So I had my first master's degree in spiritual psychology and I remember I was telling myself how great I was doing in my life as I was going to the refrigerator to emotionally overeat. And in that moment I realized the disconnect from my Body and my mind. And so I went back to get a second master's degree in somatic psychotherapy. I'm a licensed somatic psychotherapist. I'm not using that degree right now, but I wanted to learn how to, to integrate the nervous system into my work so that I could help somebody create change in a way that is deeper. And so I'm going to share with you some of my body of work here. And just to give you context. For those that don't know, soma means body. And so somatic work and embodiment work are the same. You can use them interchangeably. But over the years of coaching thousands of people and various degrees, I've developed my own methodology so that you know how to go deeper and more easily. And so this is what I'm sharing with you throughout this training. And because if you want to be a masterful coach or if you want to know how to masterfully facilitate yourself, and this is what I always tell people. So whether you're a coach or not, start with yourself. You want to know more than one or two approaches. You don't want to be a one trick pony. You want to really make sure that you are embodying the work yourself. And some people are going to need fire, they need it more direct. Other people need it softer. They need more compassion and water. So you want to develop your range so that you know how to meet people where they are. And then also at different times in our life, we need different things. So my method is about helping you develop your full range. Whether you're doing this again, the challenge for yourself, or if you are a facilitator, a coach, therapist, or a healer. But every day of this training, I'm giving you different aspects of my method. So yesterday we were doing subconscious reprogramming, today we're doing somatic work. I have five levels of change, so each day I'm bringing to you a different aspect so you can experience the power of it yourself. And I will never be the coach who just gives you surface level strategies. I want you to know that that is not my, my jam. So I'm going to be teaching you how to actually get to the root to create lasting change in A more graceful and easier way. And I love that you guys are here and that you are showing up for this. I want to bring it even more because you are. It inspires me so much. And just to give context, because you are growth oriented or you're a coach, it's totally normal for fear or anxiety to come up as you're moving outside your comfort zone. Because when you have uncertainty, the ego will project fear into that unknown as a safety strategy. And so you want to know this, but you also want to plan for it. And if you don't have the tools or don't have the courage to face the fears that are holding you back, your life gets smaller and so do your results. And so having the tools and the principles and community supports you and actually more easily overcoming it. And that way you don't get taken out of the game. But really, people have two choices. You could either try to control life so that you avoid discomfort, or a more empowering way would be to stretch the capacity to be with the range of your human experience and find freedom throughout it. That's what I'm here to teach you today. And I know that you're here for that, so let's dive in. So for context, the body is the unconscious. So oftentimes, people don't even realize what's happening until they tune into the body. It's not within their conscious awareness. That's why we want to develop our somatic intelligence so that you have your full potential. Because if you're not doing this work for yourself or, or with your clients, it's like you have one hand tied behind your back. You're not with your full potential doing somatic work. You have all of it. You want to do more. You want to learn more than just somatic work as well. But the body will hold fear, stress, anxiety, and it will hold you back from stepping into your potential without you even realizing it. And so part of this work and the power of somatic work is that you don't need to know this story to help you integrate stored stuck energy and really get free from it. It's really great. And so let me give you a story just to kind of ground this. I was working with a woman who came to see me. The doctor said she was 45 pounds overweight and she was doing the right things, quote, unquote. She was eating right, she was healthy, she was working out. But there was this one pattern that would take her out of the game from reaching her goal. Every time she got stressed, she would eat to manage the stress. And so this inner block was actually blocking her from reaching the outer goal, not knowing how to be with her stress. And so because she didn't have a lot of insight about how this was developed, and you don't always need to know the story about how I supported her in developing a practice to be with the sensations that arose right before the feelings that would come up for her to find food as the comfort. She started to learn to express it more somatically as a sensation, not a story. I'll teach you how to do this here. And so over time, she was able to breathe into that sensation of stress and it started to integrate. And after three months, she was more easily able to maintain that weight and the goal because she had done the inner work. And so I just want to be really clear that the physical world, reality is a reflection and a mirror of what's happening inside. And so we want to go to the root inside of us to shift it. Because anything you're creating or not creating is giving you insights and feedback about where you want to look inside of yourself so that you can actually, yeah, more easily create the changes that you want. A lot of people ask me this question, so I'm going to go into it, but what's the difference between coaching and therapy? And I'll answer it in a way that is more somatically based because this is