2026. It's the year of disclosure. 2027 is the year of contact. It'll be undeniable that UFOs, UAPs are real.
Podcast Host
You've had personal sightings with UAPs, with witnesses.
Daryl Anka
Back in 1973, we were driving. I started noticing that there were these lights hovering over the hotel. So I decided to follow this thing because it was zigzagging over the neighborhood. And I slammed on the brakes and we both looked out the window, and this thing was hovering about 60ft above us. It was an equilateral black triangle with a blue white light on each point and ad red orange light under the center. And it just shot up in a second into the clouds, was gone. When you see something like that in broad daylight, that close, it changes everything. Because now you understand that the world is not what you were told that it is.

What if ETs are already living among us? Welcome back to the Healing and Human Potential podcast. For years, ET's contacts have been easily dismissed. And today they're being talked about more seriously than ever before. In this episode, we explore what Bashar says is unfolding around disclosure, the 2027 ET introduction, Darrell's personal UAP sightings, and what these beings may want us to understand about humanity's future. Joining us for the third time, our most popular guest is Daryl Anka, who's an internationally known as a channel for Bashar and his teachings explore consciousness, human evolution, and extraterrestrial contact. Let's dive in. This is a good one. Last time you were here, you were talking about how information about UAPs, ETs would be more brought to light, more information being revealed. Right. Clearly that's happening between government files being released, whistleblowers, even the movie Disclosure. Is there any updated information that Bashar has around what's to come for the rest of this year and into 2027?
Daryl Anka
Well, yes, to some degree. I mean, he's basically saying the information coming out will be more and more substantial, more and more evidentiary. So that at a certain point toward the end of 2026, it'll be pretty undeniable that UFOs, UAPs, are real by
Podcast Host
the end of 2026.
Daryl Anka
Yeah, you'll start to be really seeing more and more of these on regular news programs. Because I think I just saw one the other day where they actually. It's part of their news program. Now. We have a UAP sighting over here, and we have a UAP sighting over here. And now they're talking to, you know, officials and stuff. Like that, and interviewing them on the news. So that's becoming a part of our regular news cycle now. It's like the UFO report. Yeah, Right, like the weather report. Exactly. So we're going to see more of that, and we'll probably see much more definitive shots of UFOs, UAPs, so that there's definitely no mistaking the fact that this is a real thing. So that's going to increase release. It's a little difficult to say what the technique will be for the full disclosure, whether they will hold some kind of a press conference, whether they'll do some kind of a State of the Union, you know, or something. But there will probably be some official announcement done in a way that people can kind of handle. I'm sure the whole thing will be done in phases, because, again, you don't want to dump everything on people all at once. You want to prepare them. It's like the old thing. You want to tell them what you're going to tell them, tell them, then tell them what you just told them. And then it kind of sticks. And it gives them time to absorb and prepare for what's going to happen, because that's going to be a huge change. But nothing is going to be from the ET side. Nothing's going to be forced. It's just going to be that it's time for humanity to sort of reset itself and go in a new evolutionary path. So open contact and full disclosure has to happen sooner than later, because it's going to take probably a decade or two for humanity to fully adapt to the idea that we're not alone. And so that's why the option has to be presented to humanity that ETs do exist. What do you want to do about it? Are you willing to interact with them? Are you willing to receive the benefits of their advanced technology now, and so on and so forth? So I think it will be rolled out in phases. First and foremost will probably be the revelation that a lot of hybrid extraterrestrials have already been living and working among us to help move certain technological things and sociological and political things forward and to also prevent certain things from happening that could be disastrous. But they're working in secret, behind the scenes. So my understanding is that the first phase would be, when open contact happens, that these hybrid extraterrestrials will be revealed to us. This is who they are, this is who they've been, this is what they've been doing. Now you can interact directly with them, but up to this point, they've been basically Keeping that at bay. There are people now and then who have reported sort of running across beings that are like, there's something odd about those beings. I'm not sure what it is. But then, because the hybrid extraterrestrials are telepathic, they can sort of project an image of, don't pay attention, just go about your business. So they've been sort of keeping that recognition at bay. But when open contact occurs, they won't do that anymore. You'll be able to literally go up to them and talk to them, and they'll talk to you. Then probably more of the pure extraterrestrials will be introduced in phases. So things, you know, the ones that are maybe more physically like us, so again, we don't freak out, like Pleiadians and so on and so forth. And then more and more, the ones that are probably less like us. You know, there's the grays, there's the mantis, and all of that. So, again, you know, over the course of a decade or so, I think that whole program will start to really roll out as people. More people get used to it. But there's probably going to be a lot of reactions all over the spectrum at first, from relief and willingness to engage to you fear and panic. And probably a lot of more authoritarian countries will shut down and say, no, we're not engaging with that. They want to maintain control over their population. I think, again, at the end of a couple of decades, people will start to realize. Well, two things. People will start to realize that if they kind of don't come on board because of the benefits that were being offered by extraterrestrials to help humanity move forward, then if they don't come on board, they're going to be left in the Stone Age. And so I think ultimately they will join. And what will help facilitate that is the understanding that because this will probably take a couple of decades, there'll be a new generation in power, and it'll be a generation that has always known that ETs are here. So that will sort of soften the idea of the blow. It's like, well, yeah, sure, they're here. Why not engage with them? So as the old generation dies out and a new generation takes over, over that two decades, I think then that will be a full integration of Earth into a galactic society.
Podcast Host
And so 2026 is the. The year of more information coming to light.
Daryl Anka
The year of disclosure. 2027 is the year of contact.
Podcast Host
And I know you've had two personal sightings with UAPs in broad daylight with witnesses?
Daryl Anka
Yes.
Podcast Host
Can you share about those stories?
