When you're an empath, we absorb energy from a lot of people that we interact with. People don't realize this. We are affected by other people's energies. If someone's anxious or they're experiencing ups and downs in life, that person can affect you physiologically.
B
So what are some ways that we can clear our energy?
A
I'm a big fan of.
B
A lot of people will say I attracted a narcissist in my life. Talk to us about one of the biggest blocks that you see people have around manifesting the love that they want.
A
It's all on how we look at things. When somebody's coming into my life, I'm either a teacher for them, they're a teacher for me. Whether they're bringing a lot of pain, if you learn from it, it's never really just pain. You have to look for the lesson in them. When I got my first healing, I was in business and the healer was like, okay, you got a block in your heart, it's generational from your dad, and because I removed it, then you probably should see abundance in five weeks. And I was so skeptical back then. And true enough, like four, five week mark, something came I didn't plan for. I didn't work. I just fell in my lap and I made more in a day than an entire year. And I was like, what is this?

Welcome back to the Healing and Human Potential podcast. Today we're gonna dive deep on the energetic architecture of reality, the scientific blueprint behind manifestation healing and the relationships that we actually attract in our lives. And we'll also explore how to invite abundance, how to astral travel, lucid dream, and what brain scans are now showing us about the real potential of energy work. Joining us is Oliver Nino, also known as the spiritual activator, who's globally renowned for his energy healing work. He's teaching them how to really activate their intuitive gifts and become their own healer. And by the end of this episode, you'll learn how to call your energy back, open your intuitive channels, and consciously co create the life that you want. Let's dive in. So one of the things that I heard that you say is a really powerful time to manifest and co create with the universe is right before bed. Can you share with us specifically how we can prepare our consciousness to call in what it is we're wanting when we're sleeping?
A
So bedtime, I think it's one of the most underutilized, you know, manifesting, healing, clearing, rejuvenating moments in our life. If you look at the day right Morning routines, you do it. You spend 20, 30, 40 minutes to do it. And right after you do it, you get interrupted with the day. Right. So many things are happening. Well, nighttime, if you're intentional and you know what to do, you can get four, five, six, eight hours. You're basking in that energy. You're in that intention, so you're staying in that vibration longer. And I've used it in multiple ways. One is like a big one is throughout the day, we absorb energy from a lot of people that we interact with, and we never really know who's affecting us. So one of the things I like to do is release people's energies before going to bed. So I'm not carrying that energy into my sleep first. In, in. In a. Sometimes what ends up happening is people absorb the energy, they carry it, and instead of them manifesting or healing or clearing or doing those fun stuff or learning, they're just processing what they absorb.
B
Throughout the day, like through dreams and whatnot.
A
Like, yeah, because a lot of so. So dreams is one of the ways where we get messages and that's. That's cool when it happens. But when you're an empath and you absorb all the energy from people, thought today you can't even dream. You can't. You might have a nightmare, you might have. You might have dreams that work out that energy. Because at times when we go to sleep, we work that energy out. And if someone has a really intense dream, oh, that's crazy. I'm like, yep, yeah, it's better that you work it out in the dream world than in the real world. Right.
B
So what are some ways that we can clear our energy?
A
So before going to bed? I'm a big fan of one that works is I put people in the love bubble. So I imagine, let's say I talked to this person, got an email from this person, and this person triggered me throughout the day before going to bed, I just imagine like, you know, this beautiful white light coming down, wrapping them up, and then I'm sending them off with love. So I'm just releasing and removing their energy from my field. So when I go to bed, it's my own energy and I can actually start doing the work.
B
And do you. You do this. How long does it take? A few minutes.
A
Few minutes. I mean, I've never been. I wish I was back in the day, but I've never really been a long meditator. Right. For me, it's like 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes tops. But like 3 to 4 minutes. When you get, when you get into routine of it, it's easier to actually do it faster because you become familiar with the frequency of it and then becomes more like second nature.
B
I imagine you get deeper sleep too. You're more in REM sleep just because you are feeling in a state of. Your nervous system is calm. If you're sending out love, whatever you give is what you get. So you're probably just going to be able to sleep deeper as well.
A
Yeah. Because people don't realize this. And if they measure this, like we are affected by other people's energies. If someone's anxious, like mirror neurons, like for even either from a spiritual level or scientific level, they can measure that. Energy fields affect energy fields. Right. So if you have people who are highly anxious or, you know, they're, they're, they're fearful or they're experiencing ups and downs in life, I mean, that affects you. You probably have cortisol spikes before you go to sleep. It's interrupting with your REM sleep. Right. So when you're releasing all this excess energy that's not yours, then I feel like you can just get better sleep, better rest. And you wake up the next day, you don't have to do much for the morning because you got the nighttime right.
B
Yeah, I know. I think the nighttime routine is also really powerful and important. But I'm curious. I know you talk about astral travel, lucid dreaming, receiving divine guidance in your dreams. How do people prepare their consciousness to be able to do those things?
A
Intention's a big one, and I think it's one of the most underrated ones because it's easy to do.
B
I think so too. I've just been waking up to the power of it. I hope people, people really get prayer or intention.
A
Yeah, it's super powerful if you think about it. I mean, the stories. And I had this in my family. Like someone's sick, you know, and family members are praying for them. And that person who's sick, they don't even know they're being prayed for. Right. And the next thing you know, a miracle happens. The doctor's like, oh, it's a, it's a modern miracle. But that to me, prayer is a strong form of intention and at the highest levels it works. And I'm a big fan of you can do an intention, but you can also stack things like people who love to visualize. You know, if you, if you like, you know, sound and you're playing sound with, if you like, you know, the smell, you're having incense if you like the scenery like you, then you have greens and crystals. But when you stack and you layer all these different things, all of a sudden you're, you're. I don't know, I feel like you're, you're, you're making it more potent and therefore it's, it just happens faster.
B
But like with lucid dreaming or astral traveling, I can see how the setting an intention to receive divine guid. I get that it could come through oftentimes symbols in the dream, but more specifically, astral travel or lucid dreaming. Can you share?