the training. So with coaching, somatic coaching is about performance and optimization. It's about really helping you not just do the inner healing or transformational work, but in service to what's the block that's getting in the way. It's also for high functioning people. So with for example, if you were to come to see me and say you have got a goal of growing your business but you get nervous every time you pitch, I would first work with you somatically as a coach to integrate the anxious energy in your body so that that doesn't take you out of the game. We would breathe into and allow this energy so that then I can teach you about sales strategies and then we would role play. So inner and then outer. But something I do want to share is that what I see in the coaching industry is there's a lot of people who are doing somatic practices like breath work or embodiment tools without being trauma informed. And I want to be really clear that you do need to be trauma informed. It is part of your personal and professional responsibility to know what big T trauma looks like. No coach is qualified to work with big T trauma and everybody has trauma. There's something called the window of tolerance from Dan Siegel who says essentially when it's outside of normal trauma, it's big T trauma. That is not no coach is qualified to do that work. So I do want to make sure you know that if you are working as a coach, therapist or healer, especially doing somatic work because the body is the unconscious, your client or you may not know that you have big T trauma and if it comes up and you don't know how to create safety, that's a concern. And so it's nothing to be worried about. But it's everything to be educated about. Not just theoretically, but what does it look like to have big T trauma show up in the body? How do you bring somebody back to safety? Super important that you start to learn and do that work so that you don't do more harm and that you can, even if you have the best of intentions, it's just part of your professional responsibility. So this is why I make sure my coaches are trauma informed and you have more awareness about this so you can do good in the world. Safety is the foundation to all of this work. You always want to work within the window. Even if, even if you are trauma, you are a trauma therapist. You always want to work within the window of tolerance. So I do train my coaches to know how to create safety, know how to track it and come back. And so I just want to make sure you, it's like my public service announcement to you guys, make sure you really know how to do that. But let's talk about who embodiment work is good for. So my experience is that entrepreneurship, we have overemphasized strategy and under emphasized the inner work. 80% of the game in my eyes, is the inner work. And so today we're talking about somatic work. Somatic work is good for pretty much everybody. Not those who have big T trauma, unless you are a trauma specialist. But I find that most of us have overdeveloped minds and underdeveloped body intelligence. And so we want to really, again, develop our full range and come into harmony and balance. And so anytime you move outside your comfort zone, there again you want to learn how to equip yourself with managing and moving through uncertainty and fear so that you can more easily reach your goal. So this is how we do somatic work with coaching. But I find that somatic work is also really good for people who have done a lot of professional personal development work. They kind of know, quote, unquote, all the things, but then they're still stuck or really intellectual people who stay locked in their mind. Somatic work is like a backdoor, can be really powerful to help you actually break free from staying locked in the mind where a lot of the anxiety and problems are created. But for anybody that is talkative in your, maybe you're a talkative client or you have a talkative client, sometimes it's just about educating them that you only need to know the story so that it brings up the energy in your body so that it can be integrated and allowed. So story is good so that it brings up the energy. But once the energy's up, you can let go of the story. And if you have a talkative, you can ask them what does that thought feel like in your body? So you're bringing curiosity into the Body. You can also ask them what gets activated inside when you tell me that. So you're bringing their active mind into the intelligence of the body so that you can really open up more of their insight and awareness. You don't have to have the answers for your clients, but you do want to have the right questions to help elicit their. Their wisdom and their knowing. And as you do, game on. It's. It's. It accelerates the work. So as we're going through this training, because it's embodiment work, we're gonna. We're gonna go deeper even tomorrow. I want you to start feeling into your body as I'm talking to you in this training so that you're developing your somatic tracking and awareness now. So feel your feet, feel your hands, so that you're starting to really develop this so that you're feeling even more alive and you're. You're developing that muscle. If you are a coach, you absolutely always want to have half your awareness in your body, at least in session, so that you can pick up insights and cues about how to better serve your clients. So, for example, maybe your. Your client has suppressed their emotions and your eyes start watering and you know it's not about you. That might be a signal that they're suppressing their emotions, and that might be an invitation to guide them in that direction. Or your client says something and you get goosebumps, and that tells you to go follow the direction, to really follow the thread, to see what else there as a trailhead. But anytime your logical mind says, I don't know where this is going, that's great, because then you're not going, one, two, three, step. You're really trusting the intelligence of the moment and the body. And that is just. I train my coaches so that you don't feel insecure about