Good morning, Millennials, and welcome back to the toast. Happy Monday. Of what will be our final week of shows for the year. So it's very appropriate that we are starting this week off in person together. Jackson, I. If you're watching on YouTube, I'm still in Florida. We had an amazing night last night. I am here in Florida kicking off. Oh, my God. It's just kind of setting in. Like we said, our last show of the year is December 13th. You guys know we like to take a nice, chunky Christmas break.
B
Yeah.
A
And that is this week. It's just a. So much was happening in our lives.
B
Oh, no. I realized last night when I was talking to a friend and I was.
A
Like, she has friends.
B
I was talking to a friend, making a lunch plan. And I said, Friday of this week is my last week of work. I can be a lady who lunches next week.
A
Wow.
B
So I'm very excited about that. But there's just so much going on right now. We have to set the stage and set the scene because we just came off of a career high.
A
1,000% jizz. No. Last night was so worth the hype. I feel like we've been talking about it for months. We, like, never planned things so far in advance, but this one, we were like, listen, let's do a holiday show. We've been talking about it for months. We've been talking about how we're breaking the Guinness World Records of the most amount of swirlies in one room at one time. It was so much better than I even thought it was going to be. Like, being pregnant. Like, I was, like, a little nervous. Like, just, like, not dreading, but, like, not, like, crazy. Looking forward to it because I thought it would be, like, really hard on my body. Oh, my God. No. My body was at. My body was acting. Right. Except that I developed sciatica last night, which we'll talk about.
B
We need to talk about. But I kept saying, like, I'm really. It's the most I've ever excited I've ever been for a gizmo. Because, like, we're going to be together. We haven't just noted in so long. It's the biggest venue we've ever done. My neighbors are coming. We had so many family members who came last night. And so, like, everything was all really well and good, but until the show's over, you can't say it was good. Like, we don't know how the show is going to be until it's done. So, like, now that it's done and dusted we can, like, look back so fondly on it. We just had so much fun on stage. The crowd was amazing. The girlies were swirling. Everyone, of course, has always looked so beautiful. We were getting tagged in stories all day from, like, the pool and the casino. And everyone was having so much fun. It was just like, a great night out. Also, my friend who was at the show. Yeah, a different friend, actually, because I have two. Well, she texted me that after the show, like, all the girls from the show, like, left and went to the casino. They were, like, coming down the escalators, and it was just, like, thousands of gorgeous women. She said the men in the casino went wild.
A
Do you know what last night was in an unofficial capacity? Because just so happened that the venue we were playing was also a hotel and casino. So so many people made a weekend of it. It was literally like swirly con.
B
Trustee con.
A
We kind of needed to do it again, but, like, have programming the entire weekend. Like, how they have Bravo Con or, like, right. I went to dragcon.
B
Good guys would do Friday.
A
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And, like, during the day, there's, like, pool parties, kind of like Camp Toast. Do you think that the Hard Rock Live would lend us their facilities for the occasion?
B
I would love to do that, and that's really the only place I would want to do it. The location was so party. It has to be a casino.
A
It has to be in Florida to be a casino.
B
So it's the Hard Rock Live.
A
And being able to just, like, has.
B
To be at a hotel that's shaped like a guitar.
A
Being able to sleep in our own beds. Like my guest room.
B
Yeah.
A
Also made it, like, so fun and light and easy. And I don't remember because the other jizz knows were like, a couple of months ago. And you guys know, I don't remember anything past yesterday, but I just can't recall I was having so much fun during the show. Like, usually it's very methodical. You know, we have to think about we're working. What's the next joke? What's the next segment? Where should I interject? Where should I stop talking? I feel like last night I literally did not stop talking. Like, I was being so annoying, but I was having so much fun. Like, I feel like it was just fun. Fun is fun.
B
Yeah. You know, fun was had.
A
And why don't you tell everyone about your night while I get Romeo and put him in a chokehold to tell him to stop barking. I'll be right back.
B
Okay. Romeo had fun, too. We did think about bringing the dogs for one second and one day, like, we're just gonna do it because we really, really miss them. But it was a party evening. I can't get over, like, the crowd. I'm, like, talking like, Claudia's here, but she's helping Romeo. The crowd was just. It was such an amazing crowd. So many of my neighbors shout out to my neighbors. Shout out to my neighbors. There were so many good, like, songs we could have literally sang and danced all night.
A
Yeah.
B
It was such a musical, spirited evening.
A
It was fabulous. I seriously had so much fun. Also, I don't think a lot of people realize we have so much family from Florida, and so, like, we haven't seen them in so long. They all came to the show.
B
They came backstage. We got to, like, we had a family reunion. We had a family reunion before the show started, which really set the stage. And we always have so many, like, inside jokes from growing up. Our cousins who were there are such a big part of all of those stories.
A
And they. They were, like, reminding us of, like, so many jokes and, like, songs we used to make up. It was the best. That was, like, the first time I actually really felt like I wanted a cocktail, like, up until.
B
Me too. I opened a bottle of wine for aunt, and I was like, that looks good. And then it's like, I've never drank before a show, so I'm not going to do it. And I'm certainly going to do it for the one show where you can't drink.
A
Yeah. No, it was just like, everybody was cracking open spritzes backstage, like, Nancy and her wine. I was like, I want to have wine with Aunt Nancy. Like, that. I've actually been really happy about the fact that I really don't miss alcohol a lot. I don't miss partying. I don't miss any of that. But kick him back with a glass of Kim Crawford with the antis. Like that. That I needed.
B
No. And also when my friends and neighbors were like, we're at the casino. I was like, oh, I would have loved to go to the casino after. But I guess we're not going because, like, Claudia's tired and can't drink. But yeah, it was like, the first time where I was like, really? But we were partying. Like, we were really having fun.
A
Yeah.
B
Whilst working. So it was an amazing night and a great way to, like, end the year, start the holiday season. Thank you to everyone who came, who traveled from far, and why they got so tagging so many people on the airplane. They made girly swirly weekends out of it, which was what we had asked people to do. Like champagne and Chanel. Emily Travis was there pregnant with her sisters.
A
No, it's so. And honestly, it's the last show that we're doing of the year, but it's probably the last show we're going to do for like, a whole year. I think this is probably the furthest along I could have been that I would have been able to get through.
B
The day singing and dancing.
A
Oh, my God, I was so out of breath. So knowing that it was the last. And when we booked the show, I didn't know I was pregnant. So, like, it wasn't the plan, but it's kind of, like, kind of perfect. Like the last show of the year. The last show for me for a while. And it was just amazing. Like, I seriously went to bed with a smile on my face.
B
Same. And if anyone from the Hard Rock is listening, I would love to do it again same time next year.
A
We were talking about maybe we us making this, like, an annual affair. I think it's a great way to cap out the gear. Florida is obviously a great market for us. You live here. It's so easy. So many, like, I'm usually here around Christmas time.
B
Yeah, People like to come down. It's a great season for people to come here. Was also Art Basel this week. I wonder if anyone in the audience.
A
For sure, had also been at art 1000%. The crossover between artsy toasters and swirlies. Like, it's just a circle.
B
It is just a circle. So that was very exciting. In addition to, like, then Claudia was here. We had such a fun weekend.
A
We had such a fun weekend. I'm leaving today because I've, like, it's the last week of work. I have, like, a lot of stuff going on in the city. And I'm, like, actually so sad. I feel like I usually completely overstay my welcome by the time it's time for me to leave. I'm so excited to get on the plane today. No, no, it has nothing to do with you. Like, I know you just, like, you gotta go sick.
B
Yeah.
A
Like, it's not about you, your family. Everything's great. But, like, you want to be in your own bed. I've been here for three days. It's like the shortest I've ever been here. And I'm dying not to leave, but I have stuff that, like, I can't move. You know me. I love to cancel a whole week of plans and stay. I gotta go.
B
And considering we haven't made Christmas plans yet.
A
It's like safe to say I'll be back here for Christmas.
B
Like, that you'll be staying here. So it's good that you're leaving, like, wanting more. And I'm going to spend the next few weeks, like making my holiday my home, like, holiday ready for you.
A
Yes. I told you.
B
Really special.
A
In my bedroom. I need a dresser. Like, there's not enough drawers.
B
This is actually going to be the thing that revs me up to install my cold plunge.
A
Y for Ben. Yep. Oh, my. He will love that.
B
Install my fire pit for you. We were also talking about building a half basketball court in the next week. So that.
A
That one's like a little.
