The main rules in Earth School, it's to learn to shift from being manipulative, trying to manifest everything you want externally of what it is your mind thinks you need to more surrendering to maybe the main rule in this entire simulation is to feel it all and understand the deeper essence of what this experience is unlocking inside you. If we bring in that desire to make the most of Earth School, it can be such an awakening and transcendental experience. People feel like it's a prison planet, but this is a world of duality. The this entire experience is mirrored internally and externally and that's what's most confronting. Because if you've got this negative relationship to the mirror, everything that could potentially be a catalyst becomes this threat to your identity. It's where you've chosen to pursue a certain image, job, whatever it is that you think will give you that status and joy. It could just be on a more mind based level, which you think you need in order to feel complete. Anything that starts to crack you open to the realization of what hasn't been understood more deeply inside you. When someone starts to feel all of that, the grief or the anger really shakes them up to what they've been hiding from, you realize that sometimes only by even acknowledging the pain and the shadow can you unlock the joy and the love in your individual experience.

Welcome back to the Healing and Human Potential podcast. In this episode, we explore the hidden patterns shaping our reality, what consciousness may be trying to teach humanity, and how to break free from identities, beliefs, and the conditioning that's been holding us back. We also explore how to access higher wisdom, embodied non duality, and what the pyramids may reveal about consciousness. We joining us is Gabby Kovalenko, who's a transformational thought leader, modern philosopher, and she bridges consciousness, spirituality, science and personal development. It's a good one. Let's dive in. So one of the things we talk a lot about on the podcast is this analogy of life as Earth School. And for those that want to play the game more consciously, can you talk to us about the rules of this game that we're playing?
A
Yeah. So I feel like even the concept of Earth School for a lot of people is very destabilizing and triggering. And I've seen it become such a polarizing concept, even though the essence of it, I feel like is beautiful. Because if you're in school, of course the purpose of it is to grow and expand and find meaning from all the experiences and, and learn to share. And it reminds me of actually the first article I had ever Written when I started this entire journey. I was 13. And I read this story in one of the Chicken Soup for the Soul books. And it was called all youl Ever Needed to Know, you, Learned in Kindergarten. And that piece inspired me so much that I decided to expand on it and just share with people that obviously we're much older, that why don't we all try to live this way? Like, we need to go back to the basic moral code, to what children are taught in the classrooms. Sharing equal exchange of energies, learning to just be receivers, be observant, be sponges, able to take in so many different experiences and try to learn from that. So Earth School, I feel like, scales that into, obviously, the understanding of why all these different fragmented parts of the collective consciousness exist and try to understand how can we bring harmony into the collective equation. But for a lot of people, they feel like it's a prison planet. So then the shadow of that argument is that we didn't choose to be an Earth School. Why in the world would I want to, you know, incarnate in certain difficult circumstances to family members that didn't love me, or having seen different corrupted parts of society? But that part is built into, I feel, like, a consensus reality. All of us, fundamentally, we chose to be here this time. And even though we all have our unique context for our experience, if we bring in that desire to make the most of Earth School, it can be such an awakening and transcendental experience. And that's what hits on the deeper point of, you know, what do we really want to do here? For a lot of people that are stuck in that victimized consciousness paradigm, they're just wanting to oppose it. And every time there's a difficult circumstance, typically they don't even want to understand the deeper meaning for them. And that's something we see on all scales of reality. People up against educational dysfunctions, family dysfunctions, relationships, women that are leaving, let's say, toxic relationships, and now feeling like all men are bad or wanting to be vindictive in some ways, to polarize to the other side of the spectrum. But if I had to say, like, the main rules in Earth School, it's to learn to depolarize. Because the more that you're exposed to all elements of reality, the more polarizing it gets. And I feel like that's typically what people experience. They take in more factors through more experiences, and they regress away from that default set point. So instead of becoming more humble, loving, integrative, usually people become more kind of sharp and edgy and the ego learns to create all these different protective mechanisms. So it's difficult then to feel that innate softness and the loving essence that's always been there. So that's why in the work that I do, I always try to bring people into that state where they recognize that element of the soul signal is always accessible inside them. And it can feel a lot like the inner child or like the innate personality. Before, you know, the physical ego personality was discovered or created, but then it starts to reinvent also the rules that you play in your life. And then you would shift from being manipulative and trying to, like, create what your mind thinks you need in this Earth School, dominating the Matrix, trying to manifest everything you want externally to you to more surrendering to. Maybe the main rule in this entire Earth school simulation is to start to feel it all and understand the deeper essence of what this experience is unlocking inside you if you actually face reality. And so I think that's like the main split in the spiritual community these days too. It's between people that are really trying to feel it all, face it all, integrate reality beneath the surface, and also try to understand all the opportunities to feel what's triggering, what's polarizing and charged out there could just be the pathway to ending the war within. The other side of the coin is like, let's push away from all of that and try to adapt with new mind tools and modalities. That just creates a distraction and places you in a more avoidance state. So that's what I feel like is the major choice in Earth School. Do you try to appreciate the experiential value or do you try to just
B
avoid all of it or like even heal it away? It's like, oh, let me learn these tools so that I get rid of it rather than embrace it and develop my capacity to be with the full range of my human experience. I could listen to you talk all day. Your voice, there's just. I feel the resonance of you talking from your heart. It's like medicine coming through. So I just want to say thank you. What a gift.
