A
Good morning, girlies. It's the Toast. It's Jackson Claude, and we're your host.
B
It's your favorite show.
A
The best five things you need to know.
B
We'll start your day off.
A
Swirly.
B
It's the Toast.
A
They sound amazing.
B
Welcome back to the Toast and Happy Tuesday. That feels like a Monday, at least for me, because I have so much to do. I feel like Ben was just like, I'm sure he did his best. I didn't watch it.
A
Welcome back to the Turt, I think is what you mean. Sure.
B
Welcome back to the Turt, and welcome back. I have so much to say, you know, And I tried to, like, offload all this information to Ben, but he did great. I know, but you should have watched. He was insistent on forming his own opinions. I'm like, I had the opinions. I just, like, wanted to give them.
A
No, I want his unbridled opinion.
B
Did anybody else feel bad for Justin Timberlake? No.
A
Yeah.
B
No, we didn't.
A
I was cracking up. Like, not Ben saying, you can drink and drive if you're stranded.
B
Oh, is that what he said? I need to watch?
A
I. I sent him the videos, but, like, the way the words came out, it did sound like he was giving permission.
B
He was giving grace.
A
He was giving permission to someone who is stranded.
B
So I sent him the two videos, and I was like, you have to watch this before, because, like, here's what happened. The video was trying to, like, subpoena until I get it, whatever. And so I don't. I think he called me thinking I would have the same reaction. He was like, that video was horrible. I'm like, I agree. He was like. Like, no privacy. I'm like, well, he didn't get the video released because he's a celebrity. Like, everyone gets their videos released. It's like, the country that we live in. Like, that's the rules. He was like, really? This just feels so wrong.
A
I'm like, okay, the first story today is going to be your take on the stories from yesterday that I need your takes on, because there were a couple things that happened that we needed to hear from you. It was funny to hear from Ben. We had a grand old time. But Justin Timberlake's DUI video, like, does need Turdi's take, of course. And so sorry.
B
Like, of all the days I was so sick yesterday. Like, actually, you know, I'm kind of like a really. Like, I have an amazing work ethic. It takes a lot for me not to come. I was so sick. I don't know what the Hell's going on. I feel like I had Covid. Like, it was so bad, and I'm feeling so much better. So I really. I'm like, the type of person because, like I said about my work eth once I feel a little bit better, I, like, go back to my normal level of activity, and then I never get better. So I was like, I just need to. I was so sick at Disney on Ice. Also need to talk about Disney.
A
Yeah. So we'll talk about the stories, and the stories want to catch up with Turd's self. How are you feeling?
B
So much better. Did you have this, like, it's. This is, like, the illness that's been rocking our family.
A
I don't want to jinx anything. And right now I'm having the sneezes. But I do think it might be allergies because it's allergy season, and so I'm just gonna, like, back. I'm not going to say I. I didn't get it, because then I'll get it. I. I don't really know what's happening.
B
Oh, my God. It was extremely rough, like, and it
A
was just, like, needed aunties bodies, anti bodies.
B
I was actually thinking of even drinking your milk. Like, that's how desperate I was. I could not breathe. I'm better. But, like, it did hit me the hardest at Disney on Ice, and I shouldn't have went, but, like, oh, my God, we have to go. And, like, I just had to go. Even though I did leave, leave, like, right after intermission because I was dying, it was quite dazzling. I. We put on, like, a Disney on Ice playlist in the car, and, like, some of the songs I didn't recognize. And we were like, wait, is this, like, new age Disney? Like, I forget that, like, the Disney that kids love today is, like, not the. I grew up with. Like, I grew up with the OGs, you know, like, for Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and now I think kids are all about, like, Coco, Frozen, Moana, which are great, but, like, we. When I turned on the playlist, I'm like, what the hell is this? Like, so I was a little worried it was gonna be, like, woke Disney, you know, like, New age. No, it was very much. Some things about Disney are timeless. Mickey.
A
Yeah. You know, the classics.
B
There's Beauty and the Beast.
A
There was a Coco. I've not seen Coco.
B
Yeah, but it was pretty dazzling. The Coco.
A
I hadn't seen it either. Remember me,
B
Recordo? I remember that. So I didn't see the second half, but it was really amazing. It's kind of crazy that, like, these people, like, are professional figure skaters. Like, why aren't they at the Olympics?
A
You know, when I saw Disney on Ice the first time, I know you weren't interested.
B
I wasn't. Yeah.
A
But my takeaway is, like, who are these people? Where did they come from?
B
That's how I felt about the circus.
A
What's their background? Because they're amazing figure skaters. Not good enough to go to the Olympics, but, like, they're touring figure skaters, and it's like, what path brought them to Disney on Ice?
B
Probably, like, the Olympic path.
A
Right. So it's like, if you don't.
B
But that could have been Simone Biles,
A
you know, if you don't hit the Olympics as a figure skater and a lot of people train for Olympics and don't make it. So there's.
B
You either, like, just give it up completely and, like, go to school, or
A
you do Disney on Ice or maybe, like, Ice Capades. Right.
B
There are a couple of, like, professional figure skaters. Yes. Who aren't Olympians. That's how I felt about the circus. Now, the traits that you have at the circus are a little bit, like, more freaky. Like, I think there are less opportunities for trapezists and things of that nature. And I. I think, like, if you're
A
going to do an activity gymnast, there's a lot of, like, different ways you can make to the circus. But if you can.
B
A unicycler.
A
If you can't skate, you can't skate.
B
No, it was. It was really impressive. You know, I don't think Disney puts out anything that's, like, not top tier. So it was a. And I. Ruby was, like, a little young for it, so we didn't really need to be there. And I was seriously d. Dying, like, on the way home. Was loving Dazzle.
A
Ben was here. I was like. He was saying how you guys left early. I was like, yeah. Ruby was like, you know, not feeling it.
B
A little fussy.
A
He was like, code. Yours was.
B
I was really not feeling it. Ruby could have stayed for, like, 30 more minutes, but I was not. Okay.
A
Yeah.
B
And then Justin Timberlake's video came out, which was obviously, like, deeply moving for me, which I'll save for the first story and then the continuation of the secret Lives of Mormon Wives. What did Ben have to say about, like, Solana? Whose team is he on? Does he have hard takes?
A
What did we say? Oh, my gosh. We were talking about the drama with me and the Matthews family.
B
Oh, I saw the clip.
A
Oh, My God, laughing so fudgeing hard. Yeah, that happened to me. Like, seriously.
B
But I will say the odds that
A
I spoke about them and they heard
B
it, I appreciated a lot of people pointing this out in the comments that like, a lot of times clips will go viral and like, the person who's the subject of the clip will like, comment at the podcast or in the podcast or like always, like, curls up like, I didn't mean it. I was having a bad day. You know, you very much stood your ground. Like, because we don't say things on the show that we really don't mean unless like the next day I'm like, actually I changed my mind. So I respect you not being like, well, it's unfortunate that she saw it, but she did put it out there for the world to like, discuss, to
A
like talk about her marriage. What I was saying, though, it's like sometimes people put out clips and they're like, oh, you don't understand. You don't have context. Well, it's like you put it out without context.
B
Right.
A
And that is sort of what I did. So I can take ownership for that. Because like, if you don't follow the show, like, just hearing someone's my weenie of the week sounds like really nasty,
B
but it's actually a compliment.
A
It's only mildly nasty.
B
Yeah.