B
It's a little far fetched. We looked up the average price and we're going to have to do a couple more videos.
A
It's not what I thought. No, it's definitely going to have to. Everybody's going to have to be put in sweat equity. Like we're going have to build a diy. Get people. Get people in the neighborhood to chip in.
B
Yeah. To pour some concrete. Patreon vlog.
A
Yeah, that. But seriously, that's a basketball court at your house that I will never use. Like, I'm not getting involved. Like, that's not my problem.
B
Right.
A
Put them to work.
B
Fire pit, cold plunge are one and two. And I need.
A
If you could just like, upgrade the linens and the pillows in that bedroom. It's like not my favorite. It's a little scratchy.
B
Oh, wow.
A
It's clearly not bulletproof. Just like they're. Just upgrade it. I think it's a hodgepodge of all.
B
There's been a hodgepodge happening. And seriously, Bruno peas on that bed. Like everything that we Change the sheets. No. Then we moved the bed.
A
I'm talking about this room. You're.
B
Oh, oh, the upstairs.
A
The upstairs.
B
Yes. You did. Okay, sorry.
A
That's like, definitely like the leftover sheets.
B
I'm order. Like, I love Bowen branch. Like, I am ordering you sheets of Egyptian cotton.
A
Yeah. Like, just. Just you know.
B
Oh, you know what? And that's. That's a cold plunge fire pit. Red. Maybe there'll be wallpaper in there. It's going to be a whole new room.
A
I would love for you to redecorate that room. Yeah.
B
Maybe I'll install a cloth bathtub. Yeah.
A
Oh, yeah. If. If you could install a bathtub in that room.
B
You know what I should do? I should put a bathtub in the shower. That way you just.
A
Yeah. Love that. By the way did I just hack life. Talk to. Talk to somebody about it.
B
Just like plop it on top of the shower.
A
Also such a successful weekend that we're redecorating and we're coming back. And we have to make the shows this week like the best they've ever been because you know, people are going to be clinging to these episodes for the next like two weeks.
B
So these are always our most listened to episodes because while people miss us or people are introduced to us, they listen to these episodes.
A
So what should we promote while people are listening? The toast podcast dot com. You can click all of our things.
B
We're also so dramatic because yes, this is our last show of the year is on Friday, but we still owe you guys 5 patreon episodes for December. And the way things are looking, those five episodes will come out when we're not. It's doing this show so literally every day next week, like, you will probably have a Patreon episode.
A
Yeah.
B
So if you need Toast next week, patreon.com the toast.
A
It's an amazing time to be a Patreon. We always take care of our Patreon members.
B
And I'll, I'll probably vlog all my home improvement if that's what I'm doing.
A
Love that.
B
And you're going to drop something?
A
Yes, I have drop something.
B
I'm ready.
A
You're ready?
B
I'm ready.
A
I was thinking of dropping it in Jan. Why? December is just like a little flat. You know, I don't, I don't think like the drop if it's my gender reveal. You guys. I almost did my gender reveal at the show last night. Somebody shouted it out. I had occurred to me to like, maybe drop the Patreon vlog, like as we're walking out and then like, tell everyone on stage what the gender is. But I wanted to save it and.
B
Should have done that.
A
Yeah, I know. I thought about it, but I do think I kind of want to. The thing is, when you're like an influencer who's pregnant, you get to a place where, like, everybody's so sick of you. Right. It's like you've been pregnant for so long, I feel like she's been pregnant forever.
B
Well, that's just pregnancy period.
A
So I just want to, like, hold on to my last reveal a little bit longer.
B
Just something for turd self.
A
No, just so people don't get sick of me. Like, do you know what I mean?
B
Okay.
A
Like, if I just like kind of ejaculate, tell everyone everything and Then, like, I have to wait, you know, eight months.
B
I just want to say I have the opposite experience with people where it's like, I waited too long and now I don't care.
A
Oh, oh.
B
And I've seen some people, like, wait too long to reveal the gender. And it's like, you can tell the videos from when they found out, which was four months ago. And it's like. And it feels like, oh, you were milking. Yeah, I have the opposite.
A
Oh, okay. I'll think about it.
B
I'm working for you guys.
A
It might be a December drop or a January.
B
It might be a December to remember.
A
I think, you know, I'm planning on going back to December.
B
So it's December 8th and it's already been in December to remember. And it's. And it's also December 9th.
A
That is so true. It is December 9th.
B
Speaking of back to December, it's not a story, but lurid. Like, the ERAS tour is over, you guys.
A
It ended last night. And there was no grand announcement. Grand reveal, which I kind of like. I think that it let the shows really speak for themselves. And I think everybody was, like, going to Vancouver night one, night two, night three, like, waiting. She'll do rep night one and then debut night too. And I like that she didn't like, obviously we all want the. The announcements, but, like, let the shows be about themselves. And, like, I am, like, sad. Like, what are we going to talk about?
B
We'll find something. But I'm also glad for the lurd that, like, it's not like she announced Rep TV is coming out in January and now for the next month, she has to do, like, promo. Like, she has nothing right now, like, except her Travis and the surrogate. And so she can just, like, enjoy her life. Like, she has nothing that is out there that people are waiting for. So I think it's really good for her to have this break and for her and Travis.
A
Yes. And I also do really like in their schedules when there's like a big chunk of time where either Travis is off or Taylor is off because they're together publicly so much. So I'm looking forward to seeing her at lots of games, lots of Christmases spend together. Like, seriously, when are these two getting aged or what are they announcing that they already are.
B
I think they are engaged because the more I thought about it, the more true it is. Like, you don't have a joint Thanksgiving with someone who's not your betrothed.
A
You just don't 1000%. Can we talk about my Sciatica really briefly while you're sitting on your pillow.
B
When Claudia and I on Saturday, we had a beautiful day together, except that.
A
We were both suffering so deeply with our individual, our different tushy issues. As you guys know, I have coccidinia on Jackie's, like, 95. Sure she has sciatica.
B
You guys have diagnosed me. I googled it. It's exactly what I have. When I read the description, I'm like, yes, that's me. Not. It's not anything that's bad enough to see the doctor, but, like, there are things that you can do to help.
A
On the car ride home from our fabulous day out on Saturday, we were.
B
In the car a lot, and we went to the theater. So we were sitting in two hours.
A
And Jackie and I were talking to one another about our respective issues, like, comparing, like, whose is worse?
B
And it's like, I wish we could freaky Friday so we could know. I could know what you're going through. You can know what I'm going through. And also, maybe one of us is having it, like, so much worse.
A
Right?
B
It's crazy that we both can sit and we both have butt issues, and we know for certain we're not feeling the same thing.
A
Yes, exactly. It's kind of like that. They say this in friends. Like, you can either give birth, like, go through child labor, or get punched in the nuts. Like, you'll never know which is worse. And that's kind of like my coccydenia and your sciatica until last night. We're sitting. We're in our green room, like, having fun, swirling it up, making fun of bed. And I get up and, like, I feel this little bit of pain when I put my heels on. And then throughout the rest of the night, like, until I went to bed, I was having this terrible pain. And I started to explain it to Jackie, and she was like. She was describing. I'm like, yes, that's what it is. Yes.
B
Like, I was like, does it sound like a pinched nerve?
A
And it feels like it shoots down my leg. Like, I almost feel it in my toe.
B
Yeah, and it starts in your butt cheek.
A
Butt cheek, yes. She said, that's sciatica. And I said, oh, my God. So now I have experienced both, and I. I hope it was just like a fluke sciatica moment right now. I'm fine. It was just like last night by the time I went to bed. In no world is your sciatica even close to cod.
B
I could one have, like, a ramp, like, a more you could be your case of it. And two, it is how you felt last night is every single day of my life.
A
Yeah, same with co There. I've. Jackie, I have felt both. I've gotten kitchen the nuts and gone through child labor. Like, not even a competition. Coccydenia is so much worse.
B
Okay. I just. I don't know. I believe, like, there's no way we'll ever know because I'll never feel your degree. Even if I got Cox, I would never feel your degree, and you'll never feel my degree. And also, I just know, like, a massage. Like, our ranking, like, we could both pick out on a chart, like, 1 to 10. How bad is your pain for coccidinia?
A
I would say my coccydenia pain is like a six or seven.
B
Yeah. And I just. I don't even know what I would say my number is, but I just feel like our ranking systems are different.
A
I know. I know. You're saying it's an insult. Like, I'm dramatic. And, like, I would say It's a level 10. Like, I hear. I hear that. I know what you're saying.