A
Yeah. So what I like to do is first of all, set an intention like, you know, for the highest good, God, higher power, universe, angels, whatever people believe in, they ask for guidance. Like tonight I want to, you know, astral travel and learn about like. Because when you astral travel, I mean, it's like saying, I want to get on a plane, but where, what do you want to do? What do you want to learn? What do you want to do? What do you want to release? What do you want to experience? What do you want to immerse yourself in so it can be. I want astral travel to a vibration to where I have total abundance in my life. Right. And so the intention, even if it's body, I think it's important to have that intention. And then I'm a big believer of like, you're imagining a white light coming down, you know, touching your crown, filling your entire body. And then you're following that light up, you know, beyond your, beyond your house, beyond your state, beyond your country, then beyond, you know, the world. And then you go as far as you can. And when you get to that place to where you're like, you can't go any further, you just bask in it. And then you fall asleep in that space. And when you do that, what ends up happening is you're involving your mind when you astral travel. Because a lot of people, they astral travel but they don't remember what it is because it's the difference between where they go and what they can retain. It's like, it's a huge gap. But when you train yourself to, okay, my conscious mind is going to follow me as far as I can go. In my experience, people tend to retain more as they travel.
B
Yeah, and I know that with astro travel, I think the military has done that to spy on other countries.
A
Right.
B
Do you have any, do you know anything about that?
A
Yeah, I mean, they declassified a lot of those studies and, you know, I've got So many different friends that can do so many different things. Friends in the government, friends in these high clearance places. And you'll be surprised with like, you know, just how much sacred wisdom and knowledge. It's like when you talk about a non, what person, they're going to be like, oh, that's way out there. But if you look at the documents of like, this is how they astral travel, this is how they bend time, this is how they, you know, they merge realities. This is how, you know, they discovered the holographic universe and how, you know, you can, you are the creator of your own reality and everything is an illusion. And you're like, wow, it's straight up from a movie. But when you see that it's been studied, it's been, it's been done in the 70s and the 80s and it's just, it's been here and we're now just catching up on the very basic things. We're like, wow. In a lot of ways we're advanced, but we're also very behind, you know.
B
Yeah, I mean even the Mayans were very advanced in their technology and I think we are in a lot of ways. But where it's not spoken about so much, I think most of mainstream society would be scared by it just because they don't hear enough about it.
A
Well, what's the cool thing about it is like, and I work with like a lot of people from all over the world and I seen people who are naturally gifted and I know some of them that were, that were studied because they had a gift and nobody else has and they're born with it. And people like how do I have it? And when they, when someone has that gift, it's very unconscious. Like, I'll give you an example. Like, you know, I know people that are able to affect weather and technology and see with my own eyes that people are like, you know, they, they're able to move clouds, right? Remove clouds. And even in Europe, some of these people are paid by, by the soccer teams to, and when, when it's raining and storming and they want to clear the, pay these people to work on the weather so that it can play and it's good and it's, it's, it's a thing. And, and when you, when I meet these people, they don't know how to do it, they don't know where it came from. But a lot, a lot I think it's in our DNA. A lot is either hereditary DNA or at times like, you know, you're just, it Just wakes up out of nowhere and you have it. But there's a lot of people who are gifted and part of the, part of my study has been reverse engineering how we can all do that, because we come with it. But the question of can we access it is another thing. Right.
B
Yeah. Talk to us about why some people would want to either astral travel or lucid dream. What would be some intentions for people?
A
The difference, a lot of it is to explore. So for example, if someone's like, I want to see what I experienced in a past life, what do I have karmically? I want to understand it. Some people do that, understand the past. Some people do that to like, you know what? I just want to see what Energetic World's all about. Right. And they want to. They want to feel or see or experience what it's like and what they see and the numbers, the shapes, the visions and what it. The frequency. So some do it for curiosity. Um, some are knowledge seekers. I can. I want to understand my purpose work. I want to understand, you know, what is my degenerational wounds, you know, in my mom's side, what is it? Right. So a lot can be for healing, for learning, for exploring spiritual gifts. I mean, I think it's. There's so many different motivators or reasons to do it.
B
Yeah. And I know that some people would use the third eye to heighten manifesting powers. Is that right?
A
The way I look at manifesting is if, you know, thoughts can materialize into things when we are. We're in a high enough vibration to where we can bring things down and ground it. Right. And then when there's any block in any of our energy centers that. That impedes with that process, it slows down manifestation. So third eye is one of the things that can slow it down. Because let's say, you know, you can create and you're a go, go, go, and you meet somebody and all of a sudden they're an energy vampire. Right. Or, or they pour, you know, their energy with you. Next thing you know, instead of that flow coming down from the crown for you to manifest with your heart and for you to be able to do it instead of being seamless, now it gets stopped with all this energy that's not yours, and then you're dealing with that. So I look at third eye more as a. It can be a block for somebody to manifest quickly if they have a.
B
Block within that energy center.
A
Exactly.
B

The link is in the show notes to learn more and apply today or go to Alysonabriga.com forward/apply. I would be honored to support you on this journey. Talk to us about energy vampires. You can just slip that one in without, you know.
A
Right. I mean I look at it as you're never going to get it perfect and like especially when you work on yourself and you're like, I could tell you're probably like person in the group that's like you're a giver, you help, you know, you, you connect people or you're just, you just pour into people more than you take. But not everyone is like that. Some people are like, hey, help me. And they can't create or source that energy themselves. So some of them will directly, whether it's consciously or unconsciously take from you. Yeah, all the time. And that's their only thing. It's like I just need. And you'll be able to tell because you're like, you're drained, you're angry, you have a lot of emotions that are gone affects your adrenals, you can't get sleep right. You're just all of a sudden Mental fog. You're just like, where did that go? So that's one. And some of them are energy vampires in a way to where they're just stewing in a lot of lower level vibrations. And since you're not used to kind of it, it kind of wears you out as well to where you're just keeping up with them. Drains you. So there's also that as well.
B
You may unconsciously want to connect and so low your own vibration or feel over responsible. A lot of healers do that where it's like let me take care of you. And then that really says that I'm going to burn out. And I don't see that they have their own internal resources to take care of themselves, their own spiritual connection. And I also think that there are people that merge energetically. I think that they've learned to get their energy through other people, oftentimes unconscious, but they haven't seen their own strength and power. And I would study a little bit of energy ecology, how to keep our energy clear. You were talking about the blocks in our energy system centers. What do you find really helpful? Because if we're. My experience is when we're in a state of sovereignty, we're being within our own field and we're taking care of ourselves and we're. Or we're at a higher vibration or presencing what is actually here being like saying yes to whatever's here. We don't pick up other things because we're in our body. So it's harder for other things to get in. Can you speak a little bit to how to keep our energy clear or clear those energy centers?