that. You're like, oh, that's a good sign. I can trust this. Breathe into it and allow it. And so, yeah, beautiful. Okay, so we are. Let's do this. So we're 15 minutes in. Let's do a little body shake. So take a breath with me and then shake it out. Shake out your booty. Shake out your. Your hips, your hands. Sound feels good. You're alive. I've got a thing. Holy shit, we're alive. My water bottle. Okay, good. So let's dive into five secrets to embodied coaching, and then I'm going to bring up a demo and show you how to do this work. Okay? So make sure you take out your worksheet for today and Again, if you have not, you're going to, you probably want to re watch this training. You might for sure want to take notes because I'm having you fill some of this is already for you and then some of you are going to want to fill it out. So take out your worksheet. If you have not gotten the worksheet again type challenge will DM it to you. Okay, so good. So these the first secret to embodied coaching. And this is again based on my work. So it is about welcoming resistance. My methodology is founded in acceptance. You welcome all of it. And there's the thoughts, the feelings and the sensations. Most people are trying to fix, they're trying to get rid of. And actually the quickest way to get stuck with something is to fight it. And when you embrace something, when you bring curiosity and compassion to anything, it reveals the wisdom inside of it. And it's a softer approach that not only feels good, but works. I think the worst advice is to tell somebody to let go. So first off, they're scared and they're holding. So telling them something where they should feel different isn't going to work. So actually creating safety for the energy of fear, it naturally lets go. And so part of this work that you want to do is to breathe in curiosity and compassion so that you can have the wisdom revealed and then take more intelligent steps. Let me explain. So I had a woman who came to see me in my office back in the day when I'd see people here, right back there. And she was very successful woman and she was going to her next level publicly being seen in the world. And she really judged this part of her, this energy of wanting to hide, she thought it was holding her back. She was really caught up in a narrative of this should be, we should get rid of it. It's not good. And I told her, I said, it's really okay to hide. And I gave her a blanket. She went under the blanket and she cried for about a minute. And after a minute she took off the blanket. She said, I feel lighter. That's done. And so oftentimes we think we try to get rid of something, but we actually give our energy to it, we push it away and all that. These thoughts, feelings, sensations we're looking for were to be presenced, were to be allowed. And as we do that, we're not pushing it down, we're allowing it to come up and it moves on very quickly. And so the same principles apply for thoughts, feelings and sensations with like patterns inside of you and outside of you. Because People and parts of you defend to the degree that they don't feel accepted. And so they're just looking to be accepted. So when we don't accept them, it makes it harder. Which leads me to the second secret, which is the resistance loop. And here's what happens. So core energy somatically gets stuck in the throat, the heart, and the gut, okay? And so most of, like, the deepest stuff is your gut. And what happens is people don't realize that it can move. The body naturally knows what to do to let it move through. But when we get in our minds analyzing something, it takes longer. So here's what happens. Somebody starts feeling safe. They go from their thinking head where they think it's safe, they drop down, they start going to the core material, and then they get scared and they go back up. And then it's just this resistance loop. And so this is what I'm talking about. It makes it harder versus if they know how to somatically integrate it, they go down and out, and it just moves through. Just like my client with the blanket, I supported her defense. Instead of trying to get rid of the defense, you support it. It's looking for safety. Offer it that safety. And so, you know, think of it like the analogy of a wave, right? You're in the ocean and a big wave comes. That wave is, let's say, an emotion. Most people brace, they tense up, but then you get tumbled by the wave, right? And rather than trying to fight with the force of nature, I would say go into it. Dive under the wave. Any surfer knows this. You go into it as a sensation, not a story. And ironically, when you're not resisting it, you're not sucked into the tidal wave, the pool of energy, and it's able to move through a lot quicker. I hear people say this all the time. They say, for example, I feel so overwhelmed, and I call bluff because oftentimes they're thinking about overwhelm rather than feeling the sensation of overwhelm. You don't want to stay in your mind about it. You want to just make sure that you feel it as a sensation, moving it through. Because anytime your mind interrupts the natural process of what wants to move through, like a wave, like an emotion, you're actually ruminating, and you're keeping it stuck in your body. So allow it to move through. All right? The third secret is about the direct experience. So they're all kind of leading on each other. So now you know that the body naturally knows what to do with an emotion, a sensation, as long as the mind's not interfering with it. There are three ways that the mind interferes. So the first one we just talked about is when you're thinking and analyzing. So just know anytime you're avoiding, you're strategizing, you're trying to get rid of. You're essentially saying no to what's here. And that's the quickest way to get stuck with it. But the first way is analyzing it. The second way is expressing it. So verbally processing this and when you're complaining about it, you're talking to other people about it, could be a coach or a therapist, you're still stuck in it. And the third way that's more subtle is that