Yeah. Yeah. Merch shop, everyone. Toastmarch. Shoptoursmerch.com We've got phone cases, we've got hats, we've got two of our iconic one size T shirts and two new Pargy ass designs. I wore them to the park today, yesterday. Everyone was talking about it. I'm wearing right now the swirly lavender set in size extra large, nice and cozy. Highly recommend. Sizing up. If you're looking for like more of an oversized look.
A
I'm wearing the sweater of the summer. I would say, oh, by the way, this cream quarter neck with a beautiful blue emblem. The way neck, quarter zip, half zip. The way I envision this sweater being worn this summer. If I may paint a picture to set, please. In addition to wearing it as you would wear a sweater the way I'm wearing it today with matching cream pants, cream cream shoes, and just like a beautiful, relaxed, elegant look, I would say I could see this sweater also being worn for like a tennis country club look on top of your tennis dress with your golf wears. Maybe maybe around your shoulders, maybe around your waist. I really also see it being big in the active space as a way to dress up your active look.
B
That's how you a skirt.
A
That's how Jax sees it.
B

As you're listening to this episode, the website is shoptoastmerch.com I know a lot of you guys go to hermes.com because it's confusing and I get that we're wrong for that. Yes. Sorry. That our designs and our quality are so similar to that of the brand Hermes that we're so often confused for them.
A
The lead time is similar as well.
B
The lead time is similar. It's custom. It's custom.
A
It's waitlisted. Exclusive.
B
So we have such an exciting morning with our summer merch launch. We also excited. I didn't want to delay today's episode, but like, if you hear alarms going off on My phone throughout the episode. Like, I'm busy while I'm recording this episode. It's 9:30 right now. Nick's sick. Tickets. Because I'm going tonight. I don't have tickets, but I'm going. Vivrel dropped off a blue Chanel bag. They're like, we heard you're going to the game. Here, wear this blue Chanel bag. I'm like, that's great. Do you guys also have tickets? I'm going. It's tonight, 10:00am what kind of bag? Blue Chanel.
A
It's sick.
B
I'll show you. I'll show you what bag. It's actually, like a square shape. I had never seen it before. I'll show you. It was sick.
A
Are they letting guys in the stadium?
B
Oh. Oh, yes. That was just when the president was there. He's not going. Oh, my God, you scared me. So it's 9:30 right now, 10:00am Eastern Time, the tickets go on sale. But I happen to know that at 9:45 the queue opens. So I have an Alarm set for 9:44. Don't be alarmed. In 10 minutes, when my alarm goes off, it's just me.
A
You're the only one who's going to get scared when your alarm goes off. You're the only one.
B
That's so true. No, but it's like if a siren was going off. I don't want someone in who's listening to the podcast thinking that, like, you
A
know, this is a dream. No, you're just letting us know and, like, we'll be fine. You are going to have a hardest attack. Are you able to handle it?
B
Do you want to know that? I literally had a dream last night about getting tickets and it was just like, kind of an amalgamation of all the things I'm interested in, because I was trying to get tickets to the game with Garrett Graham and, like, he and I were, like, looking for tickets and then we got tickets and I saw Margo, like, it was like this. I knew the game. I knew this series to end. Like, it's taking Margot. No, he was very happy with me.
A
No, because she was with Jesse Solomon.
B
Right, right, right. I heard Margot and Jesse Solomon were spotted out. Let's start that rumor. Maybe it'll be true. Even though we've actually talked about at length, like, Margot and what? I mean, wait. I mean, Jackie and I, we've talked at length about, like, Jesse Solomon.
A
He's not right. They're not right for each other. No.
B
Jesse Solomon needs Margot. Like, I think he's a good girl. For her. But I don't think that he is the right match. Like, Margo doesn't need him and I don't think that would be a good guy for her.
A
I agree. And more so, like, he needs Margo's family, you know, he needs like, everything that camaraderie with dating Margot, like, siblings and like, like people in the spotlight who get it and can, like, help him stay brother in laws. Yeah, but I don't think, like, romantically it's. Right.
B
Yeah. It's not going to work.
A
But you never know. Maybe because we're like, saying it won't then.
B
Well, reverse psychology for sure. So. Pffb.
A
So much to discuss. I actually, I'm embarking on a journey today.
B
A journey. A co journey.
A
A co Journey Fred.
B
Co Journey Fred.
A
A Cojourners Fred. But what's a journey Journey Fred is your new name.
B
Yeah, of course, my government name. Everybody calls me Co Journey, but my real name is Co Journey Fred. Everyone knows that. Everyone's calling you Fred Co Chair Fred. I love that.
A
No, I actually am going on a journey today, which I'm excited to share with everyone, like, when I. My journey is complete.
B
Oh, that's annoying.
A
But I'm vlogging and like, I'll let you guys know tomorrow.
B
She's going on a journey.
A
You know, my journey.
B
I'm going to Fred. Sorry, I keep forgetting that that's this week. It's today. Okay. She's going on a Kaja Fred. Everybody be cool. Like, and it's a real big deal.
A
It's a real Kaja Fred.
B
And it actually is a big deal.
A
It is a big deal. I'm vlogging, so I'm like, really excited and I'll like, share more then.
B
I'm also vlogging, by the way.
A
Oh, we have. I have like four vlogs running right now. I always have like four vlogs going in my phone.
B
You're good about that. Like, you start vlogs months in advance. I start them the day I have
A
a vlog that I'm planning to release in October that I.
B
That. You're kidding. That's crazy.
A
But, you know, like, I made a couple snags along the way. I don't know if it's right.
B
Right.
A
I don't know if it's going to make it. But like, I had the idea of something that's happening October. I'm like, what if I started vlogging now? Like, people would love that. Everybody loves that.
B
Everybody does love that.
A
So I'm Trying. And then I have my other vlog for my journey and I just have can't, like, cross wires.
B
Yeah, Yeah. I have to make separate folders. Stay organized.
A
I do. I do have separate folders.
B
The theme of today's episode is TV recap. I watched three hours of tv. I'm all caught up. I was so, like, time management, life hacking. Yesterday I took a bath, watched the old episode of Love island on my computer. Like, I was so, like, millennial with my computer in the bathtub. And then I watched Summer House and then the new episode of Love Island. I'm all caught up. I voted for Love Island. I literally downloaded the app.
A
I'm sorry that I do feel like I will not.
B
So. I feel like a lot of these shows have you vote and whatever, but the votes don't like Dancing with the Stars or like American Idol. It's like the vote plus the judges. Whatever. Yeah, I feel like Love Islands are.
A
Are tipped.
B
I feel like Love island is the only show where they actually make decisions based on the numerical value of the votes.
A
So I feel like your vote really
B
matters, and I feel like.
A
But the problem is, is that the Love island fan base can't be trusted.
B
So I really hope actually that everybody learns from last year.
A
They're going to learn the wrong lesson. You know what I mean?
B
Because I voted for. It's like, who do you want the Bombshells to be with? That's what the vote was. So I voted that I wanted the new bombshell, Caleb to be with Kenzie.
A
Yeah.
B
Soul and sincere, obviously. And Jen and Gabriel.
A
Yes, those are the right answers. I could see people thinking that, like, soul and Sincere and Melanie are the Jeremiah, Huda and Iris of the situation. And I actually think that that was a situation where, like, we voted well. And Ira putting Iris and Jeremiah together was iconic. And it, like.
B
Yes, it was. It was iconic.
A
Kicked off the season like the jaws on the floor. So, like, I do think that Sol and Sincere should be coupled up, and it was starting to make me feel like if it were up to him, he would still couple up with Melanie. So we need the audience to push him in another direction because Melanie and Sincere is not it.
B
We'll do a full TV recap. We'll try not to let it bleed into the p. But I don't.
A
I just want to say, like, I'm. I'm committed to the show. I recap it. I watch every day. I'm committed. I will not download that fucking app and give them my email address and vote that's a bridge.
B
But it's your civic duty to vote.
A
I'm not making. I'm not grabbing a snack. I'm not helping an elder. I'm not helping an elderly.
B
Bring an elderly neighbor.
A
And I'm not making my voice heard outside of my podcast where I talk about it incessantly.
B
But you also, once you have the
A
app, it's sort of like I'm an influential person, but I'm not a citizen, you know, so I can't actually vote. I love that I don't have voters rights.
B
You're like a felon.
A
I'm like a felon who it can. The Love island felon who can participate and weigh in, but I can't actually vote.
B
That's beautiful.
A
But I can. I can share with you guys my thoughts and if you want to vote, you know, having been influenced by my personal Love island politics, because feel free. But I can't vote.