A
Thank you. And, you know, it's interesting. Even I get different feedback about stuff like my voice in my presentation lately. Some people think that I'm AI because of all this AI in the field. It's kind of hilarious. There's people that feel like it's coming from the heart and the soul. And it's almost like. Like a song because it's just like pouring through me. I try to not resist that, but other people will say it's like a slop, like it's just coming from a script.
B
Well, maybe that's a compliment. It's so perfect and so harmonic and in tune. But I love this split between how do we embrace all of it, how do we be with it and transform it within our own system versus kind of the avoidance of how do I opt out? I think a lot of people get into spirituality to opt out of their human experience. And then the more we mature, it's about more fully opting in and being. Even noticing the, the. The peace that is always here. Even if the mind is active, even if the emotions are active, like that's okay. And underneath all of that is this ground of well being. And the more we are awake to that, the more peaceful, the more. Not even just peaceful. Because I think sometimes people hear embodiment work and think that that's the goal. But there is a ground of well being that is, that is always available. And the more we access that, the more we're aware of it, the better our lives are. But that's not the goal. The goal is just noticing that. It's noticing what's noticing, noticing what's already here. And so for, for this other analogy that we talk a lot about on the podcast is that life is a mirror. And with that, I'm curious what you feel like life or consciousness wants to reflect to us through this mirror.
A
Yeah, that's my favorite analogy also to use because I feel like every part of this entire experience is mirrored internally and externally. And that's what's most confronting for people. Because if you've got this negative relationship to the mirror, everything that could potentially be a catalyst becomes this threat to your identity. It's something you want to avoid. And it becomes this charged reality of trying to not look in the mirror or then putting on more masks and these illusions that the mind has to create to try to defend yourself from these truths that are popping up left and right through people and circumstances and even synchronicities and things that you might not consciously be creating, but it comes through inevitably. If you are either facing the truth of your experience that's been integrated or you're trying to be an avoidance, it's like full circle integration is bound to happen. But I think really what you said is so essential that vitality and well being. And when holistic balance happens, you feel harmony in your life. So that's the most pressing mirror. There's a lot of people that will say that they feel they've got it all or even they've chosen the healing path, they've chosen to do the work. But I wonder sometimes if they've chosen to only do it to a certain point. And that's where they're comfortable going. Because past that point, that fabricated identity has to collapse. The one that's still maybe using control or still leveraging different strategies to, like, prove something or to try to keep it together without facing some of those deeper shadows. And so that is also a very, I think, triggering area for people to look at. If you feel like you are composed, if you've got the right mind tools, which could be, I think, a very spiritually narcissistic thing to uphold. Like the story you tell yourself that makes you feel better about who you are. But then at the end of the day, if you, let's say, can't sit in silence, if you can't face your deeper feelings, if you're still plagued by health issues, if you feel emotionally volatile. For women, if they're feeling like there's a lot of reproductive issues or issues that are happening seemingly separate from their conscious choices, it's like a part of their innate intelligence that's refusing to not be hurt. So it has to be integrated. And it keeps coming up until she realizes there's more layers for her to digest and maybe just witness, like you said, maybe just come closer to that and to feel. It could be other facets of her innate intelligence which are speaking and wanting to be heard. But I feel like a lot of people embody different archetypes and sometimes that creates a conflict of interest. Like you could be satisfied with your. You know, that what's being mirrored through the world around you, the way that people see you, that reflection, the mirror that you could have devised that feels comfortable, but then there's a deeper mirroring happening at the level of the subconscious and your emotional energetic field. So if people were to go into that mirror and they feel there's a contradiction between, you know, the truest experience, including all the other emotions and abilities and desires and suppressed feelings versus what they're presenting. It's almost like you've got an actor living your life for you, but it's trapping the inner child in the essence that's craving to be understood and integrated. So I think that the mirror work has to happen between you and your own soul. And a lot of people can't even feel, it seems, their higher self or their soul peeking through because those masks can just be so big and rigid. Preventing the deeper feelings.