B
Like, I feel like I tolerate more pain.
A
Oh, you're so brave.
B
And also, you know, redheads have a lower tolerance for pain. You're so jealous that we have that. Because that's, like, so true. Because, like, you should have that.
A
It's because then you could tell people.
B
No, I'm in more pain because I have a lower tolerance.
A
I also meant to tell you, trans redhead, I'm definitely. I definitely am. I meant to tell you that when I went outside, like, I just had to let Romeo roam free in your house. So, like, if there's a duty, like, we'll just. We'll figure it out together.
B
That's fine. Like, I don't even care if Romeo makes a duty. Like, I just feel bad for you because then, like, your party has to not. You have to clean up.
A
You know, I'll call Ben and, like.
B
The stain, like, you guys have to take care of it, but, like, I'm not mad about it as long as it's taken care of.
A
So, like, who knows what Roman is doing downstairs? He has free will and he never.
B
I should have just left him in the backyard. He can't get out.
A
So true.
B
So happy.
A
I don't know.
B
That's his last day. No, it just seems a little scary.
A
It's so.
B
I guess, like, sometimes I do get coyote spottings on, like, the neighborhood.
A
You do?
B
Alert. Yeah. My neighbor, my next door neighbor saw Coyote like a year ago. So, no, we can't leave Romeo outside.
A
Oh, my God. I didn't know that. I'd been, like, very laissez faire with that backyard.
B
Well, you don't. Like, they could play it, but, like, for an hour, uninterrupted. No.
A
Oh, my goodness. Okay.
B
Yeah. It's really crazy out here.
A
The Wild West. Well, we have a great show. Lots of news to discuss. Jay Z, like, it's starting. It's starting. And you know what? I thought that it wouldn't. You know, I thought we would get Epstein.
B
Well, yeah, because also this lawyer, Busby, he was the one who was like, there are big names, and you're gonna hear about them and everyone. It's coming to light. And then literally two days later, he was like, you were not going to be sharing the names on these.
A
You know, he's definitely. I think. When we'll get into it. But I think they tried to discredit him immediately. Jay Z statement. But I had heard this lawyer's name, and I'm like, why do I know it? Why do I know it? I'm like, oh, he represents a lot of victims. Like, he's legit as a lawyer. But also in this case.
B
Yes. But, like, he kind of. In that. Like, I remember we shared that story. Busby said, like, the names are coming to light. And then literally two days later, Busby said, the names are not coming to light.
A
Maybe, like, he was being, like, pessimistic, like, real. I don't know. I don't know.
B
I don't know. We'll. We'll talk about it. And then Busby is, like, defending buzz self, like, and. And his credentials.
A
Nature.
B
He's, like, a lieutenant, and he was a lieutenant.
A
So they're trying to discredit Busby. Busby, what is in the movie sing the mouse who, like, puts together the Buster Moon. Buster Moon. Okay. It's giving Buster Moon. Do you agree? Okay, so we're gonna go into the fast five stories because there's so much to discuss and. Yeah. Anything else we need to, like, recap before we.
B
No. That was pretty much our weekend. Yeah.
A
It was just amazing. Olivia cooked us such a fabulous meal. It's just like, the weekend was giving family fun, friends, like, sunshine.
B
Yeah, it really was. And also work. Like, we really filled our all buckets.
A
We did. We did.
B
And it's so great when your weekend fills all buckets.
A
It's so true.
B
You know what bucket we didn't fill? Not even close. Like, the rotting bucket didn't turn my TV on. Oh, I watched Southern Charm on Friday.
A
How was it?
B
Isn't that crazy how, like, dedicated I am to Southern Charm?
A
You definitely, like, you won't quit Southern Charm? Not that you should, no.
B
But, like, I have dropped off with, like, a lot of reality show except for Southern Charm. Like, I don't miss an episode. And it was definitely, like, a season one opener. We're introducing new cast members. People have to, like, come back together. Jt, I don't remember how I felt about him in the past. I kind of, like, thought he was fine. Is the biggest loser on the planet. On the planet. Like, I was uncomfortable from what I was seeing, but I'm looking forward to a great season with. With my fam in the club.
A
We all fam. Jackie's obsessed with that sound. It finally hit reels.
B
I'm obsessed with that sound. No, it hit reels, like, weeks ago. And I. I say it all the time in my personal life, and it's crazy that I've actually never shared on the show, like, how much I love that sound.
A
Yeah, well, feel free to use it. It's hysterical. We love the club. We all fan. I mean, that's literally you.
B
No, it's literally me.
A
Yeah, it's literally me in the clear. We all fam.
B
I was actually introduced to it from Sabrina because she made a really funny tick tock about her, like, millennial fans. Yeah. And. And I thought it was so funny. Also, did you see clips of Sabrina's nonsense Christmas?
A
You know what?
B
I did the opener.
A
No, I just saw clips of her singing Chapel Roan. Her singing, different clips, her guests. And I'm gonna reserve judgment because I haven't seen it yet, but, like, I don't know, it kind of looks like I'm not gonna like it. I can't explain it.
B
I saw her opening song monologue, which.
A
Was amazing, which was her nonsense Christmas. Like.
B
Yeah, did you see that?
A
I saw a couple of bars.
B
I saw the whole thing. It was so good. And it's like, we're right for making, like, these Disney kids famous. They can do it all.
A
Well, that's the thing about, like, you know, our generation of Miley, Demi, Jonas Brothers, Selena, they really can. I mean, look, Selena, she acts, she sings. They are true triple threats. And they also, like, have been working so hard since they were kids. Like, they have crazy work ethic. This new generation. Olivia Rodrigo, Sabrina Carpenter. It's the same thing. Like, they are dove cameras.
B
They're so.
A
They're complex. Like, they're dynamic.
B
Sabrina was reminding me of Miley because she was being like funny, cheeky, raunchy, singing beautifully. And I was like, she's really similar to Miley. They are of the Disney elk, but they're also just like funny swirly. So I'm gonna watch that.
A
Me too.
B
When I get back to rotting. Maybe when I'm unemployed next week.
A
Yeah, we're just giving girls with no.
B
Job girls with no job. Except for the five Patreon episodes that we have to do.
A
If you can pass me the iPad, we have business to attend to before we dive in. So we do.
B
We do. And so now without further a doo doo doo, doo doo. Here are the fast five stories.
A
Oh, you didn't even pull up the ads. I asked you to pull up the ads and you didn't.
B
We're like give me, give me, give me.
A
Yeah, well I was like, what is she being so slow about? And why on God screen did so many emails.
B
Yeah, I have so many emails. I have to like get my emails in check.
A
Okay, I got it. My God.
B

B
Yeah, we'll be fine.
A
I'll get to. I'll get a snatcher is the one who does it. She's like, you know, techie, like that Satchel, Cratchel.
B
Did you talk to her yet from and find out how Erez was?
A
I actually didn't. She's been like sleeping and been on planes and I haven't spoken to her. But I know she had like the best time.
B
Yeah, anytime I've gotten to call her, I'm like, she's probably sleeping and I'm going to let the Satch rest. She needs that. Our first story is really crazy because Jay Z has been accused of raping a 13 year old girl with Sean Diddy combs at a 2000 MTV VMA's Afterparty 2000, like the year 2000. Jay Z has been accused of raping a 13 year old girl along with Diddy at an afterparty in 2000 for the MTV VMAs. The music mogul and entrepreneur was named in a civil suit that was refiled by Texas based attorney Tony Busby on Sunday. According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the original rape complaint, which had been filed by an anonymous accuser in October, had only listed Diddy as the defendant. And then NBC News was the first to report on the amended lawsuit which now identifies Jay Z. So the accuser, identified only as Jane Doe, claims in the lawsuit that both Jay Z and Diddy raped her at a house party in New York on September 7, 2000 when she was 13. She claims she was offered a drink that made her feel, quote, woozy and, quote, lightheaded before she went into a bedroom to lie down for a moment. Shortly after, the woman claims the two rappers entered the room with the Bad Boy Records founder allegedly saying, you're ready to party. She claims Jay Z then removed her clothes and a trigger warning held her down and raped her while Diddy and an identified female celebrity looked on. Combs also allegedly raped her as Jay Z and the woman watched. In a lengthy statement obtained by Page C on Sunday, Page Six on Sunday, Jay Z has vehemently denied the heinous allegations and slammed the, quote, deplorable lawyer Busby for his pattern of theatrics.