A
And someone pointing out in the comments like, you actually like, being the weenie is really like a lesser evil compared to like actual bad people. Like, I don't think that terribly, of course, just weanie like behavior.
B
So.
A
And, but you know what? Then I saw people commenting like, no, I'm glad you posted. That's how I found you guys. You guys are hysterical.
B
Well, so. And this is actually the basis of the article, the article that I was talking about like a week or two ago that like, I didn't read but wanted to reference, which was like, women who hate their husbands. And so it's like a. This is the exact type of situation where this happens all the time on the Internet where someone be like, my husband did the craziest thing. And it's like, actually what your husband did is so evil. And the comments are like, divorce and break up with him in the next video. It was like, you guys don't understand. It's like, well, stop putting out there for us to comment on. And then being mad at the comments like, you have now shared this deeply intimate part of your marriage. We are giving our takes on it because you put it on a TV show and on Tick Tock and so it's like, if you don't like it, well, don't put it out there, you know? So it's like that. That was like the whole article. It's like sharing, like, the worst parts of your marriage or your husband and then being mad when people, like, say you should leave him. He sucks.
A
Yeah. Or like, not understanding why you're then associated with this person.
B
Right. It's like, why are you making this our problem?
A
No. And like, we're just part of the ecosystem of TV recaps. Like, we all exist.
B
We're just a cog in the machine
A
on each other's shoulders. Like, we lift each other up. At the end of the day, I'm like, talking about your show. I can't stop fucking talking about it. Like, I want everybody to watch it. That is a good thing. If you are interested in the success of your show.
B
Correct. So rising tides rise, all shines.
A
We're all simpatico here.
B
I feel like we're just sort of diddly dallying.
A
You want to get into stories? Oh, there's something else I need to discuss that I.
B
Your shirt.
A
No. Why?
B
Because you're wearing a specific type of shirt today, Jesse. No, no, no, no, no. You're wearing a specific type of shirt for a specific reason.
A
I'm wearing a button down mint green and white shirt because Claudia thinks I'm wearing it because of my colors.
B
Yes. Did you talk about that?
A
No. And you're wearing your colors. But no, I actually, I got this shirt before the colors, and it's just been like, I just got it and it's been sitting on my chair and I was in such a rush this morning. I'm like, I guess I'm wearing that shirt.
B
So on Friday, we had a color analyst come to the studio and do. What's it called?
A
Like, a color analysis.
B
Oh, getting your colors done. We got our colors done. People have told us for years to do it. Apparently it can, like, make a difference in what makeup you wear, what clothes you wear. Just basically how your face looks overall. It was very insightful. I am a bright spring.
A
I'm a warm, a soft autumn.
B
I thought you were also a spring.
A
No, I wound up being autumn.
B
You sure?
A
Okay. It looked like I was trending towards spring. But then also people were commenting that, like, we didn't let her do her.
B
I know people said, like, you girls didn't shut up. Like, we wanted to hear that now, but I thought she was inviting us.
A
I felt like multiple times I was like, we need to shut up.
B
Yeah. What do you think? And I feel like at the end, like, she agreed with her analysis. Right.
A
I don't think. Yeah.
B
I don't think she would have given us the wrong one. We weren't just being chatty. Like, sorry. We were doing a podcast. We had to fill the time.
A
Right.
B
So do you feel like you did. Did you. Have you done anything differently since you found out?
A
I kept it in mind. But also, as you saw in the podcast, she didn't have the exact booklet for mine. She's mailing it to me, so I'm, like, waiting for my exact booklet.
B
I did change my blush, like, so let me know if you feel a difference.
A
And you're wearing your color. Bright spring.
B
I am wearing, like, a bright spring color. Yeah. Even though this is, like, not really.
A
The other thing that I wanted to mention that I keep forgetting to mention is our little sister Margo.
B
Oh, yeah.
A
Let's talk about our little sister thing ever this weekend and on Friday. I didn't, like, realize, like, what was happening.
B
Me neither. She doesn't make it a big deal. She said she was going to Vegas.
A
No, she told me it was a big deal, but, like, seeing it in action was, like, so sick.
B
Margot was hired as, like, the official correspondent for the Luke Combs fan club and, like, literally got to go to his opening weekend in Vegas. Like, interview Luke, make content with Luke.
A
She go to the show, fan listening party for the album on Friday night. She got to go to the rehearsal, which she said was the coolest thing she.
B
I didn't even know that that was something you could go to.
A
So she experienced a Luke Holmes concert
B
alone at the stadium.
A
Stadium with her best friends.
B
With her best friends and, like, the 10 people who work for Luke Homes. Like, it was insane, like, in an empty stadium.
A
Then she went to opening night and had, like, full access. She's literally running around taking pictures, and I'm just so proud of her.
B
That's our cunt. That's, like, literally our sister who works in music.
A
Like, that's our little sister, you guys.
B
Not so little.
A
Our little sister.
B
She's gonna be like, did you call me fat on the podcast?
A
No. Remember the time we told Emma Chamberlain our little sister was a big fan,
B
and she expected us to bring, like, a bassinet in the room?
A
We had this grown woman watching.
B
Oh, that's your little sister.
A
She's older than I'm.
B
Like, our little sister loves you so much. Wow. W. And she was like, oh, I'd love to meet her after the episode. And we like brought her into the zoom. I think she was expecting like a 12 year old.
A
Yeah.
B
In comes this 25 year old grown woman. Like it was insane. We're hilarious. The lore of the show like seriously never ends.
A
No, it doesn't.
B
I was actually thinking on the Patreon we should do like an up to date lore A Taylor. You know, ever since Michaela Matthews, you know, left us a hate comment, we have so many new listeners who maybe don't know the backstory of like all of our funny inside jokes and stuff.
A
Yeah, it really should motivate us like post more hateful reels.
B
Oh no, I will never get into the business of hate. But that wasn't even hateful. It was funny.
A
No, you know, but you know and
B
you know, not hateful like trolly trolley and like I will never be that hot takey.
A
But no, you have to suffer through an hour plus of this show to get the weenie. Yeah, that's. No, but like if you or our like seriously hot takes or like you have to put in the work.
B
Yeah. You don't just get it for free. It's true. Or you could pay for it@patreon.com.
A
oh, for sure. But like, no, you've got to clock the hours. So anyone you want to say anything nasty about Justin Timberlake without further ado to do, here are the fast five stories that you do need to know.

Like, I have decidedly enjoyed Pepsi more than any other beverage for years now. I just like, I go with taste. I think a lot of people get bogged down by labels. Like, what does this mean? What does it say about me? For me, it's always been about taste. And I realized a few years ago, like, I think Pepsi is the best tasting cola. So I drink Pepsi now. They have a new product and it's so delicious. So it's a Prebiotic cola. Comes in two different flavors, Original cola and cherry vanilla. Cherry vanilla is so Ben. Like, it's most used by friends of Turdi.
A
So you think you could call it Turd and Branch?
B
I don't know if like the legal team over at Bowling Branch would like that very much.
A
Thank you, Turd and Branch.
B
You're welcome. Jordan Branch. Sounds like something went to high school with Jordan Branch.
A
No, it sounds like, like Jared and Branch, the world juror.
B
Yeah. Oh, did you see Tina Fey hosted the first inaugural episode of SNL uk?
A
He did?
