Imagining and planning for all this would be a good idea except that it’s opposite day. This week, Catherine and Donald ask you to imagine your worst day; the day when you do everything wrong when it comes to your weight loss and fitness. By looking at all of your worst-case behavior, it can make better choices more obvious. From there, you can make realistic improvements towards your ultimate goals. Plus, there were shivings in Catherine’s school yard, Donald feels the burn deep in his soul, and it turns out that this episode is a dramatic dramatization.
