Dr. Heslop is trained in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization IASTM, Kinesiology taping, Active Release Technique ART, and many styles of chiropractic care. He has been practicing chiropractic in the Tri Cities since 2017 and has owned HealthSource of Pasco since 2019. Dr. Heslop and I discuss his chiropractic style, how he got into the chiropractic field as well as preventative maintenance and common injuries.

Bryan Edwards is the recently hired Hermiston High School Men's Basketball coach. Bryan has been developing basketball players through out the Washington and Oregon area for the better part of a decade and was previously the interim head coach for 1 season at CBC and assistant coach for 2 season.

Carleen is a 3x CrossFit Games competitor. In 2019 at the CrossFit games she placed 2nd in the world in the women's 35-39 age group and 7th in 2022. Carleen is the owner of CrossFit St. Helens and has overcome drug and alcohol addiction with the help of CrossFit. She currently runs a recovery program out of CrossFit St. Helens that is free to anyone with at least 48 hours clean and sober.

Steven Whitehead is the owner and founder of Elite Athletics Training in Tri Cities, Washington. Steven was an All American football player at Mcneese State University, Indoor Football League MVP and was invited to participate at the New Orleans Saints mini camp in 2009. Steven and I discuss the importance of training, his influences, upbringing and how those have developed him into the human he is.

Auri Miller is the owner of Miller Movement, an up and coming yoga studio located in Hermiston, Oregon. Auri and I discuss cannabis, religion, and the struggles of mental health in our society.

Jake is loan officer for Mann Mortgage located in Central Oregon as well as a high school baseball coach for Redmond High School and one half of the hilarious instagram page Mortgage Dudes. Jake and I discuss his journey into the mortgage world, the ups and downs of getting started in a 100% commission based career, life and family changes, social media and handling the current real estate market.