B
Okay. It was actually crazy because it was like, I love Tina Fey and they say she's like prized to take over for Lorne Michaels when. And this is like sort of a signal of that she want that job. I don't know. But I think she would be great at it and it would be a lot of work. It would also be like a self fulfilling prophecy. Liz Lemon, like becoming Liz Lemon. And I do think like SNL desperately needs like a something. And I think while Lauren has done amazing work, like, maybe he's just not in tune with like what's necessary. And they say that like her hosting SNL you is like a big step in that direction. It was so bad. Like I. And I love Tina Fey. I think she's actually funny. It was so, like, it was so corny. Like, I don't know, there's something so weird about it.
A
I don't think that Lauren is not in tune with what's necessary. I think he knows like what people would want and he just wants to do what he wants. Well, like, I don't think he like tries to win back an audience. I think he's like, this is the show I want to put out.
B
I feel like actually like recently they
A
came when they had those boys.
B
People, like, they cast people for like a younger generation. The. The three boys project something. They like, make the skits. Yeah. And then like, they, they cast like this girl Jane who was like very big on Tick Tock. Like, I do feel like they lean in a little bit to like. But it's just they're so all over the place and I don't think they know who's like watching their show. I don't know who's watching their show. And I do think like Tina Fey really could bring. But I don't know. The SNL UK that I saw, like, the clip was so.
A
Yikes.
B
Yeah, it was bad. And I like, I seriously love Tina Fey.
A
Damn. Well, our first story is Chardy's takes because a couple things Happened yesterday, and we need to know your thoughts. So first, the Justin Bieber DUI video came out after Much Person Bieber. I said that yesterday, too. Okay. He's gonna sue me.
B
And he should.
A
He's gonna sue me.
B
Okay. Yeah.
A
It's you. I. I said that on my Instagram story too.
B
Yeah.
A
Timberlake DUI video. He didn't want it out. It's out. What do you think of it?
B
So I stand by what I said, that he shouldn't have made it such a big deal, because barring, like, him whipping his penis out, like, what could have been so bad that he was
A
running naked through this?
B
Yeah. Like, the way that they were being. And now it alerted us all. It was. I don't know if I would have been looking for it if he hadn't, and maybe I would have seen it come across my desk. It wasn't that crazy that, like, I actually would have moved on. We would have talked about it for one day. And, like, so he shouldn't have made it a big deal because there was no way that video wasn't making it out. Although I will say, kind of net. Net. I actually think the only place I can personally go up with Justin Timberlake. The only place I can go with Justin Timberlake is up.
A
Yeah.
B
And I thought the video was, like,
A
kind of endearing, like, humanizing.
B
Not only was it humanizing, I think a lot of people like Reese Witherspoon, like, when you're a celebrity, you're very disrespectful, like, you don't know who I am. There's so many awkward moments like, that. He was extremely humble to the point where he couldn't even explain what he did. He was trying to be like, do you know who I am without saying it.
A
Yeah.
B
And he ended up just coming off, like, kind of modest and I don't know. And he made that funny joke. He was, like, white. I don't know. I kind of actually think the video was, like, good for him. I thought it was funny. And when they locked him up, he was like, I have to stay here all night. I was like, oh, no.
A
It literally never dawned on him that he was getting.
B
It was all fun and games until they put him in. He was like, we'll come get you tomorrow morning. He was like, wait, I have to
A
spend the whole night the entire time. Like, he really thought this was about to be over.
B
Yeah. And even when he realized, like, the realization that he was spending the night in the slammer, he didn't get angry. He goes you guys are wild, man. Like, he was so drunk. Like, he's obviously a nice drunk. And that's the other thing. Like, when you're drunk and then you're getting arrested and you're a celebrity, Vino veritas. It is a recipe for, like, the worst, most evil side of you to come out. And he was so down home, shaking everybody's hands, like, I don't know. I kind of love him. Like, it was a. Kind of a flattering video, by the way. But also, he was wasted.
A
Like, oh, my takeaway was like, may. He wasn't strong. He was black. Taking the breathalyzer.
B
Oh, no, no. And when you deny your breathalyzer, which I did see a video on tik tok, like, 10 years ago that stuck with me. It was like, when you get arrested for a dui, you have to consent to those field sobriety tests. And, like, you can say no. And I think you should say no, because then it's, like, literal proof that you were drunk driving.
A
Unless you weren't drunk.
B
Oh, right, sure. Blow away. So obviously, like, he was experienced and he knew. He saw that TikTok video, too. He was wasted like that. That's the only thing the video didn't do well is, like, you drove. Not only did you drive drunk, you drove blackout.
A
I thought there was a path to sobriety.
B
Although he did have, like, kind of a good excuse. He was like, oh, sorry. I was, like, following my friends in front of me. Like, they were driving just, like, fast, and, like, I couldn't follow them. Like, okay, if that was me. Like, oh, okay. That makes sense. Bye.
A
Yeah.
B
All in all, I thought it was pretty good.
A
I thought so, too. I'm surprised to hear you. You know, I thought we were waiting your great condemnation.
B
Well, the thing about me is people try to put me in a box, right? Like, is my husband gay? It's like, no, you know, or yes. Right. And so, yeah, obviously, everyone's, like, making fun of Justin Timber. Like, I don't like to, like, hop on the bandwagon. I was onto Justin Timberlake before everyone else. You know, when he was asked what he did for a living, and he was like, I'm on a tour, which is not an answer to the question. He didn't say, what are you on? He said, what do you do? Yeah. And he was like, I'm on a world tour. Like, as if that clarified it. And the guy was like, what? What do you do, sir? And it's just like. It's not even like he has a Hard job. We have a hard job to explain. I'm a musician. Like, that's literally. I'm a singer.
A
I'm a performer removed from like reality that he actually doesn't like. He only sees himself as like a celebrity. I don't know how that he would like know how to describe.
B
I thought, I think that was maybe like proof that he was actually really drunk because like what you do is really not hard to describe. I'm a singer.
A
I think he was having a hard time like waiting for the guy to like realize who he is. But as we like, the arresting officer was really young and didn't know who Justin Timberlake was.
B
I want to say something about the arresting officer because there was two cops in the video. The arresting officer is the redhead, this like young hotshot who's like now made a real name for himself at the force. And then this other guy who obviously knew who Justin Timberlake was. And I did feel like the redheaded cop, look at me, I'm like defending Justin Timberlake now because he was wrong. He should have gone to prison. But the redheaded cop, like definitely was like a real stickler. Like the other cop was like excited he was going to follow the law, but he was excited to be following the law with a celebrity. The other guy was like too cool for school, you know, like he knew nothing.
A
Oh, you mean like wasn't giving him any special treatment and he deserved like a little more special treatment?
B
No, I don't think he deserved special treatment. I'm just saying, like, I think a
A
lot of doing his job to the letter.
B
I think a lot of people who maybe would have recognized a celebrity in that moment but still had to do their job just like maybe wouldn't have like cuffed him to the wall, you know, he was like up to the desk, like, sorry, sorry. So like, I do feel like the red headed cop was definitely like looking to make once he figured out like that this person was famous. I'm sure the other cop was like, do you know this?
A
And he's definitely like a star hater.
B
Yes, yes. And you know, I think a lot of that's actually the mentality of a lot of locals in Sag Harbor. This is like a very small beach town that's been infiltrated by like wealthy people and celebrities and they like hate summer people. And Justin Timberlake is sort of like the quintessential walking celebrity who just has like probably like a 20 million dollar house here and it's no connection to Sag harbor and it's like this old, historic Long island fishing town. He's like, you don't. You know? So I could see them hating him, but I did feel like the redheaded guy, which he, by the way, they had to arrest him. He was a danger to the world to him. But I could see him, like, being like. Like an ass, you know?