Daryl Anka
Oh, yeah. This was back in 1973 and I had one friend and her brother and my brother and sister in the car. We were driving into the valley from West Los Angeles, going down the slope on the 405 into the valley. And at the bottom of the slope, bottom of the freeway hill, there's an intersection of the two freeways and there's a hotel there that's about a 12 story hotel. And I started noticing that there were these lights hovering over the hotel. And I thought, okay, these lights don't look like they're moving. But I thought maybe it's that weird illusion that you get sometimes when you're driving a certain way and a plane is flying a certain way. And it kind of looks like because of your relative motion, it looks like the plane's not moving for a minute. But as we kept going down the hill, which takes, you know, maybe 20, 30 seconds, I realized that this wasn't moving. And I thought, well, that's weird. Is there like a helicopter hovering over the hotel? Something's going on. But as we got closer and closer, I could see that it was not anything that we have. It was an equilateral black triangle, we with a blue white light on each point and a dull red orange light under the center. And I started drawing everyone's attention to it. So as we were driving, we passed it because it was hovering over the hotel on my left. And we were going on the interchange to go in a different direction. And as soon as we did that, it went from this side of the freeway to that side of the freeway. So it was on my left again. So I was looking at it out my driver side window and it just glided over the valley and took off over the mountains like it was riding on a sheet of glass. I've never seen anything move like that. And so we were all like, excited. We've seen this UFO and oh my God, it's real and, and you know, all that. But then we just kind of like, okay, well that was interesting. But now we get on with our lives, right? But then a week later it happened again. And I had the same friend with me in the passenger seat. And we're stopped at a red light at an intersection in West Los Angeles. And this thing comes gliding over the street, like over the buildings, only maybe about 60ft up. And we're looking at each other like, again, what's happening? Are we being invaded? What's going on? Right? So I just decided to hang a right and follow this thing. Because it was zigzagging over the neighborhood, the residential section. And there were a lot of trees. So I was kind of, like, catching it and then losing it. And my friend was leaning out the window. She was leaning out the window so she could say, you know, turn right, turn left. It's over there. Riding shotgun. And at one point, we just kind of lost sight of it. And then I just. On a hunch, I made a hard right down this one residential street. And she yelled, stop the car. And I slammed on the brakes. And we both looked out the window. And this thing was hovering just about 60ft above us. And it just shot up in a second into the clouds, was gone. We got out of the car. We're looking around to see if we can see it again, but it was gone. And we were looking around the neighborhood on this street. The weirdest, most surreal thing about this is there was no one else on the street, no one watering their lawn, no one walking their dog, nothing. And so we were just going, okay, what is happening here? What is going on? So I'd always heard about UFO reports, But when you see something like that physically, solidly, in broad daylight, that close, it changes everything. Because now you understand that the world is not what you were told that it is. There's something else happening here. There's another reality here. So that's when I started doing the research that I wanted to find out more about this. And there were a few books on the subject at the time, but not a lot. And in the bookstores at that time, they sort of reserved everything on one shelf, and it was all the occult. And so there was UFO stuff, there was psychic stuff, channeling stuff, all there. So I just kind of, like, went down the line. Eventually, after I got familiar with a lot of things like channeling through the Seth material and stuff like that, I was introduced to a channel who was. This is 10 years after the sighting, who was doing events. And I kind of went to do my research and listened to the information, and I thought it was helpful information. And then eventually, the teacher or the channel, the entity coming through, that teacher offered to teach a class on channeling. And I thought, okay, how do you teach channeling? Because everything I had read up to that point was that it just sort of happened to you. You know, you didn't go to a class to learn this. It just sort of came upon you one day that you had this connection. So I went into the class again, not thinking I was going to be A channel. But I wanted to learn how something like that could be taught. So there was a series of guided meditations that took place over a 12 week course. But about halfway through the course, when we were in one of the guided meditations, I received what I can only describe as something being just shoved into my head like a cd. It just like bang, all this information was there. All of a sudden I understood that the UFO had been shown to me on purpose to get me to start doing the research. I understood that I had made an agreement before this life to do this with Bashar. I saw an image of his face and heard the word Bashar. And all of this happened literally in a flash. And I thought, okay, is this some side effect of the meditation? Am I hallucinating what's going on? But when this happened, I hadn't said anything. The entity coming through the channel stopped the meditation and turned to me and said, there's an entity here for you right now, if you're ready to begin. And I opened my eyes and I looked around because I was a little confused. And I noticed that one of the classmates behind me had somehow also seen the image of Bashar's face and she was sketching it on a piece of paper. So I already had two outside validations that this wasn't just my imagination. And so I said, okay, let's see where this goes, right? So I started practicing more. And I did well enough that the teacher asked me to co channel the next class series with him. So when I did that, a woman eventually came who was doing a doctoral thesis paper on the connection between channeling and psychology. And so I became one of her subjects for her paper. I would go to her house every week. I would channel for a few of her friends. She would take her notes, Right. But word of mouth started spreading and more and more people kept showing up week after week until we had to expand it to twice a week and then actually do it in bigger houses, do it in auditoriums. I started getting invited to other cities, other countries, and here I am, 42 years later.
Podcast Host
Wow.
Daryl Anka
Still doing this. So yeah, it's a wild ride.
Podcast Host
This is such a pivotal moment in history.
Daryl Anka
Yes.
Podcast Host
And with ETs, then what do you feel like is the role that they're playing behind the scenes? You mentioned this earlier. What do you think they want humanity to really get? Have you ever wondered why some coaches, therapists and healers create clients consistently and then others stuck wondering, where's the next client going to come from? The reason is probably not what you think? And after supporting thousands of practitioners over the last 20 years, I found that the people that create the most momentum aren't necessarily the most experienced or even the most visible. They're the ones that have learned to trust themselves, to communicate the value that they provide and learn to create clients in a more aligned way. And that's exactly what I'm teaching inside my free workshop. Confidence that converts. This is where you're going to learn a new tool to embody deeper confidence. Three grounded, strategic ways to create ideal clients right away, for free. And learn how to sell in a way that feels natural, authentic, and genuinely is of service. And so if you're ready to stop second guessing yourself and start creating clients with more ease, just click the link below to save your spot while it's still available and free.

Well, they want humanity to understand that they're part of a larger community, a galactic community, that this is a turning point in human evolution, that Earth is a special school for souls to learn and grow and accelerate creation by what they learn. And it's at a very important connection that ETs feel humanity is doing by coming to what is essentially an advanced university to learn how to transform polarity, learn how to transform negativity into positivity, darkness into light, limitation into freedom. They want us to understand that they have been championing us and guiding us for many, many thousands of years. But now is the time for us to sort of wake up to our potential and join the galactic community. Because again, it's kind of like the more the merrier. It expands them too, to take our experiences and add them to their knowledge base and so on and so forth. But also it's just kind of what they understand the universe is about. It's about uplifting others, serving others, helping others, and everyone benefiting from that. So at this point, they've had, up to this point, they've had more of a, a slightly hands off policy of letting us sort of figure our own stuff out. But we're at a point where now it's like it's time for you to really more consciously understand what's happening, what your part in the universe is all about and who we are and how you're connected to us. Because we're also connected to many of them, actually, genetically. Yeah, a lot of people, you know, when they file reports and they describe, you know, the Grays and the hybrids and Pleiades and things like that, they're all very humanoid looking, right? And so a lot of people say, well, why do the aliens look so much like us. And I don't think it's that they look like us, I think we look like them. Because I think that either our DNA has been deliberately seeded here in the past, or it's been brought here by the function and the process of panspermia, which is DNA delivered on asteroids and comets that crash into the planet and, and then actually find an environment where they can thrive and evolve. But that means that that DNA comes from elsewhere. And so I think there's a lot of that DNA spread around certain parts of the galaxy that would, under similar environments, probably create other, similar beings. So even though they may not look exactly like us, the original DNA structure that we share with them might have progressed to create a general template of, you know, a head, hands, two feet, two eyes, a nose, a mouth, ears, that kind of stuff. Even though they might look very different than our version of those things, it's still kind of a general template that we might share with other people because of the spread of DNA throughout the galaxy and how that happens. So I think it's just we're at the end of a certain cycle and it's time for us to sort of wake up to a new cycle and for humanity to move along a new evolutionary path.
Podcast Host
Yeah. And if this is Earth school, we came here to learn and kind of transform, then what we would quote unquote call bad is not necessarily bad. It's material to support us in really stretching our capacity. Yeah.
Daryl Anka
And it depends on how we use it, you know, because anything can be used positively or negatively. So it's kind of like you're offered a series of different kinds of neutral events and you define them in what ways seem to be. Because when we say positive and negative, we don't necessarily mean value judgments, we mean mechanically. Positive is that which integrates and expands. Negative is that which dissociates and diminishes. It's a mechanical energy. So when people get aligned with the idea of negative mechanical energy based on fear based beliefs, negative beliefs, so on and so forth, it segregates, it separates, it diminishes, it isolates, it makes us feel disconnected. When we go in the more positive direction and let go of fear based beliefs, then it's more integrative, it's more expansive. Right. It's more exponential, it gives you more access to more information. So it's just a matter of what flow are you going with and looking at it as what is the most beneficial for most of humanity? How do you serve humanity by learning these lessons? And sharing what you've learned. Obviously it's easier to go with the flow than it is to swim against the current. So going with the flow is the more positive direction. Swimming against the current and struggling is the more negative direction. So it's us learning how to to be okay with letting the current carry us in a positive direction rather than fighting against it. Because that allows us to be who we truly are and allow more of our true soul vibration to come through our physical forms. Right. And that is a lesson in being a living example to others of what they can do to be their true selves, their natural selves, and find their self empowerment and be of service to others by being that example too.
