In this episode, I’m sharing a real-life update on my Weight Watchers journey after FINALLY losing 50 pounds and what I’m doing now to maintain it, protect my progress, and hopefully lose 10 more without making myself miserable.I talk about the simple meals I’m eating on repeat, the changes that helped me finally move past being stuck at 40 pounds down, how I’m thinking about muscle building and walking right now, why I cut out alcohol, and the routines that are helping me stay consistent without obsessing. This is a cozy, honest catch-up about weight loss, wellness, maintenance, simple food routines, and figuring out what actually works in real life.If you’re on a Weight Watchers journey too, come follow along with me on YouTube and Instagram for more support, food ideas, mindset shifts, and real-life wellness updates at Sheila Jane Wellness.

I started recording a Weight Watchers podcast in July of 2020 when I rejoined Weight Watchers. There were times that I recorded an episode every single day and I truly believe my podcast helped me lose the 40lbs. My podcast has always been an audio version until today. TODAY I am branching out and making both an audio version and a video for youtube. Remember! This is NOT a very structured podcast format. I ramble and chit-chat about aspects of my journey. In this podcast, we're going to talk about my Sheila Jane Wellness brand changes, my current favorite Weight Watchers food finds, how I am doing with Weight Watchers during the summer season etc. Here is the website to access all of my content: https://sheilajanewellness.com
