When I’m on the edge of momentum, it’s not just about doing more, it’s about protecting my energy so the right actions actually land. I talk through what it looks like to hold a “mixed bag” week as a coach: clients hitting huge cash milestones alongside real life challenges, and how emotional intelligence, mindset, and leadership skills help us stay steady through it all.

I rewind to the moment things turned around for me in 2025 after an awful first half of the year and explain what I recommitted to: a non negotiable morning routine, movement, reading and podcasts, and flooding my mind with inspiring things.

We also get practical about the rooms you choose. Being around high performing entrepreneurs can raise your standards fast, because a rising tide really does lift all ships, and it changes how boldly you show up, sell, and create content.