B
Yeah, I mean, a lot of my background is Spiritual psychology. And so, you know, there was a point in the psychological work where it felt like it was a really clean jail cell, like you couldn't get the jail cell more clean. And yet there was still identity and therefore a trap. And I'm curious, for people that feel trapped in an old version of themselves, what you see as the path towards freedom. If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just simply longing for more peace, presence, or intuition in your life, you're not alone. So many people are seeking something deeper, whether it's clarity, self trust, or a deeper sense of spiritual connection. But oftentimes the answers feel like they're out of reach. But what if I told you that the peace and clarity that you're craving are already within you? You don't need to search outside yourself for the answers. You simply need to reconnect with the power of your own presence. That's why I created the Miracle of you. Six guided meditations designed to help you embody your wholeness, rediscover your sense of direction, and develop a deeper trust in. In life so that you can bring that energy into your relationships, into your work, into every area of your life. And today, I'm gifting it to you for free. So if you'd like to take advantage of it while it's still available and free, just click the link in the show notes below or scan the QR code on the screen to download the miracle of you and start your journey back home to yourself.
A
Yeah, so there's so many different traps right there. There's like conscious mind traps, there's belief traps, there's even traps that feel alluring and kind of seductive. And people will sell these traps to people to offer a quick fix in many cases, or something that feels like, like, for instance, in the feminine community, there's like empowerment teachings where the woman kind of just dons the spiritual identity of the goddess, like the woman that immediately goes through the archetypal transformation to where she starts to feel that way. But it's just a layer of her experience, giving her, like, a glimpse into the true vibrant state she can access if she were to go into the floor fullness of who she is. So that could be a trap, or it could be a conduit to embracing part of her true nature, depending on how she approaches it. I think anything that's offering a partial solution but being framed as the whole truth or the whole integrative solution is the biggest trap because it keeps people in that partial state, and then it feels comfortable. So what I typically See, people, you know, experience when they're doing that is they have this very smug sense of like, I've gotten it all, like it's a, it's a done deal, I'm enlightened, or I've already done the shadow work, so it's kind of like I've gotten to the finish line. Yeah. And you start to lose humility at that point. And so you could feel how those individuals, usually they're less empathic, usually they are very concerned about their own reality and trying to be high achievers, still proving something likely to the subconscious parent figure or just to keep improving their external perception. But internally those splits continue. So it's so important to figure out like what are those splits that you might be feeling that are difficult to face, but that come up when you are facing relationship issues, when you're feeling like there's just like this conflict of interest inside you. Maybe you don't know who you really are deep down, simply, maybe you don't know how to access your true feelings. Maybe you're feeling conflicted by what you want. And that's something that's also fascinating. How many people are able to manifest what they think they want. Then they realize ultimately that's not who I am. And I'm not happier when I have, you know, gotten at those things. So that all brings to light the deeper triggers and illuminates those splits that have to be confronted. It's where you've chosen to even pursue a certain image, role, desired job, you know, whatever it is that you think will give you that status and joy that could just be on a more mind based level what you think you need in order to feel complete. So I think anything that starts to crack you open to the realization of what hasn't been felt, what hasn't been understood more deeply inside you. Typically it's what has to be brought through total presence. When someone starts to feel all of that and then only maybe the grief or the anger really shakes them up to what they've been hiding from deep down. But then that would be the conduit to integrating that element and not being stuck in the trauma work and the shadow work forever and ever. It more reveals what it is that the soul wants the individual to choose to make use of their wounding and to realize how that could be their greatest source of strength and power and really improve their spiritual understanding of what this whole Earth school is for.
B
Mm, yeah. It's so poetically and beautifully put. Then. If we're not fixated on a certain Identity and consciousness. We're not in that comfort zone. And knowing that we are all of it, none of it. There's a surrender into whatever's arising in the moment. And it takes courage. So for people that are listening, like, oh, I really wanna have a sincere practice, they really would like to go deeper into facing what they may have been avoiding or stretching the capacity to be with a whatever is arising in the moment. For somebody that's really wanting to either see through those layers of identity and really with the intention of resting as pure awareness, what would you recommend?