A
He's making it seem like he's being blackmailed. Yes, like extorted for money.
B
Put out a very lengthy statement saying that this is a blackmail attempt. What Busby had calculated was the nature of these allegations in the public scrutiny would make me want to settle. No, sir, it had the opposite effect. It made me want to expose you for the fraud that you are in a very public fashion. So, no, I will not give you one red penny. He said the allegations are so heinous in nature that the victim who filed as Jane Doe should file a criminal complaint, not a civil one. Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away. Would you not agree these alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case? He said that he's researched Busby, and the lawyer seems to have a pattern of these type of theatrics. I have no idea how you have come to be such a deplorable human, Mr. Busby, but I promise you, I've seen your kind many times over. I'm more than prepared to deal with your type. You claim to be a Marine. Marines are known for their valor. You have neither honor nor dignity.
A
Okay, not coming for the Marines.
B
Like, Busby put out a statement about himself as a Marine, as a Marine, how he has all of the qualities then and now, and he's a man of honor.
A
And I don't know how this became a referendum on the Marines, but we're losing sight of the topic at hand. The thing is, nothing up until this point from the Diddy files or Busby himself has been proven untrue. If anything, like, the more we learn, the more, like, bigger this is and, and, and really true. All of it is. So I have a really, really hard time believing Jay Z, especially because if you're, like, into, like, celebrity blind items and, like, you're. You're, like, watching, like, you. If you're like a. If you're really in the rabbit hole of the. The Diddy thing, one of the most famous names that comes up most fre. Is Jay Z. So this does give, like, a lot of credence to, up until this point, what were just, like, theories. But it's always like, when you say the list of names, he's the first one on the list. It's Jay Z. Yeah. So I don't know how all of that is untrue. Do you know what I mean?
B
Yeah, I guess. You know, it will go to trial. We'll see what happens.
A
No, but it won't go to trial. That's what he's saying. It's like, not a criminal.
B
It's a civil charge.
A
But Also, it was 24 years ago, so I don't even know if you could pursue criminal charges.
B
And that's, and that's why they would be doing civil. But no, unless they settle. Like, it would go to court.
A
Yeah.
B
So it's going to go to court because Jay Z saying that he won't settle.
A
And then if I'm Jay Z, I guess, like you don't want to settle because that is an admission of guilt. But then you don't want to not settle because now look, we're all talking about it. We might, we might not have even known about it.
B
And now if it goes to a trial where there's going to be more information that comes out.
A
Yeah.
B
However, like, if he didn't do it, it should like, defend yourself. People can't just like go around saying stuff and like, you just pay them so that they stop saying stuff.
A
Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I don't know.
B
And he certainly has the means to defend himself and like, and, and this would put, if he were to prove himself innocent in this, it would put a lot of other whispers to bed that are. People are whispering about him.
A
Yeah, that's, that's what I'm saying. That's why I just, I find it difficult to believe none of it's true because there's so much and it's, none of it is, you know, there's no proof or evidence. But it's just like when you think of P. Diddy and the list of celebrities who were at those freaky ass parties, like the name on everybody's lips is Jay Z.
B
Right.
A
So if you're paying attention, like, this isn't like the most shocking thing, but the allegations are so egregious, like so heinous that it's just shocking because of that.
B
Right.
A
And the female celebrity now obviously, like the mind wonders, like, who would be with Jay Z?
B
Well, who was Jay z dating in 2000? And then also who was Diddy dating in 2000? Oh, Sportskeeda has already done the, done.
A
The legwork for us.
B
Yeah.
A
Even though, like, if you're dating someone, maybe you don't want them like seeing them.
B
That's true.
A
So it could have just been like a rando who was into freaky, weird, illegal.
B
Yeah, I'm not gonna be able to get an answer in a timely fashion. I don't want to start slinging names.
A
No, no, of course not. So this is just, I mean, this to me feels like the beginning. And there have been like a couple of names that people circulate when you think of like the Diddy list. And Jay Z is always one of Them and there are a few others. So I guess, like, we'll just have to sort of wait and see if the others get implicated in things as well.
B
Yeah, I just am looking up something because in. I don't even want to go. I don't want to say all this.
A
Okay.
B
I'll tell you after. But it's just like, if I'm wrong, like, it's bad.
A
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
B
Okay, well, we'll. Time will tell.
A
Yeah, yeah.
B
Just crazy.
A
Just crazy. Like, so surprising, but like, not right.
B
Surprising that we're talking about and that it's out there. Because I feel like these people who are so powerful do a really good job of like, keep covering it up under wraps. Like, even still, it's been 25 years since that happened.
A
And like all we really do, like, if you're talking about it, you're talking about it like underground and blind items and conspiracy theories and rabbit holes. Like, because what I was about to.
B
Say leads to like a bigger conspiracy theory and I just.
A
Oh, I know what you're talking about. Who? Oh, yeah, but also the.
B
Oh, that's. But that's later in life. That's a late in life.
A
Got it, got it, got it. Okay. Yeah, no, like, if you've been like in the underbelly of the Internet, like celebrity blind items for as long as we have, like, there's a lot to go on.
B
Yeah, there's a lot different holes you could travel down.
A
But if you're just like, you know, a person who buys tabloids in the supermarkets and believes everything they read, you say, JC, that nice man, he's been married for 100 years. Like, how could he? Father of three. So, you know, we all have different experiences.
B
Yeah. Our next story is actually so crazy to me and pretty juicy, but Selena Gomez is reacting to criticism over her indefensible Spanish in Netflix's new movie, Amelia Perez. So Selena Gomez is respectfully clapping back after Eugenio Der criticized her Spanish in the latest film, Amelia Perez. So this film, Amelia Perez, which has Selena Gomez in it, is getting like a lot of buzz, awards buzz, etc, I'd heard. And I'm. I just figured it was good.
A
This particular scene that they're referring to did also go viral on social media. So I didn't know much about Emelia Perez the movie, but I did see this clip.
B
So the Mexico born actor first shared his opinion on Selena's project during an interview with Ablando de podcast host Gabby Mesa. He said, Selena is indefensible. He said, I watched Amelia Perez with people. And every time she had a scene, we looked at each other to say, w out. What is this? According to Variety, the host echoed his statements. However, she commended Selena's efforts and said she's a very talented actress. Although Spanish is not her main language, not her secondary or her fifth. She said, I feel like she doesn't know what she's saying. If she doesn't know what she's saying, she can't give her acting proper nuance. So in the movie, Selena speaks both Spanish and English. She earned a standing ovation at the Cannes Film Festival. But these Spanish speaking actors are saying that she doesn't, she doesn't know what she's saying when she's talking to Spanish. And so she's not acting.
A
What the words mean when you emphasize certain words when you know what you're saying. Even like right now, like I know to say like that and this, like. Yeah, but if you don't know what you're saying and it's just like a different language, you just put the wrong emphasis on the wrong label.
B
Right. So I guess it's like shocking if you know what she's saying. She went on to call Amelia present. Interesting experiment. Since the director is also not a native Spanish speaker. She said, I like the film aside from the Selena moments that jump at you because it has salvageable things. But I told myself how weird that the director doesn't speak English or Spanish in the movie, is in Spanish in English and it takes place in Mexico when you don't understand the culture.
A
It's definitely weird.
B
It's so fucking weird. I thought, like, we weren't doing that.
A
Yeah, no. And like, I feel like when it comes to like actors playing things that they aren't, I think as a culture, like that conversation went a little radical. Like you couldn't play anything if you weren't that exact thing. So I don't agree with it wholeheartedly because at some point, like, we're all pretending we're actors, like, we can do an accent, but to tell a story in another language, in another country about like somebody like, and to have nobody on set that in a powerful position, like a main actor or a director.
B
And it's going to be like the biggest Spanish speaking film of the year and like represent that world.
A
I'm with the the woke on this. Like, this is weird.
B
Yeah. Because also it's just. It wasn't done well. If they did it well and Selena worked with an acting coach, it wouldn't have mattered. It wouldn't have Mattered and nobody and. And so I'll continue. So they just said, like, it's like if I made a film in Russian without knowing the culture of speaking Russian and talking friends.
A
It's so true.
B
It's so true. So then Selena defended herself, and she said, I understand where you're coming from. I'm sorry. I did the best I could with the time I was given. Doesn't take away from how much work and heart I put into this movie. Like, at this level, it's, like, not about a participation award.
A
Like, it's kind of crazy statement from Selena. Like, a.
B
For execution. Like, you know, and this is.