A
Yeah. So I guess it depends on what level you're in. The ideal level is when you've done the work and you are doing things like your purpose work, you're at a very high vibration to where your vibration becomes your protection. You don't really need to as much. I remember when I first started out 20 years ago, I was doing practices, clearing, you know, protecting several times a day that I was so sensitive I would sit in that movie theater and I would clear it afterwards because I got affected. Right. And when you do the work like you do the healing work, the clearing work, done blocking, and then you mix that with stepping into your purpose, your calling, what you're here to do, right. You, you're in a vibration to where people don't affect you. The mountains become like ant hills. Right. And you have just more capacity. So that's the long, the long goal. The short goal is like, if you're just starting out, then it is. I feel like number one is being aware of what throws you off.
B
Yeah.
A
Because if you look at your day or your week, you can probably identify, oh, it's this call, it's this person, is this thought pattern. It's me going in social media and looking at this.
B
You can this theme in my life.
A
This theme, and you're going to look like, wow, 90% of the things that drain me is this place, this person, this theme, this thought. So when you know that you can either eliminate it or build routines around it so that you're protected before, during, and after.
B
Yeah. I've done an energy assessment where for one week I just noticed what I was eating, who I was with, what the patterns were so that I could see if it enhanced or depleted. And then I got to really plug those energy leaks inside me so that I wasn't so much trying to control and manage, but I was just more so like, energetic hygiene, just taking care of myself.
A
I think it's so smart to do that because you're going to realize that there's people, thoughts, activities, themes that charge you up, that fuel you, and when you get it right to where you're like. To where, like, okay, can you do more of that during the day and less of the things that drain you, or if of the things that drain you are unavoidable because they're family, then can you go and do more of the things that charge you so that it's not equal? It has to be. It has to. It can't be balanced. Yeah. And for some people, like you said, like, and I seen it so many times, you love to help. So you're probably like healers, lending your energy to so many people. Do you want to help them? And a lot of times it's unconscious. You're like, oh, I just care for them or I just want to help them. And you're connecting a cord from you to them, and now they can tap in because you're lending it to them. People don't know that you can lend your energy just by being like, I really want to help, or I want how they're doing and you're thinking about.
B
Them, and it's good to see what in me is allowing that. Because seeing it, I think, is the hardest thing. But once you see it, it's like, oh, so when I was young, my mom didn't have good boundaries, and so then I thought I needed to help her. And so then I play that out in my life. Or wherever you were the parentified child or you abandoned yourself to care for others, wherever the pattern came from, becoming aware of it, having compassion, but then leaking that, that like plugging the leaky energy, the bucket so that it doesn't show up so much with other people are there. I feel like there is practical things people can do besides the healing psychological, which I think I speak to a lot on the podcast. But just from the energetic. I really love Florida water. Agua de Florida, which is. My dad was into shamanism since I was. I started getting into it when I was like 13, 14 with him. And it's. It feels like icy hot for your aura. It just clings. It's fantastic. I'll share it with you here.
A
Yeah, that's amazing.
B
And then obviously Palo Santo or Sage. There's also intention White candle. Talk to us about if there's anything else that you found helpful.
A
Yeah, I mean, you love crystals. Let's talk about crystals. I'm, I'm very big on. Yeah. I mean, can we be our own crystals? Can we do it ourselves? Sure. Do you want to do it yourself all the time? Every single time? Probably not really. Right. I mean there's, I think there's a balance to where when you own your power, you're like, okay, I know I can do it. I know I can outsource it. So crystals, I have a three, three phase strategy, right. So if I'm in a room like, you know, where I spend a lot of time, like an office or bedroom, I think about level one as crystals that absorb negative energy. Right. So rather than my body absorbing it, can I have a dark crystal? Can I have a smoky quartz, black tourmaline obsidian? Right. Anything that's dark to where if something comes in, it goes there first.
B
Yeah.
A
Now ideally it's by the window so the sunlight hits it. So it's clearing itself so I don't have to think about clearing it. But if you don't have that luxury, then I like putting it next to something that clears it like a citrine. Right. So if I have a citrine next to all these dark stones, as the dark stones absorb negative energy, the citrine clears the dark stone. And the citrine doesn't need to be cleared itself, it's a self clearing one. Then now I have a system going on. This one receives it, this one clears it. And that's one part of it. But the other part is like, okay, can I raise the vibration of the room so that less can come in? Because the vibration is just so potent. So that's when I put Selenite sticks or Celestite or, like, things that just bring in a higher realm. So now I'm limiting the amount that could even come in, and I'm gonna have it. I don't even have to think about energy because it takes care of 80 to 90% of it.
B
I thought you were gonna say dance, but I think that was my projection because that elevates my energy. And music, even sound with bells can help shift the. The. The stock energy in the room.
A
Yeah. I mean, yeah. So dance. My wife is big on dancing, and here's the reason why. So it's not how we absorb energy. That's. That's the. The issue. And people think, I can't absorb it. I can't be around it. No. It's stuck like a pressure cooker. It has nowhere to go. When you dance, you're shaking out and you're moving the excess ones so you're not overheating. And sometimes that's all you need is to not overheat. And you're good. So dance is important. Journaling is. Is a way of channeling. People don't realize it when you're journaling and you're mad or you're angry or you're heartbroken. It goes from your heart to the pen to the paper, and you're like, you can read, talking to friends because you're speaking it out. So every. Every time word, there's energy within you, and you can write it or speak it. Then it's no longer within you because you've expressed it. And people don't realize. Like, that's why people draw, they do artwork. They go dance. You have to express it.
B
The vent.
A
Right. Or you. If you have pets and animals, you know, dogs and cats, they love taking energy and they like taking it out, you know, and they just dump it out. So they're very, very good at transmuting energy.
B
How interesting.
A
Yeah. Do you see it with dogs sitting with horses? Cats do it as well. And I also done it in the past where I'm playing music that clears energy, and I'll leave it in for an hour. Let's say I'm going to go out and this room feels heavy. I'll just play that loud. So now the sound is what I'm using to clear the room. And when I get back, I'm like, okay, I like the smell of palo santo. So I might light it up. And I'm like, I like that smell. And it's a Multi layered. But I just, you know, if it's an, let's say I'm traveling and it's like, oh gosh, the energy of this hotel or Airbnb is too intense that I might throw everything I've got at it because I'm like, okay, I gotta make sure this is good. But I just like having a lot of tools and depending on where I am, I just throw all of em or just what's needed.