Podcast Host
Yeah, the surrender. Do you feel like there's more support for us now more than ever?
Daryl Anka
Oh, absolutely. Otherwise we wouldn't be having these kinds of conversations because 20 years ago we weren't.
Podcast Host
What does that support look like? How do you see it?
Daryl Anka
Well, just on the surface, the idea that now things like UFOs are being taken seriously, no one is really being ridiculed anymore, no one is being called crazy anymore by talking about these kinds of experiences. So the society itself is more used to the idea that these kinds of things may be possible. And in that sense, just the absence of putting people down for having those experiences, just the absence of that is a support system because then we don't have to deal with having to prove things to people anymore. It's like. Well, it's not that we're providing proof, but at least you're considering that what we're saying may be possible because other people are discussing it. Very serious people are discussing it. It's not just the idea of a farmer out in the cornfield anymore. It's these generals and soldiers and military people and government people and insiders and people with credentials and people that look like conservatives that are talking about this stuff now. So people are going to. Maybe we should listen, you know.
Podcast Host
Yeah, and I'm just thinking about people that still might be skeptical or even worried that ETs are going to be harmful. What would you say to them if
Daryl Anka
you consider that they are real and are here and understand they have been here because their reports go back hundreds of years, if not thousands of years. Why would they wait so long if they were going to take us over? Because they could have taken us over when we didn't have nuclear weapons, you know, and all that kind of stuff. They've been around for a long time. It's clear that they kind of have a Hands off arms distance policy. So I think that these are just human fears that are not really based on logic. They're irrational. They come from things that we've been taught that really aren't based in reality at all. And again, I think the idea is that when we start understanding how the universe really works and we understand that these beings have learned how to traverse space and time in the way that they have, there are so many resources out there that they have access to what we have on Earth pales by comparison. It's almost nothing compared to what they have resource access to. So it's like, why, what would they need from us? You know, why would they need to take us over? There are thousands of planets out there and all sorts of resources. And it's certainly they don't need to take over a planet where people are already living. They could probably find one that has nobody on it and colonize it if they needed to. But you know, they're so far beyond us, as has been demonstrated by their crafts for so long, that I think it's really just kind of egotistical to think that in a sense on that level we're not that important to them.
Podcast Host
Yeah, we are not.
Daryl Anka
You know, it'll be like saying, well, there's a gold mine over here, but we're gonna focus on this one gold coin over here. You know, it's like, yeah, it's like that's nothing compared to what we have access to. So we don't need your planet, you know, So I just think that's more of a sci fi fantasy fiction and
Podcast Host
human behaviors to fear into the unknown. So that's normal.
Daryl Anka
Exactly. So again, that's just our reaction. Now the other reason I think that the fear is there is based on the way that we're wired as a survival instinct. Because when you're exposed to beings that operate on a much higher energy frequency than we do, it's almost akin to the frequency of spirit, of non physical reality. And in our minds unconsciously exposure to that frequency equates to death. I'm about to die, I'm about to be annihilated by being exposed to this frequency. And so we go into fight or flight survival mode. Our primitive brain goes, I can't handle that, I'm not ready to go into that vibration. And so I panic, right? And I think a lot of that is just that survival instinct kicking in. When you're confronted with something that is of a frequency that's so much greater than yours, so overwhelming that you just can't process it. And you think that it's going to annihilate your ego and you're going to die. And so you panic and you think, okay, they're attacking us, whatever, they're harming us. But they're not. That's just their nature. And that's why it's so important for us to absorb and learn information that allows us to raise our vibration so we can meet them halfway, so we don't panic in their presence. So that we understand that it's not about them causing us to be annihilated. It's about them in a sense, kind of gently forcing us to face the things within ourselves that keep our vibration down instead of actually being who we are and raising our frequency.
Podcast Host
Yeah. And to me, that feels loving and supportive.
Daryl Anka
It is. But we have a psychological reaction to that. Of course we do, because we compartmentalize things and we are afraid to look at things within ourselves. So if standing in the presence of something that forces those issues to the surface that we're not ready to face, we feel threatened and we project it onto them as if they're threatening us. When in fact, in a sense, we're just simply threatened by our negative beliefs that we don't want to let go of.
Podcast Host
Same thing we do in relationships.
Daryl Anka
Exactly.
Podcast Host
It's just another relationship.
Daryl Anka
Exactly. But it's a much more powerful expression of that relationship because there's no filter. These beings are telepathic, transparent to themselves. They don't hide anything. And when you're confronted with someone like that, that can feel threatening to people who, who compartmentalize a lot of their psychology.
Podcast Host
Yeah. Cause it's harder to push it down. It's more in your face. Can you share more about the beings? I know you talked about their different types, but also you're saying that they're telepathic. Can you share more so people can have information and have less fear around it?
Daryl Anka
Well, again, a lot of this is going to require, and this is kind of what a lot of Bashar does in his seminars is he gives people different definitions for things because he's saying a lot of the definitions we have of things are outdated and old fashioned and don't serve us anymore because they're erroneous in terms of how something actually works. So to use telepathy as an example, our definition of telepathy in general has been, oh, well, if you're telepathic, you're reading someone else's mind. No, you're not. Telepathy is the product of telepathy you are identifying so strongly with someone else that you are functioning on a similar wavelength to them. And by functioning on a similar wavelength, you have the same thoughts at the same time that they're having them. Because thoughts have a frequency too. And when you're on a certain frequency, those are the only kind of thoughts you can have. So when you are mirroring their frequency, you're having the same thoughts that they're having simultaneously. And that's why you know what they're thinking. So that's why people who are in love often know exactly what each other are thinking. They don't have to finish each other's sentences and all that. And they can communicate without a lot of words. They just know what they're thinking, right? They're on the same wavelength. So when you start understanding that that's the real definition of telepathy, then you start understanding that that means that they must have the capacity to change their vibrational rate to mirror yours, so that they can identify with you to such an empathic degree that they know exactly what you're thinking at that moment. But they're not invading your thoughts. They're just having the same thoughts at the same time because they have control over the spectrum of their frequency enough to go, I need to be on this frequency to know what you're thinking and to send information from you by helping you in train to come a little bit more onto my frequency so that we can have that telepathic knowingness, that communication. So this is the crux of the idea. This is just an illustration of the idea that Bashar is talking about in the seminars where you have these outdated, old fashioned ideas that while they may be descriptive of the experience you're having, it may seem like I'm reading your mind. To go back to that illustration, I now understand the true definition mechanically of how this works. And I know I'm not reading your mind, you're not reading my mind, you're not invading my mind. You're just on the same wavelength as me. So it's less threatening because we understand the real mechanism and we understand there's a big difference between a description of the experience and what the experience may seem, seem to look like on the surface, as opposed to a description of the actual causal mechanism bringing it about. It's very similar to the analogy Bashar often uses. That's, you know, it's like saying, you know, we still, when we look out and we see a sunset, we still say sunset. We describe it as a sunset. We know the sun is not moving. Yeah, it's because the Earth is rotating that we see a sunset. But we still use the term sunset. But now we're sophisticated enough to know that it's because of the Earth's rotation that we have sunrise and sunset. The sun is not actually moving across the sky as we used to think. So that's the difference between the way the experience appears and knowing what the underlying mechanical cause of that experience is. So he's saying we have so many definitions, definitions of metaphysical experiences that are outdated because it's the old fashioned way, because of the experience of it. He's helping us understand that when we understand the mechanical cause of it, it'll be clearer how things work, how the universe functions, and it will be less threatening because it's not stuff happening to us without our control, it's stuff happening through our consciousness. And we get a clearer understanding of how things work. And when you have a clearer understanding of how things work, you can navigate through them in a way that creates a life experience that is more in alignment with what you prefer, because you now have the real knowledge of how things work, as opposed to the fictional or fantasy knowledge that comes from the experience that we've been doing for thousands, thousands of years that keeps us in an old pattern, in an outdated, old fashioned way of looking at things. So he's trying to bring definitions of metaphysical experiences into the 21st century for us and modernize them so we have a better understanding of how the universe works. And that makes us feel like we're more in control.