A
It's not a school project. Right. This is a high budget. Right? Like, everybody tries hard and they win razzies. That doesn't mean they're not worthy of the Razzie. Like, it's really. It's such a victim thing to respond. It's actually, like, a crazy statement.
B
And actually. So now the actor who initially made these comments is kind of backtracking and saying that he wishes he never said.
A
Them and that, of course, Delinators are ruining his career.
B
Oh, but he was like, I just feel bad for, like, taking down, like, a fellow Latino. Like, it just isn't what I wanted to do. But the point he's making is right. And also, only someone, like, in that community could say it, because also, an English speaker, non Spanish speaker, wouldn't know that it's wrong. But this is wrong.
A
No, I feel him, though. Like, sometimes you want to. Like, I'm dying to critique, like, Jewish people who are, like, even when. But you don't. Because what are you doing? There's enough criticisms of our community. Like, what? I'm going to be like, the. The call is coming from inside the house.
B
No, but we do, by the way.
A
We do. Yeah, we do.
B
When it's warranted. Someone, like, is misrepresenting the Jewish community. Jewish people out there who would have done such a good job. And it's like. And it's not like this person doesn't get opportunities.
A
Yeah, no, you're right. You're right. But I understand his wanting to backtrack, because I think people who backtrack are spineless. But I do understand what he's saying. Like, when you are proud of your community, like, what are you doing starting infighting? Like, I actually. Like, I get it. And it probably became a bigger thing than he intended. He was on some random podcast. I don't even know who this actor is. Like, so this is probably, like, the most amount of like heat he's gotten and not everyone can handle it.
B
So I understand why he backtrack Selenators like, correct. Won't even let Haley Bieber breathe.
A
But I years later, she talk more about Selena's statement because I feel like it's the craziest thing I've ever read.
B
So let me go back to it.
A
She will read it one more time.
B
She wrote in the comments section of a podcast clip that had been reposted on Tick Tock. She said, I understand where you are coming from. I'm sorry. I did the best I could with the time I was given. Doesn't take away from how much work and heart I put into this movie.
A
Like, it does actually.
B
And I'm sorry, like, working hard and not execution are not gonna. Like, why does this have a word.
A
Objection. Relevance to your heart and work ethic?
B
Right.
A
Like, I just, I actually can't get over what.
B
I'm crazy with the time. I was like, so you're saying that it wasn't enough, you didn't get the job done?
A
Yeah, it's a really.
B
It's a very cell statement to put.
A
That's what I was gonna say. She's always like, you know, I'm taking a break from social media and then she's back one month later. Like, I mean, one week later. So it's very Selena. I think she sees herself, like, largely as a victim.
B
I didn't know she doesn't speak Spanish.
A
I didn't know that either.
B
Not a second language, not a fifth language. They said.
A
That's shocking. It's like, seriously, why would she be casting this? Because, like, yeah, yeah. Also, like, who doesn't speak Spanish? Like, I do. I'm not even Latina. Like, that's really crazy to not speak Spanish. You know what I mean?
B
Status feel about this.
A
I would be annoyed, like, if somebody. But I guess, like, I would be happy. It's not like she's not Latin. She is like, so she is representative of the community. But like, you would want it done well.
B
You would want it done right.
A
Yeah, right. Exactly.
B
It's like you're giving a happy monologue and you're sad.
A
Yeah. If you're a tostada, like, let us know.
B
And there are a lot of like Spanish speaking actresses who get no opportunity, by the way. Would be great for this.
A
Give it to Asa Gonzalez. Like, yeah, she needs more work. Yeah. So I think there aren't a lot of like, you know, big opportunities for Netflix movies where you get to speak Spanish. And I'm sure, like, a Spanish actor would have loved this.
B
And at the end of the day, like, a fill. Any movie at this level, Oscar buzz, like, needs to be, like, whether it's accurate, historically accurate, culturally accurate, like, linguistically accurate. Like, we're looking for just accuracy.
A
Yeah. Yeah. And her statement here is, like, so crazy. I really can't get over it. It's such a lack of accountability, and it's, like, giving. You know, you have to keep in mind this is, like, a celebrity who's been famous since she's, like, 11, and, like, you know, she gets coddled and, like, that's just like. And you could see that in her statement. Like, yeah, I did the best I could. Yeah. Like, it's actually crazy. I. When I saw the comment, I couldn't get over it. I'm like, you're better off not responding, obviously.
B
So you're. So you agree, like, it wasn't so.
A
It's an admission. It's an admission that you didn't do it well. But it's also, you're taking no responsibility, no accountability. It's excuses. I didn't have enough time to finish my homework. It's really crazy.
B
Yeah, it is. It's a crazy story.
A
It wasn't that crazy until she responded, like, crazy.
B
The craziest part to me is that they put her in this movie to speak Spanish, and she didn't know what she's saying.
A
Well, the director didn't speak Spanish, so she probably didn't think it was that big of a deal. Like, I just.
B
I thought, like, people really weren't doing that.
A
They shouldn't be.
B
Right.
A
Just for accuracy purposes.
B
Right?
A
Yeah.
B
Are you ready for our next story, which is some great news?
A
Oh, what?
B
Summer House star Lindsay Hubbard welcomed her baby with her boyfriend, who's now being named because she shared the baby's last name. Her boyfriend's name is Turner Kuf, and her baby's name is Gemma Britt Koof.
A
I was following her journey.
B
Like, that name.
A
She was, like, trying so hard to put herself into labor. Yeah.
B
To induce.
A
She went over, so I had forgotten. And then she went silent for a couple of days. So I guess people, like, had figured it out. And I'm so happy for.
B
I also figured out that the woman who was 41 weeks pregnant gave birth.
A
I love Detective, the name Gemma. Also, it's my favorite restaurant in the city, so it's so cute. I'm so happy for her. I feel like she's, like, living a fairy tale. And this is so nice.
B
This is so nice. I'm really happy for her. I want her birth story.
A
Yeah, of course, of course.
B
Especially for someone who went so over, like, did she, like. I love a birth story now. Do you have more interest in a birth story still?
A
No.
B
No. One day. One day you will.
A
I didn't dream a couple of nights ago that, like, I was giving birth with you and Margot and you, like, did the whole thing, and then I found a cockroach in my back. Like, it was, like, really crazy. I'm actually not afraid of giving birth. Like, really.
B
It doesn't fall under the things that.
A
Like, you worry about.
B
No. That you. You, like, you have your buckets of, like, things that you hate, but, like, nothing about it is, like, anything that you would.
A
Scared of.
B
Blood.
A
No, what I think what it is is that, like, I'm not, like, loving pregnancy. Like, so labor is, like, the signal that pregnancy's over.
B
Yeah.
A
So, like, I'm down.
B
Yeah.
A
Like, let's go. Yeah. I could do tomorrow and it's by.
B
The time, like, it's over, you know? Yeah.
A
100. Like, I'm really not worried about it. I'm really happy for some reason, I don't know why this just reminded me and I wanted to talk to you about Trisha Paytas being on SNL this week.
B
Oh, we need to talk about it. Because I saw a, like, with no context, and I thought someone, like, made a. Yeah. And I was like, oh, that's funny. And then you told me that Trisha Paytas was on snl.
A
Yes. Palmesco hosted on Saturday night. And I think that Bowen Yang was responsible for getting Trisha on. For those who don't know, she's like, a YouTuber who's had a very long career full of highs and lows on the Internet, but recently she's become, like, really adored by everyone. And she's has this, like, happy ending. I think she had, like, sort of, like a tumultuous couple of years with, like, bad relationships. I think there was drug use. There was a lot of, like, mental illness and, like, diagnose misdiagnoses. And now she's married. She's a mom of two. She seems really, really happy in her personal life, and that's, like, reflected in her content. And people just love to watch her. Like, people really root for her because it has been like, a sort of tumultuous journey, if you will. Like, there were time, like, she's been canceled more than anyone, you know, for everything you could think of. Like, a YouTuber would be canceled. For she's done it. And to see her come out on the other side, like, looking so healthy. Sound of Mind loves being a mom. And then, you know, getting her flowers, like, for just being funny. And they needed. It wasn't even like they needed Trisha Peters. They just, like, wanted someone. And I think Bowen Yang probably really likes her and wrote her into the sketch and she came and she crushed.
B
What was it?
A
It was like a sketch about celibacy. Like, it really. It had nothing even to do with Trisha Paytas. Like, they just wanted to make some wins.