B
Yeah, it's fun to try things and test them out to see. I mean, chanting, even when you're saying, playing music, you could play continuous chants. Yeah. And I know you've said something about when you're thinking about somebody then in a way that they're still connected to you and they could be draining your energy from that. Do you have anything that you can share with us around breaking the, or speaking to the energy and the science of that phenomenon? Can you break down some of the energetic science of that phenomenon so that if there's a process for how to really release some of that, that connection and call your energy back?
A
I mean, yeah, I mean they've, I forget where it was, but they measured it in the past where they, if someone's anxious and they're in the same room as you and they put. I forget if it was the, they measured the, the heart rate, they would be able to show that that person can affect you physiologically. Like your heart beats faster, they're nervous, they're anxious, and you're just right over there and you think, oh, I'm just feeling. And I'm just an empath. It's just energy. You can actually physically, you know, and scientifically measure the impact on a physiological level. And what I think happens is that energy fields contain so much information. Energy is data. And some people, I'm one of them, We're. I don't want to even say sensitive. We just process way more data. When you're next to somebody, you know what they're thinking, you feel what they're feeling. Not only do you feel what you're feeling, your, your body's releasing the hormones that's connected to what that emotion is. That's not even yours. And for some, it's really, really intense. I have it as well. If someone has a shoulder pain, you can feel it as well when you're in the proximity. So to me it's like that's energetic entanglement that happens. And people, when this happens, people are like, why is it happening to me? Not realizing like, okay, what if this Is your superpower.
B
Yeah.
A
What if you're supposed to be a coach or a healer or somebody who's there to serve people, and when you know how they're feeling, what they're going through, then you can help them better. So for me, I always flip the script of, like, you know, what if your. Your biggest. Your pain is actually a part of your purpose?
B
Totally.
A
Right. And that's what I've seen a lot of times. It's not given to you just for you to suffer. It's something that is important for your evolution, for your purpose, for what you're here to do on the planet.
B
And there's, I think, like a spider web. There's so many different connections, and then you pull on one and it affects something else. Yeah. I'm even just thinking of somebody that's not even spoken to an ex, for example, for a while, but then they cut that relationship energetically and they start dating somebody else. That ex, out of nowhere that you haven't talked to in a while, calls. I'm curious about relationships. Has there talk to us about one of the biggest blocks that you see people have around manifesting the love that they want.
A
It's interesting, that phenomena, because I've seen it a lot of times, like, you know, when I work with people and they're trying to release their. Their ex, or even if they're just trying to heal, all of a sudden, people that are gonna be phased out or afraid of them, afraid of them leaving them behind, fear of abandonment, they all show up that same day, the same week. They're like. They're showing it out of the world because I feel like they. They can sense that someone's shifting out of their reality. Because we have cords attached.
B
Yeah.
A
So when somebody goes up and you're not the kind of person that goes up with them, you'll feel that tug. And when that snaps, you feel that, and it's almost like childhood wound comes up, and you're like, they come out of the woodwork. So I've seen that happen a lot. So one of the biggest blocks I see with people is their hearts are blocked. Because we carry a lot of pain in our heart from people who've hurt us.
B
It's like a protection. You mean as a.
A
As a.
B
It blocks us because of the protection.
A
Protection mechanism. Like, you know, we. Some people. Some people consciously choose to shut off their heart. I'm going to be in my mind because it's safer in my mind than it is to be in my heart, quote, unquote.
B
Safer.
A
See how. Yeah. You only knew you. Right. Like, and. Or they have so much pain, grief, anger in their heart to where they're attracting people with that same, you know, pattern or on that same vibration or because their heart is consumed with that, they can't really manifest from that low vibrational space. It's harder, you know, it's, it's, it's not impossible, but it's way harder. And it's very polarizing. You know, you manifest, you know, the thing that you want and you manifest what you don't want at the same time. Yeah. My wife calls it counter manifesting. You're like, okay, I manifested this person. Oh, wow. Oh. Next thing you know, three months down the road, they're emotionally unavailable or they're hot and they're cold. Right. And so it's, it's very polarizing when you, when you, when you manifest from lower vibrations.
B
Yeah. I'm a big fan of using everybody as a mirror to show me what's looking to be healed within me and do some of the deeper psychological work. And once we've done some of that deeper psychological work, I think using an affirmation and helping open new neural pathways and even like a tuning fork to see what else is possible that I haven't necessarily nurtured and programmed. Is there an affirmation that you find really helpful to attract a relationship beyond the toxic pattern? Something that feels new and fresh?
A
Yes. So again, I'm a big fan of doing this before going to bed.
B
Okay.
A
Very, very intentional, almost putting their hand over to heart. And it's like I now release all the blocks that I hold in my heart that's draining in my energy and vitality. All the blocks, you know, that is attracting toxic, fear based, you know, friends and people into my life. I release it now. I release it fully. And I'm a big fan of whenever you release something, you have to replace it.
B
Okay.
A
Because there's a void. You don't want to just leave it a chance and that. So the second part is like, I'm open to receiving, you know, more love, more support, you know, more, more abundance, more joy, more. And it's not for me, it's not. When they're saying that, it's not really, I want to attract this person. It's like filling your heart with all these high vibrational energies because when your heart is full of that, you're in a vibration to where that becomes what's available to you. So the person shows up. Not because you're like, I want this Person. The person shows up because, you know your heart's full of joy and abundance and peace and purpose and you just feel good and fun. And in that vibration, the kind of person that you, you, you could have never even know existed shows up.
B
Yeah.
A
So that comes after you. You, you do the, that part.
B
Yeah. It's like life's a mirror. So if you're feeling fully open hearted and you're experiencing that with or without them, you're going to resonate with somebody that either meets you or elevates where you're already at.
A
And what you mentioned is probably one of the biggest hacks. Although it's not easy out there. Whenever something's happening externally, people tend to be like, what can I fix externally? And that's such a slow human game because you can be looking at 20 different things and they don't move the needle versus asking yourself, okay, this is all happening. What's the lesson in here for me? What is this showing me? If I'm attracting this person and if everything's happening for me, then they're probably a teacher or I'm a teacher for them, or they're a teacher for me, or they're showing me that I have something in my energy inside of me that's, that's, that's making it possible for them to show up. Can I address the root versus just being like, why are you showing up? Because if you keep doing that, you kick them out, someone's gonna come in because the reason why they're in is because you have it within you.
B
Yeah.
A
So I think that's one of the things that's hard to hear because people are like, oh gosh, that means they, they tend to think that it's all their fault, but it's not. It's like, that's how you become responsible for your own reality is by realizing, like, I attract everything that comes into my life, whether it's good or bad. I have that responsibility.