Podcast Host
Yeah. And I'm just thinking about, as you were talking, just AI, how that's going to start replacing some of the redundant things that we're doing, and we could use that energy and attention to really develop other capacities that are within us.
Daryl Anka
Exactly, exactly. And that's the thing that, of course, is not real clear to a lot of people right now, because they're mostly afraid. Well, you know, AI is going to take over my job and I'm going to be obsolete. But this is coinciding with the idea that extraterrestrials are going to be bringing us a lot of other opportunities we can't even imagine yet that we'll be able to engage with and explore and, and stuff like that. So AI will really become a tool that will be very beneficial for humanity when humanity understands there are so many other pathways we could be taking. And the ETs will show us exactly what all these opportunities are all about. And that's part of will we engage with That.
Podcast Host
I mean, that's exciting to develop capacities that we have dormant with inside of us.
Daryl Anka
Well, and also just literally physically, job descriptions we don't have on Earth at this point. So, you know, how would you like to be a mechanic on a flying saucer? You know, I was like, how would you like to know how these work? Would you like to be the engineer, you know, on a flying saucer? So even though AI may have taken over your particular job on Earth, because that's something that can be done redundantly by, you know, a tool, there are still a lot of other things you can learn, a lot of other. The things you can do that we just don't have an awareness of at this point.
Podcast Host
And this has already happened before, but in terms of the technology is so much more advanced. And so has Bashar shared anything with you about how any of that works?
Daryl Anka
Oh, yeah. That was one of the earliest questions I had for him, because I really. Because after seeing the ships, right, because you always hear that chestnut, oh, the stars are too far away. They can never get here. And that's when of the reasons why we don't think UFOs are real, because the distances are so vast, you cannot traverse them in our lifetime and all that. But recently, literally within the last few years, a lot of quantum physicists have actually mathematically demonstrated that it is actually possible to get to another star in our lifetime. We just don't have the technology to do it. But the math says it works works. So the only stumbling block is we have to develop the physical technology to do it. And I'm not saying that that's easy to do, but ETs can help us with that. Nevertheless, I wanted to understand. Yeah. How do you get from star to star? Now, there may be many different techniques that extraterrestrials can use. One of them I know is that they may know exactly where a lot of wormholes are and portals are, and they may use them to traverse those distances in a small amount of time, because those wormholes, in a sense, function like shortcuts through the universe. That may be one technique, but the way that Bashar explained it to me is something wholly different. And he sort of downloaded it to me in a few seconds. And it took me a few hours to actually write all this out. But in a nutshell, what he described is this. This can get a little esoteric. So hopefully your audience will bear with me here for a moment. Everything is made of energy. Everything is vibrating at a certain frequency or a collective combination of frequencies that represents that object. All right, so like this glass of water at this location has a certain frequency, but at this location, it has a different frequency. If you can isolate the difference between those two locational variables. Okay, and then let's say the object starts here. If you're able to, in a sense, overcome the locational variable of the object in position, position A, let's say, surround it with a force field, cut it off from the universe, somehow impose a larger frequency that represents location B on it. This will stop existing at location A and instantly reappear at location B without having traveled the distance physically. Because what you're doing is you are reidentifying its frequency relative to its location in the universe. Because fundamentally, time and space are illusions. There is no real such thing as distance. This is what the quantum experience of entanglement actually demonstrates when they first discovered entanglement. You affect one particle here, and no matter how far away it is, its counterpart particle is also simultaneously affected, regardless of the distance, which looks like something happening faster than light, which is impossible in physical reality. So that's why Einstein called it spooky action at a distance. But what it actually demonstrates is not spooky action at a distance. It demonstrates that distance is an illusion and that those two particles are actually still connected. Even though they look like they're far apart, they're actually both right here. And that's why there is instantaneous connection between them. When you affect one, you automatically affect the other because they're still connected. So the ETs, at least Bashar civilization, and maybe several others have learned that it's all about resonance identification. And when you understand that everything exists here and now fundamentally, and that time, space, are illusions, then when you learn how to change the frequency of the locational variable in an object, you actually do change its location in time and space, because we exist everywhere in time and space. So it's kind of like when you have an object at one point, it's. It's just sort of fixated on that particular locational variable for that moment. But if you can change, just gives it up. It just says, well, I'm over here, too. And now this is where I am, because you have imposed upon me a stronger impression of this location. So I am now here because I am here and here simultaneously in potentiality. But what your technology does is it takes it out of that potentiality and it makes it literal so that it's literally here and now it's literally here because they actually are everywhere all at once. So it's a Demonstration again. That time and space are our projections of consciousness. And are illusionary, as quantum physics is beginning to understand. So we're just at the beginning of understanding that in our science. But these ETs are thousands, if not millions of years ahead of us. So they've understood that for a while now. The odd thing is, we actually use this technology all the time. Because that's how you move. My hand going from here to here is doing the same thing. I am reidentifying the location of my hand. We do this automatically. They've learned how to do it technologically. Right. So all movement is the same thing. You are constantly changing your locational variable. So from their point of view, it's not that an object exists in a location. It's that location exists in the object as part of its code. And they have managed to isolate that variable in the code.
Podcast Host
And change it through frequency. Yeah, I'm still digesting that. And what are some practical ways we can integrate that knowledge or wisdom in our lives?
Daryl Anka
Well, as I said, that's how you move anyway. So it's an automatic function of our consciousness. When you start understanding that that's what we're doing. To create the illusion of movement through space and time. When you really can wrap your mind around that. You can start to experience time and space becoming much more malleable and flexible. And you start having things like more synchronicities. You start being able to experience things where. Here's a good example. A lot of this right now is done unconsciously. Because you have to kind of not think about it. Many, many years ago. I was up north near San Francisco. And I was staying at a particular hotel. I was not familiar with the area at all. I was waiting for a friend to come and pick me up. So that we could go to this little town and have lunch. She was not familiar with the area at all. So by the time she got to my hotel, we said, well, we don't know how to get to this town. So let's go to the front desk of the hotel and ask them for directions. The person at the front desk gave us directions. We went. We got on the freeway, we got off. We went to town, found it, ate lunch. And then we started to come back. We started to retrace our steps. But in retracing our steps. We suddenly found ourselves farther north than we were capable of being. And we went. How did we get up here? Doesn't make any sense. So we turned around, we went back and went back to the hotel. And we were Trying to figure out how did that happen? How did we get so turned around? So we said, well, let's try and let's follow the directions again, right? We followed the directions. You can't get to that town by following those directions. They're wrong. She gave us the wrong directions. But we got there anyway because we absolutely believed that she knew what she was talking about, and she was wrong. You literally, physically cannot get to that town by following her directions. But we did get there. So we superseded time and space because our belief, our unconscious belief, was simply taking her literally at face value, and we had no reason to doubt her whatsoever. And that's the kind of things that can start happening more and more when you understand how it is. You're already moving through time and space and have more conscious awareness of that. So you start finding that these things happen, these little weird time and space variable things start happening in your life in an advantageous way.