B
Okay, well, maybe you shouldn't have robbed that bank. We also have Summer House Part 3 finale reunion, which we will talk about as well. So lots of tv. Just four minutes until my alarm. I don't want to alarm anyone.
A
You need to alarm yourself.
B
I know. I'm just like so paranoid. They've just been dropping like seriously Ticketmaster. This is worse than the ERA store. I will say. I'm sure because with the ERAs tour there was at least some rhyme or reason. They dropped tickets to yesterday's. To today's game three times yesterday without telling anyone. Like in the middle of the day it was like 541. I saw my. How the did people know that? And there were still 500,000 people in the queue. I also joined the queue and then Ben joined the queue and Ben was somehow ahead of me. It's so rigged. I'm pissed. This is worse than the ERAS Tour. And at least when you got to the ERAS Tour, if you were able to get face value tickets, they were somewhat reasonable. Like the most expensive ticket was like maybe one or two thousand dollars less. Like once you actually that you're begging for the privilege of getting a face value ticket for $6,000.
A
And where would $6,000 put you sitting? Where?
B
For one seat. Yeah, $6,000 for one seat will put you high. It will put you in the face value. Face value in the 1/ hundreds. Maybe not center. Maybe corner.
A
Okay, yeah, that sounds like fair.
B
Yep.
A
But I have like, I think everyone's paying 50 grand so you can't go by me.
B
I think people pretty much are paying 50 grand.
A
No, I saw A video?
B
No, I saw a video too. And they were like going around being like, how much did you pay for your ticket?
A
And the most someone had paid was 20,000. And she had like an amazing seat.
B
Oh, my God. I saw people who paid 200, 000 for their two tickets.
A
Oh, in the video I saw the. What, like, Everybody was like 6,007, 500. One girl paid 20, 000 in an amazing seat.
B
Well, I also want to say I feel as though I will be rewarded because, like, Ticketmaster, like, it glitches sometimes. So they offered me this morning. I checked and there were two seats available where I didn't want face value seats where I didn't want to sit. So I didn't. I did not buy them. Although, like, a smarter person would have
A
bought them and then resold them, sold them and use the earnings for your big seat.
B
But, like, that's what's wrong. Like, people are buying and selling. I would want to take that. Somebody else bought them. They're gone already. And they got face value seats for where they actually wanted to sit. Like, I'm sorry, I'm low key, like a socialist.
A
I was gonna say, you're in the right city.
B
Yeah, amen to that, comrade. Yeah, I could have. I could have. But also, who wants the job of like selling tickets now? What am I, a broker?
A
Yeah, that's true. But they would fly like, this is the time to sell a ticket.
B
Do you think I made a mistake?
A
I sort of do. You could have earned something. Could have put it towards the next seat.
B
Could have worked.
A
Could have worked your way up. But no to everyone according to their need. Right?
B
100, right? Yeah. Turdy marks. Right, comrade Koji, I just feel like it's wrong. I do, I feel like it's wrong.
A
Yeah, but there's how we're at where we're at. There's no right way to do, like it. No one's ever gonna. Everyone be happy. Like, it's.
B
No. So somebody else got those two tickets.
A
Just a hot ticket.
B
So somebody else got those tickets for 3,000 each. And I passed out.
A
Where were they?
B
On a bar stool in the high up. Two hundreds. Like I actually would rather keep.
A
Oh, that was the bar stool that you were offered?
B
No, the first parcel I was offered was in the 300. It was one ticket and it was $2,000.
A
Yeah, 2,000. That's pretty good.
B
Yeah, I know, for one ticket.
A
But you could have sold.
B
Yeah, I'm gonna send Ben alone.
A
You could have sold it. Maybe make 4,000. Put it towards, you know.
B
Yeah. Sorry. I'm not, like, I'm not swindling. I'm just trying to get, like, my husband the night of his life.
A
Okay, well, pay up.
B
I. I am prepared to, like, not be cardboard. I felt like I got a lot of encouragement from the comments yesterday. People are like, well, this is the precise reason that you are cardboard. So that you can splurge.
A
That's true. Go. Comments.
B
Yes. I feel the comments are very encouraging.
A
I think. I didn't read the comment section yesterday. I usually do, but I. I just got busy and, like, you're telling me all these things that happened.
B
My alarm.
A
Are you okay?
B
Okay. But, like, they're not here yet, so. Oh, wait. What the. Like, there's no rhyme or reason. This shit's pissing me the off.
A
Maybe you're, like, not meant cut out for this.
B
I'm certainly not cut out to be a sports friend, let alone a ticket broker.
A
I think. I think you should just throw money at the problem. I'm trying to StubHub.
B
Okay. Stuff Hub is for suckers.
A
Yeah.
B
By the way, I will have to go resale. This is kind of my last chance, this particular job. I will go resale if all else fails. They're not up yet.
A
Yeah, but you guys have to go. And honestly, like, maybe you have to go in the two or three hundreds.
B
Like, really?
A
Yeah, if that's what you.
B
But I have such bad eyesight, and I'm so sure, like, I won't be able to see anything.
A
It's about the feeling that's true. You know, you're not really. Unless you're sitting courtside. Like, seriously, what are you seeing? You're gonna be looking at.
B
That's actually so true.
A
It's about, like, experiencing it, this moment in history.
B
But you'll have to talk to Ben. Ben's like, a seat snob for this, so he's like. He's. He doesn't want to just be a game.
A
So you'd rather not go? You'd rather not go. And who even knows if there'll be another game at MSG at the Garden, right? Ever in your life.
B
Oh, my God. Yeah, you're right.
A
And rather not go. Cause you're a seat snobby.
B
Well, why don't you open the goddamn waiting room? This is so disgusting. I can't deal with these people.
A
Okay, like, can we do the show or no?
B
Yeah, like, we can. Like, honestly, it would be great if, like, you could sort of do the ads.
A
I know. I was thinking that. But Like, I don't have them loaded on my iPad.
B
I just need to get to the waiting room. Okay, give me one minute. One minute.
A
Okay, like, why don't.
B
Why don't you tell me about what you made for dinner last night?
A
Oh, I went over to Olivia. She made a little Greek feast. You know, she loves Greek. If you guys ever, like, flatter Olivia,
B
take her to Greece.
A
We should take her to Greece.
B
She would fucking sister strip to Greece.
A
Oh, my God. We're so Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.
B
Totally.
A
So cute.
B
America Ferreira shot.
A
Is there, like, a little Greece we could go to in New York?
B
Sardini. Oh, you mean, like, Lower east side? Definitely.
A
Can we go to Little Greece?
B
We can go to Avra, our favorite Greek restaurant.
A
Well, obviously, that's all she wants, really, is to go to, like, Avra or a Greek restaurant. What's on Milos?
B
Right? Right.
A
So good. So that's what we had for dinner. And this morning, I got her starter, and I'm embarking on my starter journey. I don't know why, like, I'm. It just doesn't feel the same. Even though that starter, like, is one of my own, it's my next of kin. But it's just. It doesn't the same. No, it does not.
B
But.
A
But we'll see. I think once I start feeding it, like, my way, it'll start to feel more like mine. But that's just been a devastation.
B
I did it my
A
way. Did you get in the waiting room?
B
No. Oh, you said you'll do it my way.
A
Oh, yeah, yeah. It just sounded like you had a triumph.
B
No. These people are disgusting. Like, a couple of days ago, the waiting room opened at 9:45. Yesterday opened at 9:46. It's now 9:47. Open the up. Oh, wow. Wow, wow, wow. I'm gonna get flagged. I also got banned From Ticketmaster for 24 hours the other day because I was refreshing a lot. They thought I was, like, a bot or a scammer. Meanwhile, I'm just, like, a swirly who's trying to help her husband. But all these bots and scammers actually do get tickets.
A
Right? Right. I think it's, like, one of those things. And also, I just sort of want to, like, talk about Summer House. It's one of. No, no. Like, so we have to do the ads, but I think it's one of those things. It's like, if you don't, like, when you're not least expecting it, it'll happen. So, like, maybe you should start the ads, but that's how I get to
B
the end where the queue of is of 500,000 people.
A
Well, you know what, you do your queue, I'm gonna get into the ads and then we'll get into the story. Sound good, Turtle? Oo aye aye captain Cojournifred.
B
I'm not hear you.