B
Yeah. And I tend to, because I think there's a little bit of a shadow in the manifestation world of like, I attracted something quote unquote bad. And then I feel like I did something wrong. And you know, like privilege. There's like, things aren't equal. And I think if we have, there's egoic manifestation and essence manifestation. If we're looking at things from a limited egoic narrative thinking that's bad, then we're going to feel a victim to life versus if we're like, oh, whatever is here in my world, how do I use it for My growth, for my healing and evolution. Then it's like, oh, this is bringing me closer to the divine, to a greater awareness of who I already am so that I don't have to try to control life so I don't feel a certain way. It's like, oh, let me use all of it to get free. And then I feel there's no blame externally or internally. I can be responsible for my experience without being over responsible. It's like a healthy balance with it.
A
Yeah. And the way that I've looked at it over the years is when life gets good, it's because you're in a high vibration. But when you're in a high vibration, it calls you to higher alignment. That means, all right, you're manifesting the car, the house, the dream relationship, the, the fill in the blank. And then there are problems, or there's snags or there's doors that close, or there are things that aren't expected that show up. And then you react. Your, your mind's like, why is this happening to me? This always happens, right. You know, you're afraid. I think that's the goal there. It's showing you what else you can heal. Is that your thoughts? Is it your self talk? Is it your fear of abandonment? Is it, is it like. And is it how you look at abundance? Is it, is it your belief system? So I, I feel like it just shows you what's there to heal, to work on. And it's goal. If you know what to do. Then you're like, oh, wow, I have this God versus like, you know, not spiraling and not really knowing what it's for.
B
Yeah. And, or assuming that it is bad. And as you know, life comes with challenges. And so it's like, what's the operating system from which we're looking at it from? I think makes all the difference and we always have agency and choice over that. So I love that you're saying that. Let me use this. Let me look at it as a mirror. Let me use this to really get free. I think that's powerful.
A
Yeah. And I think it's all on how we look at things. Right. Are you. When somebody's coming into my life, I'm like, okay, I'm either a teacher for them, they're a teacher for me. Whether they're bringing a lot of pain, they're probably, okay. It is a teacher. I'm showing me what I never want to be in life. Either way, if you learn from it, it's never really just pain. But you have to look for the lesson in that.
B
Yeah. And I think a lot of people will say, like, I attracted a narcissist in my life or this governmental person is. You know, there's a lot of projection that happens and it. Versus saying what was my part in this? And how do I use this to get free, how do I use this to heal? Because it's not really out there. It's really all of reflection. And so I think that's a. It doesn't mean that we're a doormat. We don't have boundaries, we don't speak our truth, but we're not doing it from a place of resistance.
A
I think it's such a fine balance to be like, okay, I will do the internal work because I know everything's from within. And then also being like. How do I also play the game of like. Because while you're doing that, it doesn't mean everything externally stops. So you still have to deal with external stuff knowing that. All right. It's not really where the answers are while you go within. So there's a point of time where you have to balance both. And it's important, like you said, to know, like, okay, it's within. But at the same time, I'm gonna have boundaries. I'm gonna speak my truth. I won't be a doormat. Even though I know my energies, what attracted them, I still have to exercise being in my power, speaking my truth, doing all these things. It calls you to exercise it, to clear those. Those chakras as well. Yeah.
B
And earlier you said something about the void, which I get excited about. And I think there's the psychological level and then there's the spiritual level. I think replacing what we are wanting to upgrade with something that is more in alignment with us is great. And then at one point, also hanging out in and as the void, to discover what else is there beyond trying to create a concept around that. So I just want to plug hanging out in the vastness and as the vastness and exploring what. Because to me, that's unlimited. That is the truth of our being.
A
Yeah. We call it is energy. Right. It's like everything and nothing at once. Like, you know, it's like. And it's a place where people are uncomfortable because they don't know what to do, what to create. They have to fill in the void. So it's. Yeah. Ideally, you remove it, you replace it, but also when you become familiar with it, then you're not trying to escape every time you feel it. Because a lot of times People feel it, and it's a powerful place to be, and they just can't stay there and they have to do something else. But becoming familiar with that, I feel like, is becoming familiar with one of our truest potentials, because that's where that place where you create from. If you think about it, it's like we create from void.
B
Yeah.
A
But our relationship with it is just. We're not used to it.
B
Yeah. Unless we are. And I think a lot of people project fear into the unknown. And so without all of those fears, it's like what is. Is the most nourishing vastness that is. And that is the field of pure potential. So as an energy healer, talk to us about. Because a lot of people have stuff around money and abundance. How do you support people in clearing those blocks around money and doing it not only for themselves, but their lineage?
A
A big one is, I would say, is reaction to money. That's our reaction. And when I say reaction to money is reaction to everything. Right. Reaction to spending, reaction when you get a bill, reaction when you get a gift, reaction when you get a raise, reaction to goodness coming in your life. Like, reaction to receiving. Like, when somebody. When someone's like, okay, I'm trying everything for abundance, and I see someone give them a compliment, they're like, oh, no, no, no, no. I'm like, it's like receiving. Sometimes that's the biggest thing that stops people is like, they don't want to receive. They don't feel like they're worthy to receive. Or someone gives them a compliment, they're like, let me give it back.
B
That's right.
A
It's almost like someone's saying, oh, let me give you a million. Let me give back.
B
Yeah.
A
That's what happens on an energetic level. Right. So abundance isn't really the thing. I think it's one of the things that you got to look at the blocks. It's. It's. How do you react to money? You know, what are the things that can trigger you? Let's say, for example, someone gets a bill and they get triggered. Getting triggered isn't the thing if you know what to do afterwards. If you're like, okay, I got triggered by this phone bill, and you're like, you know what? I'm grateful because this phone bill is allowing me to connect with my loved ones and allowing me to run my business, allowing me to get from point A to point B. And if you do that, then next you're not leaving that note on trigger. You're leaving it on the higher Note. And if you just do that, you start rewiring the frequency around money.
B
Yeah, that's beautiful. So you're shifting your energy based on this, the narrative of how you're holding it.
A
And I think that's the fastest way to do it because abundance, in my experience, is a frequency. You don't have to believe it, you don't have. You know, I mean, it's. If you shift the energy, you attract it, and then holding on to it and keeping it's another thing. But you can shift it to where you can attract what you want. My belief is, like, shift the energy, you attract what you want, and then work on your identity so you don't push away identity, what you just attracted.