A
Yeah. All in all, not bad.
B
Don't put Turdi in a box.
A
Yeah, okay.
B
Like, drinking and driving. Like, how stupid are you? I'm sorry. How stupid are you?
A
But what if you're stranded?
B
Sleep on the. Like, seriously, sleep it off in your car.
A
Yeah.
B
Nod off in your car for two hours.
A
Yeah.
B
Go get a coffee at the place you got a margarita. And drive. Like.
A
I think what Ben was trying to say is that there's never an excuse to drink and drive. But Justin Bieber.
B
Jackie, seriously, we're gonna get sued. Cut that out.
A
Never an excuse to drink and drive.
B
I think Justin Bieber actually did drink
A
a drive, but Justin Timberlake had less excuses than most.
B
Than most. That's actually a good point.
A
That's what Ben was trying to say.
B
Okay, that's beautiful.
A
Also, we need your take on Chapel Roan.
B
Oh, and Jesse Draper and.
A
Oh, we'll talk about Slam who later in the show, but Chapel Row.
B
I can't even tell you, like, how much joy the Chapel Roan saga brought me as somebody who's, like, literally hated Chapel Rome from the second I met her face, you know? And I feel like she was definitely foisted on us. Like, I remember the summer before last, we were doing episodes, and I remember people commenting like, how are you guys not talking about Chapel Road? I'm like, what the is a Chapel Road? And it was like, you know, you're like, you're not in tune with what's that story? So I started to, like, get in, like, involved with her. Such a regret of mine. Like, I. I. And I do feel good about the fact, like, she clearly hates being famous. Like, you can't blame me.
A
Yeah.
B
I never streamed. I never stand. I never went to a concert. I never listened a single song of hers, like, outside of my own free will at the grocery store or on TikTok. And this person, like, is so fabissent. And I loved the Boy George tweet. Did you see? He tweeted about the saga? Not this saga. The last French one.
A
Chappelle Chappelle.
B
Yeah, Chappelle Chappelle. When she had, like, literally another famous breakdown two weeks ago. Can you pull up the tweet from Boy George to read Kemsley's friend. Well, actually ex friend. He tweeted about the situation, offering just, like, a wiser, older, you know, mentors take. But it was. Was so good. I can't stand this. Like, I really can't.
A
He said he told her to own her fame. He said it's probably not helpful, but I have been doing this fame thing for a while. And you learn slowly and painfully that you don't get a free pass once you turn yourself into a bird of paradise. I watched Chapel Rome filming the paps in Paris, and I laugh because I have kicked off at them many times. Yes, it's annoying at times, but so is being ignored and told you're a. Has been. Life is always now. And I think Chapel looks great. But cheer up, girl. The world is at your feet. Stop kicking it. It takes so much more time to say no to a picture or signature. Boundaries are boring. Break them with the magic of kindness.
B
The world is at your feet. Stop kicking it. Like, great quote. And that was before this whole, like, child saga. And so obviously now people are going back and forth. It was like, the police. The bodyguard wasn't mine. Yada, yada. Please. What do you think? Bodyguards just, like, roam around random hotels yelling at little girls? Like, even if you weren't directly paying him, you were headlining Lalapalooza. Like, obviously, either the concert, your management, somebody, this random security guy, she's saying he has no connection. Like, please, she's so awful. Like, I cannot stand this girl. And what was my take when I saw the whole saga? I, like, I felt good about myself and my decision making up until this point for never having cared about this person who doesn't even care about her fans.
A
Like, team Jorginho, obviously.
B
Team Jude Law's daughter. Okay, that was, like, the craziest song about this whole thing. Yeah. Is that, like, how did we not know this queen whose, like, stepdad is, like, the most famous athlete in South America and whose biological dad is, like, the hottest man alive?
A
Yeah.
B
And who's the mom?
A
Catherine Harding.
B
Slay mama. Like, I don't know who she is, pulling all this dick. Like, I love her. It was a crazy saga. The kid is so cute. Did you see, like, the picture with Lewis Capaldi?
A
That's my king. Right?
B
Like, making it right with Lewis Capaldi.
A
Right.
B
Such a weird saga. Obsessed.
A
Yeah. Yeah. Okay, great. Now we can move on to today's stories.
B
Well, Jesse Draper, is that a story?
A
We're gonna talk slammu a little bit later in the show. It's getting pushed back, like, every day, you know, of course, can be the lead story every day of slammu.
B
Okay. But, like, even though your Chase Matthews is my Jordan Draper.
A
No. Agreed. And Taylor, Frankie, like, this is the biggest story of the year. I'm sorry. Nothing can happen that's bigger.
B
I actually feel bad for people who don't watch the show. Yeah.
A
And we will, of course, discuss, but first, the other stories of things that are happening today. Miley Cyrus premieres Hot Montana 20th anniversary special Red carpet. So the special is now out. Out. I haven't watched it yet. I'm looking forward.
B
I'm watching it tonight.
A
But last night was the premiere. The stars were out, the carpet was purple. Miley was there in a custom poca Rabanne chainmail gown with her mans and her cast members in her family.
B
Except Emily Osborne.
A
Except Emily Osmond and Mitchell Musso. Emily Osmond like, put out a statement saying, like, she loves Hannah. She learned so much or whatever. Yeah. But, like, no, like, girl, get up. I don't think she's sick.
B
I mean, either.
A
Yeah.
B
There has been, like, rumored beef, I
A
think that she liked, you know, it's not her favorite thing anymore. She probably doesn't get along with Miley or talk to Riley anymore. And, like, she's just, like, on the outs. And I feel like she. He didn't realize that this is, like, bigger than her and her personal needs.
B
Yeah. Right. Like, we don't care. And I think get to the carpet.
A
Lola Lof Nagle.
B
I think Mitchell Musso wasn't invited because he, like, did crystal meth that one time. Right.
A
Well, maybe more than one.
B
Not like, family friendly.
A
He's like, not. Yeah, he's not. I don't know how well he's doing.
B
Is he in prison? That's, like, assorted.
A
But everyone else was there. Rico.
B
Rico Jackson, of course.
A
Jason Earls.
B
Like, Jason Earls is the heart and soul of the show. And I feel like maturing is realizing, like, it should have been Jackson, Montana, you know, 100% Jackson, Wyoming.
A
Jackson, Wyoming.
B
Like, where's the Jackson spin off right now where Jackson's like a dad and I think Jason Earl's like, loves the. Never stopped loving the franchise. Never stopped loving Disney.
A
A spin off.
B
He just. By the way, it's never too late. Like, Zendaya went back to Disney Channel. Like, bring Jason Earls back. Like, I would watch that. I really would.
A
Yeah. Where he has a daughter who's like. Who, like having a pop star.
B
Yeah. And like. Yeah, yeah. And Miley, I feel like, is In a place now where she would, like, do a cameo.
A
100%.
B
Why wasn't Dolly there? Don't you feel like, actually, in terms of like, talent from just like, in general, like, this carpet was kind of lacking.
A
So I've only seen bits and bobs as I wake up this morning. A bunch of influencers were there. Yeah, but, like, influencers go to Michaela Niguero. Put on a wig.
