Most people think decision-making is about having enough information. Yet after more than three decades of mentoring people through change, uncertainty, leadership challenges, career transitions, relationships, and life decisions, I have observed something different. Many of our most important decisions are not made through logic alone, nor are they made through intuition alone.

They emerge through the relationship between the two. In this Life Mentoring keynote, I explore why logic and intuition are often presented as opposites, why both have strengths and limitations, and how self-awareness helps us use them more effectively. Drawing on my experience as an engineer, author, mentor, and creator of Unbox The Real You™ and the BEMA™ Methodology, I share observations about decision-making, trust, fear, intuition, and the role awareness plays in helping us navigate uncertainty.