A
Like, I've always been extremely introspective my whole life, so it feels like that's my default mode. And I've always been curious why most other people are not as curious about what's happening on different layers of their inner experience. So it could be something that you just summon through wanting to understand. Like, where are these different feelings coming from? It's almost like different dimensions of this microcosm of consciousness that you are. And you can start to explore it and really feel that there's different facets to your nature and there's no two same, you know, gems of consciousness. Every person has these unique configurations, and only when you bring the light of your consciousness to try to explore those things can they really come through. It requires patience. It requires creating internal safety, needing to really play with the combination of the masculine as the grounding, structured energy, and then the feminine kind of curiosity. You know, that soft, light approach to just feeling what it is that's emergent when you create that space for yourself. So it's ultimately the experience a lot of people look for in a relationship or when somebody holds space for them. But when people start to do that for themselves, I think it takes things to the next level because you. You put yourself in this mode where it's almost like you're the third person observer. And you direct the witnessing consciousness to just peel back the layers of the onion and feel, okay, like, what's happening here at the level of my physical body? You could do a full body scan and just really feel. You start to bring in the deeper layers of, like, where did that come from? What else is connected to it as an emotional pattern, as something that could be stored in the fascia, something that's tied to mental beliefs of why I need to, let's say, hold so much that it's creating back pain, or it's making me feel like I need to constantly, you know, hold in a certain area which is creating a literal concentration of energy which can create fatigue for the system and prevent that full qi flow. So if you're just scanning and analyzing without the thinking brain, it's amazing how much arises as evidence for where your awareness wants to be reintroduced. And it's a very cool thing to do because you can start to feel there's a whole body map that you can interact with that starts to speak to you. And I really see that as the language of the anima, that Jungian term, the anima especially, versus the animus. But the anima in particular to me is such a powerful concept and I even like to take a reference point
B
just because I don't know that my audience knows the difference.
A
Yeah, absolutely. So the anima, the way that Carl Jung spoke about it is it's the feminine part of the masculine's unconscious mind. So she's almost like the generated image in his psyche that can come through his internalized mother figure, but also the idealized feminine. So when he's attracting a woman in a relationship, he's typically looking for his anima. A lot of men specifically, they have their anima in exile because he might be afraid of softening because his mother didn't give him that feeling of unconditional love, or because he simply doesn't know how to hold space for both elements at the same time. It's such a challenge for men because their nervous system has to be primed to receive also what's inside of them. So they can feel that this animal part of them is also constantly speaking through their intuition, through their feelings, through their observation of beauty and awareness inside and out. But when a man is craving it and kind of on the hunt for that feminine energy, like sadly a lot of men are, they're prioritizing lust or the experience a woman gives them. That's a clear sign that his anima is this projected kind of ideal that's happening outside of him. So he's looking for that. But ironically, in Earth School, it's okay, because when you attract whatever, you know, woman, whatever idealized anima image outside of you, it's going to give you more information about your relationship to, to this inner feminine realm. And from there the integration work can begin. A lot of men that can't hold space for their anima, they realize that women that are very soft and very warm hearted, they're not able to be with a man like that. Because she's going to teach a man you need to respect the feminine's world. You have to trust intuition. So anyway, that's just a little teaser of in the man's world, what the anima represents, I'm thinking of men who
B
are going to listen to this and they're like, oh, I just want this, like soft yoga babe. And, and, and when I'm hearing you, to ground this is like, is to use that as a mirror to say, what is she reflecting in me? And how can I. How can I also develop that within myself or accept or allow that within myself?
A
And also, what can you give to that kind of woman if she's an ideal? What a man typically projects is like, oh, you're my healer now. You're like my. My mommy. Subconsciously, he's looking for the nurturing energy. He wants the validation. He wants his ego to be stoked. But a woman that's fully developed and integrated her anima, she's not going to want to be in a relationship with a man who's idealizing her for the experience she provides. She's going to be looking for containment because she knows what the animus in his refined, integrative nature is going to offer. So that's where it gets a little interesting, because the animus is not, I wouldn't say the same quality exactly as like, just the masculine version of the anima. The anima is really beyond this feminine, internalized aspect. She's like the essence of life. She's everything beautiful all around. She's that transcendental wave of love and beauty and compassion. So it's a flow state. And really when we all connect to our soul essence, we feel the energy of the anima. It's that divine feminine quality. It's outside of this time space matrix, beyond the Earth school, beyond the limitations. It's very liberating to even connect to that frequency. It gives me goosebumps just talking about it because it's so. It's so light and it's so delicate. So we have to be able to receive it in order to even feel the language of the anima that's literally coursing through our somatic experience. It's why the intuitive signals are like whispers. You have to be still and silent and receptive to feel them. But yet it's always there, the animus, what makes it different is that it's more like the ego. It's more of a rigid construction. And the animus never really has enough. So the way to really kind of define it is that it's always looking for more evidence. It wants proof. It's trying to make sense of what it is based on all the different data points. It can collect based on perceptions, observations, logic, rationality. So