B
I'm sorry. That's the most insane thing I ever heard that Trisha Paytas wasn't snl.
A
Why? Like, what do you mean?
B
I don't know. Like, that's just so, like, crazy.
A
No, it's wild.
B
I feel like SNL and Trisha Paytas exist in two separate universes. So it's like, you know, a glitch in the Matrix. I think they know about each other.
A
If you follow Trisha and you're, like, familiar with her, you know, like, she loves snl.
B
So it's a dream come true.
A
Yes, it's a dream come true.
B
No, no. I just think that's so crazy.
A
It's wild.
B
By the way, I'm like, I'm happy about it.
A
And it was Shabuzi's episode. I don't know if you know Shabuzi and Trisha. You saw them hugging, like, when the credits rolled.
B
No, I didn't.
A
Oh, they said, you know, Paul Mescal said thank you to Dana Carvey also. And David Spade also did cameo. So thank you to Dana Carvey, David Spade, Shabuzi and Trisha.
B
No, I'm sorry. Like, those things don't exist in the same sentence.
A
It was really crazy. And then she, like, did the hugs with everyone, and she hugged and she hugged and she hugged Paul.
B
I have to watch Shabuzi's clips.
A
I saw someone pull me up a Double Shadow Whiskey, and I'm so sick. People in the comments being like, enough with this song. Like, shut up.
B
Shut up.
A
It's actually so good. And I'm the first person to, like, get over a song, and I'm. Then I become, like, the biggest hater. No, I'm sorry. Some things are timeless. And Shabuzi's bar song is timeless.
B
Agreed. And it's like, he's on snl. He's gonna sing his most popular song. And then what did he sing? Highway.
A
I didn't watch it. I only watched Highways.
B
What he sang at the. And Also, my Noah Cyrus is on that song. People don't realize.
A
A lot of people don't realize that. You're right.
B
People really don't realize it. So I'm here to tell you mazel tov to Lindsay Hubbard. Mazel tov to Trisha Paytas.
A
And I can't believe we're getting his name. I wonder, like, what. Because she's been, like, very protective of his identity. Yeah.
B
I wonder if this means, like, a more.
A
Will he be on Summer House? Definitely not.
B
Not this past season, but maybe the next one.
A
But is she on Summer House? It's very reminiscent of Snooki giving birth on Jersey Shore. Like, she was definitely the first one to have kids, and I think she got pregnant by accident. So it was, like, a little earlier than people would have expected, and the show wasn't ready to be done.
B
Yeah.
A
They were still riding high, but they got her a separate beach house, like, right down the road from the. From the main cast house. And her, Gianni and the baby had, like, their own little house. Like a cottage. Like, it kind of perfect.
B
I think that before anything, they should just put Lindsay Hubbard on Rony. Like, it should just be a graduation. Make it swift. Don't draw it out. Don't make her bring the baby to the summer house for it to not work.
A
It's actually, like, a great idea.
B
Like, they should just. It should be a graduation program.
A
That's a great idea. It's also actually quite shocking now that I think about when you think of, like, these young. You think of, like, Southern charm. Vanderpump Rules Summer House. Those are, like, kind of like the millennially version. And then there's like, the Real Housewives, which is, like, an older demographic. They don't have, like, a cool millennial age show for New York. They like, where's the Southern charm of New York? I guess Summer House is supposed to be but for New York City. And maybe that's what they were trying to do with Roni. Become, like, a Vanderpump Rules of New York. But they need, like, a cool young, young professional.
B
We need the valley of New York.
A
Yes, yes.
B
The city.
A
The city.
B
Or like the suburbs.
A
Yeah, yeah. Like, people who. Because I do think it stunts a lot of people, like, who are afraid of, like, moving into this new phase of their life.
B
Yeah.
A
Like, where having kids because of it's what. What it might do to their reality star career, which is so sad. So if there was a place for them to graduate to.
B
I like a graduation program.
A
I think some people would Be more comfortable to taking that step.
B
And, like, we know that this is a bona fide reality star. They've got what it takes. Better than an untested person who sounds like a good idea. Like, Lindsay Hubbard's got what it takes.
A
And you can really build the valley of New York around Lindsay Hubbard. Like, she has interesting friends.
B
Claudia. They should, like, hire us for consulting. We've been coming up with great ideas for programming recently.
A
We really have. But you're right. Like, because she and the baby, they don't belong on Summer House. Like, no.
B
And it's not. I don't want to see a baby in a summer house.
A
Like, Kyle's gonna be 42 on the kitchen table dancing at 4 in the morning while the baby's trying to get some rest. Like, it's absurd.
B
It's absurd and all. No, he'll be like, take. He'll do the midnight shift.
A
Because he's literally giving bottles to the. To Gemma.
B
But also, it's like, people. Like, Summer House started because people take. Share houses with their friends, and so they just filmed it. And like, those same people, like, do eventually, like, grow up and have kids around the same time.
A
Like, people with babies do not do share houses with 45 friends.
B
But, like, what are they doing with their summers? Like, find them.
A
Yeah. No, they're like, they still exist. It's so true. They're spending, like, the weekends in the Hamptons at gurneys. Yeah. They need a second phase of life for, like, young reality stars of New York to go to. Yeah, I like that.
B
Are you ready for our next story? Our world story? I didn't think that you would be. Is it a lot to chew on?
A
Fourth story that's brought to you by State Farm Per chance.
B
Per chance it is.
A
Today's episode of the Toast is supported by State Farm. It's.
B
Which is so perfect because it's all about good neighbors.
A
So true. When you get a new car or a new home, the first thing you might find yourself saying is literally, what? How is this real? But really, the words you want to be thinking or singing are like, a good neighbor. State Farm is there. State Farm is there, by the way, just to clear up any sort of confusion. And they are with the coverage that you need for your car, your home. They even cover boats, motorcycles, RVs, and other things that matter to you. With the State Farm agent, you know that someone is there to help you choose the coverage that you need. And with so many coverage options, it feels good knowing that you can find what fits for you. And when you need ways to get to get help from a State Farm agent, State Farm also gives you options there because Jake and the crew, they understand there's lots of different swirlies out there. Some swirlies are similar to me, you know, very fast paced. 1, 2, 3. I like to get it done quick. So you can talk to your agent using their website. It's kind of an award winning website. Also their app or perhaps you're like Jax, you know, a little bit like your swirly who lives a little bit slower. You like to handle things in person, maybe on the phone with a local agent. Well, that's what we love about State Farm. No matter what kind of toaster you are, State Farm lets you do things your way. So when you need help protecting the things that matter most, remember to sing it like Jackson Claude.
B
Do like a good neighbor. State Farm is there. So you like allowed them to let me sing again.
A
It actually, it says in the copy that I have to. So it literally says hit it jacks. And it's highlighted yellow. That means like you have to say.
B
Thank you to the queen who works at State Farm.
A

A
You're welcome.
B
Our next story, a little follow up in the Sabrina Barry Brey drama.
A
Yes, Brecky Hill is speaking out.
B
Brey Hill is speaking out. And so is Barry. So Brecky Hill addressed the hookup rumors with Barry after he was accused of treating cheating on Sabrina. She revealed she recently got out of the hospital after getting into a skiing accident. So she's been pretty busy. However, now that she's back home, she wanted to make a video to address the rumors. She said, to put it simply for you all, no, I did not get with Barry. I have never encountered this man in my life. The only time I've seen him is on my TV screen from watching salt burn. So, okay, so she, I believe her give me too.
A
But she was, like, living for the rumors, like, the attention she played into it. She reposted all those tick tocks and then, like, she actually didn't do it. So she wanted to clear it up, but she wanted the clout initially.
B
Yeah. Which, by the way, like, this is her job. This is the best thing that could happen to an influencer. And I'm also glad that, like, at the end of the day, she didn't do this. Even if, even if she had hooked up with him, she might have thought that they weren't together because they are on and off. But, like, I think she played it perfectly considering she's an influencer.
A
Yeah. So I guess I am sorry that I said, like, when I thought that she did it, that that would make you a home wrecking slut. Like, I, I was wrong for that.
B
Because she's the one that you called that.
A
I did. I did. Because I said, like, because it reminded me a lot of the Tommy May, Tommy Fury Hill.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
A
Tommy Fury girl who was like, yeah. He put Imani, like, so proud of breaking up a family. And so when the girl was reposting, like, giving into these rumors, I'm like, oh, it's g that, like, why are we being proud of being sluts? Like, right? And she actually isn't. So I apologize.
