How that will unfold, a little difficult to say. I know that disclosure in some sense is happening now because we're having congressional hearings and stuff like that with whistleblowers and people that have been on the inside of all that information for so many years, unable to talk. And they're now providing protections for military people to come forth with what they know with UFO sightings they've had without being ridiculed, without losing their careers. So that's a huge step because now people are okay talking about it, and that's the most important thing. And I see this accelerating. There's now a documentary that just came out called the Age of Disclosure by a director named Dan Farah that covers a lot of this and actually, actually has the interviews with all of the people that have been in the inside talking out. So it's a really important step to have that documentary now out in public, in the theaters and online. So I think in 2026, we're basically going to have disclosure of the information. And then theoretically, in 2027, if nothing changes, we will actually finally, in some official way, be introduced to literal extraterrestri, then offer us opportunities. It's up to us to take them or not. I'm sure there will be a number of different kinds of reactions, from positive to negative, but everyone will be allowed to decide for themselves, when, where, how to align with the ETs and the information that they're sharing with us that can benefit humanity. And different countries will proceed at their own pace, according to their own laws, rules, regulations, and feelings about how they want to interact with that. But a major change for everyone to consider, obviously, a new option for humanity to factor into how we move forward.

B (4:44)

Yeah, I know part of your work, you've been sharing that within the next five years, it will be accelerating open contact. And so is that happening now? Are you seeing that accelerate?

A (4:52)

Well, yes, again, because I'm seeing all of these things with disclosure happening faster and faster and more publicly. To me, that's a very strong signal that it is accelerating.

B (5:05)

And I also know that you share specific steps to get into the right energy to have open contact. And I'm curious if you can break down how somebody listening can be in the frequency to have more contact. If they are interested.

A (5:18)

Yeah. This goes hand in hand with what Bashar presents and calls the formula, which is basically a five step process, very simple, because this is what raises our vibration, this formula. And in raising our vibration, we become better receivers of higher frequency information, better antennas, so to speak, to pick up on things that are happening on higher vibrational levels. And it prepares us to interact with extraterrestrial species and spirits, including our own spirit guides, but extraterrestrial species that are more highly evolved than we are and operating on those higher frequency levels. So following the formula is one very basic and straightforward way of preparing for contact. Aside from things like sharing information like we've been talking about, you know, the five steps are very simple. There's a lot of detail that can be discussed about each step, but fundamentally it's you act on your passion first, whatever contains more excitement than anything else. Because passion is our physical translation of a message from our soul saying, this is your frequency, this is who you are, and this is the next step in your path is to act on whatever comes to you that contains more excitement, more passion, more creativity, more attraction than any other option. Act on it first. Then you take it as far as you can till you can take it no farther. And you make sure that when the excitement wanes, you're not the one dampening it with a fear based belief. But it's waning naturally. And when that happens, you look for the next thing that contains even just a little bit more attractiveness or excitement than any other option and act on it next. And you keep doing that. The third step is that you act on your passion with absolutely no insistence or assumption as to what the outcome should look like. Because the truth is, while we sometimes might guess what the ideal outcome is, honestly, we don't really know what that ideal outcome needs to look like. So if we just simply stay in the state of excitement and let synchronicity bring us whatever the next thing is we need to interact with, that will actually be the thing that will pull us forward if we face it in a positive way, which is the fourth step to stay in a positive energy no matter what happens. And because by staying in a positive energy, you get a benefit out of the situation. Because it's not about what happens that matters, it's about what you do with it that makes the difference in your life. And the fifth step is to honestly investigate your belief systems and let go of the ones you might be holding on to for whatever reason that are negative or out of alignment. Fear based with Your true soul vibration, which is what passion is all about. So following those five steps causes a lot of automatic effects to suddenly start happening. You start having the driving energy and engine to be able to act on your passion. You get excited about waking up in the morning and you can't wait to start doing things. It forms the path of least resistance. Things become more effortless, things flow more smoothly. It becomes the path of connection, connecting to all expressions and opportunities that are representative of your path. It becomes the path of relevance for what's relevant for you. It becomes the path of support, bringing you whatever form of abundance you need to be able to keep acting on your passion. And there are many forms of abundance, not just money. And then it provides a reflective mirror so that while you're acting on your passion, whatever you might be holding onto that's out of alignment as a belief that is in your unconscious mind will be brought to the surface. You will encounter it and face it so that you can deal with it, let it go and add that energy to the momentum of your excitement. So what people have to stay in the mindset of is that when they're acting on their passion and suddenly they're faced with something that might not be representative of that and they react in a negative way. It's not an interruption in your passion. Finding out that you have that negative belief is part of your passion. So by staying again in that positive state and approaching every challenge with calmness, confidence, curiosity and creativity, you will find out why it's there. You will get something positive out of it, and and you'll be able to move forward. So those are the five steps and the effects that happen when you follow the formula. And that raises your vibration and makes you a better receiver of inspiration and information coming from higher frequency consciousness.