A
Without further ado. Dah du da do. It is time for the Fast 5 stories that you to do. Need to know. Today's episode of the Toast is brought to you by Vivrel. Now let me ask you a question. I wanted to try it Goyard tote as a diaper bag and a work bag. Confirmed. It's great for those purposes. They also have a Classique tier. That's the 1 39amonth tier. It's their most popular tier, which honestly makes sense because the value get is absolutely wild. They've just gave us an amazing offer, even better than their on site Memorial day offer. So if you've been curious or waiting for a sign, use code Toast to get your first month of membership completely free at Vivrel. Now is the time to join. Today's episode of the Toast is also brought to you by Parallel, one of my fave brands for the Mamas and the papas. Actually they are thinking about the papas but mamas. Here's what you need to know about Parallel. It is a fantastic brand and prenatal vitamin that they make. They make three different packs. One for first trimester, second trimester and third trimester. So the, the, the natal, the, the prenatal changes with your, your prenatal needs which is so brilliant. So pregnancy really pulls heavily from your nutrient reserves. It takes a lot to build the beb and you want to supplement yourself with great supplements and great ingredients. B
I got kicked out of Ticketmaster again for being permanently for being a bot. I was refreshing so much and probably just as the tickets are going on sale.
A
Well, hopefully Ben's having more luck over where he is.
B
Seriously, you at Ticketmaster. You guys are disgusting criminals. Criminals. How am I banned already? Oh, my God. I can't believe it. I can't, like, literally as, like, in.
A
Maybe Ben is in.
B
He's, like, not taking it as seriously as I am.
A
Maybe take a drink.
B
I can't believe it. I did get that. I. I got case out.
A
Well, maybe the person I take a master is a toaster and really wants to hear our Summer House thoughts. And so they said, I know.
B
I want to hear my thoughts now. I'm just upset.
A
It's okay. It will happen. You're gonna go. You're going. You guys, let's start to go find me for tourney's tickets and let's get our courtside seats.
B
No, I just. I want to choke the person at Ticketmaster. Like, seriously, you guys. Disgusting idiots. Like, I. Asshole suckers. Oh, my God, I'm so pissed.
A
Deep breath, Journey Fred. Freddie.
B
I can't. I can't believe I got kicked out.
A
Are you there, Freddy?
B
It's me, Kojerner.
A
Let's get into the stories. Our first story is SummerHouse reunion, part three, bombshells recap. Beta blockers, monogamy. Part three of Summer House Reunion aired. And how did it make you feel, Journey, Fred?
B
It. I. I feel like I definitely echoed a lot of the sentiments that Lindsay was saying. I feel like we got no clarity. The timeline is more confusing than ever. They don't know when they hooked up. Nobody knows. Like, and also, I feel like their lack of emotion was, like, on display even more in this part. And this was the part that focused so heavily on them and their big mistake. It was really just. It's odd behavior. And I. I have to give Andy credit. I feel like he really did a great job at the reunion. He asked all the questions. He didn't pile on. He was, like, trying to hold him accountable while also remaining somewhat neutral. I feel like he did a really good job. But with these two, like, sort of crazy people, there was never going to be any sort of resolution. Like, even when she says she's sorry, but she's. She's like, I can't say sorry enough times. I'm like, well, you could try.
A
She literally give a start.
B
She. She. She barely says sorry. And when she does, it just, like, is so not believable.
A
Like I said, coming from a place of, like, defensiveness, and. And I'd almost rather hear her say, get.
B
I'm not sorry.
A
I'd rather hear her say, get over him. It was two years ago. It was six months. He doesn't like, you, like, get over it. Like, this is going to be my future. I'd rather her be a bitch and say that than be like, well, I'm sorry. Okay? I said I'm sorry.
B
Yeah, she's giving nothing. And Andy even asking Wes because he also, like, when Jesse was crying, like, it was just kind of heartbreaking, and he felt so unmoved by it. But when they finally asked Jesse why he was crying, and Jesse started crying to west, he was so unmoved by it. West, he was so unemotional. Like, that's your best friend. That's your brother. And Andy was like, are you medicated? Like, did you take a beta blocker? And I honestly felt like he was, like, so upset that Andy asked that question because, like, he obviously. They both were obviously, like, heavily medicated. But we know Amanda, like, who's been open about the fact that she does take medication. It was like, they just didn't really care about the reunion. They didn't care about talking to everyone. They just wanted to get through it, so they medicated themselves and just did it.
A
Yeah. Also, people are now being like, beta blockers. Don't, you know, stymie or do this justice for beta blockers? And it's like, maybe he didn't ask if there are anything else as well, you know, like a Xanax, a weed, and, like, he could be on beta blockers and something else. You know what I mean?
B
Like, they're obviously on a lovely little cocktail. Especially something.
A
Especially her.
B
Yeah, but see, like, Amanda did cry, like, once or twice when everyone was being mean to her. And then when her and Kyle were hugging, they, like, cried. So you are able to emote. But I also think, like, west doesn't care. Like, he is a crazy person.
A
Yeah. I was glad for this part of the reunion because I feel like they finally got to the questions that I was really curious about. Like, first of all, I thought Kyle, when he said, like, this girl has been in a relationship for 10 years. Like, she's in the most vulnerable state. You take her out, you say you're gonna show her the streets, and, like, you've completely isolated her at, like, such a vulnerable place in her life. Like, I thought that was, like, very well said and so true.
B
Like, yeah, but it takes a lot of the accountability off of Amanda. Like, she has no agency in her life, and she's just this sort of woman who gets taken for rides by men, which, like, she is.
A
Maybe she is. And, like, he.
B
But she's also, like, a 35 year old woman who can make her own decisions.
A
Yeah. But, like, maybe she is this weak sister and he knows that. He knows who she is. And so the person who came in to be there for her also wound up being the one to, like, take her away from her friends and tarnish her name. Like, I felt like it was a good point. It just puts, like, a lot of pressure on their relationship to work. And I felt like we were finally getting at that, which it's like, why did you risk it all? Are you in love?
B
But we didn't get there.
A
No, no, no. But the questions were asked and, like, how could you betray Sierra? And like, just to take it one step further, it's like, do you like west more than you like Sierra? Because that's what it is when you're choosing between pursuing west or keeping your friendship. You've chosen to pursue west because you like him more than your friendship with Sierra. Like, that's more important to you.
B
I don't even think she likes him more than, like, I just think she's just like, in, like, riding an impulse and giving into every sort of feeling that she has. Maybe that's like her post divorce liberation. Like, you know, I'm just gonna, like, yeah. Jump off a cliff.
A
Yeah. Anyways, I felt like the questions were asked and it felt less frustrating of, like, how this could possibly happen. What was going through your mind? Even if their answers fell short, which of course they did multiple times. They did seem to. They talked about all these conversations that they've had and. And they're starting to seem like they've gotten to a place where, like, they've had a conversation that, like, if we're going to give this a shot, like, if we're doing all this, like, we're giving it a real shot, like, this is something serious. Then they also dropped a trailer for, like, a bonus episode next week where there's a couple of conversations. West and Kyle, Amanda and Lindsay, Sierra and Mija.
B
Yeah. I feel like if any of it was like, that groundbreaking or important, it wouldn't be relegated to some sort of, like, bonus episode.
A
It sounds like Kyle has a conversation with west and asked him, like, are you in love with her? And Wes not only says yes, but says, I've been in love with her for a very long time. Like, thank you. Well, that. Well, that's worth risking. Yes.
B
Throwing your life away for, you know? Yeah, I do know. And throughout the episode, they're like, poking holes in their relationship right through Miha and the lying and Amanda's like, you've given me a lot to think about. But we know now, like, the two are still, you know, going strong in a relationship. They're traveling together. They went to a family wedding together. She spat in his mouth, like, the whole thing. Even though I'm pretty sure they were, like, smoking pot. And like, you know that thing when you blow in someone's mouth? Like, that's just what I thought it was because. Because she, like, smokes pot. She's, like, cool.
A
She's a cool girl.
B
Like that. So none of it penetrated. And maybe they did have these conversations, and I know that they're pushing Miha so hard, and I think, like, maybe there are people who are eating it up. I am not people. Although, like, the more we talk about it, like, he had a girlfriend the entire summer.
A
Well, here.
B
And lied it. Like, he's just a really big liar.
A
Yeah, but. And here's what is unclear to me. So when he says, like, Miha thought we were exclusive, that I. She was.
B
Was that, like, why did she think that?
A
Like, was that. Were you guys exclusive and then you stepped out on her, or, like, she just had this belief and you had actually never had that conversation.
B
Did she think you were exclusive because you told her that?