people stay in an image which is still in the mind, rather than allowing the direction experience just to move through. And so neuroscientists have found that it only takes 90 seconds to feel a sensation before an emotion before it moves through the body. And so that means if you're feeling an emotion longer than 90 seconds, you are thinking it into existence. And so part of this work is really about going beyond images and labels to feel the direct experience. So the direct experience wouldn't be a story of overwhelm, it would be this sensation as if you were a scientist discovering this or an alien discovering this emotion for the first time. Fresh, you're bringing curiosity into it and compassion into it. Okay, so the fourth one, to really help you expand and get breakthroughs more quickly. A somatic secret is to track the body. Watch what people are doing way more than what they are saying always. And we know this, we know that 7% of communication is only verbal. 93% is non verbal like tone body language. But most of us still over emphasize the story. And so don't hyper focus on the words. The deeper conversation is happening in the body. And again, most people aren't aware of this. And so I can't tell you how many times if you, if you have, if you come into my office or you work with any of my coaches, they're going to, I don't work with people, anyone anymore. But anytime you have a good coach or a good therapist, they're going to have you drop into your body to notice what else is here. Because you could tell me this is what I want support with. And then we close our eyes and tune in and there's a whole other conversation happening here that's much deeper. Make sure that you're paying attention to what it is. So there are going to be three different tracking things that I want to share with you around watching the body to really accelerate your understanding of somatic tracking. So first one is, anytime somebody's looking up, they're in their mind thinking about something. So they're. They're lost from the direct experience of it, which is going to take them further into anxiety or looping. So watch what they're. So watch when their eyes go up and invite them in to notice what it feels like in their body. You also pretty much never want to ask why questions. If you're facilitating somebody to go deeper. Why questions are also going to help them stay stuck in their mind. You don't want that. You want to actually drop into the direct experience. The second thing with somatic tracking is to watch their gestures. Maybe there's like, this is going to be so easy. And they've got like a contradictory gesture. It's going to be so easy. You would have them slow down and repeat the gesture in mindfulness, in presence, so that they can start looking at, oh, wow, I didn't even realize I was doing this. And so you can say what thoughts, images or memories go with this, what emotions go and this. And then they'll have their own wisdom and insights. You don't have to have the answers. They do. You have the questions to help elicit their own wisdom and, or maybe just intuitively they're talking to you and it looks weird that they're doing something. They're not aware of it, the body. So have them do it with presence and see what else goes with that. Let the wisdom reveal itself bottom up, not top down. And the third thing for somatic tracking is anytime your client's eyelids are shut, if they're moving, can you see my eyelids moving? They're in their mind thinking. So sometimes when you're doing somatic work, it can get quiet. And you may be like, what's happening? It's okay to ask. But you can also see if their eyelids are moving. They're in their mind thinking about it. And so part of this work is about creating safety so that they can drop into the feeling, drop into allowing the energy to be here so it's not holding them back. Okay, so this is how you start accelerating the work and having more. You're having breakthroughs more quickly. The last one is a favorite of my students. It's called the paradox of transformation. I titled it this because the last place you would think to look holds the key to what you deeply desire. So most humans psychologically are wired to move towards what they want and away from what they don't want what they think will cause them pain. But ironically, when you know how to move through quote, unquote, things that you are scared of, ironically, that opens you to a greater level of freedom. And the very thing that you are avoiding holds the key to what you deeply desire. So what do I mean by that? If you want to feel worthy, you embrace unworthiness. If you want to feel free, you embrace stuck. If you want to feel confident, you'll embrace insecurity. And so I'm going to share with you tomorrow exactly what I mean. Not as a concept, but walking you through, having a breakthrough live. So that when you say yes to what's actually here, you make peace with it. And ironically, you move beyond it. You don't limit your life, but you have to feel it as a sensation, not a story. You can always be with whatever sensations here in the moment. What's hard is to be with the past stories or the future stories, the fear based stories. So when you're really present, it's way more manageable. You can fully be with whatever's here and then it lets you. It's. You're set free. It's really powerful. Work again tomorrow. I'm gonna guide you through it. Beautiful. Okay. And so what. What's been the concern or block or fear that's more alive that's been coming up for you?
B
That I'm not smart enough to do it? That I can't figure it out on my own? That I need. I. I constantly need support financially from other people.
A
Yeah. And is this pattern familiar?
B
Yes, very.
A
Yeah. Yeah. And what comes up when I say that? Just.
B
What comes up somatically, My throat literally shuts. And it's. It's rooted in, like, do I believe that I'm enough? Do I believe that I'm. I have wisdom. I know I have wisdom to share. I know that I am meant to expand and grow. And my limiting belief has always been like, I'm not. My brain is broken. I can't do this.