Podcast Host
And help me connect this, because I know you've talked about how Bashar is a physical being, but living in a parallel reality. How can you explain that with. With this.
Daryl Anka
Well, again, everything exists at the same place. The analogy he often uses is our television programs. You're watching a television program. You know there are other programs playing at the same time. They're all available through your tv. But why are you only seeing one? Because you're tuned to that channel, that frequency, right? Now, if you want to watch another program, what do you do? You change the channel, which is the equivalent of changing the frequency. Now, suddenly you're not seeing the other program, same television, but you're looking at a different program. So that's the way reality is kind of structured. All possible realities are overlapping in a sense, in the same meta space. But you only experience the one your frequency is tuned to. When you change your frequency, you get another one. So that's what they do when they come from their parallel reality to our reality. They're shifting their frequency, and that deposits them in our reality. We would have to shift to their frequency to suddenly find ourselves in their version of the universe. So all of these universes overlap, but they're distinctly separate by their frequency. And you have to adjust to the frequency of that universe to see that universe.
Podcast Host
Okay, because I was going to ask you, how did they choose who to make contact with? But maybe what you would say is,
Daryl Anka
like, that's decided on the soul level to begin with because everything is laid out by your soul as a life path. These are the things you're going to experience. These are the lessons you're going to learn. This is what you're going to go through. So you have the free will as a physical being to decide how you're going to engage with those lessons that you as a soul, with your soul's free will set up for your life path to learn. You can do them fast, you can do them slow, you can do them large. You can do them small. You can affect many people or a few people. You can ignore them all and not learn your life lessons at all. You have the free will to engage or not engage and how you engage with those life lessons. But when the soul that you are decides, this is why I want to have a physical experience, and I want these lessons to be what are laid out on my life path for me to engage with. In a sense, even though that's the free will of your soul, the physical mind sees that as your destiny, because you can't change that. You can only change how you engage with it. But you can't actually not engage with it. So you can do it. You can act on it. You can do it quickly or slowly. Like I said, you can have it on a bigger scale or a smaller scale. You can do as many of those kinds of challenges as you want or as few, or you can ignore them all and then maybe do it some other time. So all these kinds of things are laid out in the soul's life path before the incarnation.
Podcast Host
So if we were going to make contact, that's already predetermined.
Daryl Anka
It is already on our soul life path collectively, because this is the time for it. This is the end of one cycle on Earth. In other words, we're graduating from one grade to another.
Podcast Host
Yeah. We still feel young as a society. Yeah.
Daryl Anka
But we're mature enough to go to the next grade now. And so they're coming in and saying, it's graduation time. In a sense, that's what open contact and disclosure is all about. It's graduation day. So you need to know that you have the opportunity to graduate to the next level, to the next class. This is why a lot of times, you know, Bashar is saying, look, Earth is an advanced school for souls. You are in a university. This is a university course. And this is something that's very powerful, and you're learning a lot. And he literally is calling this a Universe City University. He's saying Earth is a Universe City. It's a school, and it's a specific school for souls to learn things in a certain way. And it's very important. And Very powerful. So we are at the end of one school year and we're about to begin another.
Podcast Host
And given our souls, chose to incarnate at this particular time. What do you feel like is some of the insight or lessons that we're learning as a society?
Daryl Anka
Well, again, how to let go of negative and fear based beliefs. How to transform darkness to light, negative to positive, limitation to freedom. How to be our true selves. How to serve others. How to understand how to relate to the whole picture and not just be so concerned with pieces of it. We have to start seeing things holistically. This is one of the reasons why we're all focused on things like the ecology of the entire planet. We're starting to realize everything is connected. We're starting to realize that if we damage one part of it, we have thrown the whole thing out of balance. We can't look at things as if, well, I'm going to do this over here and nothing over here is going to be affected. Of course it will. It's all interconnected. So we have to start looking at things holistically. And that's part of what we're learning and part of letting go of things that don't serve us. Letting go of things that force us to be something that we're not. Right. A lot of people are brought up thinking they have to be something that they're not. That's the hardest thing you can possibly do because you're not that thing. So trying to be someone you're not is where all the struggle comes from. Because of all the assumptions we have in our belief systems about what we're supposed to do and who we're supposed to be and how we're supposed to fit in. But the only way you actually fit in is by being yourself. It may not seem that way, but the analogy that Bashar is often used is a puzzle picture. You have all these pieces and you assemble them into the whole picture. Well, if those pieces are made to be a different shape than the way they were originally designed, they don't fit and they don't create the whole picture. So basically he's saying, just be the puzzle piece you were designed to be. Stop trying to be a shape you're not, because you won't fit and you won't create the whole picture. Then the whole can't support you. But if you are the piece you were made to be, you fit with all the other pieces that were made to be themselves. And when you're all yourselves, you get the whole picture and the whole Picture supports all the pieces. So it's very important to be who we are and not try to be something we're not. Because then we don't get the whole picture and we can't be supported.
Podcast Host
Yeah. And having worked as a psychotherapist, I have a lot of compassion for people that abandon themselves to attach to a parent and have conditioned over years being different and so. But I hear the permission to be more authentically expressed. And as you do that, what I'm hearing is more synchronicity, more connection, more ease.
Daryl Anka
Absolutely, because these are the things that automatically happen. That's why Bashar gives us what he calls the formula. It's literally a five step instruction manual. Like following your passion, taking it as far as you can. No assumption on the outcome or insistence, staying in a positive state no matter what happens. Examining your beliefs and letting go of the ones that don't work for you, the negative and fear based ones. When you do those five things, a lot of automatic effects start happening like that. You start getting more synchronicity. Your life is. Life becomes more effortless. You start being energized and excited to get up every morning and do the things that you're passionate about. It connects you to other forms of your passion. It brings in whatever form of abundance, will continue to support you. It's also a reflective mirror that reveals anything you're holding onto that's out of alignment with all that. So you can deal with it and let it go. So all of these things function automatically when you fall, follow those five steps. That's why he's giving it to us, because he's saying, look, this is just a distillation of how reality works and how you're already creating your reality. But now you can do it consciously, so you can consciously navigate in a direction that you prefer instead of bumping around unconsciously and finding yourself falling into holes and stuff like that. So he's explained and defined why it's important that he of those steps be followed. And the more precisely they're followed, the more preferable your life becomes. It just works that way.
Podcast Host
It feels like surrender and courage has to be part of the equation to support people in understanding a different reality or way of living.
Daryl Anka
Yeah, but the only reason we need courage is because we've been trained to be something we're not. And therefore we get pushback when we try to be who we are.
Podcast Host
Courage should test something else.
Daryl Anka
Yeah, yeah, but the idea is, if you understand according to Bashar's definition, that surrender is not Giving up control. Surrender is surrendering to the control that's automatically already built in. In other words, we all have a current in the ocean of creation. That's our current, it's our direction. There is always a way that works for each of us. There's always a path that works. And if you're finding yourself struggling in life and being overwhelmed, that's your first clue that you're not actually doing it the way that works for you. So it's about using your creative imagination to find that path that works uniquely for you. Because then you're going with the flow of your own current. And your current knows exactly where you need to go, and it will take you there. But when you swim against the current, it's a struggle because again, you're trying to be something you're not. You think, you have to be this, you have to be that. You have to reach that shore and that shore, and therefore you're always going against the current. Your current knows exactly what shore you need to land on. It will take you there.
Podcast Host
I'm thinking of the image of, or metamorphosis of a butterfly, of just the intelligence that's already baked in to go with that.