A
Right. Or like, she just assumed you're exclusive because, like, you're together all the time, so, like, you sort of fall. How could you not be like, I'm sorry. If you're together 10 months and you never actually said, like, confirmed that you're exclusive? I don't believe how you don't have that conversation one time. Yeah, the MIHA stuff for me especially, because it's like, when he met Miha, Amanda was married. He obviously chose Miha for a while. And then as Amanda starts to, you know, become available, he started throwing Miha to the side. Like. Yeah, that doesn't really complicate Amanda and West for me. Shows like, what a piece of west is, which we know that up until March 1st. No, sorry, April 1st, 2026, West Wilson did not want to have a relationship. He never, you know, he drank girls around and led them on. We know that. But what they're saying is, as of the statement, things have changed. So the MIHA thing doesn't change their story, really. She's like, it got a little messy when there was crossover. But I, I, I, I, I don't know. It's like Dino, you know, it's like Dino, like, I just don't care about the storyline that's not on my show.
B
Yeah, no, I I'm aligned. And I feel like when they went into the reunion, they were so obsessed with the timeline. And we still don't know the timeline fully, but I think they wanted to clear their names in terms of, like, having had an affair. And I just want to say, like, after all is said and done, I do not believe that they had any sort of inappropriate relationship. But what they were trying to decipher between was, like, them having a physical connection and an emotional connection. And it's like. Well, yeah, they had an emotional connection because you all have weird relationships with one another. So, like, yeah, now it's weird, but it wasn't before because you guys all do this.
A
Yeah. And I'm glad that, like, everyone seems to come to the same page as that. Like, Lindsay was saying, we don't think you guys were, like, having sex over the summer, even though they all think that, like, things were happening over the summer, but.
B
Right.
A
It was definitely an emotional affair. But, yeah, it's harder to prove. It's subjective. But, like, when was the first time they really, like, looked at each other? And, like, so they said it was,
B
like, when they were out, like, sometime in March or whatever he looked at. Yeah. When he looked at her and was like, am I crazy? Or, like, are we, like, in love?
A
Yeah. But, like, is he saying that after months of, like, of knowing between them. Do you know what I mean? Of. Of it going unsaid.
B
Well, I just want to say months of it going on unsaid, like, is fine. Like, you didn't say it. Like, you're not acting on it.
A
Like, you're not acting on it, but you're continuing to be with this. Go out with this person. You're not fighting it. You're not fighting.
B
Right, Right.
A
You think that makes you, like, good because you're not acting on it, but you're actually, like, you're feeding it.
B
Yeah.
A
You're not walking away. These things are impossible to prove. And I feel like that's where we landed.
B
Right.
A
That's where we landed. And. And so I think they are sort of absolved of, like, not having had any sort of, like, physical affair over the summer. I think that would be psychotic. But. And now when he says to Kyle in the next episode, I've been in love with her for a long time. Like, are we talking years?
B
Like, years?
A
Or maybe it's like, you've always loved this person but never even thought of her in that way because she was married.
B
And now that you have thought about her own that way, you realize it was like that the whole time.
A
Yeah. Now you can see her in that light. Like, I don't know. I. I mean, they made it through. That was their goal. They made it through. They did the job. I understand. Completely numbing yourself with medication because the amount of the barrage of what they are about to receive on the reunion stage, it's. It's a lot. I know they're bad people, crazy people who don't care about their friends feelings. But like that's a. A very. An experience that most human beings don't have because if you betrayed your best friend, you yell at each other, you get to hide, you yell at each other and then you never speak again. You don't sit on a stage for 12 hours hearing all this horrible stuff about yourself with the world watching. It's not a human experience. So if they want to numb themselves, I honestly can't blame them. Especially for a girl who's weak and has mental health issues.
B
What. Where do we go from here? Casting wise, like for real. They're both out personally.
A
And I'm always wrong because I was. I've put Lexi on last season. So obviously. Yeah, of course I say isn't gonna happen. I think Sierra moves on because she's moved on. Like, not because she should be punished for Western man in any way. But like, I think. I think she's beyond the show now. I think Weston, Amanda are the storyline. They just are.
B
I kind of agree. Like, they're crazy. And crazy is interesting.
A
West and Jesse building back, have a lot of friendship. A lot that can happen here. Kyle, that's really up to him. If he wants to come back. I don't know if he has a. Oh my God.
B
You're gonna have to take this house from the cold, dead hands.
A
Yeah. Lindsay I think will be in the same place that she's been. But like I, I think that narratively wise, like shifting to focus on like Amanda and Wes, like, because even if they stay together, it's crazy. If they break up, it's crazy. Like that's where the story is.
B
Yeah. I feel like the audience hates them so much. Like people are saying like, no, we don't want them. No cancel, bring Sierra back. But like, I kind of want to see what those two crazy are going to get into.
A
Yeah.
B
Although I don't know if they want to. I could see Amanda like being done,
A
but people say she was with Kyle for so long and put up with all his. Because you wanted to be on TV and so you're going to give up now when you're the biggest name in
B
the world, but you're, like, the most hated name in the world, I don't know if people want that.
A
There's only one place to go up also. But Sierra leaving, like, doesn't make sense for Mia, and I think Mia should be back. But I. I like Sierra and Mia being together. But that's really her last sort of connection to the house.
B
No, but Mia can. Can stand on her own, I think.
A
Yeah. But it was just. It was fun having them together. You can stand on her own. But I'm just like, oh, Sierra brought me into the house and she's leaving. If she's leaving, I feel like. I don't know, I'll be curious to see what they do, but I do feel like they're not all going to be together. Sierra's not going to be in a house with them. And I don't really see the show moving on from Kyle and. I mean, Amanda and West and Kyle, even everyone, you know, that's the story. That's the meat.
B
Perhaps an Amanda and West spinoff. Crazy in the City. In the City Crazy edition.
A
Yeah. Or it's just on in the City. Because in the City is her show.
B
Yeah. Yeah. And they're a couple now, and it's a show for couples.
A
Yeah. Or it's just both. Just keep putting out episodes. I actually like the bonus episode idea. Like, I want more. Yeah, I do. I want more.
B
Yeah.
A
Yeah.
B
And they're like. They're. It's very much giving. Like when Vanderpump rules had this new gen, but the new gen was bad. And, like, the new gen here is good, but they have to figure out, like, who goes where and what goes where.
A
Yeah. But it's like watching west and Amanda like, talk about them being in love and, like, their relationship, it's just, like, so foreign and crazy to me. Like, I still have not had enough of it.
B
No. And because they were so withdrawn and, like, so unemotional. They were also unemotional when talking about each other. And, like, even, like, Wes was, like, saying nice things. It felt, like, weird and cold because he was very withdrawn.
A
Yeah. Like, seeing them walk into the reunion together, it's just like, you know, was a crazy thing to see. So, like, I'm still wanting to see this crazy thing that's happening.
B
Yeah.
A
It's like an attraction.
B
It's like a circus.
A
It is a train wreck. It is.
B
You can't look away.
A
Yeah. And so I'm. I'm still participating.
B
Yeah. I know. That's, like, not the thing to say, because everybody's like, cancel that. May they live and die. But you know what? Like, I kind of want to see what those crazy kids get into.
A
I'm sorry. Like, they did their jobs. Like, they were horrible people and friends and husbands and wives and boyfriends. Of course, they were great workers.
B
It's true. They gave up life.
A
Give them a promotion.
B
They gave life to the show.
A
They did.
B
But I do think that the. The network, like, often sides with the audience. Like, the audience hates them. Everyone's like, cancel them off my screens. So I feel like they're just not going to be invited back.
A
Okay, I'll leave it to them. But I'm just saying, you're the experts. They did their jobs.
B
Yep. You do yours.
A
Like, really, how could the network be mad at them? They should be sending them flowers and saying thank you and giving them a raise.
B
It's the same with Scandal. That show was, like, seriously in the gutter. People forget. But it was, like, minutes for every time. Like, in the. The most recent seasons before that, it was like, is this show still on? It was so dire and even scannable, which was immensely helpful. Only gave them, like, one or two more seasons, but it wasn't enough.
A
Summer House wasn't even dire, but things were about to change. You know, they're all crying, they're leaving. Everyone knows, like, most people aren't coming back in. The city's happening, and the house is being sold. Yeah. And now we've just, like, breathed new life into it. But also, like, with Vanderpump Rules, it was like the seniors graduated, and we hadn't even met the freshman yet, so it was like there wasn't a connection.
B
It was so much change. Also, like, they actually did a very good job of blending in this new,
A
young generation of people, Jesse and Dara. And we know them and we're sticking with them because we're invested already. So whether or not Kyle and Lindsay are there, like, we're still watching the show, so this has been done much better.
B
Yeah.
A
And I don't think it's the same. And Amanda and West are the old and the new guard.
B
Yes, they are. So it's so they could go on either show.
A
I think I should have said this at the reunion. I think what you all mean to say is thank you.
B
Thank you.
A
They. They owe her a thank you.
B
Yeah. This also has cemented Summer House, which was always, like, one of the smaller, younger shows of Bravo. It has cemented it as, like, one of the Greats now, I imagine. I imagine it has higher rating things than most of the other shows.