Yeah. And as you share that, you notice what's happening in your body. Yeah.

I feel it in my eyes. I feel it in my stomach. It's like, deeply, deeply rooted.
A
Yeah. Yeah. And so just for this moment, let's just see what happens when we go into. Is. Is your stomach more activated or your eyes?
B
Probably my eyes.
A
Yeah. Okay. So Then if we just bring some presence into the sensations in your eyes, just allowing it to be here just for a moment, bringing curiosity into it.

The first thing that comes to me is shame.
A
Yeah, yeah. And it makes a lot of sense that you've been trying to get degrees or do other things, rely on other people so you don't feel this. It's a great strategy until now, until we're going to upgrade that. And yet what if we just explore to see if this shame can be presenced, can be allowed. So rather than labeling shame, let's just see what it's like together. To become intimate with the direct experience of shame. To breathe into, to just see where. Where is alive in your body most. Now.

I feel it in my stomach.

Yeah, now we dropped. Okay. So just bringing curiosity into your stomach, staying connected. Notice the size of this. Is it like a golf ball, a soccer ball?

It's like my whole torso.
A
Yeah. Okay. Is it dense? Yeah. Okay, dense. Does it have a collar?
B
It's like mud.

Thick.

Yeah.

Dense mud.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

So if you feel open, we're just going to get curious. With this dense, thick mud in your torso, the shame that's been avoided and to just breathe into it. Breathing curiosity, bringing openness, fully, allowing it to be here without needing to change it or do anything. Just as an experiment, what starts to happen to this energy? What do you notice as you start welcoming and opening to it?

It's taking up more space.

And is that okay with you?
B
Yeah, yeah, I'm trying.

I'm.

I'm like conscious of being curious about it versus judgmental.
A
Yeah, yeah. So you're starting to bring that curiosity into the sensation just as. Just as a. An experiment to see what happens when we're not judging it. And I want to just invite you to open your awareness, to also notice the walls in your room, to notice their relationship with this mud, this energy. Do they mind that it's here? No. No. And so see that you could. There's something in your direct experience that already doesn't mind that it's here. Even if the ego is trying to resist it, there's something else that already allows it. And so breathing into. With curiosity, just noticing the mud, allowing it to be here, opening the aperture of your awareness so that it's contained in something larger than your body with the breath, breathing into the sensations. And what starts to happen in your body as you do that?

