Given the right opportunity the body has an innate ability to heal itself. By eating nutrient dense, high vibrational foods, you can restore your gut and completely rid yourself of digestive distress. There is no one size fits all diet, however, there are very specific guidelines to nourish your gut and allow the body to rid itself of toxins successfully. This is a 2-part podcast including 5 steps to take to incorporate these foods and the rituals and habits to sustain them long-term along with a breakdown of each meal of the day according to your digestive needs.

New Year's Resolutions are a vicious cycle. They allow you to place guilt and shame on yourself for enjoyment and replace it with rigorous diets and exercise. This does not serve your body, nor does it last. Long-term wellness is not meant to be a punishment. It's there to heal your body and allow you to thrive. Today I'll teach you how to stop the cycle and what it truly means to peel back the layers of health and create wellness success and body freedom.

Today I am joined by guest Bethany Holmes, Certified Holistic Health Coach, Reiki practitioner and wellness blogger as she shares her inspiring story of her wellness transformation from a traumatic brain surgery back in 2015. Her experience empowered her to focus on her health and wellness and help others do the same. We'll be discussing her passion and motivation to heal others and how you too can go from trauma to transformation.

Bloating tends to be the number one complaint from clients who experience digestive issues. It can be so frustrating, especially for clients that eat pretty healthy, to constantly feel that balloon pressure after meals. Normal recommendations for bloating may include slowing down and chewing more or getting tested for food sensitivities to see what foods are causing inflammation, but there is one other issue that is often overlooked. Join Jaclyn Renee and Dr. Sarah Kirsch, Functional Medicine Doctor, as they breakdown how we digest and how low acidity could be the one thing standing between you and a bloated belly.

I'm coming out of a 3-day women's wellness summit that I hosted virtually this year. With everything going on with COVID, it was incredibly fulfilling to connect with so many like-minded women and all support each other on their healing journey. The theme for the weekend was expectations inside of a healing journey and how releasing them is actually part of that said journey. I've often found that clients hold such high expectations for what to get out of the next diet, supplement, or protocol. To truly heal, you have to live more in the now, not in the future. jaclynreneewellness.com

Meghan Conrad describes her healing journey as a tornado of pain and suffering both physically and mentally. She was bounced around from doctor to doctor with no answer for her daily uncomfortable bloat and excruciating cramping in her gut. Meghan lived a very healthy lifestyle and has a passion for holistic health and wellness. Although she was eating an organic, 'paleo' diet and thought she was doing all the right things to feel good, she still had constant anxiety over what to eat and lived in fear that it would trigger pain without any relief to soothe her symptoms. When she was able to deepen her current holistic healing and was introduced to ayurvedic medicine, she was able to break free from her symptoms and finally reveal brighter days. Listen to her healing journey here.