B
Identity is, I think, the foundation for all of it. Like, do we not feel worthy? Are we identified with our egoic limited self? I think it's really the major hack. And I love the practice of questioning who am I? Right. Because then we start to wake up beyond the ideas of who we think we are, into our unlimited, our unconditioned self.
A
And a big one also is questioning. So when you have thoughts and emotions, a lot of times people don't know who they are because they're attached to so many people. So when the thought comes or an emotion comes, for me, a practice, like, is just tuning in and thinking, like, is this thought even mine? Is this emotion even? And again, not to bypass. If it's mine, I'll own it. I'll work on it. Sure. But a lot of times you'll be surprised with, like, wow. I was talking to my mom and she was frantic about this, and I'm thinking like, her, I didn't know that happened. But when I check in, I'm like, oh, okay. I just. I got. I got an email. This caught, caused this thought. This is even mine. Let me. Let me step away from it.
B
Mm. I. I want to ask you because I heard that you've been investing resources in energy research work.
A
Yes.
B
And I would love for you to share more about, like, what types of research you guys are doing and what you're finding out around energy healing through science.
A
So, yeah, we. We flew in a bunch of trauma researchers, doctors, neuroscientists, and, you know, and I do a lot. Most of my healings are group healings and remote. So typically it's like three to five thousand people virtually. And I'm doing my healings in that manner. Right. And we did one in Sedona where we measured people during the entire event. So before the event, during the event, like, and these 10 different scientifically validated methods, ECG, EEG, like, they look at the heart rate, the questionnaires, focus groups, all those things. And what we realized is there was a 82% trauma release just from energy work. And that to me was like, it blew my mind. I'm like, well, 82%. Because I was, I asked them like, what's the alternative? They're like, well, the other one that only that gets this kind of result is electro shock therapy. Oh, wow. For trauma. And that was the number one intervention. And I was like, we were close. We're. We're neck to neck with it. I'm like, that's crazy.
B
Yeah. Without the shock.
A
Without the shock. And apparently, yes, a trauma was. One apparently comes from childhood trauma. A lot of people experience it. And that's one of the big reasons why people come to us. It's like one of them is just trauma. You just don't know how that plays out in your life. But it's. It's there.
B
It's always there. Right?
A
And. And I'm a big believer of like, hey, if you don't have to remember what caused it, because if it's affecting you in any way, shape or form, it's leaving an energy in your body. And there comes a time to where that event no longer is the thing blocking you. It becomes the energy, the thoughts, the emotions, the identity that's created here that's stopping you in the now. That becomes the new root. So when you address the energy, then you can be free from it. And it's just. I know. I just think it's just a faster way to do it.
B
Yeah. I love somatic work because of that, where you don't need to know the story to clear it. I think sometimes knowing can be helpful, but sometimes people don't know how to go back to the past without getting seduced into it. If it's big T trauma. And so knowing the window of tolerance of, like, everybody has trauma. If we have big T trauma, we really want to work with like, somebody that is a trained practitioner.
A
Because you have to be able. Because when you do it, you probably, you know, I, you probably hold the space, space so well, and you pour so much love to where you. Because when I see people do that and you see the, the, the traditional model to where they're. They're in therapy for an hour, they bring out the big teeth trauma and like, oh, our session's done. Go back home and process it by yourself. And you're like, versus you probably know how to hold the space to facilitate that, what's enough, where to take them, how to bring them back. And you're very conscious about all that stuff.
B
I think it's so important. I don't think that enough people are talking about it. And even with breath work, I'm. People have huge releases online with breathwork and big T. Trauma is coming up and they're trying to contain it and stop it and they don't, they're not actually trauma informed. I'm watching it online so, you know, with all the love, just. It's nothing to be scared of. But it's everything to be educated around so that we can hold safe and compassionate space without actually re. Traumatizing the past. I think is part of our professional responsibility as coaches, therapists and healers. To be trauma informed. Yeah, yeah.
A
It's super important and I think, think because when you're informed, you can go deeper, you can go faster and you can do it responsibly.
B
Right.
A
You can get fast results versus like sending somebody back and not knowing. And I think that's why I'm a big believer that, I don't know, maybe it's just me, like you have to embody, you have to do the work because when you've walked it, you're not afraid of it.
B
That's right.
A
You can take them there and you're, you're not, you're not flinching because you're like, been there, done that. I know how it is. I can take it to the other side. It's all good.
B
You're not like going to chat gbt, trying to be like, is this okay? You just have an embodied confidence and knowing because you've done your work yourself.
A
And I think that's the big difference is like embodied coaches, embodied healers, people who've done the work.
B
Yes.
A
It's a different level of service that it can provide, I feel, because it's just, I don't know, it's just very different.
B
Yeah. What is the science saying about the future of trauma healing?
A
Well, I'm going to go back with the research that we did is like, it's when you get the root. It's just it affects so many different things. Like when you work on the Mayan and when you work with your folks with identity. When I work on energy, I think about energy identity as the root. When you shift that, you can shift a dozen other things in life and someone's good. So what we're seeing with this work is that it's Affecting so many different areas of life. The research is like, it's anxiety, ptsd, physical pain is being alleviated, quality of sleep. And they're like, how are all these areas being affected? And I'm like, because you're doing it right. You're getting to the core. You're shifting the thing that created all this thing. So when you do that, everything changes. So I think what it's pointing out is the more we get to the root of things, the faster things shift and the more we actually affect in someone's entire life.
B
That's right.
A
Versus just one thing.
B
I mean it literally sounds we're very aligned with this where instead of trying to help somebody solve one relationship problem, quote unquote, it's like, well, what are the themes of that problem in your life? And if you think of it like a tree, you're not just then focusing on the leaf. You're going to the core of the root of the identity. And if you really want to help somebody deeply and profoundly change their life, you will work on the level of their self worth or who they think they are. And then those branches can become like, oh, I self abandon. And then you work that instead of needing to work the leaves, you just kind of go to the trunk or you go to the. You're saying the root. And as you feel more confident in who you are or you're not putting up a toxic relationships, you're feeling more inherently worthy. You will date differently, you make different money, you make different life choices. Everything else. I think it's a really beautiful way to work with people so that it's not. It's more sustainable, it's more effective, it's more efficient as well.
A
Here's the way I look at it is we didn't come here broken, we came here whole. So we shouldn't spend our entire life trying to heal people do.
B
Yes.
