This is not only a conversation about possibly where we want to be as a woman when we get pregnant, but how we want pregnancy to feel, and be very intentional; enjoying it and being very in tune with our body, baby and our needs that our body and baby has. It's a "being" conversation, about energy and spirit Not so much the "doing" or the "control" that I know I have bought into, in the past.

As a woman, we get to ask ourselves, where are we leading ourselves prenatal? Doing this intentionally, I believe is also the foundational grounds for how, if, and how much we enjoy our pregnancy and how much we love our bodies in this shift as women. It also can be a depiction of how and if we surrender into our needs and full experience with pregnancy, birth, postpartum and motherhood as well...to actually enjoy it and experience it all, loving ourselves and loving these new chapters and evolutions as divine women and mothers. It’s all about how we conceive. And if not that, then how we surrender while pregnant. We create our experience. Let’s talk about it.
