After reversing her own epilepsy, scoliosis and arthritis using food and integrative therapies, ZuZu has spent decades helping families understand how the body heals itself. She runs Holistic Health Educators, an online education platform training therapeutic nutritionists, and recently launched Ask ZuZu - a closed AI system built on her decades of clinical protocols covering over 350 conditions. Her daughter Amy, who is studying public health at Johns Hopkins, is also available as a co-guest.