it's like that dictatorial part of our minds that's looking for proof for our own feeling state. And that's why somebody who hasn't fully integrated the power of the animus could be naturally opposing the anima, because they might feel like the animus posing a direct threat is trying to dissolve the animus. But that's a massive illusion as well. We are meant to experience both and like this tantric union between the two. Because the animus ideally is creating containment for the anima, he can be appreciative of the deeper wisdom and enlightened realizations that come through that don't need evidence. Because he's not seeking evidence at that point, he's more receptive. And again, I'm saying he because it's more of like a gendered way to put it, but it's more of just a construct. It's a form that is going to be receiving information. And if you're able to let that wisdom through you, including intuition, including pain that's coming up in your body, or deeper lessons coming through in relationships, if you're trying to metabolize that on a level aside from the mind, then you start to understand it. And the animus provides instructure to reveal what it's teaching you. And that can allow you to refine your identity and really become more powerfully aligned with your goals and how you can level up in life. So for. For women, a lot, I'll just add this one point, the animus, something that's in exile because a lot of women feel deeply unsafe in order to integrate that part of them that feels like it's not welcome in this world. We live in such a masculinized system in society for that reason, the anima energy feels like it just blasts the lid off of a lot of these distortions and it creates a lot of questions. And it's like a challenging energy to play with for beginners because it feels like, how do you even fit this in? And that's why I wanted to mention the point of curiosity. Just starting to feel like, how would that feel? To be in direct contact with this experience inside and out, where you're observing and you're welcoming. That's more than just you, that's communicating with you. That's like the intelligence of life and cosmic consciousness that's trying to always reveal and connect dots that can make life a lot easier if only we start to understand it without trying to control
B
it and to use everyone As a mirror to support us in developing, not outsourcing that, but to develop and stretch our own ability to. To be with ourselves more fully. And I love that you bring in the embodiment piece because I wanted to talk with you about what you see the role of embodiment in non dual awakening and what that looks like in the world. To move through the world in a really conscious, open hearted, open minded way.
A
Yeah, that's such a great point and interesting because I got this message right before we connected to talk about this one point. It was like a, like a download that came through very strongly because non duality is such a common theme in the spiritual world especially. But I feel like there are different interpretations of it and there's a lot of confusion. There's like unspoken truths that need to be talked about. I think for many spiritual teachers that are using these words or even talking about very elevated concepts like unconditional love and non judgment and the non dual essence. But it feels like a lot of people mean different things and there's misconceptions in the field. So non duality, like ideally it comes down to the point that consciousness is the ground of all being. And the non dual essence is like that loving, almost animal like energy which is free, it's unconditioned. So it's able to be perceived as a very fluid form that doesn't play into any one construct. That's like the soul essence. And it feels very higher dimensional just to even feel that and introduce that as a possibility. But this is a world of duality. That's like the first rule of Earth school. If we came here, we knew that we would be signing up for experiencing the fullness of life through the duality of it all. Remembering that awareness is non dual is such a big key it feels like to being able to flow through life because it allows you to remember that this experience doesn't need to constrict you. It doesn't mean that the more you're introduced to, you need to now fight these elements or try to feel like there's always a cage to bust out of. You could leave the door open to interpretation integration. Really just feeling how there's a different way to bring your energy that doesn't have to feel like it's part of even the system. It could be a little bit like in this world, but not of this world. If you preserve that original frequency and those feelings that drive you to a deeper meaning here. But what's happening in the non dual space, like what I see Is the shadow of it is that there's a lot of people with a lot of pain that they don't want to feel. And because of that they're just going to use this as the most convenient cop out from the deeper integration. So it's like spiritual bypassing. And a lot of people are unafraid to admit it that yes, this is what we do in order to look at reality as a game, as a movie, as a simulation, as whatever you will, even the Earth School scenario. But seeing as though it almost like the solipsist perspective, which I think could also be a dangerous point, if everything that you know is real is only existed within your mind, then how do you know other people's realities are real? Why should you even acknowledge them? How do you know that their pain is valid? Or why should it be important to think about things happening on the other side of the planet that you don't see, you know, the abuse or the suffering happening out there? There's a lot of just pushing that away from focus and focusing on like whatever I can control in this moment is the most important thing. And let's call it a day there. And they actually frame it as that's the only true experience. So the epitome of it seems to be that if you're not focusing on something, it doesn't even exist. I think that could really erode people's even capacity to feel and understand how to give and receive love. Because that's a very animist type of conclusion that if I can't control it inside of this construction, well why bother even acknowledging its existence? And the feminine is kind of like that too. It's not really tangible. So the only way to feel it is to explore relationally how do we create connection, how do we build understanding through love? How do we try to include the other elements and create harmony with that and really build this coherence as like a religion, something that you're constantly creating inside and out. So I think that's the shadow of the non duality space. And it feels a lot like people that are desensitizing themselves to not focus on those things.