A
Yeah.
B
They're talking about it on red carpets. Like, everyone's being asked, are you team Amanda? Like, it's a thing now.
A
Is that even a question? Are you team.
B
No. Yeah, they're not asking that. They're asking, like, are you watching Summer House?
A
Yeah. Yeah. So we'll see you next week for the bonus. Jonas.
B
Oh, right.
A
Are you ready for our next story?
B
Yes.
A
Taylor Swift surprises fans at the premiere of Toy Story 5 with a performance of her new song and. And a bonus duet. So Taylor showed up at the LA premiere of Toy Story 5. She performed. I knew it. I knew you. Accompanied herself with the piano. And then she also sang you've Got a Friend in Me with Randy Newman. Newman. And they did a little duet.
B
It was like, seriously so fucking cute. First of all, she looked insane. Like, you know, she's doing Soda Method arms. Like, she's doing those bridal arms. Her arms looked so toned. Like, she's just so wedding ready because, you know, she's like, getting married. It could be any day now, but allegedly, July 3rd, she looked insane. I love this sort of like, family friendly brand savera, you know, Toy Story. I. I'm curious if Chet Hanks came with Tom, because I just, like, I know that if he did, like, they would have met and really gotten along because he plays, like, basically a Travis Kelsey version on that.
A
Was Travis there?
B
No, she went with her mom and her brother.
A
Oh, Travis should have been there to support her.
B
And, you know, I've been on Ticketmaster, like, all morning, and I was like, scrolling looking for the thing and it said might be interested. I think New Heights is, like, going on tour, like, doing live shows.
A
Yeah, they're doing a live show, like, next week. And that's why people are like, they're not getting married then, because they're not getting married June 13 because there's a live show.
B
Okay. That, like, is a good reason not to get married.
A
Yeah. I also feel like she wore two dresses. She wore a red carpet dress, and then she wore the yellow dress for her performance. And I feel like, probably even unintentionally, that these are maybe like, teasers of what her bridal look will be like, because I do find when you are in your bridal era, like, you are gravitating towards a certain silhouette. And so even her red carpet dress with the off the shoulder, like, I would not be surprised if. If something about this is what her bridal look will Be.
B
Yeah. And I think that often her wardrobe is, like, indicative of whatever era is coming next. And I think that all of her outfits have been, like, very bridal, very soft, very feminine, Like. Like, very Hill House almost. And if that's the aesthetic for era number 107, wherever we're at. Love that.
A
Yeah. She looks insanely beautiful. And I do think, like, the next album, if we're thinking about, like, the seasons that she's in and how they, like, reflect her life. Like, her next album is the love album.
B
It's Lover. That's what Lovers was supposed to be.
A
Yeah, but, like. No, but Lover, like, this is, like, just, like, love songs, you know, Lover is like. I guess she turned it into, like, this, like, girly pop, whatever. But, like, this would be, like, the. The Love Songs album. Yeah.
B
Yeah. That's very thrilling. Like, I also think it could be, like, her sort of, like, settling down album, I hope. Right.
A
Well, this has. Is the Settling down happening yet or it's just like, you know, the romance and the.
B
Got a couple kids, got the whole block looking like.
A
Yeah, that's the wish list. Like. Like, are we checking.
B
And now it's time, like, to. Yeah, she's making a list and checking it twice to have Travis Kelsey's babies.
A
To take the Kelsey's down.
B
Down. Absolutely.
A
So I think.
B
I think this outing for Taylor, I
A
think that skips over, like, just this one era of just, like, being in her feminine.
B
Yeah. Right in her. Right, right.
A
True love.
B
You in love. You can hear it in the silence. I loved this little outing for Tailored. It was so fun. Like, such a slay to perform with Randy Newman. You just remember what your old pal said. Like, I just love this whole thing. And I love the song for Toy Story. I've been listening to it a lot.
A
Yeah. I just want to say thank you to Taylor and the whole Toy Story team because it has been successfully implemented, integrated. Everyone's so excited about the Jesse song Toy Story 5. That. That, you know, I had to explain, comes out in a few weeks. It's not out yet. That's, like, a little confusing, but it's fine.
B
That is confusing.
A
It's like, wait, what are we looking at? Like, this. There's a five. Where's the movie?
B
Yeah.
A
What's Jesse talking about? But I'm just, like, into a couple weeks. Yeah. And we are successfully listening to Taylor Swift in the car because it is Carly Toy Story, so thank you so much, everyone involved.
B
Also, Taylor brought a VHS copy. It must be like, her original home version of the Toy Story original movie. And she had all, like, the original cast mates, like Tom Hanks, Tim Allen sign it. Which I know she doesn't need the money, but she could sell that for a pretty penny.
A
And who plays Jesse? Joan Cusack.
B
I don't know, because I saw Joan Cusack there with Taylor, and I said, oh, she's in Toy Story.
A
Yes, she is. Jesse. Cute.
B
I feel like at the time, it's. I feel it's similar to Shrek that, like, if you were a celebrity and there was, like, this new Disney cartoon movie and they asked you to do the voice, maybe some people passed on it, maybe some people didn't. You had no idea that this was gonna be, like, the thing that retires you. It's now on their fifth movie. I think, like, everybody who's involved in toys. Toy Story is like, a multi, multi millionaire many times over because of it. And I just. There's probably someone who passed on it who was like, I don't want to do this, like, kids movie. Meanwhile, $100 million. It's like Shrek. Everybody from. From Shrek retired Cameron Diaz. $100 million here, $200 million there.
A
A lot of that. Think of, like, Frozen, too. Like, Frozen. Why does she still work so hard?
B
A thousand percent. Josh Gad is wealthy. Like, he is personally wealthy.
A
Yeah. Adina Menzel, like, that was seriously the biggest movie of all time.
B
And there are lots of Disney movies that are super popular, but they aren't, like, these enormous franchises where, like, there's theme parks and, like.
A
Yeah, all of them are sort of
B
like a flash in the pan.
A
It's always going to be a good payday. But there were a couple that just.
B
Storied franchises.
A
Billion dollars dollars.
B
Yeah. And I think the most recent one is probably Frozen.
A
Yeah. Yeah. Frozen was a cultural reset.
B
Frozen was a cultural reset. Yeah.
A
Are you ready for our next story?
B
What number.
A
Great question. Number three.
B
Yeah, I'm ready.
A
Number three. Joshua Bassett is on Carl Radke's podcast talking about his past drug addiction.
B
A sentence I seriously never thought I'd hear.
A
Yeah. From multiple angles. But Joshua Bassett says fame came with a dark side he never saw one saw coming, revealing his substance abuse spiraled so badly, at one point, he believes he shouldn't have survived it. So he joined the More Life with Carl Radke podcast and got brutally honest about a chapter of his life that was happening behind the scenes while his career was taking off. He says things reached a breaking point when he was 23, admitting it should have Killed me. The level of substance. He doesn't stop there. He goes on to detail just how consumed he was by drugs, describing a daily routine that revolved around getting his next face and shutting him off from the outside world. How he would, like, wake up at 2:30 and go to the ATM because his drug dealer started work at 3, would take out as much money from the ATM as he could, spent all of that, like his daily limit. Spent all of it with the drug dealer at 3 o'. Clock. Cocaine, everything, used it all until he fell asleep, slept till 2:55 the next day, went to the ATM drug dealer again and again and again.
B
Yeah, you know what? I feel like, Carl Radke having this podcast, which I think it's like, very slowly becoming. At first it was like, different reality stars and influencers, more summer house. But, like, him veering into a space where, like, celebrities are well known, people talk about, like, addiction and substance abuse. I actually think is like a very niche podcast that doesn't exist. And he's probably a really good person to do it. I think it would be good for soft bar. So I like this journey for him and his podcast. I had no idea Joshua Bassett struggled like that. Did he say when this was?
A
When he was 23, when he was, like, coming up in his career. So that must have been like, like
B
post driver's license two years ago.
A
Post driver.
B
So. Yes.
A
Yeah. Damn. Yeah. Really sad. No, Carl's. Carl has a really good team behind him. Like, not just. Not just like, he has a great podcast, but like, his branding, his, like, brand, the car brand is like, very on point. The. The visuals and the messaging around the podcast is very legitimate. You know, a lot of people have a podcast and it's like, just random. But everything with him feels very intentional. He is like a very good branding.
B
I agree. No, everything he does also feels elevated. Right? Like, it's like, legit. And I also am happy to say I feel like Carl has also proved a lot of his detractors wrong, myself included. Like, I thought softbar was stupid. I thought he was like a. Like, I'm not a smart, like, good person. And I. I'm. I feel as though I was wrong.
