Ah, man, my trip was very good. It was very relaxing. And I went to the spa two times. I got a chocolate. I've. I can count how many times in life I've had a massage. How about you? You've had a lot of massages.

I have to get them all the time now.

I feel like I need to get massages because I never knew that I needed them. So I had got a lymphatic massage with like a bamboo stick, got rolled out, and then I did like, a chocolate. They use the cacao seeds, like, you know, that makes chocolate, and they, like make like an exfoliant out of it.

I feel like. I mean, you have sleeping debt. Well, I don't be sleeping. It's like you be in a meditative state. Damn near. Because I know everything that's going on. It's just so weird. It's when you get up off the table, it's almost like you feel like you were sleeping. But I wasn't sleeping.

Yeah. When lady said something, like, I was responding to her, but I felt asleep. And then when I got up, like, girl, the first time, I took my whole wig off and sat there on the table. Get that chocolate on my. I. I ate a lot of nice foods. I went to Pura Viejo, Costa Rica. It was a lot of traveling to get there. I had to catch a plane. I had to catch two planes. Anna. Uber. A car ride to where I was going, an hour car ride. Like when I say two planes, I got to Costa Rica and I had to get like a little small ass jet. Scary. Yeah. And I went to sleep on that, on the plane. And when I. When I woke up, everyone was like, have you done this before? Because I guess they were like, high strung. I'm like, no. Oh, my God. I was scared the whole time. Like, girl, I'm not about to die on a plane. So I'm like, sleep. I'm not, I'm not dying on a plane. That's not how I'm getting out of here.

Yes, bitch. So now here it is. That this is the second time in life, right? Yeah. That, that was very scary because I was drunk.

And you know, more people drown in lakes than in the ocean actually pulling

Underneath that child. Because that most lakes are built on top of old communities. But yeah. So y', all, I was in Playa Playa Colis beach in Costa Rica because it was near where I was staying at and you know, I was doing some old spiritual out there. So I'm. I go into the water. When I say the water is underneath my titties, like I. My feet are on the ground. All of a sudden my feet are no longer on the ground. Big stupid ass waves are coming. I'm not even that far off the shore. Okay. But now it's like they, they have crazy ass rip tides and undercurrents. So it's like pushing me forward, but it's pulling me back even more when it. Yeah. So it takes you out to sea essentially. And so I really had to like calm down. Right. Because I'm not dying in the water. I had to calm down first because really you should just let the current take you kind of and it'll eventually kind of calm down so you can swim. But if you're trying to swim, you're going to start getting out of breath because you panicking and everything else. So I just had to let it take me a little bit and then swim back to shore. But I wasn't going to tell anybody until I'm sitting eating dinner and something. Just say, actually Google. So I Google, you know, drownings at this particular beach. Malcolm J. Jamal Warner, that is the beach he died at from the Cosby show, girl. I said, oh, well, see, that's why

I don't play in the water. I do not. I don't go past. I'll sit close enough. One level, one sit where you can't tell I'm peeing.

That is my deepest.

And I mean, it's so beautiful out there. And then, you know, the next day I went to another side of the beach where they had like pools offshore that came up like, you know, and then they had like, the coral was separating like the big water from, from like these small pockets of pools, basically. So it was nice, man. But yeah, man, that, that almost had me. And crazy thing is I, I could see this white man looking at me, directly at me. And it was so like, traumatic to where I was about to scream, help. Right? But then I got my bearings and I got up out of there. But I saw, I could see this man looking at me and I'm like having my hand reaching out, reaching out. Like I'm reaching for the shore, essentially.

And he just is looking, he's just gonna watch you float out to sea.

And it's just so weird because I was not that far out. And then all of a sudden I was far out.

Yeah, it's, it's fucking crazy, man. Well, gotta be careful.

No, I'm good. Girl, listen, I'm good. Listen, I don't know a stranger, cuz I got friends in Costa Rica now, okay? The people at the restaurant, the, at the spa, like, yes, I got people I can go see next time I go over there if I go back to that particular side. But it's beautiful, man. And it's not an expensive trip either. Now I, I, I plan my last minute, so it was kind of expensive. But if you are looking for a good, inexpensive, nice, you know, trip, try Costa Rica. Now, they do have one side, the Persian side or the Pacific side. I'm sorry, the Pacific side gets kind of expensive. That's where like the millionaires be hanging out at. But if you go to the Atlantic side of the country, like, you can, you can stay in a villa for a whole week, seven days for $700.