A
To me it's like get healing done as fast as possible because get a point where you don't have to heal everything. You're going to heal enough to where you can thrive, you can live, you can have good relationships, you can be happy and then you can do what you're here to do, which is thrive and do your purpose work. Yeah, it doesn't have to be all about healing. I mean there's optimizing. When you get to a point where like I'm good, but can I, can it be great, can be better? Sure, you're optimizing, but the healing phase can be done fast. If you go to the route it doesn't mean it's easy, it's intense, but you've got to do the work.
B
Yeah. And it's like we are whole and yet there's part of our psychology, psychology that's looking to be combed through so that we can experience life with more grace. And it doesn't mean like something's wrong with us and we need to heal because we're broken. It's, it's more so waking up to our inherent worth and value and then letting all the disenfranchised thoughts, feelings and sensations that forgot their wholeness to be met and integrated within the truth of our being. Which.
A
Yeah. And, and that's super important because I've seen people that they attract their dream partner or they win the lottery and then 10 years later they're in a worse financial place. Because even though energetically it came because it can happen that fast. Identity, wise, self talk, paradigm, emotions, rules, they weren't matched to what they attracted. Therefore over time it went back to the sub point. Exactly. So like mind is always like can you get there? Can you get there fast? And when you're there, you have the resources to deal with your mind and style.
B
I mean, it's like I would rather have a clear. An open mind and an open heart.
A
Yes.
B
Than anything material because how I experience life from that place is so much better than anything external could ever give me. So. And you can have both. Yes.
A
And you can have, and that's the thing is when people do us, you can have, but it's not either or you can have A, B, C, D and everything. Then it's, I feel it. And again, I'm with you. Earlier on in my, in, in my life, I chased the material things.
B
Yeah.
A
And only to realize, okay, that was a 30 day high, a 60 day high. And it's, it's, it's gone. And you're like, you know, and you try to be like, maybe I can do more of it. And you just chase that and you're like, it doesn't.
B
Yeah.
A
And there's that, that void.
B
Yeah, the void.
A
Back to the void. And you get to get comfortable being like. And when you get comfortable with that, all of a sudden I think you start owning your power, which people don't talk about a lot. So I'm glad that you're like powers in the void because it's, I always thought it was such a not out there concept, but I didn't know if the world was ready for it yet.
B
Yeah.
A
But I'm like, I Think they are.
B
I mean, I think they are. I think I, I would get excited and scared of nahoid. I'd be sent to go to bed early when I was a kid and I wasn't tired, and I would just trip out on the dark velvety vastness and just lose myself. And so it felt when I go to meditation retreats, I'm like, oh, this is like being a child. And, and I don't think it's. I think more people are waking up now. I mean, I, I learned to be a reiki practitioner at 13. Like my, my family, my dad was into shamanism. My family was very much into this. We didn't speak, was about 12. But I do think each generation evolves the next. And I think the kids that are growing up now are going to help evolve just because of the openness of us as parents and as, as beings. And I think it just supports what we innately already know as kids. But I would love to hear a little bit about what you've seen firsthand. Healing the physical body through energy work. Can you share us some things?
A
Yeah, it's interesting. When I started energy work, it was an. I never thought of it as physical because my experience wasn't that when I got my first healing, I was in business and I was trying to grow that business and nothing I did, working harder, like, you know, work like doing everything I couldn't grow, I mean, maybe incremental growth. Then I got this healing and the healer was like, okay, you got a block in your heart, it's generational from your dad. And because I removed it, then you probably should see abundance and five weeks. And I was like, okay, this guy is a. Not only is a healer, he's also a fortune cookie. And I was so skeptical back then. And true enough, like, you know, like four, five week mark. Something came I didn't plan for, I didn't work. I just fell in my lap and I made more in a day than an entire year. And I was like, what is this stuff? What is this hack? So that's what got me into it. It was never really, you know, because I, I did it for abundance. I, you know, attracted my soulmate, my wife through it. So it was never physical for me. And then eventually when I was doing it for other people, I started seeing physical conditions not only from what I do, but from people that I've trained and they do it on other people. So I've seen everything from in, documented, in camera, from people that are in canes that can't Walk. And they start walking or they're in chronic pain, they can't move their shoulder and then they can move. So I've seen it from extreme things like that to people saying like, you know, I had one recently, she was in the Mayo Clinic. They didn't know what was happening. You know, her heart was deteriorating, she couldn't speak. Like, and, and, and they were so worried about her. Done energy healing for five days. And then all of a sudden they're like, what happened? Like, why are you. All those things went away and they can't explain it. And she had cardiologists, Mayo Clinic, all these experts, and they're like, like, we just don't know what happened. So I've seen things like that as well. And I think it's what people. Depends on what people need. Whether it's like they're coming for grief or for love or for, you know, self confidence or for depression or for physical healing. I feel like energy is the one thing that affects all. All the above and more.
B
Yeah, yeah, it's exciting. I think that science is going to be picking up more and more of what ancient wisdom has always known and I'm excited to, to watch that happen. Talk to us a little bit about sacred geometry and what you guys have found in your research as a way to use that information for physical healing and manifestation.
A
Yeah, so I, I geeked out on it. There's a book, I forget what it's called, but they did studies on pyramids and they put brine shrimp. I think it's one set of brine shrimp underneath the pyramid. Another set of brine shrimp, not, not, you know, with no pyramid. And the one with the pyramid lived, I think three weeks longer. And they did it in burn wards in, in Canada as well. They burn patients somewhere underneath the pyramid. Some weren't. The ones underneath healed a lot faster. And they do it with a, with produce. If you put, buy those pyramid hats or those, those copper or pyramids online, you put them vegetables or fruit underneath it.
B
It.
A
People are realizing it stays fresher longer. I think what it does, it's probably why you'd have mummies in, in the pyramids. Right. Is, is it keeps you in homeostasis so it protects you from all external things so your body, your cells can function the way it's designed and your energy can function the way it is. So pyramids can be used for protection. So that's one of the ways we know sacred geometry for. And you can also manifest with it for sure. But it's A big one is for protection and enhancing, self healing.
B
And I know there's sacred geometry and art. You can do it under your bed or like there's. You can incorporate it into all of your life just as an, like being your own scientist to just try things out, to have an open mind. Just to say, is my experience heightened or enhanced? Was there wisdom with the pyramids? You know, can I, can I see what actually my direct experience is through these things?
A
And if people Google like sacred geometry in nature, you're going to see it's everywhere.
B
Yeah, yeah.