That was great. I love that you broke each one down. I'm curious a little bit about step four, just to go.

A (10:03)

Staying in a positive state.

B (10:04)

Yeah, and I'm thinking of people. One of the questions we got from people was like, how do I stay in a positive state when I have to do things I don't like doing, like taxes or things that I can't do?

A (10:15)

Yeah, that's the common question. And the first thing to understand is if there are things that are necessary for you to do in your reality in order for you to continue to thrive in it. There is always a way that works for you uniquely. So you have to have the imagination and creativity to figure out how do I approach this? That needs to be done. But in a creative fun way. Because many times the only reason that people say they don't like doing that is because they're doing it in the way they've been taught by other people. That may work for them, but it doesn't work for you. And that can even include hiring someone else to do it who is excited about doing it. And that way it gets done. Doing it in the way that works for you doesn't mean you literally physically have to be doing it. But if there are some things that you do need to do. Well, one example I use is things like people say, you know, I don't like washing dishes. You know, I find that washing dishes is a very meditative act. There's warm water running over your hands. You may be looking out the kitchen window at what's going on outside, and you're going through these motions. And it almost becomes like kind of a Tai Chi exercise to just feel, you know, yourself moving around the dishes and stacking them up and all this with the warm water. And you can really go into a very pleasant state doing that and use it to your advantage to let things download into you while you're kind of in this semi trance state of washing your dishes. So again, it just depends on how you approach things. But you have to know that if you find that this is a task that seems full of effort, you're not doing it in the way that works for you. So you have to really ramp up your creative imagination and look for different pathways. Again, even including finding someone who is excited about doing it so that you physically don't necessarily have to, but not avoiding looking for those pathways where you could possibly be the one to do it. If you find the way that works for you.

Yeah, I'm hearing if you can delegate it and you would like to. That's an option.

A (12:24)

That's an option.

B (12:24)

And that it's not just the what, it's the how.

A (12:27)

It's the how. It's always the how you do it. Yeah. How do you approach it?

B (12:32)

What about for people that have feel obligated to certain things in their life, Like, I have to make money or I have, like, I'm just kind of hearing that. And I'm wondering if Bashar has any wisdom around how to comb through and let go of obligation.

A (12:45)

Again, we set up a life path and there are obviously certain things that you do need to do to thrive in physical reality. But again, you have to have a broader range of definitions for things. We get so stuck in one definition because we're sort of brought up that way and we're taught to see everyone doing that and it's like, well, that must be the only way it can be done. So a good example, when you bring up the concept of, of money. Money is one way that we have of expressing abundance and support and exchange on this planet. But it's not the only way. But we've been so trained to think that things can't be done any other way that we completely block any other way it could come to us. So from Bashar's perspective, being given a gift is a form of abundance. Having something to trade is a form of abundance. Synchronicity is a form. Imagination is a form. Communication is a form. Information is a form of abundance. Because when information, for example, comes to you, that's something different than you thought of before. It can rearrange how you realize that something could be done. Communication, communicating with someone can give you another answer of how something can be done that doesn't necessarily need the amount of money you thought because it's a different path that doesn't require as much or any at all.

I love resourcefulness and creativity.

A (14:18)

Yes.

B (14:19)

And how do they know the difference between when to kind of pivot because it doesn't have a live for them or when it's just their internal fear based programming that they need to heal or wake up from, Right?

Well it does take honest self evaluation. You have to be willing to be transparent to yourself. You have to be willing to ask the questions that reveal why you might be holding on to something that doesn't work for you. Because it's always about having a motivation to do so. In other words, we always.

A (16:21)

Go in the direction of what we believe will serve us always without fail. We always go away from the direction we believe does not serve us always without fail. So if we realize we are choosing something that doesn't serve us, the only reason we would do that based on this motivational mechanism is there's got to be a belief within us either that it does serve us somehow that we're not admitting or aware of, or the alternative seems worse in our belief system. So if I stop doing this and start doing that, something worse might happen and I'm going to stay where I am because as much as I don't like it, it's familiar and safer because something worse might happen if I let this go. So you have to be honest in your self investigation. Now that being said, there is in a sense such a thing as green light synchronicity and red light synchronicity, which is sort of like traffic rules, right? So something may be representative of your passion, but synchronicity is saying not now. You don't have the ability to act on it right now. And that's your signal that you need to focus on whatever aspect of your passion you can act on, because it's about acting on your passion. And you don't always have the same ability to act on on certain things that you have to act on other things. So if two things are representative of your passion, but you don't have the ability to really do anything about this one, then look for what you do have the ability to act on. Because even though they might on the surface look like completely different things, it's the passion that tells you they're connected. And sometimes what synchronicity is telling you is, look, you have to do this one first because it's going to give you the information and the knowledge and the experience you need ultimately to come back to and accomplish the other one. But I'm telling you how to do this, in what order? Because synchronicity is not only the example that everything is connected, it's the organizing principle. And it will tell you what you need to do, in what order. If you just simply allow yourself to follow what you are able to act on and what you're not. Now, if for some reason more than one thing excites you equally and more than one thing has the ability to be acted on equally, then in a sense you might as well flip a coin because it doesn't really matter. And sometimes flipping a coin can actually reveal which one is more exciting to you because you can say, okay, heads this way, tails that way, and it comes up tails and you might go, oh darn, I wish it was heads. Oh, okay, I wish it had been heads. Which means that's the more exciting one. If they're really truly equal, then it doesn't matter which one you act on first. Because if that's not the correct path, synchronicity will turn you around to the one that is. Because again, it's a guiding organizing principle.