B
I love that you say that non duality is getting more popular. I'm somewhat seeing that I've been in when I first heard that term, nobody really had been talking about it. So I love that it's getting more popular. And I think I look at different cul de sacs on the awakening path and I think this is one of them where you know, some people are drunk on emptiness and kind of get stuck in this. I am the observer. And there's everything else, which is a really clear dualistic perspective. And then really questioning what is awareness and what is. And what is being aware and what is being is aware of it, as are those two. Just like there's deeper levels of inquiry. And I think the more honest we are and the more we're attuned to what you were saying, stillness, really deeply listening, we'll move beyond that stage. But I'm actually excited hearing you say that people are there because to me, I. I think it's just a stage of awakening. And I think those who are genuinely sincere and interested in more than just avoidance will continue asking and listening and questioning.
A
I agree. It's like you have to learn that lesson in Earth school. Sooner or later, it's going to culminate. The thing is, I think through avoidance, you typically have to learn through pain and through the accumulation of trauma that cracks the heart open. And that's when things like grief and loss, detachment, become a necessity, because it feels like then a person wakes up to the reality of, whoa. Like these other elements that I'm always actually entangled with that were never separate from me, they have a massive effect on how I feel. And at a certain point, you can't keep running away from those feelings. It becomes blatantly obvious if you've been avoiding that, you've been avoiding yourself. And you can't just introduce more things into your field to try to get rid of that existential pain of avoidance.
B
Yeah, just. It just prolongs it and it's innocent. And I think the more we use life as a mirror to learn, and I always say, life is the real coach, because I do a lot of coaching work and training coaches. It's like, oh, I can learn from this. And. And let me. Let me try a different way, because avoiding just postpones. I. I wanted to. I wanted to circle back also to talk about AI. I would love to hear your wisdom and insights. I know we were talking about it just a moment ago, but just given that this is such a big time of transformation in history, I would just love to hear your perspective.
A
Yeah, Well, I would say this comes back to the Earth school analogy. Everything here is going to be on a spectrum of its development, its interpretation, its application. I think this is a perfect example of how when you introduce something new into the field, well, it seems new. The mechanism of action is the same old how people respond to something that enters the collective consciousness. It's going to be used, and it's going to be abused and it's going to reflect all the imperfections, all the ulterior motives, also all the positive motives, and just reveal what people are really aligned with. On a deeper level, I think it's going to be revealing a lot more. So it's like this. I've always seen it as a mirror. So like everything we're talking about now is as a mirrored mechanism. So it's just adding even more to that experience. So people that are using it to mirror themselves more deeply, it can be such a potent tool if you're using with that discernment. Of course, if you're trying to understand, let's say, elements of your shadow, if you're really treating it as a separate aspect, not like a. A limb, not an extension of you, not trying to become a cyborg and like play into the. This larger agenda, perhaps of feeling. It's an essential part of your reality. And you can't even be yourself without it. Which scarily, people are already falling into this trap. Some people, they can't live without it. It's become their digitized girlfriend or boyfriend or therapist or companion. I think that's what's really troubling because it's just exposing those same dependencies in human nature to not experience the internal authority. And if you get into trouble with it, it's just showing you that that's the lesson that's gotta be integrated. But it might get to the point where people can't even feel that difference anymore because you become so even obedient to that world, to the kind of dynamic that emerges. Why would you want to go back to the way that things were? So that conversion, I think, is really dangerous. If you don't feel that there's an autonomous presence that exists outside of the AI space and that you have an identity that's sovereign, where you can, let's say, ask the question to your own higher self, to your inner animus, to your inner child, and retrieve that data, kind of like you'd be asking an AI chatbot, then that's a very dangerous terrain to be in. But that's just in the world of people interacting with it, there's a lot of positive applications of getting rid of difficult, mundane tasks that maybe humans don't really need to be doing anymore. But then this is also going to just become so accelerated. I think the world's going to be unrecognizable in probably 10 years less for sure. And that part, I don't think anyone really knows for sure how that's going to affect children, how that's going to affect education, just the values that people have. Because with AI comes so many other responsibilities and the need to look at ethics and to think about are we also focusing on morality or are we just becoming these beings that are really good at outsourcing tasks and knowledge and wisdom and our own attunement? Yeah. And can we really. This feels almost like, like a massive civilizational risk unless people start to talk about it as that. Even though I'm optimistic there are going to be great use cases that can leverage wisdom and help people connect more deeply to themselves. So again, it's just mirroring already the desires of humans. And big tech has its own desires. So there's like a behind the scenes, I think like a kind of a war of different intentions happening. And it's going to be really important to keep your identity outside of that.