A
Yeah, I think it's like the person that he wanted to be at that time, though, like, doing a soft bar and, you know, just a soft man, like, in general, like, is still. Even though he accomplished the things that, like, Lindsay thought he wouldn't accomplish, Lindsay didn't want to be with that person. Do you know what I mean? Yeah, yeah.
B
And I definitely, like, saw him through Lindsay's eyes, and I think at the time, like, she thought poorly of him.
A
Yeah.
B
As like, a partner and a business person and just like a. She's looking for more alpha.
A
Yeah. But even when she sees all of his success now, I don't think any of it makes her feel like, oh, he did do it, and I should be with him. I think it's like, if you always wanted to be this person, you were never the right person for me.
B
And I don't think he would have been able to have become this person if she hadn't sort of lit a fire under him to really prove her wrong.
A
Yeah. Yeah, I agree.
B
So I didn't see this, like, becoming his stickerini, but I like it.
A
Yeah. It's just so crazy. I didn't watch the early seasons of Summer House, but, like, even when you watch clips or they show stuff of Carl, like, from back in the day, like, that he's a completely different person. And such a testament to the fact that, like, people can change a hundred percent.
B
He was, like, this real douche lord. He used to hook up with every
A
girl in the house.
B
He hooked up with Paige.
A
Yeah.
B
And now he's just, like, this big, soft friend to all.
A
He's Mr. Softy.
B
Oh. You know what got me thinking? Going back to Taylor Swift performing with Randy Newman. You've Got a Friend in Me really reminds me of her song. It's nice to have a friend. They should have done some sort of mashup.
A
Oh, cute.
B
Like, they sound similar, obviously. Like, the messaging is the same.
A
Yeah. I think they were standing, like, staying on message. It wasn't becoming the Iris tour mashup up. Secret song.
B
Yeah, no, secret song. And I'm sure, like, he's like, an older gentleman. He just, like, wanted to remember the words to his own song.
A
Yeah. And he did a great job. It was very cute. They were, like, bantering slay. Randy, are you ready for our next story?
B
I am.
A
Katy Perry calls Justin Trudeau the love of her life and says she feels anchored by their romance.
B
So I'm really ready to talk about this.
A
She was at the Tribeca Film Festival for the premiere of her concert film Katy Perry the Lifetime Store Live from Paris. And she spoke about her relationship with the former prime minister.
B
Now, I just want to say, like, not to make this about me. When I was driving home from watching the Nick game, there was, like, a line of people waiting outside on the west side highway, and there was, like, a marquee that said Katy Perry, the Lifetime Story. I was like, what the is going on? I had no idea it was even Tribeca Film Festival. And I certainly didn't know that she had a movie coming out. Although her track record for celebrity documentaries is one for one. She makes her Part of Me part time documentary, part time music video. It's one of the greatest pieces of media in modern times.
A
Yes. But this is Live from Paris, so I feel like it's mostly the show and less like a documentary. But this is what she said. She said, I feel like a more grounded person in so many aspects of my life. I am very in love. And actually, that show was after I met the love of my life. And so I felt very anchored by that because I'm a little bit like a rainbow kite. I fly super high and touch the veil cosmos, and sometimes I need to be anchored. So to have that anchor finally makes me feel really whole now.
B
Okay, I'm ready to talk about this because obviously, an unlikely pairing, right? And I think once the shock wore off, like, I'm able to seriously, like, think about it and talk about it critically. And I just have to say, like, I ship so unbelievably hard. I feel like he made, like, this relationship is so bizarre because, like, they're like, two kind of polarizing figures, right? Like, he's a prime minister. What's more polarizing than that? And she is, like, this freaky, deaky pop star who went to space and, like, everybody can't seem to stop hating on. And I feel as though this relationship has neutralized both of their public Personas.
A
Two negatives make a positive 1000%.
B
Like, I ship so hard. They look so happy, like, and it's just, like, kind of a slay. She was Orlando Bloom. It's hard to, you know, date after that. Like, it's Orlando Bloom. And to go a completely different route and go with, like, a former prime minister. It's a very elite choice. And I have a lot of respect for Katy Perry now. I just want to say I think that this is going to be huge for her.
A
Yeah. I think that now that the dust has settled and, like, they're in as in love as they've ever been, they actually remind me a little bit. Let me think, let me think.
B
Taylor Travis. No, Give me a clue.
A
Two people who we've come, like, probably the biggest ship in the sea. I don't know if you're gonna get it.
B
Lewis Hamilton and Kim Kardashian.
A
No, I'll just say Jeff and Lauren Bezos. Sanchez.
B
It's an amazing comparison.
A
Together forever. Like, really an inspiring.
B
Age appropriate.
A
Age appropriate love story.
B
Cross genre. Like politics, business.
A
He lifts her up, she lifts him up.
B
I also think they run in a similar circle as Lauren and Jeff. Maybe that's why you. Yeah, I love this, like, first lady of Canada. He needs to run for prime minister again. That's what.
A
Yeah, I mean, that would be the only thing to, like, make it cooler if he was, like, still employed.
B
No, no, because you want to know why? Like, when you're an active politician, like, you're very criticized because politics can be so divisive.
A
Take this to the next level. Like, she's in her first lady era. Like, she has to. You know, it would just be like a movie, you know. Now they're just like a bunch of kids.
B
No, I disagree. I disagree. I think it makes it, like, more criticized. Like, she doesn't need anything that's divisive. Like, she's been sort of this lightning rod for a couple of years. She just needs, like, everyone. Once you're done being, like, the president or the prime minister, you sort of fade into, like, this, like, bubble retirement. Like, nobody criticizes you anymore. Like, everybody loves you. Remember Ellen and George Bush. Like you. It's good to be a retired politician. It's hard to be an active.
A
Definitely, like, having more fun in this capacity. But it just would have been so high stakes if he were still.
B
Yeah, but I'm talking about, like, Q score wise. I think it's better that he's not because, like, they've both suffered.
A
They should hang out with Harry and Megan, too. Like, former diplomat.
B
Yes. They have Canada. Canadian connections.
A
Struggling with the Q score, but in love. Yeah.
B
All they have is love over at as Ever Farms Incorporated.
A
They actually should be best friends.
B
Well, there are a lot of people that Harry and Megan like, should be really tight with. Post royalty moving to Montecito and the fact that they haven't become friendly with, like, any of the people we thought that they would. They're never hanging out with the Obamas like we thought they were gonna be at that level. It's definitely weird.
A
I think Harry and Justin. Justin would. Trudeau would be good friends. They're both just, like, random, you know?
B
Sure.
A
Like, I feel like they have the same interests, like, the environment, whatever.
B
They both love the environment, for sure.
A
Katie and Megan, I could see it being like oil and water, you know, they seem absolutely. They seem like they're actually very different, which might make them. You know, Katie would be the one to Bring her out of her shell.
B
Right.
A
Or hate.
B
No, I don't see those two getting along. I don't think it's a good match. But I think we're just comparing them because they are similar now with, like, the Justin Trudeau. They're at a different. A different level of fame where it's like, you're bordering on, like, global geopolitical issues.
A
Yeah. But also, like, everybody hates you.
B
Everybody hates you.
A
Yeah.
B
So they have that in common as well.
A
Yeah. But once you get to a certain level, like, everybody hates you. Jeff and Laura.
B
I wonder if the Lifetimes documentary, like, if at all, is it just a concert?
A
She said, this is very different from part of me that was more of a documentary about my life. And this is a really. A concert experience about at the highest level for the fans. Fans.
B
Well, you know what? Like, this was such a criticized tour. We forget because so much has happened since then. But, like, that's when she was running around in her, like, galactic outfits, like, being crazy. I would like to see this just to know, like, what actually happened on that tour. I saw the crazy clips, but I imagine there was other stuff.
A
Yeah. Oh, they were at an event with Harry and Megan at the Beef Season 2 Montecito Tastemaker event in April.
B
Okay, that's like. I thought you were gonna say that.
A
Like, Montef Montecito x Netflix. Like, that is so Harry and Megan.
B
Yeah.
A
Okay. Well, good luck to them. Godspeed. You officially have a little ship. Let's see how you do.
B
No, you have some. Some momentum behind you, don't it Up.
A

A
Our fifth and final story is going to lead into the TV recap. Love Island USA addresses an app glitch during the first fan vote of season eight. So last night's episode ended. They threw to a fan vote and apparently the app glitch. So they are keeping voting open today until 3:00pm Eastern Time.
B
Yeah. Which is confusing because I voted today and but when I went to bed it wasn't up yet. So I was like, oh, I probably missed it. I checked this morning and I was like, oh, that's weird because I feel like they have to do it really quickly. I feel like it's like a two hour window to vote.