A
The Fibonacci. And if you look at from the pine cones to the seashells to the flowers, it's outside of us, even inside of us. Like if you look at our DNA, it's spirals. You have octahedrons to pyramids back to back. Our cells are spherical in nature, like sacred geometry. I call it the language of God because it's everywhere outside within the Milky Way. I mean it's like it's everywhere in creation.
B
And for those. I love it when people are skeptical because I think that it's good for them to find out what their truth is rather than just hear. I think having critical thinking is a great skill in general, which I probably should have shared earlier. For those that are skeptical may not have been listening at this point, but it is great to have those types of thought processes. So we're not just believing everything we think, but in your own life, I know that you said you were skeptical. What helped you really? Was there a story or a moment where you were like, no, this is powerful. I know that I can co create and I can tap into my own innate powers to create what I want.

When it happened in my life, I was skeptical because I thought I was just making it up. When I started doing the, the scary thing, which is like, oh gosh, I'm a healer. Okay, great. I wish my mom told me about it because it run, run in the bloodline apparently my great grandfather, my grandfather, father were all healers. And she knew when I was born, she just never told me. I just had to go through that awakening. But when I started working on other people and seeing them get results, it was one level. But when I started teaching people how to do it and then they would do it, so it's no longer me. I'm teaching them. Something that doesn't even belong to me, came through me. I taught it, they're doing it and I'm like, I'm not even involved anymore. And they're creating Results. I'm like, now, what are the odds of that? So my mind had to see it happen multiple times outside of me by some. By other people. And over time, you're like, there's something I don't understand, but I know it works.
B
Yeah.
A
And I think that's the best relationship I have. When I know I have to surrender because I have to do something. The mind no longer fights me. It's still uncomfortable. It's not gonna. It's gonna complain maybe a little bit, but it's like. But it works, so it's gonna happen.
B
Yeah.
A
So you just build that relationship with. With. With surrender and higher power, but realizing, like, the mind does not have all the answers, although it doesn't. It can. It can build trust enough to let go.
B
Yeah.
A
And that's, you know, to me, that's been the. The relationship.
B
Yeah. Yeah. And I love that. And finding out, like, what is my truth?
A
And I'm still skeptical. Don't get me. My mind still is like this. And I'm like, okay. That's why I'm doing more research, because I'm like, eventually there, you know, there are people that I can't reach because they're probably more skeptical than me, and they need research, and I want to reach them. So let me. Let me get into research.
B
Yeah.
A
Right.
B
Good. I think it's a beautiful bridge. Yeah. And I just. Yeah. I appreciate you so much. Thank you for being here. I know my audience is going to want to stay connected. Talk to us about what you're up to.
A
Yeah. I mean, right now it's getting on podcasts, like, because I think it's just fun.
B
Yeah.
A
Furthering the research. Most of my stuff, my best stuff, I try to post them all for free. They're all on Instagram. I post them for free. Like, that's how I get the tools to people that need it. Because someone right now is suffering, and they would. They're asking, what do I do? And I'm always like, okay, God, higher power. Like, you know, whatever needs to flow through me today so that somebody can hear it and it can help them in their journey, please flow through me. And then I create content. So that's kind of the intention that I have. And I've just. It's just been. It's just been really, really fun. So a lot of my best stuff is for free online.
B

Episode: How to Call Your Energy Back & Manifest Your Dreams in Your Sleep
Date: December 23, 2025
Host: Alyssa Nobriga
Guest: Oliver Nino (aka The Spiritual Activator)
In this episode, Alyssa Nobriga sits down with renowned energy healer Oliver Nino to explore the "energetic architecture of reality." They discuss practical ways to clear and reclaim your energy, manifest through sleep and dreams, set boundaries with "energy vampires," and the fast-evolving science of energy healing. The conversation weaves together ancient wisdom and modern research, sharing actionable rituals and deep insights into human potential, healing, abundance, and the power of the subconscious.
Empaths and Energy Absorption:
Alyssa and Oliver open by describing how empaths and highly sensitive people can unconsciously absorb other people’s emotions, leading to physiological effects.
Energy Clearing Practices, Especially Before Sleep:
Oliver emphasizes releasing other people’s energies at night; otherwise, dreams become a way to process absorbed emotions rather than learning, healing, or manifesting.
Why Nighttime is Powerful:
Bedtime offers uninterrupted hours steeped in intention, whereas morning routines are soon disrupted.
Practical Techniques:
Stacking Modalities:
Combining intention with other senses—sound, smell (incense), visuals (crystals, greens)—can make the practice more potent.
Preparing for Astral Travel & Lucid Dreaming:
Set clear, specific intentions (“I want to astral travel to learn abundance…”), visualize a white light filling the body/crown and follow it in your imagination as far as you can, then fall asleep in that state.
"If you look at the day... but nighttime, if you’re intentional and you know what to do, you can get four, five, six, eight hours, you’re basking in that energy." — Oliver (01:59)

Practical Tools for Energy Boundaries:
“When we’re in a state of sovereignty... we don’t pick up other things because we’re in our body.” — Alyssa (16:50)

On Movement and Expression:
“When you dance, you’re shaking out and you’re moving the excess.” — Oliver (22:52)

Root Cause Transformation:
On Manifestation and Sleep:
“Nighttime, if you’re intentional and you know what to do, you can get four, five, six, eight hours... you’re staying in that vibration longer.” — Oliver (01:59)
On Energy Vampires:
“You’ll be able to tell because you’re drained, you’re angry, you can’t get sleep right. Mental fog… It affects your adrenals.” — Oliver (14:52)
On Intentional Cord-Cutting:
“When I work with people and they’re trying to release their ex… people that are afraid of them leaving… show up that same day, that same week. They can sense someone’s shifting out of their reality.” — Oliver (27:25)
On Healing Trauma with Energy Work:
“We did one in Sedona … there was 82% trauma release just from energy work. Comparable to electro shock therapy, but without the shock.” — Oliver (41:19)
On Wholeness:
“We didn’t come here broken, we came here whole. The healing phase can be done fast if you go to the root... Get to a point where you can thrive.” — Oliver (47:10)
On Sacred Geometry in Nature:
“If people Google sacred geometry in nature, you’ll see it’s everywhere—from pine cones to seashells to flowers… Our DNA is spirals, octahedrons, pyramids, our cells are spherical; it’s the language of God.” — Oliver (54:49)
This episode bridges esoteric wisdom and modern science, offering practical advice for anyone seeking more clarity, energy, alignment, or abundance. The practices outlined (especially focused around nighttime intention, energetic boundaries, and healing at the root level) provide listeners with powerful and accessible tools for self-growth and transformation.