B
She was just being a businesswoman.
A
She was just being thirsty. Yeah. Which I understand, by the way, better than anything.
B
She said that she reposted the video that showed up on her FYP claiming that she was a homewrecking Sabrina Carpenter's. Relationship quote just simply because I thought it was so ridiculous claiming that she's a homeworking slot. Right. She said, I'm sorry, but if I was really the one getting with Barry, why in the world would I be reposting about it? I guess that's true, but we just.
A
Expect, like, she can't put this on us. Like, by the way, like, she's trying to, like, she's like, I can't believe you. You literally made us think that. So.
B
And you wanted us to think that she's wrong.
A
She's wrong for attacking us right now.
B
Brecky self. I never heard of brekkie. And now I'm talking about Brekkie and, like, rising tides are raising Brey.
A
Yeah, no, she's a little wrong for, like, trying to, like, scream at us in her video. Like, how could we possibly think you wanted us to think that? And it worked. So don't, like, come for us. But I understand why you did what you did. Barry Keoghan also released, like, a lengthy typo filled statement that was so victimy. Like, I actually. I don't know if he cheated. Maybe they got the wrong girl or the whole thing is untrue. You have to take everything you read on Dumois with a grain of salt. And the fact that this one Dumois thing became such a big story is actually so crazy. But I just, like, I think he's a loser. So I didn't like the statement. Like, I wasn't gonna like it.
B
Here's his statement. I can only sit and take so much. My name has been dragged across the Internet in ways I usually don't respond to. T o o sick.
A
Right?
B
I have to respond now because it's getting to a place where there are too many lines being crossed.
A
Not getting.
B
It's getting there. I deactivated my account because I can no longer let this stuff distract from my family and my work. The messages I have received, no person should ever have to read them. Absolute lies, hatred, disgusting commentary about my appearance, character, how I am as a parent and every other inhumane thing you can imagine dragging my character and everything I worked extremely hard for and stand for. Talking about how I was a heroin baby and how I grew up.
A
Oh, my God.
B
And dragging my dear mother into it also. Yeah, I guess, like, if you are calling him that, you are dragging his mother into it. Knocking on my granny's door.
A
Oh, no.
B
Sitting outside. Sitting outside my baby boy's house, intimidating them. That's crossing a line. Agreed. I'm with barry, I agree.
A
100.
B
Each and every day, I work harder to push myself on every level to be the healthiest and strongest person for that boy. I want to provide opportunities for him to learn, fail, and grow. I want him to be able to look up to his daddy, to have full trust in me, and know I will have his back no matter what. I need you to remember, he has to read all of this about who his father is when he's older. Please be respectful to all. Thank you.
A
Okay, the parts about knocking on Gran's door and sitting outside the kid's house, like, seriously, anyone who does that should be locked up. Like, you're mentally ill. And it's like.
B
Now that you guys have gone so far, like Barry as actually the victim here, even though he started as not.
A
And you played yourself, he's not really.
B
Even saying in the statement, like, I didn't cheat on Sabrina. He's just saying, like, what the things that are being said about me and my family are so horrible, and you guys need to stop. And, like, he's not wrong.
A
No, not at all. And so anybody who's, like, actually taken it this far, like, on behalf of Sabrina, like, Sabrina hates you. Like, you're crazy. That's so inappropriate. Like, nobody wants you to do that. Like, stop. Seriously. It's just, like, I still don't like him for Sabrina.
B
You know? It's like, at the end of the day, like, this is good news for Sabrine, right?
A
It's very messy.
B
It's so crazy that people, like, get like that. It also reminds me of, like, Scandival, and it's like, you guys, you don't know these people.
A
No, it reminds me weirdly of, like, baby reindeer.
B
Like, I didn't watch it.
A
Okay, so it's not even remotely similar, but it's just about, like, a girl who becomes obsessed with a guy, and, like, she's crazy showing up like, there are people like this. And celebrity culture is so wild, and social media makes it so much worse because these people who are already, like, probably on the verge, susceptible to some sort of mental illness, become even more radicalized, thinking, like, look, Sabrina's talking to me on Instagram. And boldened Glinda emboldened him. Thank you. Perfect fucking word.
B
It.
A
They become emboldened because they think Sabrina's, like, literally talking to them on Instagram. And, like, to the person who's already, like, on the verge of, like, losing it, it's emboldened. They thank you. This is literally the only word to use. It's Emboldened. And so it's crazy to imagine there are people out there who could be so weird. Like, but there are. And it's actually so scary to be, like, a really famous person.
B
Yeah.
A
The craziest people, like, see your.
B
Yeah. So everyone just, like, take a step back, take a seat, get in the.
A
Car, leave his kid's house, leave the.
B
Grandma'S house, stop trash talking his mother.
A
Yeah. The thing is, if you've gotten to a place where you're like, like, seriously attacking physically, verbally, a celebrity's private parent, you have. I don't care what the celebrity did. Like, seriously, Even if they were committed of murder, like, you really. You need to stop. No.
B
And at the end of the day, if you're a carpenter and you're doing this, like, for Sabrina, which I am.
A
Too, like, a carpenter, I'm like, like, what does that have to do with, like, building a dresser?
B
Carpenter, can you come build something in my Claudia's room? No. Like, this is good for the brain. Okay.
A
It's true.
B
So just sit down, carpenters.
A
I'm gonna teach you a phrase that you might not know, and it's going to really help you. Rising tides rise. All shots.
B
Right? And this is good for the bream.
A
It totally is. She's so famous. Like, I love. You know what I was thinking about? Because the video of her singing last Christmas Christmas from her Christmas spectacular with Chapel Roan went really viral. Obviously, everything Chapel does, like, becomes. And it got me thinking a lot about Chap because Chap is sort of Olivia Rodrigo's pal. Like, she opened for Olivia while. And I think a huge part of, like, the moment that catapulted Chap's career was hugely. You could responsible from that opening of the Guts tour in. In the States. So she was having this moment and then the gut source and then she went to the Guts tour screening. She has then come back and performed Hot O at the Staples Center. So Olivia's like her girl. And Olivia, if no one's responsible for her success, but Olivia, definitely, if there was someone, it would be Olivia. And so for her to just like, you know, sing with Sabrine, I thought that was interesting. Did anybody else think that?
B
No, but now that you say it, I have two thoughts. On the one hand, like, maybe Chapin, Olivia had a falling out, but I actually don't know.
A
They were just. They were just together at the Sour.
B
Guts Netflix premiere filmed weeks ago, Sabrina's thing.
A
So, like, it was probably the same week.
B
I don't think it's that. And also, you know, if we are strong women, like, we should believe that, like, there's. These women shouldn't be fighting, especially because they were fighting about a guy. Sabrina didn't. They didn't cheat on Olivia. And Olivia has no reason to dislike Sabrina.
A
No, Sabrina has reasons to dislike Olivia.
B
Right. So I think Sabrina has no issue.
A
Because I like a boy and all of this for what?
B
I think Sabrina has no issue, like, taking her friend.
A
By the way, I wasn't blaming Sabrina. I was thinking Olivia. Is Olivia mad?
B
Olivia can't be mad because Sabrina, like, Olivia can't be mad at Sabrina or what Sabrina does.
A
No. Is Olivia mad at Chap?
B
It's just like if one of, like, Kim's close friends was working with Taylor.
A
Which happens a lot, actually.
B
Olivia mad at chapter.
A
That's what I was thinking.
B
I don't think if she, like, looks at it like, in a principled way, she can't be like, it's we're girl, like girl power. You know, she's not going to stop someone from an opportunity.
A
Yeah.
B
So maybe on the inside she's mad, but, like, it's not going to actually affect her friendship with Chad.
A
It was a thought that crossed my mind.
B
It's weirdness. And it's also like Kim and Taylor and.
A
Yeah.
B
Skims and everything.
A
Yeah.
B
But at a certain point, like, if that's your friend and you support women, like, what, you're gonna stop them from having an opportunity.
A
Right. And you know, as big as Chap is, like, she's never been on Netflix before. Like, it's a big thing.
B
Yeah. Yeah. Our fifth and final story. Like, some really, like, just weird.
A
This is crazy.
B
Tyler Cameron is reacting to backlash after posting an awkward text fight with his girlfriend, Tate Madden. So in case you missed it, Tyler Cameron is actually in, like, a very sweet and healthy and party relationship.