B (19:20)

And there seems to be a lot of trust in this whole system. Because I think some people will get that red light and think, oh, I'm doing something wrong or I should stop.

A (19:28)

And that's okay. Because again, it takes honest self investigation to make sure you're not the one killing the excitement. So if that does happen, yes, the first step is, am I the one that's dampening my excitement? Do I have a fear based belief about this? What am I holding on to? But after doing that self examination, if you can't find anything, then you have to trust that it's just telling you this is not the time to do that aspect of it. Find out what you can act on that's representative of your passion and act on that first. Because it's all connected anyway.

B (20:00)

Yeah. And if somebody is in resistance or they're judging themselves and that's also then revealing more work to clear rather than getting in the rabbit hole of self.

A (20:10)

And that's what that moment is for anyway. Because it's not like you're trying to race ahead and reach a goal. The process you're going through is the entire point that's why we create a physical reality experience is to learn and discover what we're all about from a new perspective. So people think, okay, I have to get through this and I have to get to where I'm going. It's like, no, stay in the process and spend the time to look inside and discover what you're holding on to. That's more important than where you think you're supposed to wind up, because you will then know yourself. And isn't that the ancient wisdom? Know thyself, right? That's what it's all about. Who are you and why are you doing what you're doing and how are you learning and how are you growing? And in the experience, in the process, you know, like a lot of people say, it's, you know, the destination is the journey. It's not like you're trying to get somewhere else. It's what you're experiencing now that's the most important thing. So use it to your advantage.

B (21:10)

And I love this exploration of who am I right? And how does Bashar support or guide people to discover who they really are?

A (21:18)

Well, again, it goes back to the formula because it's a self contained guiding principle. It literally is not a philosophy. It's literally a description of how we're already creating our physical reality experience. But by understanding the elements of the formula, he is letting us figure that out consciously instead of unconsciously. So he's basically saying, look, here's the instruction manual for how you're actually already creating your physical reality experience. Just do it with more awareness and you can guide it in the direction you prefer to instead of it seeming like a random occurrence because you don't know what you're doing. So he's literally broken down. This is how you're doing it, this is how it works. These are the instructions for how you create your physical reality experience. Just follow the instructions like you would to operate a piece of machinery. If you follow the instructions, it will work as advertised. If you don't, or you add more instructions or you remove instructions, well, the machine may or may not work. And if, even if it does work work, it may not work properly, it may hurt you, you know, so just follow the instructions and it will work in the way it's supposed to because now you have a conscious awareness of what it is you're doing and how you actually create your reality. And that acts as a navigation tool that allows you to navigate in the direction you prefer.

B (22:42)

And, and as you're doing that, you're in more synchronistic flow, you're higher vibration, you're enjoying the present moment.

A (22:48)

Absolutely.

B (22:48)

Not just to the end goal. And then it also sounds like we're more available for with guides, ET's guidance.

A (22:55)

Because this is coming from ostensibly a being that has already evolved to the point where they have been through all that. So they're giving us the benefit of their experience and saying, look, here's the instruction manual we finally compiled with our understanding after literally tens of thousands of years of experience. Take advantage of it. You don't have to necessarily reinvent the wheel. We're telling you how the wheel works. And it's still up to you, because it's your free will. You don't have to pay attention to it. But they're saying, but we guarantee that if you do, things will be a lot easier and a lot more fun.

B (23:35)

And I love the idea of just being a scientist in our own lives and just testing it.

A (23:39)

Absolutely. And that's the thing that is really the most important thing. Like I say, nobody has to believe that Bashar is real. I can't prove it. This is just the way this happened for me. It could be another aspect of my consciousness for all I know. But this is the way it's presented itself for a variety of reasons that I understand and are not important for anyone else to understand, because that's my journey.

B (24:02)

That's right.

A (24:03)

The proof is in the application of the information. The information does actually change things and makes a difference. And I am constantly getting people coming back to me saying, when I finally got it, it and I really applied the formula precisely in the way Bashar was talking about, everything changed for the better. So it's the proof in applying the information that makes the difference. And that's the important thing to focus on. Not that it's coming from an ET or a spirit or whatever. It's. This is something practical that actually makes a difference in your life if you actually apply it.

