refused, Lively was willing to leak their text messages in what he called extortionate threats. There is no evidence of the claims yet, but the lawyer said their subpoena seeks to obtain these communications.
Claudia Oshry
A legal letter.
Jackie Oshry
And by the way, they would have that correct.
Claudia Oshry
So this, this to me seems easily.
Jackie Oshry
Provable for in a year and we'll have forgotten him. There's so many other things we're waiting on. We're like, okay, we'll just bookmark that trial. No, no, I mean, even in this trial, like so many he said, she said. It's like, okay, jury's out until the jury's in in March 2026. So we need to keep a list of things we're waiting for returns.
Claudia Oshry
I think the Taylor one is something we'll remember. Like, this is like remind. It's a personal connection.
Jackie Oshry
Please remind us.
Claudia Oshry
Please remind us.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah, that's not good.
Claudia Oshry

Jackie Oshry
She goes sage green because she has touches of sage green in her apartment. I don't know if you knew that about her.
Claudia Oshry
Kind of me and Ben's color.
Jackie Oshry
You mean to borrow my jacket?
Claudia Oshry
I do. Even though it's more of a hunter.
Jackie Oshry
But still, I think it'll match with your apartment. Anyways, it is so much fun to cook with caraway. It is so easy. It brings you peace of mind. And then again, no scrubbing at the sink all night long. The food just slides off.

Claudia Oshry
It was worth it.
Jackie Oshry
Our fifth and final story is a little rebranding news that means a lot to us because HBO Max will live again. Max will be changing its name back to HBO Max after two years ago changing its name from HBO Max to Max.
Claudia Oshry
So they started as HBO Go, and then they were HBO now, and then they were HBO Max, and then they were Max, and now they're back to being HBO Max. And I remember we reported that they were going from HBO Max to Max. That that was a mistake because hbo, like, people die for recognizability like that. And while yes, Max offers a wide variety of shows that were never on hbo, it's most popular for streaming the White Lotus. Things that are actively on hbo. Game of Thrones. Like, I don't know why they ran from it. And obviously they don't either because they're going back and normalize, like, undoing something. You know, I feel like people, they spend so much money on rebrands. Like, oh, we can't. We can't. Even though it was a mistake. Like, no, clearly it was a mistake. Good on you for like, acknowledging it.
Jackie Oshry
Okay, I just want to say good on you for nothing. Stupid. This is so stupid that they ever went to Max and.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah.
Jackie Oshry
Yes. Not only that. I don't know if you remember this. I only remember it because I was cleaning out my apps on my TV recently and I saw it was a different new app. Yeah, I just deleted HBO Max.
Claudia Oshry
They made you download something new.
Jackie Oshry
Are we gonna have to download something new again? You're so stupid with your bad shows. One more wrong move and everyone's gonna know it's true. We already know.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah, they're gonna guess what if you.
Jackie Oshry
Make me download one more app? I'm not gonna do it.
Claudia Oshry
That's actually.
Jackie Oshry
I can live without the white lotus. I could live without success.
Claudia Oshry
We had the blue app, and then they made us get the purple one.
Jackie Oshry
And we had the black, and I was happy with the black.
Claudia Oshry
No, if they make us Redownload another app, which I don't know why you can't change your logo without having a whole new app that. I didn't even think about that. Jackie, that's a really good point.
Jackie Oshry
I want to see heads roll at HBO hq. I want heads on a spike. I want the name of the person who pushed this through, and I want them pushed out the door. And then I will think about downloading the next app, but not without accountability for all the upheaval you've caused in my life. Well, we just are supposed to applaud them for seeing what a third grader could have seen.
Claudia Oshry
Oh my God, it's like a new show. Are you smarter than a Max executive?
Jackie Oshry
Yes.
Claudia Oshry
I'm cracking up. No, you're 100, right? Like normalized.
Jackie Oshry
You're giving them so much grace and they don't deserve it.
Claudia Oshry
I am.
Jackie Oshry
It's textbook.
Claudia Oshry
Textbook. And this episode's brought to you by Hulu, so you guys can eat my ass. Okay.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. They would never do something so foolish.
Claudia Oshry
Innovative. Yeah, they would never. No, but I mean, like, Max could never do something as innovative as sponsoring the toast. But I challenge you.
Jackie Oshry
We have spots available.
Claudia Oshry
We actually.
Jackie Oshry
I'll give you an extra 25 seconds if you change it. Don't make it.
Claudia Oshry
No, we won't. We don't give idiots extra 25 seconds.
Jackie Oshry
It's true.
Claudia Oshry
Oh my God, I'm cracking up. No, you're right. Not me being so nice. Like, good on you. I just feel like sometimes people, like, make a mistake that's so obvious. But like, they did it in such a big way. They're like, well, we can't backtrack, you know, we can't undo this. You can.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah, but I feel like they're not even saying, like, we're sorry, Right?