Yeah, I mean, I, I went there in February to get like the dental work done. And it was not that expensive where we were at. It was like a whole experience, you know? So I feel you. Yes, definitely move around if you can.

And thank y' all for all the happy birthdays. The people at the restaurant sung me Happy birthday. I was the only person there because it was low season. So like, most of the restaurants didn't have anybody in them for real. And they sell me Happy birthday. Gave me a little nasty. Did they charge me that for that nasty ass cake because I would think it was on the house at my receipt. That was nasty as hell. But I was so appreciative.

Anyway, that sounds like a good trip, a good solo trip and I just see it becoming more and more popular. I've been on solo trips before, but not, I guess this don't count as a solo trip if a came later. But I didn't know, I didn't plan for that to come.

We need to show up about three days later. I mean if you got a little three, four days. Like when I went to Barbados, I was there for like three, four days by myself before my boyfriend came. So it's still considered a solo trip. Essentially.

Yeah. I went to Dominican Republic then by myself and I had a ball. I got up one night by myself.

Anyway, let's get in the sins shame.

All right y', all, let's see what's going on. So now you, the whole country, you know, a lot of, a lot of black people are, are an uproar with this Carmelo Anthony case. And Carmelo Anthony was just sentenced to three 35 years in prison for the unintentional to me. Right. Because to get a murder charge it has to, there has to be some intent, maybe sometimes premeditation possibly. I just don't see like why he wasn't charged with manslaughter. I'm not saying he should just get no time, but manslaughter, a manslaughter charge probably would have been more sufficient. Murder is wild for a 19 year old first time offender to get 35 years old.

Like a track event.

Yeah, they were at a track meet and so. So I guess he was invited underneath the tent by one white boy. Right. And then I guess the white boys who tent it actually was didn't want him there. So they started, you know, beasting, beefing out with him and he winded up, he wound up stabbing one of the boys with a three inch knife. Which is legal. Right. That wasn't even flipped all the way open. This is just like view. If you listen to some of the, the narratives online, some of the stories and then people who actually saw like the security footage that I don't even think the jurors were privy to, which is weird. I wouldn't say he was fighting for his life, but he is. This boy was like 5, 8, 130, 40 pounds. These white boys was like six foot something. These are, these are football players size people. You know what I'M saying, trying to jump on him. And we know. Yeah, to me that is self defense. All day long. All day long that's self defense. There have been people who got off on way more egregious ass actions in this.

Well, you know, race plays a huge narrative in how sentencing goes in this country. Unfortunately.

I actually wanted to talk about. So this is. There's a Texas parole supervisor who was fired over her comments regarding the case with Carmelo Anthony and she. Her name is Trinia Howard. No, actually, no. It's Donna. Donna. Yeah, Donna. Donna Maria Murray. Donna Murray Robinson. She's adding somebody she's at. In this. Trina. Trina Howard person. But anyway, she says you are exactly right. I am a parole supervisor at Texas dcj. Carmela will be okay. He and I can almost assure you. I don't know. She said he and I. Yeah, this was it.

Oh, yeah, yeah. I can assure you. Okay, okay. Carmelo will be okay. I can assure. I can almost assure you he will be protected on the inside. I for one don't give a about the family's loss. It's about time these effing bigots feel the pain that they have inflicted on other groups of people since the beginning of time. I'm just glad we didn't have to have to bury another black child. Let me start burying some of theirs for. Let us start bearing some of theirs for a change.

Yes. Like listen, when the black man comes in front of you, right, that is your opportunity to buck the system. Right? That's what they do for their people preference. So now we don't even have you in the room no more. And see, this is a shit that I be trying to say about even with politics altogether, right? You cannot forfeit the game just because you don't like your opponent. Bitch. You better learn that motherfucker and win. That is the game. That is high play, right? The financial games. Reports indicate she had served for the department for years before her dismissal. Yeah, and we know the KKK is the police, okay? They supposed to supposedly supposed to protect and serve.

He gave her a kiss and he had to go back upstairs to get something. And the way he just treat his wife and how happy she looked, I was like, maybe money is not as important as we make it seem. These people look just as happy as and poor as fuck. They probably were sharing the same sandwich.

Having the stress of possibly being able to get put out of a Section 8, you know, housing situation, that's, that's stressful, right? I don't know how you could be comfortable in a situation like that. You know what I'm saying? Like, yeah, they happy because you, you don't really got to do a lot to get money because you got housing. But what happens when those people pull a rug from underneath your feet? Like you saw they was getting rid of his food stamps, all that last year.