B
Okay, so Michaela Niguero posted this. Tick tock. Being like, she hired a stylist because she's so excited. She flew to LA with her best friends. Like, this is the biggest thing that's ever happened to her. She's, like, so excited. I was actually, like, loving, like, her energy for it. And. And she hired a stylist and she did a whole video about how, like, the meeting with the stylist was catastrophic. Like, seriously. And she's like, making this video voiceovering, and the stylist is, like, in the video. And she's like, he did such a bad job. Like, every outfit didn't fit. Every outfit was worse than the next. I feel like he did not understand, like, what I was going for. She had sent him a mood board of, like, literally pictures of a kind of wearing, like, a belt over her dress, you know, and like, that's the pop star 90s vibe that she wanted. And he came with, like, literally the most, like, ugliest, tackiest looking. Like, I can't believe she hired a stylist and that's what she ended up wearing.
A
I think I did see that the
B
comments were like, like, shook being like, girl literally runs a Zara. Like, there's nothing that you, like, you don't have to wear something from this rack. And I don't know why she insisted. So one of the dresses that he pulled for was, like, a green corset and a green long pencil skirt, like, lime green. That was, like, cute if you were going out in Miami. Not on theme or whatever. But she. It fit her. She was saying, like, nothing fit. So of the rack of, like, 50 things, she literally had three items to choose from. Again, literally, go to Old Navy. Like, go anywhere. And so she ended up choosing that. That green corset dress thing. But she took the bottom of the dress off and just wore blue jeans. She looked so. And then she put on this, like, blue wig. Oh, she wasn't giving a nod to her old pal. Blue jeans. She then also wore, like, a blonde wig with.
A
I saw.
B
And like, people are, like, clowning on her. And the thing is like, one thing about me, you will never find me hating on Michaela Guerra. Like, she rides so hard for herself. And, like, she liked the way that she looked enough to leave the house. And it's like, what's worse than, like, not being sure of, like, how you look and then everyone on the Internet being like, I hate this. I hate this. Like, leave my. Like, seriously, leave Michaela.
A
I think she looks cute. I love the wig.
B
It's, like, fun. It's like, first of all, for people our age, this is like.
A
And I just want to say, like, her look surfaced for me. I don't know who else was there,
B
but it didn't surface.
A
It didn't surface. Chicks in the office were there.
B
I saw. Do you like what Hannah wore? She wore, like, a Miley or a Hannah Montana. Oh, I concert T shirt under, like, the chain mail.
A
Oh, okay. I mean, missed that. Now I'm looking. And, yeah, she's just being Miley. Like, I can't ever tell this girl what to wear.
B
Yeah.
A
And I think she looks great. It is crazy how ageless she is
B
with the wig on.
A
With the wig. And she did, like, Miley Cyrus and you're watching Disney Channel. She did, like, a fresh version of it, and she literally sounds and looks exactly the same. That video could have been taken 20 years ago.
B
Yeah. Something about that wig. It's like the sisterhood of the traveling wig.
A
Yeah.
B
Oh, that's her real hair I'm hearing from last night.
A
I could see it. Yeah.
B
And like, that it should be a look that she should rock for a little while. And maybe she should also, like, sing
A
the club and maybe she should go on tour as Han Montana. Yeah.
B
So I'm gonna watch the special tonight. I'm very excited. I like that this is being given, like, this is being made into as big of a deal as I feel it is, and I can't wait to see it.
A
Miley also reunited with her original Hannah Montana co stars. Cody Lindley, Jason Earls. A lot. Alona Mar. Laney Wilson.
B
Somebody up@peoplemagazine.com Lainey Lonamar.
A
I just think Moises Arias.
B
I just think that, like, they were in attendance.
A
Not those two names are sandwiched between legitimate co stars.
B
It's obviously, like, it's obviously an error.
A
You think? So where was Lainey Wilson on Hannah Montana? And I miss that. That's possible. Alona Mar. Ilona Mar. Was not on Hannah.
B
It's giving error.
A
Okay. I didn't mean to call you guys out. I'm just genuinely confused.
B
They don't expect people. Nobody reads the article.
A
Go all the way to the bottom.
B
Right.
A
Okay. Are you ready for our next story? Okay, we'll do Slo Mo. I won't torture you anymore. Couple things. Couple things. Jordan filed for divorce from Jesse.
B
We talked about that.
A
About that. She is going on call her daddy. That should come out tomorrow. And word on the street is that there's a spin off in the works
B
with Jen Affleck in la.
A
Jen Affleck in LA and a new cat.
B
But then also that Jordan filed a restraining order against Jesse yesterday, which could
A
mean a lot of things.
B
Right? I think. I mean, I saw it obviously as like, oh, some legal. Like between Dakota and Taylor, like, being getting involved with, like, legal drama is making them more famous. I think Jordan's like, let me copy and paste restraining order. That's really what I think.
A
I feel like it's more of like a gag order. Like he doesn't want her to do this podcast.
B
Well, I did then read some rumors that like, allegedly. Allegedly. Allegedly. Like when, you know, some things coming out in their divorce is like, he was, you know, stealing money from her and buying strippers. You know, like, really bad. Allegedly.
A
Oh, also in the promo for the Call Her Daddy episode, it was like a truth box and it said, like, I'm getting a divorce. I'm not the only one who cheated.
B
Well, I feel like if there's any world in which her prenup doesn't hold up and she has all of this on him, I would like, literally say, fine, I won't tell anyone. Like all this freaky. You did just like, let me keep my business and my money. I don't know. He's so crazy. I feel like he would actually say no.
A
I feel like we're thinking that the prenup is holding up.
B
I don't know why it wouldn't be wise of her.
A
That's sort of where I land to
B
make such a public enemy. If she needs him to agree to.
A
But if she. If the prenup is holding up, like, also, I feel like for him too, as much as it's like he just wants to be talked about, he's so like, textbook. Rather have her go on call her daddy and say the nastiest about him
B
than not than she doesn't realize, like, if she. Yeah, right.
A
Like, I think he will be happy about that.
B
Good. Because it's happening.
A
And I. I mean, I don't know what's going on between them at current at present, but sometimes it seems like they're working in lockstep. Like, you know, she still has, like, videos, like, promos with him for, like, her hair stuff. Like, I don't know. There's just. I feel like they change every day.
B
Like, their relationship. Yeah.
A
And, like. And how, like, on the same page they are. Even if they're getting divorced. You know, maybe they're just like, we're getting divorced.
B
Let's. Let's make divorce. Yeah. Well, I hope that they get their, like, financials and custody squared away before they start, like, slinging mud, but it's all happening really quickly, and I feel
A
like things are squared away. If she's going on, call her dining, she's gonna spill the beans.
B
Right, right. Right. I mean, although, what more could she say? Like, I feel like she literally hates him. Even this most recent season.
A
Him for years.
B
Well, if there's real stuff there, like the hookers thing, which I heard twice.
A
No, but, like, also, she's eluded, like, everything that she shares. She talks about how mean he is, but, like, she's just, like, been sort of vague. Like, just says that. But, like, I think the first four years. The first four years, the details. And also what's happened in the last six months. I feel like the last six months have been insane over there in Salt Lake. Like, between Dakota and Taylor. Seems like there's more with them. And that's what I was talking about with Ben. It's like, I don't think the Bachelor was canceled because this video leaked. I think more is coming out, and Miranda has said that. Well, and Jill, Frankie, Paul, jstm. Someone, like, who was like, why are you supporting Taylor? Like, no, I'm gonna. Jd, Jace, you heard me. Someone DMJ saying, why aren't you supporting Taylor? You all, like, they all have platforms because of her. Like, you should have her back. And he, like, wrote back, being like, there's more that we just found out. That's the horrible indefensible. Then someone commented on yesterday saying that DM from Jace is AI.