A
Yeah.
B
Usually because they have to have the recoupling edit the episode and air it.
A
Yeah.
B
So maybe the recoupling. Okay, so. Oh well, there's no episodes on Wednesdays.
A
Okay.
B
So the recoupling probably happens tonight and we watch it tomorrow.
A
But also they're ahead of us. I think there's going to be another episode and then Thursday. Yeah, okay.
B
I'm fine.
A
And that's what happened with like Pepe and Hannah where it's like we voted. We put them together because we thought she liked him. And then in the next. But then something happened in one episode, Charlie. And we're like, well, we voted for you. We thought you liked him.
B
The delay does really. So maybe like Melanie and Sincere will have this like redemptive moment 1000%.
A
Or like Kenzie and Corbin will decide they're in love.
B
No, the only one I could see. It's really is.
A
Is.
B
Is Melanie and sincere.
A
Like, even if they decide they want to be together, I don't want them together. So that's why I'm happy to be able to step in. Even though I'm not voting, I'm not filming.
B
Yeah, I like the voting because it's the only, like, chance we have at accountability. Like, sorry, Beatrice, like, is really not trying hard enough with, with anyone. Like, she's a little too settled. She doesn't talk to anyone. She's kind of condescending because she's like, in this, like, relationship. Meanwhile, she doesn't know. She's like the freakiest man ever who's like, making out with everyone.
A
She has no idea.
B
What. She has no idea. Also, like, can I talk about something? When it comes to Beatrice and like, I don't know what it's like to have a prosthetic leg. So, like, I don't know how I would act, but she makes so many jokes about it. I'm sure a lot of it has to do with, like, you know, you can't be the butt of the joke if you're making the joke. And like, I, I get that totally. But I find it very off putting.
A
Oh, I only heard one joke.
B
I've heard at least three.
A
Okay. Because maybe I wasn't paying attention, but she made like, one. I thought it was a funny joke. Like, like, it's just funny. Which when she was like, with the girls. Yeah. She was saying how the other girls, you know, they have like, I don't have blonde hair, big boobs, and I have one leg. Like, it was.
B
She said it now though. Three times.
A
Yeah. Okay.
B
I don't know. I don't know what the right way to talk about not having a leg is because, like, that's just not been my experience. But I find it a little. Strange.
A
I think. It didn't bother me. I actually thought it was funny and, like, light hearted. And just the first time I thought that too. She's just being.
B
The first time she said it, I was like, you know what? Good for her.
A
Yeah. I wonder if I kept hearing it, but I only heard the one and I was like, oh, that's just like, funny.
B
Like, it was funny the first time. So I watched the episode. I watched two episodes. We had that crazy ass orgy challenge, which was insane. And it just gave me insane respect for who I already respected the most, which is my girl Anaya, but also Okeda. They were the only Two who didn't hump and kiss every guy until they found their.
A
They never said you have to kiss everyone until you know who you're kissing. It's like, you can touch. There's the hair, by the way. You could get it in two seconds. Everybody has different hair, so I feel
B
like they were told not to touch their hair. And the only person I saw touch hair is Melanie, which is how she knew it was sincere, and then she knew it was Corbin.
A
A couple people touched hair briefly, but, yes, they. They definitely, like, were asked to not focus on the hair, but, like. Like, you could have just given, like, a swipe, and you would know immediately. Yeah. And some of them.
B
Everybody.
A
Some did lightly touch hair. So, like, they were able to know in shower caps. Oh, that's good.
B
Yeah. So Keda, who was already, like, high up on my list, and Anaya, who was already high up on my list, like, queens, Queens, queens, queens. Except, like, what was. I wasn't fully following, like, what went wrong with Kada and Zach?
A
It's really awkward. Okay, so she acted like a respectful queen.
B
Yes. The whole time.
A
The whole time. And then when the new bombshell came, he hooked up with. He made out with everyone. They sort of did a big one. She wrapped her. Like she was on her back. She wrapped her legs around him. Wasn't just like, you know, the obligatory, I have to make out with the bombshell. And Zach was like, okay, okay. And so, like, the guy kept going a little bit longer, so it was just like, an oversized one for a girl. Yeah, he's, like, in.
B
But now he's, like, pulling other people for chats.
A
No, he. He's, he's being really like he's punishing her too much for it.
B
Yeah, he should have taken that opportunity to close off. Like, I know everyone's, like, like, afraid of closing off. I don't know why, but, like, they're so obsessed with one another, and, like, yeah, it's pissing him off that she's with another guy. I feel like that's a sign that you're ready to close off. Like, why is everybody so against closing off?
A
No, and he wasn't. He was, like, ready to close off. But then I think, like, he was just, like, very. I don't want to say hurt, but I think, like, his ego was bruised that, like, this other guy, like, got to have that moment with his girl, but. But he doesn't really have, like, a place to talk because they. Those boys sat on the bed, made out with everyone in the house. Plus, Two new bombshells. While their girls were sitting. Like, she's literally right there sitting there blindfolded. Like, everybody misbehaved. That was.
B
I know. That's what I don't understand about the show, which is, like, why is some things a bigger deal than others? Like, everybody's humping the whole time.
A
So everything in it.
B
I understand Melanie. I understand Melanie, why everyone's upset with her, because it's like, you knew you had sincere and so you kept kissing Corbin was disgusting. That was crazy. Yeah, I seriously, she was the prettiest girl when she got here, and now, like, I find her insides to be so ugly that, like, she is no longer my top.
A
No, not at all. I want her still on the show, though, because she's, like, so entertaining. But, like, I just. I think sincere is one of the best guys so far and they should not be together.
B
No.
A
Everything in a challenge, it's literally Jeremiah and Huda. Everything in a challenge is inbounds. Like, you can make out with everyone, but then there are people who take it to another level. And we see that sometimes. Like, Huda, an ace in a heart rate challenge. Like, and you see it by everybody's reaction. So the guy came in, he makes out with everyone. That's fine. But the fact that she's, like, you know, on her back with her legs, they did a big one and it's like, but you're my girl. And you acted like that with the bombshell. But, like, after what had just gone down, I just think he really needs to let it go. I understand. He was, like, bummed that night. She felt really bad. I think she, like, realized, oh, this is more serious than I thought and I shouldn't be, like, acting that way. But for him to, like, punish her into the next day, pull back, say he doesn't actually want to be closed off.
B
Like, I think he pulled someone for a chat.
A
He's being, like, a little controlling at this point. It's getting a little ugly. And you can see she's heartbroken.
B
I know. And, like, also, no offense, when there is such a disparity in looks, like, she's so hot and he's, like, very fine looking. He needs to act right. Like, you can't be acting like that when the girl's much hotter than you.
A
No, but she, at this point, it doesn't matter. She left.
B
Likes him a lot because she likes him so much. I know.
A
It's not like when she came in and she was the bombshell. And it's crazy how, like, when you're the bombshell, you're like the shiniest, most attractive thing. And then, like after.
B
And two seconds later, two days, you're
A
like old used goods. Like, it's true. Looking at you, it's so crazy.
B
So the two new bombshells, Soul and Jen. I do feel like Jen is pro. I guess, like the girl who's going home. A girl, right?
A
I don't know. Yeah, because the girls got together last time. So, like, Beatrice could go home.
B
But we're coupling people up, so we're
A
gonna put Jen and Gabriel. Oh, so maybe no one will go home yet. Just like Huda didn't go home because Jeremiah or Melanie and then vulnerable.
B
Or Melanie Because Caleb will have to choose someone.
A
And Melanie.
B
No, Caleb will have to choose someone.
A
Caleb, not Caleb.
B
Sorry. Corbin will have to choose someone.
A
No, why would. He'll be single and vulnerable.
B
Oh, yeah, I guess. Okay. I don't really understand how these things.
A
I know sometimes it's a recoupling, but no one goes home sometimes. So, yes, Jen will go with Gabriel. I don't know who else people would vote for her to be with. Oh, I guess she spoke to Zach. If people don't like Kada, they'll do people not like Haita.
B
No, People are rooting for Kata.
A
Okay, great. So please keep Jen with Gabriel. Soul and sincere. I love them.
B
I love them. Let me tell you about this girl, Soul. You have to have, like, insane confidence to go on a show like this with no hair. And I think you actually have to have insane confidence to walk through life as just a woman with no hair. We put so much emphasis on air, I could never do it. When I tell you, like, her aura is elite. Like, she doesn't give a. She has the most insane body. I saw somebody on Twitter saying, like, Soul's body's so insane, it makes me want to go to the gym. Like, it's literally. She has such a body Tea, as the kids say. And she's kind of radiant. Like, I. I really like her. And I think that Sincere also has. Because the way people talk about him and you see it on the show, I think he has this, like, amazing aura as well. Like a great personality, really nice guy. Like, he's a, you know, oldest of five siblings. Like a real man. He's very sincere.