A
Yes. And they've actually been together for quite some time. They've only recently went public. But not to make everything about us. Like, when we were with them, like two years ago, they were still. They were together. So they managed to keep it private for a really long time. She's a really private girl. She. She doesn't have, like, a lot of Instagram followers and they seem really happy and it's a very normal, healthy relationship.
B
Like, I think they, like, live together now where they, like, decorate. I saw like, a video they did with Pottery Barn. She, like, decorated their house for the holidays. Like, they're very normal, very sweet relationship. I actually think, like, they are.
A
They can. They Have. They can go the distance.
B
And I ship so hard.
A
Me too. She's very pretty, very normal.
B
But Tyler Cameron did something weird and.
A
Bad, and I just. I. Before we. We drag him, which we absolutely will, like, it's important to, like, we're actually. We're good friends with Tyler Cameron. I love him. I think he's not a bad person at all. Pj. Like, this was just, like, a genuine lapse in judgment. Like, two things can be true. Like, you can be a P. John, but you can also make a mistake. And so, like, I am about to read them to filth. I don't think that it is not a overall general statement on Tyler as a person. He is actually fabulous. Like, a very, very nice, respectful guy.
B
Agreed. So he posted a screenshot of his text messages with his girlfriend of them in a fight, and he said, don't go on a sweet treat run without your girlfriend. Lesson learned. But, like, in the text message that he shared, like. Like, there. She's actually mad at him. Yeah.
A
No, it's, like, not cutesy. You didn't get me ice cream. Like, it's actually a fight. And, like, seriously, I didn't need to see this. Like, I just want to say. And in the. We only got, like, a couple of bars in the fight. I'm so Team Tate. Of course.
B
So he wrote to her, now you're mad again. And she said, I just don't understand why anything fun you do, you don't want to do with me. We'll go to Riverside, have a fun night. And he wrote, we're getting ice cream. Are you kidding me? This is a fun moment. Oh, he said. Said, this is a fun moment. So he's, like, didn't understand why, like, right.
A
Ice cream equals fun, Right?
B
I thought he was saying at first, like, this is a fun moment. Why are you ruining it? No, like, oh, this is the sort of thing that you would miss out on. They're literally fighting over ice cream. And it's like, they're actually not. Oh, you think that, like, that's why.
A
People had such a reaction to this? Like, for her to say, like, I don't understand why you always, like, do the fun things without me. Like, that's a fight. Like, that's none of my business. Like, that's why the whole thing was weird. It's not. Like she said, I don't know why you only get sweet treats without me. Like, then that's a cutesy. I still wouldn't post it, but it would have been. It wouldn't have gotten so many. No, she was, like, actually mad about something bigger.
B
Yeah.
A
And it's not about the ice cream. It's not about the pasta. It's about the fact, like, maybe this is a pattern where it's, like, whenever there's something really fun going on, it's, like, with his friends and, like, not her. Like, maybe it's an issue in the relationship. Whatever. Seriously, like, he obviously didn't know that she was actually mad because he never would have posted that. No.
B
And it wasn't just, don't go on a sweet treat run without your girlfriend.
A
Not at all.
B
That wasn't the lesson. Lesson to learn. And so anyways, he was at an event and he caught up with Page Six, and they asked about the text fight that he shared. And he said, I got crushed for that. He admitted that he thought it was funny to share the awkward exchange with his followers, only to find out that Tate was not pleased at all.
A
Oh, good.
B
He said. So I paid the price for it. Learned my lesson. Some jokes should be kept inside.
A
It's not a joke. Like, I feel like he actually still is not understanding.
B
But I just think the lesson here is, like, not everything needs to be shared on the Internet, of course. And that's always a really good lesson.
A
Oh, my God. And is a lesson you unfortunately have to learn the hard way. Like, maybe this is Tyler. Sometimes you have to learn it two or three times before you shut the up.
B
Like, I actually think, as far as, like, Tate's gripe, this whole saga will.
A
Boost her status in the relationship.
B
Her status in the argument where it's like, he's clearly not taking this one thing seriously. He still thinks it's a joke, and the whole world is now telling him, like, no, that wasn't nice.
A
Kind of like every girl's dream. Like, you get the whole world chiming in, saying, you're right in an argument. Like, we can be mad at him, but she should also be, like, a teensy bit happy that he stepped in shit, because it ended up showing him, like, everyone thinks you're wrong. Literally everyone in the world, not just me.
B
Everyone thinks you're wrong for getting ice cream without me and for telling everyone about it.
A
Correct. So I thought this was so weird. I don't believe he's a bad guy. I think, like, he seriously, like, misjudged.
B
Yeah.
A
I really like these two together. I feel like we haven't, like, ever spoken about the fact because it was, like, a very slow rollout. It wasn't, like, a big launch. It Was like, she was spotted a lot. I think people thought maybe, like, she worked for him. I think they did do some work together. Like, that's how they met. So it was, like, really sweet and, like, slave for her. Like, not my boyfriend. Having dated Gigi Hadid, you know, I saw. Did you say.
B
Of course I saw.
A
Bella Hadid was on an episode of Yellowstone last night.
B
Oh, my God. No, I didn't see that.
A
What the hell were you talking about?
B
That Gigi and Bradley went to dinner with Muhammad.
A
Oh, Muhammad is really, like, actually should be arrested. He's the scared. I can't believe his posts on social media. Like, seriously, are. Are actually frightening.
B
No, like, there's actually no one posting, like, worst, most offensive stuff to, like, every. Like, offending every.
A
Every. Not just us, like, every. No, no. Jackie Bell Hadid was on Yellowstone last night for, like, a second because, you know, she's, like, cosplaying life as, like, a rodeo clown. I know. So do we skip the episode?
B
Yeah, I know.
A
I was really upset. Like, Tyler Shields.
B
What?
A
What's his name?
B
Tyler Shields. No, that's the photographer. Yeah. Sheridan.
A
Taylor. Sheridan.
B
Taylor.
A
Sheridan. What is you doing? Like, seriously, we are not turning on Yellowstone. Even if I didn't, like, loathe Bella Hadid, like, I still don't want her on Yellowstone.
B
What?
A
Yeah, I'm really upset. Like, people are being. Is that Bella Hadid and, like, yeah, was.
B
Oh, my God. No. Bradley Cooper, like, not only broke bread with Muhammad Hadid, but that he, like, was publicly spotted. Like that.
A
Yeah.
B
So bad.
A
No, Muhammad Hadid is, like, definitely on a watch list of some sorts. Like, he's seriously so scary.
B
Yeah.
A
See, not a great. Not a great weekend for the sisters.
B
No, no, no.
A
Oh, I thought we were talking about the same thing.
B
No, that's so crazy that there were two things.
A
No, I know. I'm so upset.
B
Like, oh, man, I can't. Yours is worse.
A
Mine's worse. 100.
B
Yeah.
A
Well, that's our show. I'm kind of hot, so, like, I. I'm ready to wrap. These lights are making me warm.
B
No, that. That's our show anyway.
A
And I need lunch. I'm leaving.
B
Sad. I'll make it. What do you want for lunch? Stranberry, grilled cheese, Strawberry?
A
I'm, like, not in the mood for something homemade. Do you know what I mean?
B
Oh, my God. You sound like my husband. Like, it's like.
A
It's mean. It's definitely mean to say.
B
It's not even that it's mean. I cannot understand it Like, I'm never in the mood unless I really don't want to do the dishes that night. Then, like, I want to go to a restaurant, but I'm never in the mood to, like, bring something in.
A
Sometimes in pregnancy, like, sometimes I'm really craving, like, homemade fair. And sometimes it's just really craving. Like, give me. I want chemicals. Like, I want.
B
What are you craving?
A
I'm not sure. We'll have to. We'll have to sit down and think about it.
B
Okay. I'm just so curious. Like, what? I need an answer. You know what I mean?
A
Well, that's hard with me these days. Like, I can't provide answers to everyone for everything. Like, Ben's always ask me questions that it needs answers. Like, what do you want to do? Shut up.
B
I don't know. I like picking up too, but I don't like delivery.
A
Yeah. You have something against delivery?
B
I think delivery, like, in the burbs, is weird.
A
It doesn't hit the same. And literally the other night, too long, Ben said to Zach, like, where should we order Chinese? And he was like, you're seriously asking the wrong people. We don't order in.
B
We don't.
A
Because I have to ask for recommendations. Yeah.
B
I don't do it. And either I go to a restaurant if I want to dine out, or I. There's a couple places I like to pick up from, and, like, it's good pickup.
A
