\n\n\nPresented by writer and podcaster Sophie Black who, in a former life, performed sketch comedy at the Edinburgh Festival and on TV. Now she produces several regular podcast series including Nick Clegg's Anger Management and lives in South London with two toddlers and a fully grown adult.

Sophie talks to comedian and actress Isy Suttie about ludicrously big hospital bags, sleep deprivation and discovering that everyone has their crunch points... Isy is best known for playing Dobby in Peep Show but has appeared in numerous shows on TV and radio including Skins, Man Down and Damned. Her book The Actual One was published in 2017 and she's currently writing a novel.

Sophie talks to comedy writer and performer Isabel Fay about caesareans, wet and dry vacuum hoovers and taking pregnancy tests while drunk. Isabel writes lots of kids TV shows including all 5 series of CBBC's BAFTA winning Class Dismissed, Dennis the Menace Unleashed, The Furchester Hotel, Waffle the Wonder Dog and Swashbuckle.

Sophie talks to stand-up comedian and writer Jen Brister about IVF, being the 'non biological' parent and soft play hell. Jen is a stand up comedian who has performed her comedy around the world from Edinburgh to Melbourne. She's appeared in Live at the Apollo and supported Frankie Boyle on his tour in 2018. Her first book The Other Mother was published in 2019.

Sophie talks to actor, writer, director and magician Andy Nyman about respecting your kids, the perils of iPads and mean kids... Andy's credits include the films Death at a Funeral, Severance and Ghost Stories. He has worked extensively with Derren Brown and has appeared in numerous TV and stage shows - most recently starring as Tevye in the critically acclaimed Fiddler on the Roof.

Sophie talks to actor and comedian Colin Hoult about going from one child to two, the benefits of meditation and adapting the classics for a young audience... Colin Hoult has written and performed in numerous successful Edinburgh comedy shows including Carnival of Monsters and Anna Mann: A Sketch Show for Depressives. He's appeared in lots of telly including Being Human, Life is Short, Russell Howard's Good News and Harry Hill's TV Burp.