That's what's important.

Yeah. And I'm curious about Bashar's perspective on new souls and old souls.

A (24:46)

No such thing.

B (24:47)

Okay, great.

A (24:48)

They're all the same age, which is eternal. The concept of new souls and old souls has to do with the level of a soul's experience in a particular environment. So in other words, a soul that might have chosen to have a thousand Earth incarnations is more experienced and older soul to someone who may only have 10 Earth experiences, but that soul may have a thousand experiences on Another planet. And therefore the older soul on Earth that may only have 10 experiences on that other planet suddenly becomes the new soul because it's not as experienced as the other soul who has more incarnational experiences on that other planet. So old and new soul has to do with the level of experience in a certain environment. It has nothing to do with the literal age of a soul, because all souls are ageless.

B (25:41)

And is it making that choice consciously for particular curriculum or lessons to learn?

A (25:47)

The soul has absolute free will when you are in the non physical state, when you are a soul and you're deciding what you want to experience. Everyone has a soul team, a soul, family, spirit guides, angel, whatever you want to say. And you consult with them, you talk just like you talk with your friends on Earth. What should I do? I'm thinking of doing this. Does that sound like a good idea to you? What am I going to learn by doing that? What kind of an experience am I going to have? Well, you know, you might find out this and you might find out that, and we think that might be good for you, or you might consider this, this might even be better because we have experience over here and you might want to try that out and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And you consult with all of your friends and your family in the soul realm and you decide, okay, I'm going to do this, I'm gonna have this experience. And therefore you go into the state where you focus yourself into what you call the physical realm, but you're not leaving the soul realm. You're just literally almost like rearranging your consciousness to have a daydream. And we call that daydream physical reality. Because this isn't real. It's a projection of consciousness. It's happening within your soul and so is your physical body. So it's actually more accurate in a sense to not say my body has a soul. It's more accurate to say my soul has a body. Because physical reality is happening within the soul's consciousness, not outside of it. The soul never leaves the non physical realm. That's its natural state. It can't leave.

B (27:30)

Yeah.

A (27:30)

So everything that's happening here in physical reality is actually happening within the soul in the soul realm. But we have created the focus to make it appear as if we have left the soul realm so that we can focus on what we need to experience as a physical being to learn new things, to discover new perspectives that can't be experienced in the soul realm. Because in the soul realm, you know everything, you have access to anything there's no change in that sense in the same way. So physical reality as an experience is created to create great change and expansion, because the structure of existence never changes. It's always the same. What changes and what expands creation is our perspective of it, our relationship to it, and our experience of it. So when we forget who we are by incarnating, having an incarnational experience, we are then allowed to remember and rediscover who we are from a new point of view. That's how creation expands.

B (28:31)

Beautiful. And are there any indicators that this might be a soul's last incarnation in physical form?

A (28:38)

That is up to the soul every single time. There is no set curriculum in that sense. You have absolute free will. So whatever a human might say, well, this is going to be my last incarnation on Earth, that might be true, but you really won't make that decision until you go back to the soul level after you die.

B (28:58)

So each time, every time, it's.

A (29:00)

The slate is clean. What do you want to do? Well, I thought this was going to be my last incarnation, but, you know.

A (29:08)

And then you start thinking, okay, well, that could be exciting. Now you don't have to. You can stay in spirit. You can explore other dimensions, other realms, whatever. You can incarnate on other planets and other civilizations too. It's not just about Earth. But you will make that decision when you are yourself fully as a soul. Because right now, as a physical mind, you don't really know why you might choose to have another incarnation. You'll figure that out when you're a soul.

B (29:39)

I'm curious, and you may or may not explore this, but just came up spontaneously. What about suicide?

A (29:45)

It's still all part of the thing the soul chose because, again, so you have to understand that from the soul's perspective, this physical experience is extremely temporary. And what it is that a soul may choose to go through is not only just for the soul's growth, but for everyone connected to that soul. All life paths are interconnected and intertwined. So you have members of your soul family that are also incarnating, that are affected in a certain way by your choice to suicide, and that can change what they're going through and make them understand, maybe I could have done this to help this person change their path. Maybe I could have done that. Maybe I can go and help people that are suicidal and maybe talk them out of it. You have to look at the whole picture of everyone that's affected by everything anyone does. Because it's not always about just that person person. It's about Everyone they affect and impact in their lives. And sometimes things that seem to be, you know, like, why would a soul choose to go through that is actually helping humanity make sure, maybe in the future that no soul ever has to go through that again.

B (31:00)

Yeah.

A (31:01)

So it's all about the lessons that are learned from all those experiences, which would be the reason that a soul might choose to do that. Because the soul knows it's eternal and infinite. It's not really dying, but it also knows that if I do this, it's going to help people face why those things happen and really start figuring out ways that they can get people to feel better about themselves and find ways out of their situations that are more constructive. And that way humanity evolves. And so a soul can choose to do that for that reason.

