I share my personal journey of moving from hustle and scarcity into trust, certainty, and delegation, and what it took to let go of an old version of myself to grow beyond previous limitations.

I also talk about the "messy middle" of transformation — the uncomfortable phase where old habits fall away before the new identity fully takes hold — and why this stage is essential for real growth. Drawing from my work in coaching and dating, I explain how letting go of defensive patterns and embodying a new identity leads to clearer decisions and aligned outcomes.