Daryl Anka
Exactly. If the caterpillar had to stop and think about it, you know, it would never become the butterfly. It would just be too overwhelming. So you just go with what the natural flow is. You surrender to it, and you wind up transforming into exactly what you need to be. And you learn your lessons along the way. So that's why he's saying, every challenge in your life that comes up, face them with what he calls the four C's. And that is you start by being calm. No matter what it is, don't panic. Just stay calm, because you know there is some benefit, there's some reason why this is here. And then you allow yourself to approach it confidently, knowing that you're going to extract information that will help you. And you go into it with curiosity, like a child. It's like, I wonder what the lesson is. I wonder what the benefit will be that I'll discover. So you become curious, and that energizes you to explore it. And then you become creative in your exploration and you look at all the different ways and all the different kinds of kinds of ways. You can define this challenge in a way that would benefit you in a way of, what's the reason it's here? What am I going to discover? What am I going to find out? You turn a challenge into an adventure. And when you do that, when you face challenges that way you will always learn the benefit and you will always learn the lesson in the easiest possible way. And it will give you the information that you need to also then be of service to others who might also be going through challenges to teach them how to face those challenges, to get the best benefit out of it. Because again, when Bashar talks about acting on your passion, what he's saying is, act on your passion in service to others. Because we're all here to be reflections for each other.
Podcast Host
Yeah. And I'm thinking, as you're describing the qualities, I'm thinking of a child. And it seems very natural, innate to us to just because the seriousness feels like a fear based.
Daryl Anka
A lot of it is. A lot of it is. And as children, we do instinctively and innately still know this because we're still very strongly connected to our soul, whereas then eventually we kind of are trained out of that. And there's some reason for that, there's some purpose to that because we have to focus on the physical life path that the soul chose to have. And so you kind of have to take on the challenges. And that's, that's part of why we are caught out of that now. It doesn't have to be that strong anymore because again, we're at the end of that cycle. So we don't have to get so deeply entrenched into the forgetting who we are anymore. It's okay now for the new generations to start remembering and maintaining that connection and awareness of their connection to soul and source so that they can bring more of that through and help humanity evolve. So that's where we're at now, is the lesson is evolving, evolution advancing.
Podcast Host
Where do you think we are in terms of preparedness for 2027 as a society?
Daryl Anka
Well, I think that's a question for every single individual collectively. In general. Obviously we are to some degree ready or it wouldn't be happening. We wouldn't be seeing disclosures happen. We wouldn't be having all these talks in Congress and all these whistleblowers coming out. So on some collective level, we are ready. But individually, I think we're going to get a spectrum of reactions and it's going to take a couple of decades, like I said, for everyone to kind of like mellow out a little bit and understand that there's nothing to be afraid of. But that's why I think contact has to happen sooner than later, because the ETs understand it's going to take a couple of decades for us to get used to the Idea that we're part of a galactic society.
Podcast Host
And as we're practicing these ways of being with curiosity and just meeting the moment, that's gonna support us with bigger challenges or newer things that are outside of our mind.
Daryl Anka
But the more we face challenges that way, the more we're capable of facing the bigger challenges that come along.
Podcast Host
Yeah, that builds the confidence.
Daryl Anka
Absolutely. And that's why you approach everyone with confidence. Because you're going into a challenge not out of trepidation, but out of knowing this is an opportunity for a new lesson that's going to advance me. You have to define it that way. That's what I mean by him saying, you have to start defining things in ways that work for you and stop defining them in ways that defeat you before you start.
Podcast Host
Yeah, the mind limits us before we even started.
Daryl Anka
Exactly.
Podcast Host
A mantra that I've liked using personally is, this is what life wants. And if I experience life as a loving, intelligent universe, so it's like, oh, this is what life wants. And then there's the open minded. How could this be serving me? Or how can I use this to serve me?
Daryl Anka
Exactly. That's the attitude you have to go in with to get the benefit. Because remember, it's what you put out is what you get back. How you define it is how you experience it. Bashar came up with this saying, and I know on the surface it sounds very odd at first, but he's basically saying, look, life itself is meaningless. What he means by that is there's no built in definition. You're designed to give it the definition and the definition you give it is how you experience it.
Podcast Host
That's right.
Daryl Anka
So if you give it a positive definition, you experience it that way. If you give it a negative definition, you experience it that way. Because the situation and the challenge is fundamentally just a neutral prop. How are you going to relate to that? So going in knowing, oh, this is an opportunity, this is the way I have laid this out, taking the responsibility as a soul. This is what I laid out for myself. I did this. Not it's happening to me, it's happening through me. So this is me saying, I'm ready to face this lesson. I'm ready to learn this lesson and face this challenge and get some benefit out of it. That's going to advance me. I want what that could be. There's the curiosity. Now let me use my creative imagination for how can I approach this challenge in order to get the benefit out of it, in order to see it that way. And sometimes, like I said, there is a path for everyone. But sometimes a path may not exist yet in a society, which means you have to be creative enough to invent the path.
Podcast Host
And I think this is such an important part because we're going into so much unknown territory as a society. Most of the society is looking for certainty, and so we can project fears onto it. But this could be a different way to look at it. And I know that Einstein says the most important question you ask is, is this a friendly universe or not? And how we choose to orient is going to dictate the quality of our life.
Daryl Anka
Right. But that's what I'm saying is it's a neutral universe and you're determining that's a friendly one.
Podcast Host
Yeah.
Daryl Anka
And that's how you will experience it.
Podcast Host
That's right. I would. I choose to experience it as friendly then. But yes, I understand.
Daryl Anka
And again, it goes back to definition. Why does unknown have to be a negative?
Podcast Host
Yeah, it's freeing.
Daryl Anka
Without the fear, the only thing you're ever going to discover in the unknown is more of yourself.
Podcast Host
Yeah.
Daryl Anka
So when you approach it that way, there's nothing to be afraid of.
Podcast Host
Yeah, I know. It's so good. This is so helpful for people. And I know that there's a few. There's a few questions I want to ask and then we'll kind of wrap, but I watched the movie Disclosure Day and there were so many things. If you don't know, you don't know. We could miss it. Crop circles would be telepathic or empathetic. Also light language or ET Language. I wasn't quite sure.
Daryl Anka
It's not light language.
Podcast Host
ET Language. Okay. And I'm not giving away anything for people that haven't watched this. Right.
Daryl Anka
Spoilers.
Podcast Host
But there are. There were so many things. I'm curious if you want to speak to any of.
Daryl Anka
Well, yeah, I was very surprised at how many items, even though they were dramatized slightly differently than they might actually exist in the real situation. I was surprised at how many things in there were accurate and representative of things that are actually really going on. Things that are. He hinted at in a more dramatic way, but are still touching on. This is actually going on. This is actually happening, or this is a reference to something that has happened. So I was very surprised that the writer and the director both caught so many things in there that are accurate representations, at least symbolically, of things that are really actually happening in Disclosure and in the UFO community and in the experiencers and stuff like that. So, yeah, I was pleasantly surprised to see that much accuracy in the movie. Now, what's interesting to me is I've seen this film create a lot of divisiveness in society. Some people love it and some people hate it.
Podcast Host
Yeah.