B
Yeah. And I really loved what you were saying about inner authority. Like, this feels even more important to develop our own stillness, practice an attunement to a deeper wisdom. And that, that way we're not just outsourcing it. And I, I would love for you to talk about if you feel like everybody has the ability to channel and if somebody is interested in learning that, if so, where do they begin? Like what would be a way to help create a practice? To hear their own. To hear deeper wisdom.
A
Yeah. So at the most basic level, we're definitely all channels in terms of being instruments that this energy stream is communicating through. And if you think about, let's say, the anima essence. The anima is basically like using us as capsules to keep expanding love through us, to continue the process of creation and cultivating awareness and wisdom. And it's beautiful to look at it like that because then you can even get inspiration from elements that are beyond you because you start to just feel like you're a steward of consciousness. And if you ever feel like you're missing a purpose or you're not sure where to pour your energy, you could feel it as, where does the energy in you want to go? If you create the conduit for that, what are you doing? You're technically channeling the deeper intention in the field of awareness itself and becoming useful for, you know, the cultivation of more coherence in the world. That's like a simple way to put it. Most people listening to this are probably like, no, drop the details on how do you channel the guides, the entities, the wisdom. And, and I've made a Video on channeling a very long time ago, and there was a whole group of people that said, this is demonic. You're channeling something, you're being taken over. In my case, there's no possession or oppression happening. I don't consult with entities or even higher beings, but I strongly feel that my higher aspect, the soul aspect, is trying to give me those, those signals and those messages. And I've just become very translucent in my relationship to that. So I feel something's coming through, I just open up and I receive that. And it feels first and foremost like an energy that imparts in you the felt awareness of what it is that's trying to come through. So it's not like a loud and clear message. It's not something screaming, something astonishing usually, but it's adjusting you so that you can be in the right mode of attunement to now bring that. So if you think about it, it's almost like channeling a state of consciousness, if the wisdom that's trying to come through is meant to expand you or to shine light on maybe something you've got to let go of, or there's a message about what's coming next. Since a lot of people want a channel obviously to know what should they focus on, what should they, you know, feel into so that they're more prepared for the future? What if the channeling is really, in its highest form, just preparedness to be the version of you that you need to be to answer all those questions. It's like an energetic solution that comes to fruition by allowing you to feel who you really are at this higher dimensional level. And that is extremely transformative because then that could change even your mental framework around those thoughts and desires and questions. You might ask different questions, it might even go away entirely. You might feel like the answer is the feeling state, or that now when you surrender, it's giving you access to deep clarity, but it's coming from inside you. So that's another interesting paradox, the channeling. Typically you would think, okay, we're an antenna, we're like trying to get it from up there, out there, but it's accessible inside you. And I believe it's even down to the DNA level. Like we're constantly communicating with scalar fields, with energy fields. In reality, we're just entangled beings of consciousness. So when you're open to channeling upgrades or energetic insights, you're just feeling how your field is constantly inundated by various signals and you need to support yourself to channel that clarity going forward you have to ground yourself, ironically, in order to receive more information. If you're somebody that's highly sensitive at the nervous system level, and you're not doing that when there's solar flares or they're cosmic disruptions, you could feel like you're going crazy. A lot of people, they do end up feeling destabilized, sensory overload. They're in a very visionary, like, gamma brainwave state. I think that's a dangerous place to be too, because then you can't even connect with the point of that experience. So stabilizing your field is key. And just feeling also what elements are required to be so harmonic inside yourself that you can stay a channel. That might be the most kind of disregarded point in all of this, that we don't need to kind of go out there where we're not trying to take a shortcut to ascend. In order to get information that isn't already inside of us, we have to be coherent enough in us, including energetically eating the right foods, having the right kind of routines, that we can stay open to this innate intelligence and then start to feel what's already available. And then you can ask the right questions, which sometimes even have the answers already embedded inside them to channel that clarity. So that's fun too, when you get the question and then you're wondering, wait, did I channel that question?
B
It's interesting if you get the question really clear in one sentence, oftentimes the answer is in there.