Claudia Oshry
They're just being like, haha, oops. Yeah, they put out a tweet of that Marnie quote, like, okay, make fun of the girl who, you know, tried something new.
Jackie Oshry
It's like, no, make fun of the idiot who's an idiot.
Claudia Oshry
Make one of the billion dollar company who couldn't see what, as Jackie put it so eloquently, what a third grader could say.
Jackie Oshry
Make fun of the billion dollar company that can't hire someone with two brain cells.
Claudia Oshry
Damn.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah, I'm sorry. That was crazy. You think you're going to slip that into the fifth and final? I don't think so.
Claudia Oshry
I don't think so. It's such fifth and final story. It's like fodder though.
Jackie Oshry
You know, yeah, it's rebrand.
Claudia Oshry
It's the elk of the final story.
Jackie Oshry
Fifth story was made for a thousand streaming news.
Claudia Oshry
Streaming. Rebrand news.
Jackie Oshry
Streaming and. Or rebrand news.
Claudia Oshry
It's true. It's true. Let's dive into the summer house recap, which was last night's episode. The final weekend in the house. Lexi just like shows up and she's changed her mind. And I live for it. And I feel like some people. What I had seen people saying, which I found really disappointing, was like, they were so team Lexi up until this point. But like last night was like, clearly Lexi getting exposed as some sort of liar, whereas I had a totally different experience. Like, like Lexi's valid in saying, like, we just had a whole conversation breaking up. Sierra didn't come up. Once you go up to recap with everyone and suddenly it's all about Sierra and then they're parsing out. They obviously had a conversation about Sierra this week at the US Open and they are describing it entirely differently. And I just want to say for everyone saying, like, everyone, Lexi's so crazy, yada yada, like, Sierra has been like a thorn in their side of their relationship and they're finally doing better. And I don't know if they went to the US Open together, but like, like taking pictures with a girl who's not your girlfriend, who's like, like, I think it's still inappropriate behavior on Jesse's part and I know that's like not cool of me to say, like, what, Like Sierra didn't do anything? No, Sierra didn't do anything. But like, you're obviously in a new relationship. You've been accused of being super flirty with this girl and I know you care about your friendship with her, but like, do you think it's appropriate when you're like in a relationship to be taking pictures and like hanging out solo with a girl who you said you wish you had hit on last summer.
Jackie Oshry
What's crazy is I agree with you and like that now would be the time to just like have more back boundaries between the two of them. Just because she is like this sticking point. That's not even what Lexi said. What she said was like, literally last weekend she was yelling at you, calling you two faced loser. Like, couldn't give two shits about you. She's mean to us and she's been meaning to Mel Summer and that's his best friend. And I don't know how that's not a bigger issue between all of them that like everything's about Jesse and Sierra. And it's like, wait, what about Wes? But he's just so happy to not be yelled at that he's not gonna start complaining. But. So she's like, as your partner, like, this was a person who was mean to you two days ago. And then I. And it upset you, and it hurt you, and you said, I dislike you, like, them. And then to see you with them, it does make you look like a liar. And I'm in protective mode of, like, we're. Like, we're not about this person right now. So then I have to flip a switch because you just did. But, like, that's not how most people.
Claudia Oshry
Operate a thousand percent. And so it's either, like, one of these two people is lying, and, like, their version of the truth is just so different. And so I don't know who I'm inclined to believe. But it's not Jesse. Right? Like, this is a person who has been dishonest with Lexi all season long. And then last night on watch happens live, like, literally, he was asked kind of a harmless question. It was like, wes, did you feel any type of way seeing Jesse, like, drunk mad that Lexi was allegedly flirting with you? And Jesse was like, I never said that. And both Andy and Wes were like, yeah, you did. It's literally on camera. Like, we're not mad, but, like, why are you lying? Like, it was such a random thing to lie about that I'm like, I'm not inclined to believe you as a truth teller.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. I think that when Lexi and Jesse talk sometimes, and I think this happens in a lot of relationships, like, where she says one thing and he hears another thing, so then he tells the group what he heard, but that's not what she said. And I felt like her reaction last night, like, really? Unless she's a complete sociopathic liar, in which case I stand no chance against her.
Claudia Oshry
Right.
Jackie Oshry
I'm just watching it. And she's like an actress for the ages. But her reaction to when Kyle brought up Sierra and she was like, wait, was genuine. She was. She wasn't even, like, putting on. She was just confused. Like, what about Sierra? Like, what does that have to do with anything? And then at the table, like, I felt like nothing that they said. She never for one second looked guilty or like, oh, my God, I can't believe you told them.
Claudia Oshry
She got, like, caught in some sort of. Like, she didn't.