A
Of course.
B
I think that they're an elite duo.
A
Let me tell you, if these two couple up, I will vote for them to win the show.
B
Yeah. Except no, sorry, Anaya and Casey.
A
Except Anaya's like, this is A no. Anaya and Casey are on thin ice, you know, they're one bombshell away from destruction.
B
I know. Except like, she was kind of pissing me off because, like, she was being.
A
I understand why she's looking for problems. No, no, I understand why she's hurt. But you can't be a fabiss and a put them crying around the bill all day. Nobody wants to be around that chat, complaining, insecure. That's what Melanie did. And it makes it a self fulfilling prophecy. It's like, well, yeah, no, I don't want to be with you if all of our chats are just you telling me what I did wrong. And I understand me. Jackie understands that what Casey did was wrong and it hurts your feelings. But like, you have to put on a, a happy face because you don't just want to be like the girl crying all day. Nobody wants to be in a relationship with that.
B
And like, was it raining all day? The weather was like so off.
A
I didn't notice.
B
Oh, you didn't? I thought it was like so crazy that it was cloudy.
A
Oh, I saw some, but I liked it. I was happy for them to get a nice.
B
And then somebody was like, it's quite breezy in it.
A
I like that. I'm happy for them in the wind. So anyways. And yeah, I feel like Casey, if, like, if a bombshell, like we're locked in on Casey like right now. Sol and Jen, like, aren't really like that. He's not their number one, so it's like, not an issue. But I feel like he might deviate and they're not as strong. They're just strong right now because nothing's come between them.
B
Yes, they're not strong enough. And she is not like, like bold. And I could see that if her relationship was threatened, she would probably just end up going home because she's not like a mover or a shaker in the house. She doesn't like, start drama, she doesn't yell. That's why I like her. Like, she's very normal. And normal doesn't do well here. Hi, Sean and Jalen.
A
But a bombshell could come in, turn Casey's head turned. He goes down that path and then he realizes that it's Anaya for him. And then they would be set. But like, they haven't had any sort of test yet. And I just, I could see him passing the test, I could see him failing the test, but so insincere if they, you know, if they make a go of it, they just seem like, they could go on and on.
B
Who do you think is going to be the first couple to close off? I do feel like this saga between Keda and Zach, even though it's like, been a red flag, like, I think it probably will lead them because, like, the logical thing is, like, I didn't like that you were with another guy, but you have to be with other guys because that's what we're here to do. If only was there, if there was a way for you to not be with other guys. Like, it's sort of the logical place to land.
A
Yeah. That he's not seeing it that way. He's like, I don't want to close off with you because you're not someone who, like, would treat me with more respect.
B
It was low key, manipulative.
A
It was, it was. And I felt really bad for her because obviously she doesn't give a about Caleb. She was just like, putting on because. Because it's like, funny.
B
That's what you're supposed to do. You have to, like, cheer when there's a text. Like, yeah, you have to do these things.
A
Yeah. And it's like, oh, all of a sudden I did too much. Like,
B
Bryce and Trinity Jen know each other.
A
Oh, yeah. From the modeling world.
B
That was weird. Like, what are the odds? But like, I guess Ace and Shelly knew each other.
A
Yeah. I think it's a small world when you're an Instagram model.
B
Like, of Thoughtland.
A
Bryce and Trinity are adorable.
B
Adorable. I don't know if there's like a huge romantic connection there, but they're definitely really good friends and they're having a lot of fun.
A
Yeah. But if they can, like, if they can turn it romance, they could win. Yep, they could win. I think they're very beloved.
B
Yes, they are the fans. Like, like ride fraternity.
A
Why am I getting the feeling that Kenzie likes Corbin more than she likes Caleb?
B
Oh, no. I feel like she's down with Corbin. Oh, he's gone. Like, I think that it was very convenient for. There have been like a really attractive bombshell and her to have been like one of the only single gals and he was interested in her. Like, it was truly a situation. Like a connection of convenience.
A
No, but, like, he liked her too. And she liked.
B
Oh, he. By the way, he liked.
A
And they're the only ones making out in the bed at night.
B
This new. You know, it's always fun to make out when it's new.
A
Tomorrow they won't make out. But you know what if Corbin is single and Melanie is Single. I think they should give it a shot. They, like, have their eyes on each other.
B
Sure. Corbin is freaky. Like, I don't know. I can't get a read on him.
A
No. And, like, his personality just stinks. Like, it's just, like, so mean. It's just, like, crazy how, like, when he came in and he starts talking about his, like, life, it was just a red flag, I feel like, for everyone, like, you're not being genuine in your chat GPT, like, this is not real. Meanwhile, Caleb comes in, and there's no question, like, he's just talking, like, and it's just. Yeah, himself. And most people are like that, even sincere. Talking about how he wants to go on a road trip. Trip to nowhere. Like, okay, like, just.
B
And she was like, like, drive aimlessly. And he was like, yeah, like, drive aimlessly.
A
They're perfect for each other. But, like, Corbin doesn't say anything.
B
No, but he did say that he wanted to, you know, experiment with handcuffs and blindfolds. He's freaky as, like, I agree. He doesn't really offer anything substantial. He doesn't have deep conversations. And I think that, like, when you're spending all day with these people, I think it gets boring really quickly if you're not having actual conversations and people's lives.
A
Looks go out the window so fast, a thousand percent. Like, you're genuinely does not matter what you look like. And the girls look.
B
It's true.
A
Cute every day. And I'm like, oh, Melanie, put on her I'm gonna get my man back outfit. Like, with her bathing suit and her hat. I'm like, you look adorable. You've got this. And it's like, it doesn't matter what you look like.
B
Yeah, it's true. Like, the looks get stripped away. That's why bombshells, like, burn bright and fast because it's something new. But it very quickly. Like, your personality is kind of everything when you're spending all day with these people and you do then just find yourself attracted to people with attractive personalities.
A
Yeah. But I guess for, like, bombshells who come in, they might look at the old villagers. Like, if someone there is their type and they want to get to know, that's the only way how you can be seen again is from someone that's out. Yes.
B
Fresh eyes. Totally. It's your only chance at, like, truly, like, glimmering for a minute.
A
Let's become an old villager.
B
It just seriously looks horrible. Like, the experience. I'm sorry, I could never go on the show.
A
These people who do this show have earned every single follower dollar, fame, opportunity that they get. This show is a humiliation ritual.
B
Absolutely. It is torture, too. Like, it is truly a form of intellectual, spiritual, physical, and mental torture.
A
There were, like, eliminations where the couples had to, like, choose. Choose couples to go home. Like, when the islanders have to choose each other, and it's, like, not just, like, a bombshell. We don't know. It's like you have to choose like you're the person who's been with you.
B
No, it's like when you. When you're, like, a hostage and then the hostage holder makes one of the hostages kill another hostage, like, that's literally what it feels like.
A
That's what it feels like to them. Like, they go through so much to be on the show, and, like, even all the agony, the makeouts. And they're porn stars.
B
Yeah. Oh, you know, I was thinking that when they were getting ready for the challenge, they all got on the bed and they filmed them in slow motion, like, in the white lingerie, like, throwing pillows at each other, and they're, like, zooming in on people's ass cheeks. I'm like, it's so crazy. You graduated nursing school last week, and now you are, like, an adult film entertainer.
A
Yeah. And.
B
And a lot of them come in with, like, jobs. Like, I make elevators. I'm like, well, you also do porn. Like, yeah, it's crazy.
A
You do porn, but it's not. Like, sometimes porn stars, like, they don't have to also, you know, be on camera personalities, and, like, they're doing all of this, like, talking, doing their make. They're a makeup artist, their hair stylist.
B
No, but it's just. Just funny because, like, you know, a brand would never do a brand deal with a porn star. Like, but you'll do a brand deal with somebody from Love Island. Like, it's the same thing.
A
Yeah. No, but it's. Porn is a part of the job for sure, but it's not the whole part. It's not the whole thing. So, like, they're doing a lot. They deserve it all agreed. And they're risking a lot because you could end up like Sean, who gave it all up for nothing.
B
For nothing. You see, Jalen posted about John. He posted the Spider man meme. Like, two spider mans pointing at each other. Jalen and Sean. And he said, keep your head up, brother. Something like that.
A
Maybe he'll be married by the end of the year.
B
It's true. Anything can happen. But it.
A
It's more about. So about the the police force and the job, of course, and the mayor and the unemployment.
