I’m going to show you how to get rid of skin tags overnight. This will not only get rid of skin tags and warts, but it will also prevent them from coming back! Discover the best home remedy for skin tags that makes skin tag removal at home a breeze.Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: Wart or skin tag removal at home 0:20 Differences between skin tags and warts 0:52 Insulin and skin tags 2:49 Lowering insulin to prevent skin tags 3:13 Warts and vitamin D 5:13 How to get rid of skin tags and warts Today, I’m going to share two effective home remedies for skin tags and warts. A wart is caused by the HPV virus, while skin tags usually occur in areas of friction. High insulin can increase one's susceptibility to skin tags. People with diabetes, overweight people, and women with PCOS are at a higher risk of developing them. When you produce too much insulin over a period of time, you can develop insulin resistance. Too much insulin is caused by eating too many carbs or frequent eating. Insulin resistance makes it difficult to absorb glucose. Over time, this deprives your brain cells of fuel, leading to memory problems, concentration problems, and early dementia. The solution is to give your body an alternative fuel source, such as ketones, fatty acids, and protein. To do this, lower your carbs and do intermittent fasting. This will lower insulin and prevent growths like skin tags and warts. A virus that comes out of remission can create warts if your immune system is compromised. Sufficient vitamin D can support the immune system and put these viruses back in remission. Take 10,000 IU of vitamin D daily, especially in winter. Povidone iodine is an excellent remedy for skin tags. It has potent antiviral and antimicrobial properties, so it’s also good for warts. Iodine dissolves the protein in the skin tag and acts as a dehydrator. Garlic contains allicin, a powerful antiviral compound effective against warts. Because it’s often difficult to differentiate between warts and skin tags, add garlic to ensure your remedy is effective. Crush one clove of garlic and combine one drop of garlic with one drop of iodine. Apply the mixture to your wart or skin tag and cover it with a band-aid. Repeat this every day until your skin tag or wart is gone. Disclaimer: Dr. Eric Berg received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1988. A fibroid is a growth on the uterus that is not cancerous. Research has shown that vitamin D may help shrink the size of fibroids. If you’re vitamin D deficient, your risk of developing uterine fibroids is much higher. Vitamin D naturally inhibits the enzyme aromatase, which converts androgens to estrogen. Vitamin D can also affect the fibroid itself. If you have enough vitamin D, certain tumor and cancer cells will commit suicide. Dr. Bruce Hollis has done extensive research on the benefits of vitamin D but says a lot of research on vitamin D has been rejected by top medical journals! Around 50,000 IUs of vitamin D daily may help shrink fibroids in the uterus. You’ll also need to take the following vitamin D cofactors: •500 mcg vitamin K2 •800 mg magnesium •50 mg zinc •Vitamin B6 and boron (recommended dose on the bottle) More tips to help shrink fibroids naturally: • Get on the ketogenic diet • Increase your consumption of cruciferous vegetables • Limit dairy consumption Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 59, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. Let’s talk about the #1 way to balance your hormones: fasting. There are various methods of fasting. I think the most beneficial methods of fasting are intermittent fasting and prolonged fasting. Fasting especially targets the hormone insulin—reducing insulin and improving insulin sensitivity. Reducing insulin has incredible benefits for your health. Reducing insulin can potentially help: • Decrease inflammation • Improve diabetes • Improve insulin resistance • Decrease fat in the liver • Decrease your risk for obesity • Improve metabolic syndrome • Support the autonomic nervous system Fasting is fantastic for many other hormones as well, including: 1. Leptin 2. Thyroid stimulating hormone 3. Androgens 4. Estrogen 5. Testosterone 6. Cortisol 7. Growth hormone 8. Prolactin Fasting can help support your circadian rhythms. By supporting your circadian rhythms, you’re also supporting and helping to balance certain hormones. Fasting also helps support your gut microbiome, which again may help improve your hormones. Find out about the worst foods for aging adults that can put your health at risk. Avoid these diet mistakes after 50 for health and longevity!Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: Foods to avoid after 50 0:53 Forever chemicals in the water supply 1:22 Zinc-depleting foods and aging 3:33 Seed oils 4:15 Soy protein and refined soy products 5:21 Low-fat foods and aging 5:56 More healthy aging tips Our bodies become more vulnerable as we age, so what we eat and drink is vital to our health. Here are the foods to avoid after 50! 1. Unfiltered water I noticed that my tap water is high in a chemical called perfluorooctanoic acid. The amount of this chemical in my water supply exceeds the acceptable level by 98,650%! This increases my risk for cancer, liver problems, and kidney problems. Most of the water supply contains forever chemicals that don't break down and accumulate in the brain. Find a good water filter that filters out forever chemicals! 2. Foods that deplete zinc Zinc supports testosterone, which significantly decreases in both men and women with aging. Testosterone is essential for muscle mass and supports thymus function. Zinc is also involved in making hydrochloric acid. Refined carbohydrates and starches deplete zinc. 3. Seed oils Seed oils can become stored in the membranes of cells, including the cells in your brain. Instead, use butter, tallow, lard, or olive oil for cooking. 4. Refined soy products Soy protein isolates are used in many products, such as protein bars that are marketed as healthy. You do not want to consume refined, unnatural protein like soy protein isolate. 5. Low-fat foods Vitamin K2 is vital as you age, and it’s only found in fatty foods. If you follow a low-fat diet, you’re depriving yourself of an essential nutrient that can keep your bones and joints healthy. Magnesium supports good quality deep sleep, which is crucial as we age. Taking a magnesium glycinate supplement before bed is one of the best ways to increase your magnesium intake and improve sleep. Instead of focusing on salt restriction, focus on increasing potassium and incorporating high-quality sea salt into your diet. Olive oil also has incredible effects on certain parts of the body, including: • The cardiovascular system • The nerves and brain • The skin • The eyesOlive oil is a good source of healthy fats and contains vitamins E and K1. However, the real benefits of olive oil occur because of a group of plant chemicals called polyphenols.Polyphenols produce many amazing effects on the body, like helping to prevent complications from chronic disease and oxidative stress. It’s crucial to get real olive oil that’s organic. This is because glyphosate (an herbicide) blocks a plant’s ability to produce amino acids and polyphenols. Glyphosate can also lead to a myriad of other health concerns.Keep in mind that salads contain polyphenols and other phytonutrients.