Jackie Oshry
Right. So I'm with her. I think she's been more consistent than Jesse. I trust her version of events more than Jesse's. What I do want to know. And I'm sure she could answer the question if I get a chance to ask her, is she said over the summer she caught him in a lot of little lies. Now, of course, there's Toe gate and Sierra Flirtgate, but I feel like there were other things during the week, other, like, just little omissions that she had noticed that she's also talking about. And I just would like to know, like, some examples and even whether or not he got a manicure is irrelevant.
Claudia Oshry
And I don't think she was saying that he didn't get a manicure.
Jackie Oshry
She was just feeling. She felt when you ask someone a question and they tell you something and you can't believe them, that's not a person you should be with. And, like, now she knows that.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah.
Jackie Oshry
I feel like also people will probably try and make something of the fact that she either should have broken up with him after season. No, no. Like, not like, I feel like you could say that it was a little, like, thirsty.
Claudia Oshry
So that's what people had said, like, team Lexi. But it seems like she just wanted the relationship to run its course the entire season. And the second the show ends on the last weekend, she's breaking up with him, which, no, I don't agree with either.
Jackie Oshry
I don't agree with that. I understand why she didn't want to lead him on all weekend and then break up with him next week. I also understand why she didn't break up with him on a Thursday. Like, we are doing a show. We have been the main storyline. And, like, let's just put it together. And when everyone is involved in the house sometimes, like, yeah, you don't want to have conversations in front of everyone. But like, this. This dinner table conversation needs to happen.
Claudia Oshry
Oh, yeah.
Jackie Oshry
When it's a game of telephone, it's like, let's all sit down and talk. And I can hear what you said about me and you can hear what I think about you.
Claudia Oshry
No. And like, Lexi feels so alienated from the girls. She blames Jesse for that. Jesse feels like Lexi's a liar and hates Sierra. And, like, Lexi and Sierra, like, really have never talked. This is long overdue. And I like that she came in kind of guns blazing, like, defending herself because it kind of is her again, against everyone. Like, they. There are insides. But the girls like Jesse.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. And they like Sierra. And if it's turning into Lexi versus Sierra, which more and more offline, it is like this during the season, I think you could say, well, they are not having no issue but they clearly have an issue. There's clearly, like, this underlying tension. And then the rest of the year, like, it gets bigger and it's gonna blow up at the reunion. And she said, don't talk about me and all this stuff. So I think it all does need to be said out in the open. And I think Lexi's handling herself really well for someone who's coming in season one, kind of friendless.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah. Bailey got so cut out, I literally forgot about her. She.
Jackie Oshry
At least she has Lindsay and Gabby, but they're not gonna speak up to defend her because they have no idea.
Claudia Oshry
They barely know her. But, like, she's really on an island of her own.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. And I think that she's handling herself well, so I feel bad for her. I do think that she really liked Jesse. And something that people say that bothers me. It's like, this was always fake. They have no. Where's the chemistry? Where's. I've never seen two people so obsessed with each other. Like, from the minute they met, it was like, sparks flying.
Claudia Oshry
Agreed. I don't. I don't agree with a lot of what people are saying.
Jackie Oshry
Like, are we watching the same show? They can't keep their hands off each other 1000%.
Claudia Oshry
The other thing I wanted to say is I felt like everybody was, like, really being dramatic and not understanding Lindsay's Instagram post at all. Like, I did not think it was weird. And, like, yeah, it was this major moment for her. She wasn't even talking so much about the breakup. She's talking about all the things she's accomplished in the year since. And how, like, a year, if you told her, you know, this is the worst day of your life, but in a year from now, you're going to be so happy pregnant. Like, literally filling your dreams. Like, everybody. Carl's so butthurt. Like, and everybody was, like, gassing him up. Like, it was weird. Like, it really. I didn't think it was so weird.
Jackie Oshry
People who weren't being, like, Carl about it were just being so shady towards her. Like, Amanda. Like, I read your. Your book.
Claudia Oshry
Yes. So shady.
Jackie Oshry
Don't be rude.
Claudia Oshry
Agreed. Like, this is a monumental moment. And I don't know, like, Lindsay at this point can do no wrong for me.
Jackie Oshry
She can do no wrong for me, too. But also, like, she is. Is pregnant. I do think that she has a.
Claudia Oshry
She's feeling reflective.
Jackie Oshry
See, to have a long Instagram caption. It's not like she's always been short and sweet and chose today to write a novel. Like, I think she. That's the type of social media user that she is. She's being reflective. Like, what's. And it happened to fall on a Friday. Like, I'm sure if it happened on a Wednesday, she would have. She didn't meet, like it. To post it an hour before coming into the house, but that's how it.
