This is the End. Beautiful Friend. Thanks for coming along for the ride. Closing out the show is Army veteran Chris Reid. Chris shared about army and veteran life, PTSD, and even some dad stuff. In terms of followers, he might be the most famous guest the show ever had. He was pretty cool and fun to talk to. Maybe you like it. Maybe you don't. I hope that something from this show helped someone. You were a dedicated 12 or 13 listeners. Zero feedback, though. Find me on Facebook for updates about my next podcast. If you like comic books, you'll probably dig it. Party on and be excellent to each other. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

69 Dudes! In the penultimate episode of the podcast I had the second half of a home and home interview with Brian Sirimaturos from the "Tossing Salad Podcast". Check it out sometime. His other episodes are way better than the one I was in. Promise. Over here on my turf, we talked about everything under the sun, including mental health and podcasting while introverted. Hope ya like it. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Hey everybody! This week I talked to Jeremiah Rogers about the Navy and all things Stepdad. Finally got a stepfather on the show! Only took around a year. My goals were always small-ish. Enjoy! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Howdy folks! Garrett Fredrick of the "Trail Trash" and "Go Dad Go" podcasts joined me this week to talk all things ultra running, rants about the Premier League, crazy hallucinations, tips on trips to Disney World, and if that wasn't even, we even talk about some dad stuff. We should get medals for cramming so much awesome content into one episode. I didn't even recycle the joke at the end. If you ignore that fact that I got it from Reddit. Hey everybody! You'll never believe who's back again. It's ME! I'm back again!! I didn't come back alone either. Rick Davis came along with me. Rick is a lethal combination. He's a Marine AND an Air Force veteran. A firefighter. And to top it off he's also a father. I'm surprised we kept the conversation to an hour. It's short enough that you could probably finish it within two bathroom breaks!Have you liked/subscribed/shared/followed/reviewed yet? Be a lot cooler if you did...***Are you in the Armed Forces? Oops. I forgot the last match of round 1. How come no one mentioned it? Here it is in all it's brevity! Enjoy the debate as the father of Superman, Jonathan Kent, goes up against the creator of Festivus AND George Costanza-his dad Frank! Things got hot and heavy and some curse words were, unfortunately, thrown around. Enjoy it if you have 12 minutes free. It's definitely better than hitting yourself with a hammer. Hosted on Acast. Howdy folks. This time I talked to Michael Eback, father of two young girls and one half of the podcast "M&A's Excellent Adventures". We talked about the difference between having boys and girls, his best dad advice, and an enormous amount of nerd talk. There was other stuff but if those 3 things don't get you interested, then the rest won't tickle your fancy.Check out Michael's podcast on Youtube and give him a like and subscribe.Have you liked/subscribed/shared/followed/reviewed yet? Hey everybody! Yep. Back again with another one. I scored big on this one. Dad. Veteran. AND super cool. Zach Selch filled up the episode with cool stories and tips from a master of the Fathering Arts.Find out how being a paratrooper in the Israel Defense Forces compares to being an Army Ranger or Navy Seal. Ever wondered what other armies eat in the field? Want to know how to raise mentally tough children that DON'T hate you? Man, we've got all of that and more. A bonus to all of this is that Zach teaches salemen and women to up their game in a psychologically challenging career field. Friend of the show and host of the "In the Blood" podcast, AC Bergen-Fischer returns to help me close out my mini-series on mental toughness. AC packed a full episode of tips, techniques, and advice into this one so it's a great note to end on. Eagle-eyed listeners and smarty pants with good memories will remember that this was originally meant to be a 6 episode series. Unfortunately, scheduling and life got in the way of guests 3-5. I think we'll all agree that AC ended things with a bang. If you don't agree, then I didn't want to be your friend anyway. Where's my ball? I'm going home. Hosted on Acast. This week I bring to you the one and only, never to be duplicated, Josh Williams from the rad podcasts "Welldagum Podcast" and "Podbless". The first thing you'r'e going to notice is that Josh's audio quality is a bit... off. Don't worry! He fixed that as soon as the recording ended, so he will sound perfecty fine if you check out his show. They do live shows on Facebook as well as dropping that baby on the podcast apps. It's also family-friendly. Unlike this one.In this episode, the audio did not improve, but the content hits hard enough that you soon look past it. Or at least that's what I'm telling you will happen. If you believe me strongly enough, that will make it true. Honestly though, Josh was candid and honest about finding true love, being a stay-at-home dad, enduring a miscarriage, and transitioning from tough guy ex-coal miner mindset into loving and caring 'dad' mode. It's a pretty good episode if I do say so myself. Course I made it, so I would say that. Don't (definitely DO) take my word for it though. Give it a try four or five times and see what you think.Have you liked/subscribed/shared/followed/reviewed yet? Be a lot cooler if you did...***Are you in the Armed Forces? A Veteran? A Dad?