I feel less tense, huh? Like flowy?
A
Yeah, you got more energy. You're not pushing it down. You got that energy to create.
B
Yeah.
A
And so just tune into your body, notice if it wants to do something. I notice you started moving to see if that wants to happen or sound. Whatever wants to happen. We're just going to allow it. Yeah. Good breath. Yeah.

Like, I want to, like, just get the stiffness out.
A
Yeah. Well, so is that you wanting to get the stiffness out or is that the body wanting to move?
B
Good question. That's my body wanting to move.
A
Okay, cool. So let's do it together. Let's do it together. Let's just move the body however it wants to move. Anybody watching just kind of getting. Tending to it. Yeah. Trusting you can even do the sound.

I feel the like vibration.
A
The energy aliveness. Yeah. Huh? Yeah. So it's starting to get freed up. And you feel the life force energy that comes on board when you're not pushing it down or judging it. And this is all that it was looking for. And we call it shame. But when we suspend our idea of what it is and directly experience it, it's life. It's life force energy that we use to then create and follow our dreams. So prior, there's a story that this is bad. I need to get rid of it. And then I'm stuck with it. And in your courage to just drop into and allow it, you start to free up this stored stuck energy. And it doesn't have to take long. There can be layers of it, but it doesn't need to. It's our relationship with the energy that matters. So the energy gets to be there. So blocks aren't in the way. They are the way. So they. They literally show you what's looking to be present to help you get as a stepping stone to your next level, to this goal that you have around growing your. Your business and your impact.

I feel like tingly, but it's not annoying. It's like, it's like.

Where this mud was. It's like no longer there. It's like filled with. There's just like spaciousness.

Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Life force energy, alignment. So imagine how we were to support you in growing your business from your aliveness, from spaciousness. Powerful. Yeah. I want you to get this. I want to hear from you what insights came from this. We'll do a little practical because we have time, because that was pretty quick. But I want to hear from you what was an insight or a learning you got from your courage, from your willingness. You don't even. We didn't even entertain Much story, which I wanted to show a different example from yesterday. So tell me a little bit about what you now running an experiment. Just so, for example. Oh, yeah, I approached. Yeah, that's okay. That's okay. So what was an insight you got from this so that you can take this with you moving forward?

Well, definitely the. Like, I. I do experiential work because.

I'm a gestalt therapist.
B
So it's like, this is my jam right here. So for me, it's like reminding me that, you know, the first thing that came to me was this. The moments in my life where I felt so confident and I felt like I was using my voice and I was elevating my. My truth and my wisdom, and I was being vulnerable and authentic.

And that was.
B
Those moments were as much me or more me than anything where I've, like, allowed the power of other people to take over and, like, take up all the oxygen in the room because I've been, like, so focused on other people or focus on everything outside of me.

Yeah.
B
And so now it feels like just even doing that experiment is like reminding myself of, like, oh, this is the shame is just.
A
Just.
B
It's just a word that I don't.
A
Have to attach to. That's right. That's right. What I saw, just to help it drop in a little bit, when we started, the challenge in your business was like, thinking you need to know more or that you were relying on others as a safety strategy so you didn't have to feel the shame. Shame of maybe putting your work out there. People say, put myself out there, but you're putting your work out there. So the shame of not feeling that, but actually by trying to avoid it, we're stuck with it. Right. And so by the courage and willingness to feel it as a sensation, not a story, it starts to integrate into your nervous system. You get all this energy rather than pushing it down to move forward. All it was looking for was your presence, was your attention. And it can take 90 seconds, and then it can really start to move. And so it's your relationship with this energy that matters more. But the blocks in our business or the safety strategies that come up are just trying to avoid feeling a vulnerability, the shame. And really, the way to feel confident is through embracing insecurity or shame. And I only know this because I've walked through it as well. And I had a similar story, that my brain was broken because I'm neurodivergent. I have a learning disability and reading comprehension. And so I'm with you. And I've done the work, and I want you to know that those become your superpowers. You became a therapist because you learned how to tune in. And you have other things that now serve you even more than these templated ways that we've. That we've learned how to find our way of learning in the world. And so I. I just want to make sure that you anchor in and really see that this is the energy that is just looking to be embraced. And as you embrace it, it moves through it. It sets you free.