B
I'm sure it is. I'm.
A
I'm sure it's not.
B
I actually.
A
Who would go out of their way?
B
The Salamao fans. The Salamao fans would. Who would go out, Jace's number one
A
haters to pick up a fake DM from Jace, from Jay.
B
Okay, well, I feel like if that's true, what's even crazier is that Taylor, Frankie Paul is, like, very much active on TikTok right now. Like, not posting, leaving comments on people's TikToks. People who are like, making, you know, giving their takes on the situation reporting stuff. Yeah, she's like, very active in, like, defending herself. Her sort of party line is like, you know, this has happened years ago. Everybody knew about it, and we've all really healed from it. So, like, why is it coming up now? But. But then other castmates saying, like, there's more things that they're finding out doesn't really.
A
Yeah. And then Miranda said, there's more. It seems like there's more. And so I think that Abel, ABC canceled her show because of what's coming.
B
Well, then the rumors of the spin off being based around Jen Affleck, not. Not being based. Saying that they're casting a whole new show. Out of the nine castmates, only one of them is from the original franchise, Jen Affleck. But what's weird is that Michaela's been posting that she's moving to California because it's like, helping her healing. And then Macy was like, just let me know when we're actually moving. Like, I'll pack my. So it's like, are they gunning for. Are they jumping ship? Like, does the Utah show exist anymore?
A
Yes, it's on pause. We've not heard anything beyond a pause.
B
And like, as long as they don't continue to platform these two crazy people, none of the other girls did anything wrong. Like, they shouldn't have their show canceled. And there's still a lot there they won't film.
A
They. They were the ones who called for a product.
B
I'm saying without Taylor and in Dakota, they would film.
A
Yeah. I don't know. They. They asked for. They had a meeting in early March, like, flagging all this stuff. And pretty much like, the Hulu executives were like, we don't want to know. Like, seriously?
B
My.
A
Yeah. And that's when they seriously shut up. Yeah, that's what they said. Like, got it. Yeah. They just wanted to bury their head in this and they didn't want to know.
B
Well, I would respect if they, like, burned the show to the ground and then never filmed again. Like, I feel like the show has been so bad for them. Their personal lives, their marriages, their families, like, literally everything.
A
So what, they should move to Hollywood and do another show?
B
No, no. So I'm saying, like, burn it down and, like, just go be successful influencers. You can all pay your bills like that. Like, and then some.
A
I don't think they should move. I think they should stay.
B
So did Jenna Affleck move to la? That's really lame of her because like
A
it wasn't a good, it wasn't a
B
good season for her.
A
No. And it wasn't like it didn't seem like they were thriving in la.
B
It was bad for her family. And also like, if she's been in LA this whole time, like, it has nothing come of it. Like, like where, where there's the shows, where's the bookings, where's the cameos, you know?
A
Yeah.
B
Like Whitney moved to New York and it's boom bop, I see every day. She's doing like posts in her Hollywood Reporter article. She was featured in Vanity Fair. She's doing all these collab posts with these, like things are happening.
A
Yeah.
B
Her opportunities.
A
Yeah. I don't, I don't think this is like an amazing idea though. Like spin offs would be great if they can find like other groups of women.
B
Like.
A
Yes.
B
Except like there is something inherently interesting about Utah. There's. There, it's not a surprise by all of this is happening in Utah. Like, like it's a sort of. And that's what that really turned New York magazine cover with Rach Parcel was like trying to allude to. There's something just deeply fascinating about Mormon culture. And yes, there is Mormon culture in la. I'm sure they're going to find Mormon wives in la, but it's not Utah.
A
This spin off is set to be in Orange county and I think that Orange county is also very.
B
Oh, is it?
A
Yeah, there's plenty of things.
B
Oh, oh, I thought you were saying is it very Mormon?
A
No, no, no. But they don't necessarily have to be Mormon. Say they weren't.
B
But it's a, Isn't the, It's a Secret Lives of Mormon.
A
But if it's a spin off, it could be the Secret Lives of, of.
B
I think it's a spit off. Like Real Housewives of Utah. Real Housewives, like Secret Lives.
A
Secret Lives of Buddhist Wives.
B
Oh, oh, they're changing the religion, not the location.
A
Maybe they. Who knows?
B
Interesting. Interesting. Kind of would love see your lives of Buddhist Wives.
A
Right.
B
Please don't do a Jewish franchise. Like, we don't need that.
A
Please. No.
B
Please, please, please, no.
A
Orange county is the source of a lot of inspiration.
B
Yes, yes.
A
The original Real house fights, the O.C. the gonna be.
B
Yeah, Sorry, I thought we were like, I thought it was staying Mormon. Well then it's just another reality show. Sorry.
A
Like another reality show that focuses on young mothers who are influencers. We like that.
B
Yes. And for some reason Bravo has like skipped that generation. Like Real Housewives is just older Women, which is very. And. And has worked for them for a really long time, but it's like not really working so much anymore. And their attempt to like capture that sort of like Erin Leechy, like child rearing years. It's like it like, doesn't work. And that's not a. Like, I love Erin Leachy. Yeah, they like, don't know how to highlight. Oh, the Valley. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
A
Shah's Persian style. And the city perhaps, though I think it's more about divorce.
B
So maybe they are sort of like, like leaning into that age because I think works so well.
A
Captured what swamu did.
B
Yeah, okay. No, you're right. You're right.
A
There's potential. All I say has nothing to do with Jen Affleck, though.
B
Oh, nothing. She's just a cog.
A
And I want to see Jen and Zach back in Utah. I need to see them like, you know, back.
B
I need everybody besides Taylor and Koda. Dakota, like, I need cameras up now. Like we. Yeah, like, how are we not.
A
I want to know how Jace feels about this.
B
I know you do.
A
Are you ready for our fourth story?
B
No, I'm not.
A
No. Is it our major news fourth story
B
that's brought to you by no Bull.
A
No, exactly. It is major sports news.
B

Thank you Church space.

You're welcome. Shirt space like what's wrong my girl?

Go Travis Kelsey signs a $57.7 million contract to return to the Chiefs in 2026, so he is not retiring yet. Travis Kelsey is getting paid a pretty penny to remade with the Kansas City Chiefs for the 2026 NFL season, at least on the surface. He officially signed a contract extension with the Chiefs on March 23. A person familiar with the situation said the deal will be worth a maximum value of $57 million over three years. If the full value of Kelsey Steel is realized, he would become the highest paid NFL titan in terms of average annual value. However, his deal is backloaded, so it isn't clear how much, if any, of the future year money he will receive. Believe all that is currently known is that he will make $12 million in guarantees and has $3 million in potential incentives for the 2026 season.
B
Well, I'm feeling, you know, 2 ways. I'm obviously, I think this is very good and hopeful, like for the future of his relationship. It's not good to just like be unemployed when your wife is like killing it. It's going to create resentment.
A
Like it's just bad at the outset of your marriage, like be unemployed and 10 years in a couple years. But these are. You're still court in courting.
B
Right. You know, so while I'm. I'm hopeful for the relationship, I'm not really hopeful that he's gonna like slay the house down boots. He didn. And I don't know why he would then like a year later when he's a year older. But like sly, you know, never give up on your dreams.
A
Yeah, no, I think it's good. And he's still a great tight end, even if he's not as great as he once was.