Claudia Oshry
Shook out no one. Also, even when she was like, making her speech, it wasn't even derogatory towards Carl. It was like, we're both better off. Like, it's good. I don't know. They were like, really looking for something. There wasn't anything there. Yeah, Like, I was like, what's the big deal?
Jackie Oshry
You just let her, like, be. And she let her be. She's so funny. Like, I was never. You're not funny. So I'm never gonna be on your side.
Claudia Oshry
No, I mean, Carl rolling up in his mobile. Mobile bar. Excuse me.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah, yeah.
Claudia Oshry
I literally burped. It wasn't even. So his mobile bar. That was like a low for humanity.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. But at least like, that truck looks good compared to $10,000 a month for the next.
Claudia Oshry
They should continue doing the truck. Yeah, it's a nice truck.
Jackie Oshry
Yeah. Keep the truck go around. It's not liquor, so you don't need a license. It's like a little ice.
Claudia Oshry
Ice cream truck. Yeah.
Jackie Oshry
Everyone wants a little refreshment in the summer.
Claudia Oshry
A thousand percent of my spot. Park it outside of Surf Lodge.
Jackie Oshry
Here you are, Claudia.
Claudia Oshry
Here you are.
Jackie Oshry
That's like me at the beginning of the show trying to manifest and be present, be present.
Claudia Oshry
Here you are, near.
Jackie Oshry
Now I need to go to soft bar to become present.
Claudia Oshry
You're kind of like a target demo. You don't drink.
Jackie Oshry
The thing is, I'm the target demo and I wouldn't want to go. That's a problem.
Claudia Oshry
You couldn't get Jackie within 100ft of software.
Jackie Oshry
Not even because it's Carl's. Like.
Claudia Oshry
No, I know. Well, for like. Well, yes, because it's Carl's, but also because it's a terrible idea.
Jackie Oshry
Who would I go with? Who would go with me if I even go?
Claudia Oshry
Right.
Jackie Oshry
Nobody wants to go there with kids.
Claudia Oshry
That's true.
Jackie Oshry
They shouldn't. Honestly, if it's. It's a bar because it's soft bar. Obviously they don't serve alcohol. They shouldn't allow kids in. Right, right.
Claudia Oshry
It's supposed to be like adult elevated experience. Yeah.
Jackie Oshry
It's very problematic, this soft bar, to put it mildly. Yeah.
Claudia Oshry
So I think we probably have one.
Jackie Oshry
More episode next week's. The season finale and then the reunion.
Claudia Oshry
Which I've heard was great. So it's been a good season and for everyone.
Jackie Oshry
And also, don't forget on the season finale, we're gonna get, like, Paige and Craig.
Claudia Oshry
Oh, yeah. But for everybody being, like, enough Lexi and Jesse, like, honestly think you're like, what the hell would we be talking about, Kyle? Sperm. Like, it's the only thing that happened this season. Like, they're the only people who brought it.
Jackie Oshry
No, it's really true. What would have maybe would have done something Imrule. It's time to talk to Emeril. I should have him on for Jackson Blank.
Claudia Oshry
It would just be a silent episode.
Jackie Oshry
But, like, I do look forward to hearing from Emeril at the reunion. Like, I do need to. I hope he's not here next season.
Claudia Oshry
No, he's. Jackie's not.
Jackie Oshry
But we do need to close the book on Emerald.
Claudia Oshry
A thousand percent. They cut him out of last week's episode. You know, he was in the house.
Jackie Oshry
He was.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah. I saw, like, people putting it together on social media. Like, he was fully in the house.
Jackie Oshry
Why cut him out?
Claudia Oshry
I don't know. It's like, more work. Like, I literally don't know.
Jackie Oshry
Maybe they didn't want to pay him. That pricey.
Claudia Oshry
So true.
Jackie Oshry
The editor's work was probably more pricey.
Claudia Oshry
So crazy if they didn't want to pay him. Oh, my God.
Jackie Oshry
Like, to me, he's up there with Benji on the side stick of, like, horrible reality tv. That warms my heart.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah. Like, sometimes you just have to, like, kind of look away or, like, squint.
Jackie Oshry
But, like, it's so bad. It's good. So bad that it's good.
Claudia Oshry
That's our summer house recap. That's our final pregnant podcasting in public, in person, together.
Jackie Oshry
Final. This era of Jackson Claude podcasting in this era, this time.
Claudia Oshry
Goodbye. Goodbye. Goodbye. You were bigger than the whole sky.
Jackie Oshry
You are more than just a short time. This one lasted pretty long. This error.
Claudia Oshry
Yeah. I got a lot to pine about. I've got a lot to think about. I'm never gonna meet what coulda been, woulda been, what should have been you. Love ya.
Jackie Oshry
Bye.
Claudia Oshry
Tears, Tears.