You're so welcome. Yeah. And thank you for your courage for doing this work. So let's just ground it with some action because we have some time. So with your business. So with your business, now that you've got this energy, we do the inner and then outer. Tomorrow we're going to do. In a moment, I'm going to do a manifestation practice to kind of of an embodied one. So move some of that energy for everybody else if they didn't walk through something. But in terms of your. You. And so tomorrow, just to be clear, we're going to do confidence so that you're embodying this magnetic confidence. And then we'll do strategy. So what I'm going to share with you, we'll go deeper tomorrow. What is. What is one of the. Are you trying to fill more spaces in your. Okay, okay. Yeah. So some of. Now that you've got all this energy and you're not trying to manage to avoid shame, it's like, oh, it's just about service. Like, there's genuinely a way that you can share your gifts to serve others, and it won't be so hard. Sometimes it's. You don't even need the strategy because you already had it. It was just about doing the inner work. And other times you do want to elevate your strategy. And so one of the things that I would encourage you to think through and I'm going to share with you three ways to create clients for free tomorrow. And you can do that without ever having to rely on social media. I actually think none of that is. I think that's actually taking you away. That's more entrepreneurship, and it's a long route to build your own audience. So a very simple thing that you can do, and we'll go deeper into it tomorrow is gifted sessions. It's about being generous in the world and then sharing your magic with other people. And you can have people bring a friend. Like, if you do a workshop It's a complimentary workshop. Have people bring a friend that doubles your audience. That's for my extroverts. Doubles your audience, serves more people. And then if for my introverts, you could do a gifted session where somebody in their world gets a gifted session with you. So maybe one of your clients by you could say any. Like, if they bring somebody up in their life, you could say, just because you are my client, I'm happy to gift one of somebody in your life a session with me as a gift from you to them. It does then give you. It's generous. It leads with service. It gives you more access to people that you already love working with. It grows your audience for free. I'm going to go into more tomorrow. That's why I won't coach too much on it now. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But from this energy of like, oh, I'm not pushing my aliveness down now I have this available. So let's step into actually helping you make a bigger impact and follow your heart.