B (31:36)

You said soul family.

A (31:38)

Yes. So just like on Earth, you have friends and family in the spirit realm. Soul families are a collection of souls that have made agreements with each other to play off each other and reflect to each other in different incarnations or even in spirit to help each other grow and learn what we need to learn, whatever a soul decides. So you have a lot of people willing to play parts. Different parts. You could be my mother in one life, you could be my daughter in another life. You could be my son. You could be my father, my grandfather, friend, enemy, whatever role that you need to play so that I can learn what I need to learn, and I will play a role so that you can learn what you need to learn and will interact. So a soul family is a group of souls that has agreed to come together to have these interactions and learn and grow together by providing all of these different opportunities to do so. Aside from that, they are part of your spirit team in general, because everyone also has a team that specifically helps you in guiding you through the physical incarnation that you've chosen to have. So you literally have working spirit guides that may or may not be part of your soul family. Angelic beings that may or may not be part of your soul family, extraterrestrials, extra dimensionals that may be part of your team, all of them have different capabilities and different skill levels and different levels of experience to help you in different situations throughout your physical life. For example, what people refer to as a birth angel or a guardian angel, same thing, is a being from a very high level frequency we refer to as angelic, that makes sure that when you decide as a soul to have an incarnation, you set yourself entry point, which we call birth, and your exit point, which we call death. But we Also know that certain things can happen in physical reality that could cause you to die sooner just because of situations sooner than you may have decided. But you can take advantage of that. So in other words, the birth angel or the guardian angel is going to say, all right, you have laid out a situation where you're going to experience a death, but it's going to be a near death experience. So I'm here so that when you have that experience, I'm the one that's going to tell you your time's not up, you have to go back. Okay? And that way you know that you have planned that experience, but you have someone who has your back that's saying no, you promised that you weren't going to leave yet. You have some work to do and things you wanted to find out. So you're here in the spirit realm, but we're not going to let you go much further in the spirit realm. We're going to turn you around and send you back so you can complete your agreement so you have all these beings that have your back and help guide you and make sure that you're going to fulfill the agreement you made with yourself to have this experience. So you cannot actually really die before you ultimately decide it. That's your true exit point.

B (34:56)

So many questions, so good. Are there some people that have done the angelic realms and.

A (35:02)

No, no, no. Angelic beings are a different level of being altogether from a typical soul. There are different levels in the spirit realm. And that's almost like saying, I'm just going to use these colloquial terms for right now. You know, people can refer to source, all that is God, goddess, whatever they want to call it, it. But what we typically refer to as angels, it's like the first reflection of God. Because the idea of consciousness is consciousness is the awareness of self. You are aware that you are different than something else. So there has to be a reflection of something else for you to know that you exist as a self identity. Without that, it's homogenous and there's no awareness of self at all. So there's two levels of consciousness. There's the unbroken oneness that has no awareness of itself whatsoever. It doesn't contain that ability. But within it is that part of it that is aware of itself by the idea that it sees a reflection of that which is not it. And that's how you get self awareness, by knowing that there is something other than self, otherwise you can't know you have a self. Right? So the basic idea is that whatever we want to call that highest level God, Goddess, Source, whatever. The first reflection that it has of knowing that it is what it is and that there is something that it is else besides itself, is what we call the angelic realm. That's the first split off or first reflection. Like looking in a hall of mirrors. Okay? You're standing in the center of a hall of mirrors. The mirrors that are closest to you show you the reflections that are closest to you. Those are the angels. And then you go to the next level of mirrors and that shows another level and another level and another level, all the way down to physical reality as the densest one. The one that in a sense, quote unquote, vibrationally is. Is farthest from the source. Not really, but you get what I mean. So it's all a matter of different frequency levels, different resonant levels of consciousness, of energy that create what we experience as every different thing. It's only different by the fact that it resonates at a different frequency. It's on a different vibrational level. So typical souls that incarnate are on a different level of the one, are a different expression of the one from the angels, which never incarnate and don't need to incarnate. They are what they are and they serve the purpose that they serve by being that thing. And that doesn't require incarnations to be what they are. But the individual soul reflections of all that is of source are the ones that can experience free will and incarnate.

Okay? And with free will, you can ask for spiritual guidance. Angels, guides, support.

A (38:09)

Well, they're always supporting you. It's not so much a matter of asking for more help than you're getting. It's a matter of being aware of the help you're already getting. So you have to open up to receive what you're already getting and be more sensitive to it. And again, going back to the formula, when you act on your passion, what happens? You raise your vibration. When you raise your vibration, what happens? You become a better receiver of higher frequency information, communication and energy. So it's acting on that formula that gives you a better ability to be open to what it is you're already receiving. But again, you have to understand that guides are guiding you. They're not doing it for you.

B (38:54)

You.