Daryl Anka
And I think that a lot of the people that hate it don't get it. I think they went into it expecting, oh, I want, you know, a touchy feely movie like he did with ET Or I want an interesting mystery like he did with Close Encounters. That's not what this movie is about. This movie is about the idea that things have been hidden for a long time that need to be disclosed to help humanity move forward. And there are other things in this movie that were hinted at in some ways very blatantly, but yet people may have missed it because, again, they're not necessarily oriented to seeing things that way. So a lot of people felt a little bit disappointed by this movie because I think they brought in an expectation of what a Spielberg movie is supposed to do for them. That is not what this movie is for. It's a very distinctly different film specifically for a particular purpose. And if you're not kind of part of that society, if you're not engaged, anyone listening, here you are in that group of people. I think you might be surprised that you didn't get what you expected to get. But if you go with it and you understand that it is actually representative of things that are going on that need to come to light, it can actually be an extremely moving film. And I found myself very emotionally moved at certain points in the film, especially with the idea of the disclosure of information. You know, I don't necessarily think it's going to happen the way it's depicted in the movie. But you wish it was. And if it did happen that way, it would be a release, a relief and a vindication of all the people that have for years said, hey, this is happening, and have been ridiculed for it. So in a sense, a lot of people find themselves being emotional at the end of this movie because they feel, in a sense, finally vindicated and that what they've gone through and what they've been saying is true for years is now finally accepted as a possibility. And that's a big difference from the ridicule and the, you know, condemnation that they faced for saying what they have said.
Podcast Host
I loved the movie and I would encourage people that want to watch it just stay, just stay. Just keep with it in the beginning. It gets. It gets even better.
Daryl Anka
Yeah. Because all people have said, oh, well, it's essentially a chase film. Well, yes, it's structured as a chase
Podcast Host
movie, so it's mainstream, so it's okay. Yeah, exactly, yeah.
Daryl Anka
It's still saying all the important things it needs to say.
Podcast Host
But what about the crop circles, can you speak to that?
Daryl Anka
Well, yeah, some of them definitely are created by other dimensional or extraterrestrial beings with different kinds of technology. Some of them are man made made. But the thing of it is, if you really go into investigating those crop circles, you can tell the difference because there are features and attributes of the real quote, unquote authentic crop circles that are unreproducible by humanity. So when you see a man made crop circle, you can tell it's of a relatively poor quality in terms of all of the feedback features that you notice in an authentic crop circle that are almost impossible for humans to replicate. Including things like meteoric dust being in the crop circle. So things like that the nodes are bent and not broken and are obviously the result of exposure to extreme energy and things like that. So no, you can't just stomp down a crop and think that you're replaced. Replicating an authentic crop circle in terms of all the details. If you actually go enough deeper into the investigation and research what's happening in
Podcast Host
that zone and you think that's more like what is the intention of them.
Daryl Anka
I think it's a form of communication. I think it's a form of connecting us to nature because that's one of the more important things we really have to do is understand ourselves as expressions of nature and not like, oh, we're in nature, we are nature, right? Physically we are an expression of nature, we're a result of nature. So I think it's about connecting us to nature and I think a lot of it is symbolic code to reveal different concepts and principles to us. And also, again, it's a puzzle, it's a mystery. It's forcing us to think outside the box, to figure out ways to interpret what's being said in some of those crop circles. And I think some people have to some degree figured some of them out. Some of them look like they're diagrams of different technologies. But the thing of it is, I think for the most part you have to look at them as two dimensional slices of a higher dimensional form because they only appear in a two dimensional way. But some people have speculated that it's actually a bigger structure and we're just seeing a slice through the middle.
Podcast Host
Interesting. Yeah. So much to go down rabbit holes with. And, but just in our conversations, does there feel like just in Closing anything that we haven't spoken about that feels important to speak to.
Daryl Anka
I'm sure there's tons of stuff. I guess again, I always go back. The most important thing is the ability of people to really relax into their authentic selves and to be okay with that and to be okay with the fact that other people might not be okay with that. That's kind of one of the strongest challenges that we have, is being okay with the fact that other people, your friends and your family, might not be okay because of their fear issues with you being your authentic self. And you have to work through that. And you have to know that even though it may seem paradoxical, being your authentic self, even in the face of other people, not necessarily, necessarily wanting you to be, is actually the most loving thing you can do for them because then they get to see who they're actually in a relationship with instead of you being someone you're not, which is not being truthful to them about who you are and who they're in a relationship with. And all you're doing by trying to be someone you're not is reinforcing the fear based beliefs that they're buying into instead of giving them a chance to change their mind by seeing what works for you that could be working for them in a better way too. So that's part of being a living example of someone who is finding a better path in life, a more authentic path, a preferable path, a more enjoyable path, a more loving path, more creative path. And being that living example so that people can, if they're not afraid of doing that for themselves, can see in you, well, how are you doing that? How are you so happy? How is this working for you? I want to know because I want that to work for me too. So then you become the living example that is of service to others to show them, well, this is what worked for me. This is the path I took. You'll probably take something a little different, but something similar. So it starts with being your authentic self.
Podcast Host
Yeah, I think that's such an important message. And there's knowing it conceptually and then there's a deeper embodied knowing of it.
Daryl Anka
Yeah, but it also goes back to the ancient phrase, know thyself. Because you can't fool yourself into thinking you're being unauthentic self. Because a lot of people think they're being authentic and they're not. They're actually losing track of who they are and they're going way out beyond where they need to go. A lot of people have These misguided ideas of what it means to be your authentic self. And they just think they can just do anything they want without any respect for any boundaries or anything. So being your authentic self means that you automatically and instinctively know how to respect other people's boundaries as well. Because as Bashar says, you act on your passion to the degree you are able, and that means society wise as well. If you're acting on your passion and suddenly you come up to something that says it would be against the law for you to do that, then you're not able in your society to take that path. You have to look for another path. And there is always another path that is better for you. So you have to trust that process and not just run roughshod over the rules and laws of society or the boundaries of other people thinking, well, I'm just being my authentic self. No, you're being crazy. You're not being in touch with who you really are, and you're not being in touch with how you're connected to your community and what it is that needs to happen. If you want not to have to follow that law, go to a society that doesn't have the law, or work within the society to change the law, then you don't have to follow it. So that's what I mean about being truly creative in your imagination is you have to maybe sometimes invent the path, but you don't run roughshod through what's already there. Because if it says this is not where you can go like a no trespassing sign, then you don't cross that fence.
Podcast Host
Yeah. No excuses.
Daryl Anka
No.
Podcast Host
Yeah.
Daryl Anka
You find other ways around that. That. So.
Podcast Host
Yeah. And. And I do think this fear of being seen, AKA fear of being judged, is such a core human experience.
Daryl Anka
Absolutely. Because we're judging ourselves all the time.
Podcast Host
Yeah, of course.
Daryl Anka
Because we find ourselves unworthy and undeserving because of the way we're taught to think about things.
Podcast Host
Yeah.
Daryl Anka
So yeah, it's stop judging yourself, but be true to yourself. Have enough discernment about why you believe what you believe believe to understand when you may be truly following your passion or when you may be actually disguising your anxiety as passion and thinking you're following your passion, but you're actually acting out of anxiety. You have to have honest self discernment to know the difference.
Podcast Host
Yeah. Like even, even someone's ambition could be their distraction.
Daryl Anka
Exactly.
Podcast Host
It's like, I'm following my passion, I'm going for it. But it's like, oh, actually we're running from fear because I don't feel worthy.
