If you feel like you're dying... maybe you are. And maybe, it's not such a bad thing. In this episode, lean into dying to who you are today so that you can be re-born into your Next Level Self. Leveling up, growth-- it's what we all want, but it's uncomfortable and scary AF. That's because in order to grow into that next level, we can't bring who we are today. We must die to our current Self in order to become our future Self. So, if like me, you've been feeling the whole gambit of emotions: fear, anxiety, doubt, anger, sadness, but also excitement and intrigue-- maybe... you're dying. And maybe this "death of self" is a good thing. Please rate & review the podcast wherever you're listening!