A (38:54)

Right. So a lot of times when they send messages, aside from the message your soul is sending you about, this is your passion, this is who you are. Your guides, your working guides are going to use more often than not what's right in front of your Face to get a message across. So synchronicity is a big way that guides have of reaching you. A lot of times it follows what the rule is of information, which is the path of least resistance. So, in other words, if the information is already in your reality, we don't have to repeat it. We don't have to reinvent the wheel. We just have to direct your attention to what's already there. So let's say you normally take a walk at a certain time of the day, and you normally use the same path every day. So you come to the crossroad and you go, okay, normally I take a right and to go home.

A (39:47)

And for some reason that you just don't know, suddenly you just have this strong urge to go left instead. And as you walk down the block that you don't usually walk down, you overhear two people having a conversation. And something someone said is exactly the information that you were looking for that you couldn't figure out the answer to. So all the guide had to do was get you to turn left instead of right. They don't have to deliver a sermon in your head. They don't have to come with trumpets blaring or have an entire conversation or dialogue. That's not the way they operate. They send you feelings, they send you urges, you know, so they send you energy, and it's the energy that then translates in, well, you should probably just turn left here today. I don't know why, but that's the feeling I get. And then synchronistically, oh, that's why. And that could have been your guides doing their job.

B (40:45)

And how does somebody keep their energy a bit more positive or elevated when they have something hard that's come up so that they're not bypassing and they're not suppressing their emotion? But there's trauma or tragedy.

A (40:57)

Right? Well, again, all challenges need to be faced with calmness, confidence, that there's something there for you to learn from, curiosity, like a child. What is the lesson? I wonder what it could be that's going to help me grow, that's going to help me move forward. Hey, this is pretty exciting that this challenge is here. And creativity. So you have to use your imagination and creativity in facing a challenge. Like I said earlier, what's the way that works for me? What can I get out of this? By approaching it in a unique way that nobody else does. You have to be willing to be that flexible, that open, that childlike, to be able to get out of every challenge what will serve you. And that's how you stay in the positive state. By understanding this is going to give me something important. You have to understand how this works and by understanding how it works, knowing that that's the way challenges work, the way you laid them out as a soul on your life path for your own reasons. Why would you go negative if you understand that? So it's a matter of understanding how this all works that allows you to stay in a positive state. Because then if you understand how it works and how you laid this all out, it doesn't make sense to go into a negative state because that's not how this is going to benefit you.

B (42:25)

For somebody that's having a hard time getting clarity about what the lesson is or how they can use it, is there any guidance you can offer?

A (42:32)

Well, again, generally speaking, if you are in that positive state.

A (42:39)

It should become relatively obvious. See, this goes back to the principle, which is just a principle of physics. You cannot experience what you're not the vibration of first. You can only experience what you are the frequency of. So staying in that positive, creative, imaginative state state on its own will give you the discernment and clarity to understand what the lesson is. It's only when you go into the negative state that it becomes cloudy and fuzzy and unclear.

B (43:11)

And I think this is such an important piece because I think a lot of the times people don't realize the value of staying in a higher state. And they think that it has to be hard. Quote, unquote, they have got to go there and dig and healing's hard and. And there's.

A (43:24)

Right. And that's why Bashar often says, you know, when someone, he talks about this and someone says, well, that's going to be difficult to do, or that's hard to do. He says, that's a belief.

B (43:33)

That's the programming right there.

A (43:34)

Yeah.

B (43:34)

Thinking this is going to be hard.

A (43:36)

Yeah. He said there is no such thing as a difficult situation. There is only belief in difficulty. So, yes, there will be challenges, but challenges can be fun. So you don't have to define them as negative, as hard, as difficult, as a struggle. That's what creates them. To be experienced that way is your definition of it. Because people don't understand the power they have to define the experience in the way that they actually prefer to experience it. They don't understand that their definitions that they buy into are what set up the way you experience that thing. Because they think all this is happening outside of them instead of happening from within in powerful. So by understanding, you're the one that's giving this definition to this thing. And that's why you're experiencing it that way. Because you have to, you have to get out of the old fashioned training that things are happening to you from outside, they're happening through you from inside. And you actually have the power to determine how you're experiencing something. And you have to know that, that the universe isn't going to contradict you because it doesn't have a mind of its own. This is a really old fallacy, is that the universe can contradict you. And it goes into this idea of, well, God's will. I'm sorry, God's will is your will because there's no difference between you and source. You are an expression of source. So the whole idea of having free will is that you get to say how you experience this. And the universe is unconditionally supportive. Unconditionally. So if you understand the meaning of that word, when you decide I'm going to buy into this negative belief, creation's going to say, okie dokie, I'll support you in that and magnify and amplify what you have chosen to believe is true. If you say, I'm going to approach this in a positive way, the universe is going to say the same thing, okay, I will unconditionally support you in what you say you believe is true. So that's why it's so important for people to get in touch with why they believe what they believe, why they're holding on to what they're holding on to. Because the universe has nothing to do with it except reflect to you what you have said is true for you because it's unconditionally supportive. The universe is a mirror, totally a mirror. If you're looking in a glass mirror mirror and you see your face frowning, that tells you you have a frown on your face. It can't show you a smile until you smile. The universe is the same way. If you see things that aren't working for you, look in the mirror and understand that's what you're putting out, whether you know it or not. So that's why it's so important to investigate yourself, get in touch with what you're doing, what you're really putting out there. Because we can fool ourselves and we can pretend that our anxiety is excitement when it's not. And we're really giving over to our negative and fear based beliefs. And the universe is saying, okay, well I'm reflecting that to you as a guideline so you can understand this is what you're doing. And if you want to see it change, if you want to see the frown in the mirror change, you have to smile first because the mirror can't before you do.