B
Yeah. And that's just exciting also for us that means like more every Sunday or outfits who she bring to the box. Like, that's fun.
A
I also imagine it's good for the Chiefs to have him on the team. He's a revenue generator. Audience sales jerseys like Taylor. And he's probably getting paid a lot for that.
B
Yeah.
A
In addition to his. His skill.
B
Yeah. Yeah.
A
And I think, you know what, he seems like the sort of person who's not care.
B
Yeah.
A
Other people would be like, I want you to see me.
B
For me, it's like, that's not your dream dad, it's mine. Like, what about my talent? Yeah. And I will say that actually I think is what will make him like a good partner. It's like she's obviously like a wonderful person, but I imagine it's difficult, you know, to be Married to, like, a woman who's like, no matter who you are, like, she's never going to. You're never going to out earn her, earn her. You're never going to out hustle her. Like, that just is who she is. And not everyone could do it. I think it's actually probably been, like, a source of. Of, like, issues in her past relationship. So, like, the fact that he can, like, be fine with that is huge.
A
He's never gonna, like, look at the 57 million and be like, what's this for?
B
Right. And like, the fact that he definitely knows that, like, you know, his. This is actually a really high paying, making him the highest paid. He's not the best tight end. Why would you be the highest paid? Like, because it's a lot of things. Image, it's pr, it's sales, it's jerseys, it's viewers, It's a lot.
A
But it's also not that amount of money. Unless he, like, hits, of course, benchmarks and is the best type.
B
Right.
A
Otherwise.
B
And then you do deserve otherwise.
A
It's just a measly 12 minute mil
B
a year, which is crazy, actually, because I do think, at least maybe not now, but at the height of, like, the whole. Travis Kravis. Not Kravis, that's Courtney. Tavis. I don't like that nickname, by the way. This. Yeah, I don't like Tavis.
A
I like Larvis.
B
It's also too similar to Kravis. And Kravis, they did do it first. Travis, it was crazy because even like, his last contract was, which was very well paying, was like Penny on top of the commercials that we were watching in between Subway, State Farm, Pfizer, like, insane. Like, 60 million. I heard he got 60 mil or 40 mil for Pfizer. Like, and that's what he was making in, like two years. So he does, like, need to continue being a football player. So, like, I understand, but it's actually crazy how football is, like his smallest form of income.
A
I think also, even though if he doesn't play well, this will wind up being like a smaller contract, not the biggest for a tight end, but, like, he gets to lead with this of like, biggest contracting type in history, you know, because I think even though he's easygoing going, he's. He still has an ego.
B
Yeah, yeah. We all watch catching. Kelsey, come on.
A
You know, he still wants to be the big dog, so I think that this headline is really good for him.
B
Yeah.
A
Even if he doesn't wind up actually
B
earning fulfilling, no one's gonna follow up
A
like, sounds like, you know the.
B
The goat.
A
Yeah, the goaded, Goaded, goaded bestie.
B
Do you see that? The MLB is now on Netflix.
A
That's exciting.
B
I feel like that's huge. Like, no one's talking about that. Yeah. You didn't see it? Like, no one. I actually saw it in a tick tock ad. This guy who like, paints.
A
Good to know.
B
That guy, like, painted a picture of Aaron Judge and it was like in partnership with Netflix. That's how I found it. And I just thought that was crazy.
A
Like, I don't think it's crazy, but I think it's great.
B
Yeah, out with the old. Like, I don't know if that means it's exclusively on Netflix. Like it's not gonna be on cable ever again. Like that means the world.
A
Definitely not. Because. No, no, sorry. It's definitely not exclusive to Netflix because even like, like football is sometimes on YouTube. TV, Amazon gets a game. It's.
B
It's not exclusive. Okay.
A
There's a million games. Got it.
B
So you can now also just like. Okay, fine. So it's like less of a big deal, but.
A
But no, that's cool.
B
Yeah.
A
One less reason to have cable.
B
Yeah.
A
One small step for streaming kind.
B
Oh. I caught up in the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills while I was sick. Like, what else is there to do? I was two episodes behind the mother God thing. Like, I literally was so excited to hear Erica talk about it. It was kind of a. First of all, I. I'm like 100% clear on why Natalie got demoted. Cuz she had like one scene with a fight and she was like, kind of the biggest loser ever seen in my life. She like really buckled under the pressure and she was like, what? I. I don't know what you're talking. And she like straight up lied like she did. And it was like a frustrating episode to be like Team Bose Dorit. Cuz like, Bose did make that joke and like, it was mean and like nobody remembered it and they can't understand the joke. They're calling her a liar. Who's Pinocchio.
A
No, but they said first it was like, she's the one who would wear a mask.
B
No, that's how Amanda interpreted because nobody
A
will tell Amanda she wears a mask.
B
They don't remember it.
A
I so confused.
B
They don't remember what the joke was. So they're like all sort of paraphrasing and changing it, whereas they just called her a liar.
A
Yeah, but I feel like they don't remember what they're not like Lying. Boz and Dorit aren't, like, not telling the truth.
B
They don't remember.
A
It's just like, you can't an offhand remark, like, remember every single thing that you said. Like, it was. They make fun of her. Like, they breathe. I don't remember what I said.
B
And the thing is, it's now sort of looking like they are being mean
A
because it's only looking like that because. Because it's week after week after week. In reality, it was a span of, like, four days or whatever, but for us, it's like, wait, you're still hating this girl?
B
And, like, Amanda, like, really hasn't done anything. It's just like, every time she speaks, everyone hates what she says. And, like, I agree, but it is starting to feel like I actually do feel bad for her. And I'm sure they're all, like, feeling and reading something that we can't see on tv. She must be just, like, fucking awful.
A
I feel like we can see it, but it's like, we need more.
B
It's intangible.
A
But also, it's the way that the show is playing out week after week after week when these are just a consecutive few days because I'm like, like, wait, we're. We're still on Amanda and that Kyle,
B
like, she is so nasty in her confessionals. And now it's starting to, like, happen in real life too. But, like, up until this point, she's really just been, like, so mean in her confessionals for no reason.
A
Not pretending she's a friend to Dorit. Right.
B
And I just want to say Dweem, Team Doritos and Rachel Z, like, I love them so much when they, like, all got together after dinner and, like, Dorit's late. The late thing, really, Dorit does need to work on because she's indefensible in
A
that, especially when she's not with her kids. Kids. Like, she's on a trip. Get yourself together. If you're trying to get out of the house with your kids and your custody and your. Everything, sure, fine. But on vacation, get your ass down here.
B
Yeah. It actually is one of my pet peeves as, like, a chronically early person. So I actually can't defend her with that. It's obviously being made into a bigger deal because, like, it's something just Kyle, like, has to go on, and she just, like, is obsessed with Dorit. But this trip is really fabulous. Like, I love watching them shop. Like, I need to know, like, who spend what and, like, who's spent. Like, I need to Know what they spent at Dolce? They, like, didn't give us the total.
A
Oh, yeah. Those women are crazy, though.
B
Jennifer Tilly. I just love her. I just love her. And Kathy was cracking me up. Oh, not Kathy. Getting involved.
A
Oh, yeah.
B
When Dick Erica was, like, Kathy Hilton telling you to, like, know your place and read the room. Like, I kill myself. Like, it's so true. Kathy's, like, never gotten involved.
A
Yeah.
B
It's actually crazy that she's getting involved against the side of her sister.