Daryl Anka
Underneath, you could be doing this, but you're doing this over and over again as a procrastination mechanism because you're really afraid of going that way. And that's why Bashar always says, look, just ask yourself the question. If I did in fact do this thing that has appeared in my life, if I really actually do feel interested in moving in that direction, but I'm not moving in that direction, what am I afraid will happen if I do? And then you start learning what your belief systems really are saying. Because a lot of times, thinking that something bad will happen if you move in that direction is just a fantasy. It's not necessarily the truth that something bad will happen. It's what you've been taught to think will happen. And it may have no basis in truth at all. It's a story that you're being told by the negative belief. Because this is how negative beliefs work, how all beliefs work. Remember, physical reality, in a sense, is just a projection of consciousness. This isn't real. It's what we have agreed to play the game of. So when you think that something will happen, you have to have a belief that perpetuates itself and makes reality seem real. So you can keep playing the game game. Positive reality. Positive beliefs we don't have a problem with because we enjoy that. But negative beliefs will reinforce themselves in negative ways. But it's not because they're malicious. It's just how beliefs have to work. Because if you don't believe anything, you don't have a physical reality. You have to play the game by the rules. But when you focus on positive beliefs, that's fine. It moves you forward. But when you focus on negative, negative beliefs, they have to perpetuate themselves too, to make you keep having a physical experience. But they can only reinforce themselves negatively. That's what they are. So they'll say, don't go that way. Something bad will happen. It's a story they tell you in order to perpetuate themselves. So when you understand that that's how they work, you can go, well, it's not necessarily a fact that something bad will happen. I'm being told a story because the negative belief is trying to perpetuate itself. So I will continue to have a physical reality experience. But now I know that that's what it's doing. It's telling me a story. Only for that purpose. I can change the story. Because I know that if I choose to buy into a positive belief, that's Going to get reinforced just as strongly because that's part of how the universe, universe does it. The universe doesn't care what you believe in. It is unconditionally supportive. So if you say, I'm going to buy into this negative belief, the universe is going to say, okay, well, I'll support you in that. I'll reinforce that for you because that's what you're choosing. If I'm going to buy into this positive belief, it doesn't care. Okay, I'll support you in that. That's what you've just chosen. It's unconditional. People need to look that up in the dictionary. Unconditional. There is no condition. You decide. You buy into a negative one, that's what happens. You buy into a positive one, that's what happens. It doesn't care. You're in charge. So you have to understand how beliefs work, how they perpetuate themselves. Because you have to have a belief perpetuate itself. You have to have the belief as the blueprint. It uses emotions and thoughts and behaviors to make it feel real, think it's real, behave as if it's real. And then it becomes this, it becomes the solid reality. And then you get the reflection that reinforces it. Oh, look, that's what happened. Because, oh, well, everyone knows that's what's going to happen. Well, no, everyone doesn't know that. And if you actually change the blueprint, you change the emotions, you change the thoughts, you change the behaviors, you get the reflection differently because the belief is the blueprint, blueprint. So it's like saying, I have a blueprint and there's an error in the blueprint. So the builders, the emotions, energy, motion, emotion is going to go off that wonky blueprint. And so you're going to feel more like something's not right. And it's going to use building materials that are not necessarily the best. Those are your thoughts. And it's going to come create a house that may be unstable, right? There's the behavior of how they build it. And then you're going to get the effect of living in this house that's breaking down. That's your reality not functioning properly. So, okay, how do we fix that? We go back to the blueprint, Find out what's off in the blueprint. In other words, find out what's off in the belief. Change that. Okay, now it's a really clear blue blueprint, really authentic. It really represents who and what I am. Now the emotions can build it strongly. Now they can use better building Materials. Now the house will stand up. Now you'll have a better experience living in the house. It all goes back to the blueprint. So anytime you have funny, negative feelings, uncomfortable feelings, something's not right, anytime your thought patterns are not necessarily certain, serving you positively, anytime your behaviors are demonstrating some kind of negative behavior, anytime you're getting those negative reflections that you don't prefer, the first thing you should understand is there's something off in my belief. Trace all of that back to what do I have to believe is true in order for me to feel, think and behave the way I'm feeling, thinking and behaving? So that's what you use, behaviors and thoughts and feelings to trace it back to what you must believe is true. And why do you believe that? Change that and everything else changes up the line.
Podcast Host
We are so much more powerful.
Daryl Anka
We are extremely powerful.
Podcast Host
Yeah.
Daryl Anka
And that's what we have to learn, is we're using our power to make ourselves seem helpless. It's like people say, oh, you know, you only use 5% or 10% of your brain. Brain. No, you're using 100% of your brain to make it seem as if you're only using 10%. You're playing a trick on yourself.
Podcast Host
Radical self honesty, self inquiry.
Daryl Anka
Yeah. We are always in control. We are always confident. We are always trusting. It's what we're confident about, what we're trusting in. We can use our control to make it seem that we're out of control, but we're controlling, fueling that. When people say, I lack confidence, I say, well, you're very confident about that, aren't you? You're using your confidence to pretend you're not confident because you're confident that you're not confident. That's a paradox. It's an oxymoron. So you have to realize it's not that you need to learn how to be confident. You just need to be confident in something that works for you instead of something that doesn't.
Podcast Host
So much wisdom. And clearly this is so much that you're providing. It's like, why you're the number one guest that we've ever had on the show. Number one. And number two, thank you. Thank you for your willingness just to share so openly and to support and serve the way that you do.

Episode: ETs Are Living Among Us Now + Their Message For Humanity Is Not What You'd Expect
Host: Alyssa Nobriga
Guest: Daryl Anka (Channel for Bashar)
Date: July 21, 2026
This episode explores the imminent disclosure and contact with extraterrestrial (ET) beings, as predicted by Bashar (channeled by guest Daryl Anka), and what it means for humanity’s evolution and healing. Daryl shares his personal encounters with UAPs, insights from 42 years as Bashar’s channel, and discusses the spiritual and practical implications of integrating into a galactic society. The conversation delves into disclosure timelines, ET intentions, telepathy, human evolution, and living in alignment with one’s authentic self.
Quote:
“2026 is the year of disclosure. 2027 is the year of contact. It’ll be undeniable that UFOs, UAPs are real.”
– Daryl Anka (00:00)
Quote:
“First and foremost will probably be the revelation that a lot of hybrid extraterrestrials have already been living and working among us to help move certain technological things and sociological and political things forward and to also prevent certain things from happening that could be disastrous.”
– Daryl Anka (05:30)
Memorable Moment:
Daryl describes a surreal sighting where his friend yells, “Stop the car,” and both witness a craft hovering 60 feet above before it vanishes (07:34–13:00).
Quote:
“They want humanity to understand that they’re part of a larger community, a galactic community… Earth is a special school for souls to learn and grow and accelerate creation…”
– Daryl Anka (15:22)
Quote:
“Why would they wait so long if they were going to take us over? … I think these are just human fears that are not really based on logic.”
– Daryl Anka (22:33)
Quote:
“You’re not invading my mind, you’re just on the same wavelength as me.”
– Daryl Anka (29:30)
Quote:
“Everything is made of energy. … If you can isolate the difference between those two locational variables… you are reidentifying its frequency relative to its location in the universe.”
– Daryl Anka (34:14)
Memorable Analogy:
“Just be the puzzle piece you were designed to be. Stop trying to be a shape you’re not, because you won’t fit and you won’t create the whole picture.”
– Daryl Anka (48:41)
Quote:
“We are always in control. We are always confident. … You have to realize it’s not that you need to learn how to be confident. You just need to be confident in something that works for you instead of something that doesn’t.”
– Daryl Anka (78:45–79:24)
Daryl Anka, channel for Bashar, outlines the coming “graduation” for humanity in the form of ET disclosure and contact, encouraging listeners to release fear, embrace curiosity and authenticity, and see life’s challenges as evolutionary opportunities. The advice is fundamentally spiritual, yet aligned with tangible global changes on the horizon. The most important preparation for meeting our galactic neighbors is to be radically authentic, examine our beliefs, and contribute to humanity’s collective evolution.