B (46:58)

That's right. That's powerful. And I'm curious what you see as the next evolution for humanity. As we start to do this work.

A (47:05)

Again, one of the big things that's going to happen is we are at a point where we're going to start learning that we're not alone, that we not only have help from our spirit team, but there are literal, physical extraterrestrials that are also here that are helping us right now behind the scenes. But it's about time for them to step forward and say, hey, we're here. Take advantage of it if you want. We will help you. And that will offer us so many more options and so many more opportunities to expand what we think of as humanity, what we think of as beings in the universe, that it just blows the doors wide off of what options we now have to investigate and explore with them. So we can take advantage of that upgrade or we can ignore it. We still have the free will to decide whatever we want to do with it. But those that decide to take advantage of it are going to accelerate in their evolution drastically. And I think eventually most people will realize that if they kind of don't come on board, they're going to be left in the Stone Age. So it's up to them to decide. All right, we've been watching this, and it's obviously been beneficial for so many people. Okay, fine, we'll come on board. Board. And we'll go along with what you're saying, because obviously you've been doing this for thousands or millions of years, and it works. So we have the proof now that we have all these other options and we can become consciously become members of a galactic family.

B (48:42)

For those who don't know what the Galactic Federation is, can you explain it and then what that would mean for humanity to join it?

A (48:48)

Well, see, the thing of it is, humanity is a part of it. We just don't know it.

A (48:53)

That's the problem. We don't understand that we're already a part of it. Of it. But now what's happening with the idea of open contact is being told that we're a part of it and being consciously aware of the fact that we're a part of it, so that we can take advantages of advantage of all the benefits that a galactic federation and a galactic community can offer us, because we are part of it. So it's a collection of worlds of different civilizations, of different levels of consciousness that are all sort of not so much identical, but like minded in the sense of peace and prosperity and love and creativity and kindness and moving forward and evolving and expanding the universe. And yes, of course there are those out there who might not have our best interests at heart. There's always going to be a negative expression somewhere. But my understanding is that's a small, small percentage. Because when, when civilizations advance to a certain point, it's like I just said about, it just doesn't make sense to choose negativity. It just doesn't work to your benefit. And so most of the civilizations out there that are evolved thousands and millions of years ahead of us have long since learned that the only logical choice is to just move in a positive direction and to help others do so, to be of service to others. Because when you serve the whole, you are served. If you serve yourself, in a sense, you're cutting yourself off from the ability of the whole to actually help you. So if you're willing to serve the whole, you get served. And they understand that as an actual principle. So they're here to remind us that we're part of their family, to wake us up to that fact that they've been here since the beginning. They've always been here. We have never been alone, ever. But they understand we needed to evolve on our own. And so they have in some ways sort of had a hands off kind of quarantine, you know, prime directive sort of idea, let's see how far they get on their own. But now we have arrived at a point where it's time for them to reintroduce themselves. And I say reintroduce because they have introduced themselves all along at different increments throughout our history, because there are, you know, in all sorts of ancient scriptures, descriptions of interacting with ETs and things like that. So it's time again for them to reintroduce themselves. But I think this time they're introducing themselves or reintroducing themselves in a slightly different way because they're realizing the potential we have at this point in our evolution to destroy ourselves. And they cannot allow that to happen. This is too important of a school for souls to learn things in. And if we have gotten to the point we're about to trash the school, they're going to step in and say, I'm sorry, the adults are now here, so stop throwing your tantrums. This is not how it works. You need to grow up and you need to understand how to be an adult. And we're going to show you now, again, it's your choice not to do that, but we're going to show you, and it's an option. And those that don't grow up, well, they may remain in their own reality, but they won't get the benefits of growing up and being an adult. So they're going to be here to show us there is another way.

B (52:17)

It feels loving. It feels really beautiful. Yeah. And what you give is what you get. No separation and.

A (52:22)

Exactly.

B (52:23)

Yeah. One of the questions that we got that I wanted to speak to was just about somebody asking or people asking about if Bashar or other ETs have had a physical experience.