But I want to help you unpack what I did and why so you can start applying it to your own life. So what we're going to do is we're going to help you use the energy field of this community to magnify and embody your vision and your dreams. And so I'm going to guide you to do. It's just going to be like very quickly, three and a half minutes. And I'm going to guide you to breathe faster for 90 seconds to start accelerating this energy moving through your body. And. And the breath will be in and out the mouth. Either way, just in and out the mouth if you would like. So if you want to go slow, you'll feel less lightheaded, obviously. Always do what's going to feel safe for you. But it's only 90 seconds. So if you start feeling tingly, it's good to sit down to do this. Only do this if you are in a safe place. Not driving to do it, but in and out the mouth just for 90 seconds. I'll let you know when to do it in a moment. You could also just choose to feel into this vibration and this manifestation. Practice this embodied experience without the breath. Totally up to you. Choose your own adventure. And then those questions that are coming in, put them in the questions box so that I can see them versus going through all the comments. Okay? So go ahead. If you are in a safe place, I want to invite you to close your eyes and just take a nice slow deep breath in through your nose and just let go of any stress or tension, shaking it out, shaking, breathing, coming into center and just feel into the vision of that's alive and true in your heart. What is most important and alive in your heart. I want to invite you to let yourself really give yourself permission to want what you want, to win in your own fantasy and just feel into what does it look like in my life? It were if it were ideal, what is my day to day like? Who's with me? What does it feel like? Notice the impact that you're having in the world by following your heart. It's only the mind that limits you. So give yourself permission to really allow yourself to imagine that you've already arrived. You are here. You didn't realize how easy it would be at this level of success, how good it would feel. See the impact and the income that you're making. Feeling effortless, living on purpose, letting yourself really wake up to the miracle that is already here. Feel that gratitude in your heart. Wow. Everything you've been dreaming is here in this moment. Those relationship goals, your health goals, your financial goals, family. See it, feel it, breathe into it right now. It's already here now. Even before we go looking for it. Not being a victim to the goal, we wake up to it already being here now. Tamara is on zoom. Let's open it up to question. So so much grief came up after my shame. 90 seconds is is not long enough to go. So there are layers. And so if the layers came up in this session I would go so grief is an emotion where it goes in waves. It still will it. I don't know the science behind it, but I find that when you fully allow grief, it moves through pretty quickly and but it comes back. And this is not about trying to get rid of anything. This is about welcoming everything, at least in my method. So it's not like we're doing the tools to get rid of something. We're doing the work to meet our full human experience, to say yes to it and to find safety within all of it. After going into the body and meeting the shame mud the body wants what if the body wants to block or reject it? So then you, then you support the defense. You support the part of you or the energy that wants to reject because there's wisdom inside of the resistance. And if you resist resistance, it's just another layer of resistance. So you remember number one, the somatic secret is to welcome the resistance. You're not trying to get rid of it. You are welcoming it. You're allowing all of it. And then it starts to reveal the wisdom inside of it. Okay, how do you go deeper into the shame feeling to unblock your full potential? So we did that today. But tomorrow I'm going to coach you live, taking you through the paradox of transformation to Work with shame, insecurity, unworthy, so that you embody a magnetic confidence. So show up, live for that and I'll walk you through it. I could literally see myself winning. Okay, great. I love that you're calling it in. What would you suggest after going, okay, I think I answered that one. What would you do with the story beyond the somatic practice? So some of the story I was addressing with. So it's so good. Some of the story is addressing kind of sharing my own vulnerability about feeling like I something was wrong with my brain to normalize it and just take some of the shame off. Shame is developed in isolation and so when it's shared, it dissolves. So that's part of the intervention that I use. There. There was a reason I did that. But you can also do mindset work. Mindset work is really powerful. My methodology, just to give you an understanding, it's awareness, acceptance, aligned action. When you fully accept. And I accept on five levels. Yesterday was doing unconscious, somatic or unconscious work. Today's somatic mental level is one, behavioral and emotional. So I have five levels of change, five levels of bringing acceptance into your direct experience. Not only because that's how love moves. It says yes to everything, but that's also where your freedom is. Ironically, what you judge and what you identify with, you're stuck with. And so the opposite is true. What you accept, you see it as an energy, not who you are. You see it as an emotion, not. It's not like I'm sad. Sadness is here. It's not who you are. It's harder to change something if you're identified with it. So let's see. I can't tell the difference between my intuition I have about my business versus a somatic block. So I would work. So my experience, the difference between intuition and fear is that even if it's something I don't want to know, if it feels truthful, there's like a. There's no anxiety around. It's just like, yeah, that feels right. It's like a. Like solid. Even if it's something I don't want to hear, my mind doesn't think it wants to hear. My experience is when I trust my intuition, even when it doesn't make sense, miracles open as a result. I remember I took a leap to join a program and invested more than half of my savings into it just to teach me business because nobody taught me how to do business. When I was getting my master, one of my neither of my masters in psychology, I was like, wait, I'm an entrepreneur. Let me figure this out. So I did a business course and and because I went all in and I trusted myself, I started. It just changed my life because I started doing my way of doing business, which is personal development. It's so much easier when you realize that 80% of the work is internal. And so as you have the tools to move through, it's like you just saw in the demo, it's a lot easier to then navigate. You're not trying to avoid and manage these fears from coming up. And there's nothing wrong with that. There's safety strategies but you do learn to be with the vulnerability underneath and you integrate it into your nervous system. So I hope that you're starting to see that this gets to be a lot more fun and easy. I won't always go, you know, I wanted to give you different experiences with the demos. So yesterday we heard some story. We could have even gone deeper. For sure I didn't have as much time and then today we went pretty quickly. Somatic work can be very quick, story based work. You need a little bit more time. How do you connect with your true calling? When it feels foggy to mind Tomorrow I will support you show up. There's so much so even your purpose, like helping you identify what your purpose is. I would say take your top five values and express them in all areas of your life. So for example, my values are connection, service, truth, love and growth. And so if I'm expressing those in how I show up for my health and how I set up my business and how I'm supporting my relationships, I feel like totally on purpose and aligned. So it's not just then in career, it's in all areas of your life and you use it as a guide post. And I share how to do that in my certification program too. Oh, one last thing.