A
It's not crazy. Don't forget Lisa Rana. Don't forget, like, admit that she slurred.
B
It's so true. It's actually, like, Kyle doesn't get enough hate for that. Like, that was insane what she did to her own fucking sister.
A
Yeah. To, like, try and, like, get your sister canceled. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
B
Kind of crazy.
A
Really crazy. Our fifth and final story is just some interesting news. The creator of Love Story is hinting at a second season featuring a beloved American couple, Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton.
B
Oh, you were right.
A
Well, just hinting. He just, like, threw it out there.
B
So I would love for them to do a series on a couple where there's, like, a lot known about them, because I do think it's a tough couple for them to have chosen just in terms of getting it right, because quite literally, nobody knows. There's been, like, two books written about Carolyn Bessette. She was, like, notoriously private. We don't even know her personality. Right. And so they're just kind of, like, making it all up. And I will say, that has really chipped away at the show for me. I caught up a few nights ago with Ben. Like, we were. It's dreadful. First of all, there was, like, a whole episode of just one argument. Like, it was insufferable. So it's just. And also. And then I'm, like, watching this show that's sort of, like, dragging on, and I'm like, like, wait. It's, like, not even real.
A
No, it's not even real. You're actually getting, like, bad, false information. It's like, yeah, I would love to learn about JFK and Carolyn Kennedy, but I don't think I want to learn. Like, a fake.
B
Yeah. Now I feel like I'm wasting my time.
A
I'd rather know nothing.
B
Yeah. So I. I don't even know if I finished it. I don't remember if it was over. Like, it's bad. I. It's just. But the whole concept of, like, reviving an iconic couple, I really do like the casting and I think it would be far easier for them to get it right with a couple who was very public, like. Like Elizabeth Taylor. And I do feel like kids these days, like, need to know about Elizabeth Taylor.
A
And I also feel like Elizabeth Taylor probably has written more memoirs and she
B
was not like, a private person.
A
And she has children.
B
She has an estate that, like, runs her tick tock. Like, they're always, like, making videos about her. Like, there's a lot of publicly available information. And I think there actually probably would be a lot of people who are still alive willing to speak to their marriage, children.
A
Yeah, I think Kim would try and play her.
B
No, please. That would actually be bad.
A
That would be really bad.
B
No, that would. I didn't even think about that. Like, no, no, no.
A
But you.
B
Ryan Murphy, of course. And he would love it. Like, I could see him saying yes if Kim was down. Please. No, I, like, hate that you put that out there. Like, you need to cut that out
A
because don't give anyone any idea.
B
Correct.
A
No, I see. I feel like she's doing all of this acting work to one day for the dream role. The dream role for her is Elizabeth Taylor. Just like Aria. Glinda.
B
Yeah.
A
Elizabeth Taylor.
B
Oh, God.
A
Yeah.
B
So maybe they shouldn't do Elizabeth Taylor.
A
Do your thing is forever.
B
Where was I? Wait.
A
And Taylor could sing on the show. Well, then Kim wouldn't know. But Kim would. Taylor wouldn't.
B
Right, right, right.
A
Kim's like, yeah, we're great.
B
Yeah, all good.
A
She's like, I've forgiven.
B
That's my favorite. She's holding. She's having the cocktail. She goes like this over it.
A
I've forgiven her for ruining her life.
B
That's like kind of. Kim's like, that's like a huge flop for Kim. Like that interview.
A
What do you mean?
B
We're like, no, it's so like, read the room. Read. Like, that was not the question.
A
No, what was the question?
B
Like, where are you at with Taylor? Like, still beefing or whatever. And she was like, over it. Yeah, we're good.
A
Kim is over it.
B
There's nothing for her to be over.
A
She answered her truth.
B
Right. I guess it's easy.
A
It's hysterical. She's like, I've forgiven her. There's nothing for her to forgive over it. The only thing that had to be forgiven. I was actually just thinking about. About this stupid Kanye thing.
B
Right.
A
Like, the made the famous.
B
Yeah.
A
And they're, like, both arguing different things, and they're both right in what they said.
B
What is Kanye arguing. I know. What Taylor argues like, she never consented to be called. And then the music video. That's right. Not the music video, the art installation.
A
Oh, yeah. That was disgusting. I can't. I can't remember. That was, like, after. But first he put out the song, then she put out a speech saying, if anybody tries to take credit for your fame, like, no, no, no. And then he's like, wait, you said that I could. That I could. And Kim played the clip where she's
B
like, oh, I love it.
A
She was like, I love it. Taking credit for. I made her famous. The wasn't in there, though. But it was the sentiment. I made her famous.
B
Right.
A
And then Taylor goes, I never said you could call me. It was like.
B
But.
A
Oh, that's what you were mad about. But you said in the speech the famous. So they're both, like, arguing their truths, which are true.
B
Yes.
A
You know.
B
Yeah, yeah.
A
She didn't ever say she could say. But that's also not why you said you were mad about.
B
About.
A
In the speech, you didn't say if anybody ever calls you a.
B
Right. You said, get mad. Get mad.
A
Where did she make that speech? It's, like, ingrained in my mind.
B
Well, was that the Grammys when she won for 1989, when she wore the pink? Yeah. There will be people who try to take credit for your success, but I think that was.
A
I thought that was a knock on. I made that bitch famous.
B
Yeah. But at what point in the saga was that?
A
That was the beginning.
B
Oh, was it?
A
That was. That's what. What set it off.
B
Okay. Well, I feel like they didn't, like, need to respond to that because it wasn't, like, so clearly about Kanye.
A
Oh, I feel like it was. I'd love to, like, relive it, like, the time.
B
Yeah.
A
How many weeks apart did the song come out? Did you say that right? Oh, at least while we have.
B
And then, like, the whole naked body. Well, yeah.
A
I don't know.
B
And disgusting.
A
I'm just dealing with the lyrics.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah. You're just a lyricist. The surface lyrics.
A
Lyrics. Yeah. So anyways, Kim's over it, so that's good.
B
Yeah. Yeah. Thank God.
A
Those are the fast five stories. Well, a fast like 10, because we also had to get Turdy's take.
B
Yeah. So for the second week in a row, Dear Toasters will be tomorrow. Just because, like, we had a lot to do today and didn't want to be bogged down with, like, rushing through. Like, my. My Justin Timberlake takes 100 Justin Timber take.
A
I'm like, I'm happy for Justin Timberlake that he has, like, a very small w. No.
B
And he's got Turdy on his side. And when Turdy's on your side, like, just. Just so you know, like, you will always lose.
A
Like, I feel like the last few days he's made himself sick knowing this video is going to come out like the end of his career.
B
And, like, it's literally the least big deal.
A
The least big deal.
B
I think videos of him dancing on stage are, like, more embarrassing, honestly. Like, I've seen more embarrassing videos of Justin Timberlake on stage than I did his dui. I thought he was, like, decently respectful.
A
Yeah.
B
He followed the law. Even, like wasted. And he was like shaking hands and. And even when it like really dawned on him the full consequences of his actions, right before they literally locked him up for the night, he said, you guys are wild, bro. Like, you guys are wild.
A
Yeah.
B
So I really can't be mad.
A
Okay. So happy for Camp Timberlake.
B
Yeah. It's very small win. Long, long road ahead of them.
A
Yes. Yes.
B
Good luck to you.
A
Yeah, Long road ahead of them. Them don't drink and drive.
B
Right.
A
Very simple, actually down the long road ahead.
B
