Bio

Kirsti Kuosmanen is a lifelong artist, psychotherapist, and pioneer in women's sexuality and embodied spirituality. A professional actress since 1989 and a graduate of Drama Centre London, she is a founding member of Stella Polaris Improvisation Theatre, Finland's first improv theatre.

Alongside her performance career, Kirsti trained as a Gestalt Psychotherapist at the Gestalt Institute of Scandinavia and has spent nearly two decades guiding deep personal and relational transformation.

Her spiritual path began in 2006 and led her into Tantra in 2013, shaping her work at the intersection of psychology, embodiment, and sacred sexuality.

Kirsti is the author of Secrets of a Glowing Woman, Power Years of a Glowing Woman, and the forthcoming Garden of Venus. Kristi has trained extensively in Tantra, women's health, holotropic breathwork, psychedelic therapy, and coaching. She is a sought-after speaker for business organizations, teaching presence, communication, and embodied leadership.