A (52:32)

Bashar is physical. Now, in their evolution, they're what they call quasi physical because they still have a physicality, but they have evolved to the point where they're so close to spirit, they actually exhibit many of the traits of a non physical being, such as being able to interact with spirits, such as having telepathy, such as having a consciousness that can slide up and down their timeline and all this kind of stuff and connect to people that they can channel through. So they have a lot of the qualities of spirit, but they are a physical civilization.

B (53:06)

Okay.

A (53:06)

And so they've gone through their evolution. Now they're a hybrid species. So they've had a head start because they're an artificially created civilization. That's a longer story. But nevertheless, they've gone through their own challenges and this is what they've learned. And they're sharing what they've learned. So again, here's the instruction manual.

B (53:28)

Yeah, try it, test it, try it, test it out. One of the perspectives was like, how if Bashar, I think the assumption was that Bashar hadn't had a physical experience. How could Bashar offer advice to humans?

A (53:38)

Yeah, that's a misunderstanding. And I'm not sure where that came from, other than the fact that most channeled entities are not physical. And so people may assume that he's not either, but he is. This is a telepathic connection that I've learned to get into the proper state to connect to him and he to me telepathically. So I'm functioning like a telephone or a translation device for his telepathic thoughts. And so, yeah, he is a physical being and he perfectly understands what physical reality is all about. And that's why he can offer us practical, no pun intended, down to earth advice about how physical reality works, not that a spirit can't do that. Also because a spirit is coming from a much higher level where they can see how it all works. But he does actually have physical experience, which makes him, in a sense, more relatable.

B (54:37)

Are there other things that people misunderstand about Bashar's work that you might want to clarify?

A (54:42)

I'm not sure we have have enough time to go into what people misunderstand about his work. You know, I have there's this saying that's kind of like, you know, just enough metaphysics to be dangerous. You know, it's like people get caught up. You know, when we talk about the formula, it's like, oh yeah, I get it. I'm going to act on my passion. The rest of the principles I've totally forgotten about. Yeah, right. So they don't go deeply enough into it. They don't spend the time to understand what the ramifications are and all of the different aspects of those five steps. Like I said, we can talk for hours about what the precise application and meaning of those five steps are really all about. But a lot of people don't take the time. Now, that's why in the near future, probably next year sometimes, and I've already started doing this at different events, I'm going to teach a class as myself that takes all of Bashar's information and really spends the time to go. This is what he's talking about. Here's an example, here's a model, here's something you can actually practice with. Here's an exercise. This is what he means and this is how it works. And here's how you apply it. And let's discuss this and really parse it out so that when you walk out of this class after hours and hours of talking about this stuff, you really understand it and you really know it as your second nature.

B (56:15)

And you apply it and you apply.

A (56:17)

It automatically by understanding how it works. Because I understand that in any 90 minute event, Bashar can't answer all these questions. Yeah, he can't take you that deep over the years. I mean, I've been doing this for 41 years. If you pay attention to everything he said, you will get it. But I understand that's not always possible. People come in late and all sorts of things. So I'm going to be teaching a class that will probably take a few days, you know, maybe be a week long, several hours a day that will take the principles one by one and really go through them and explain them deeply and give people a chance to really practice them and understand them and see how they work. Work.

B (56:57)

Beautiful. I think that will serve. Yeah. And just lastly, I know with things accelerating and old systems are going to be crumbling, any. Does Bashar have any advice or suggestions on how to navigate those experiences so that they're not crumbling and lowering their vibration or getting caught up in negativity?

A (57:15)

Yeah, well, again, you know, we're at the end of one cycle and the beginning of another cycle. And if you're going to begin a new cycle, you have to kind of disassemble the old one. 1. You have to make room for new things, new systems to come in. And so it's about creating the new systems so that when the old ones crumble, you have something to replace it with. It's not about waiting until the old ones crumble. It's about recognizing that one of the reasons that we're experiencing so much confusion and chaos is because you have to get everything out on the table at the end of a cycle. It's like, here's all the options. Positive, negative, neutral, so that you can see, okay? Here. Everything is blatant. Nothing is hidden. It's like, here's the darkest of the dark, here's the lightest of the light. Choose what you prefer. Choose. This is the time of choosing. But until everything is put on the table, you don't know what the options are. So if that's what you want, choose it and move in that direction. If this is what you want, choose it and move in that direction. Because ultimately, as those things start to coalesce into their own realities, this experience will no longer have this experience, and this experience will no longer have this one, because the worlds, in a sense, are splitting. So there's already an infinite variety of parallel versions of Earth. The choices we make navigate us in the direction of change, moment by moment, our experience of what Earth we're on at any given moment. And so it's a navigational tool to choose what you prefer, because it's like trains leaving the station on different tracks, and eventually those tracks are going to be so far apart you won't be able to go from one to the other. So choose now while the tracks are close enough to be on the train you want to be on, because that's where you're going to wind up, on that version of Earth.

B (59:12)