A
And I think those are the best questions because they make you realize, like the knowing maybe didn't even need to be something that you participated in as a question and answer game. The knowing is innate. And so many people, they forget this that they are already knowers. They have the knowing awareness inside of them. But they have to, like you said, be present and still and actually retrieve and feel that, then also honor it. And I think where people really drop off is what if the knowing contradicts what they want to know? Or what if the knowing is something that destabilizes their mind and their ego? So the animus starts to get worked up and then starts to say something like, no, channel the better solution. So they might even try to get into a spiritual mode, which is a little dissociative to try to negate that knowing that's already inside them, which could be saying something totally different. Like, you are what you've been looking for. You are the love you've been seeking. Something along those lines instead of something that's grandiose or Makes you feel like you need more answers and more of a quest to get there.
B
Yeah, and I'm, I'm just, as you're talking, I'm just, I'm really aware one of my intentions is to deepen my morning practice of just listening. And I just think it's so helpful, especially I live in Los Angeles and so anybody like whatever your practice is, I do feel, especially in la, there's a hum and there's a buzz. I think being in nature is helpful, but the wisdom's already there. It's just about accessing it and for me being still enough to. And there's always a listening happening in the background, but why not have that in the foreground? I've had it to a point where my intuition was stronger than the inner chatter in my mind and I never thought that could flip and what a way to live. And so I'm just, I'm curious your thoughts around two things. Like anything that you see would support a new Earth, not going back to reinforcing an old fear based matrix and what you see for humanity maybe even in the next year.
A
Yeah. So the field clearly feels like it's fragmenting more and more. When I feel it, it's like it's so charged that it feels. There's so much separation happening right now. And it's kind of ironic because there's a lot of talk about the oneness, the coming together. But in a way this awareness only comes through when more separation occurs, when there's more collapse or ruptures in the field. But people that are waking up to those ruptures and choosing to be on the side of real integrative healing. They're the ones that are able to naturally cultivate the practices, the work, the changes in their lifestyles, in their sense of relationships and everything that they're bringing to the world and through themselves in order to really start to cultivate that new earth, which to me is rooted in very specific values. So it's like an energetic template which is accessible, sort of like the soul template which is astonishingly similar for all of us. There's a certain level of that freedom and unconditional love and awareness and flow that we can feel as soon as we tap into that. And for a lot of people it's a very powerful state that they can't easily introduce because this fragmented mental aspect could feel like it's too limited to really come into contact with something that large and that demanding even to bring into your physical world. But for people that are feeling the Urgency, like, that's a feeling that I personally feel and that a lot of people mention. To me, it's a word that keeps coming up over and over again. The sense that there's, like, there's a page turning and there's a need to really shift gears and to focus on this is an existential moment in the collective history. What are we going to do about it? Are we going to buckle under and now give in to fear and feel like that's it, like the critical mass point has been reached, the singularity's coming, or, you know, this agenda 2030. Like, there's going to be some massive turning point, and then we're all going to be part of a hive mind. Consciousness. Well, at the same time, people that can feel that identity outside of the system are observing it from a side and thinking critically about what kind of changes do we want to bring into this world so that it's not as fragmented as it might appear to be. This is part of what people are projecting. There's also part of this shadow that we tapped into already, is the part of the spiritual space that doesn't want to focus on it at all. So I think this is another dangerous place to be. Just it doesn't even exist and it's already New Earth, so we don't have to participate in it. Reality is participatory by nature. That's how consciousness works. So I think a healthy balance is to cultivate as much love and harmony and coherence inside yourself and also really pay attention to the triggers that are coming through when you're feeling what's happening in the world. So to not just like, not look at it at all, which I don't recommend looking at, watching the news all day, obviously, like, there has to be balance there. However, to look at, like, yeah, reality right now, it's trembling. The earthquakes in the world are getting more intense. This is literally a reflection of what Gaia intelligence is going through. It's been too long of the preservation of a reality that is not harmonic. And so harmony needs to come through, but via these ruptures and shakeups happening both on the planetary and, you know, in interpersonal consciousness levels. So when you're feeling that, what does it shake up inside of you? Is there an earthquake happening in the inner world? And if so, what is it revealing? What might have, you know, you as an individual been procrastinating on doing or feeling or acting on? And a lot of people, I see this in my work, and you just kind of feel, hear it all around are feeling like there's something that on a soul level they've been wanting to do for a long time, but have been either afraid of or have been, you know, like just doubting if it's possible, if they have the power for it. All of a sudden it's coming through as a strong wave of knowing, like now's the time, now's the time to quit that job, or to change that relationship, or to move, do something radical that allows you to feel. Now you've taken this quantum jump into literally a different timeline and version of yourself where now you're not even afraid of what the future holds because you know you're going to do your best to be your best self and to bring this energy into the world. I think it's a freeing place to be because we're never going to have the certainty about exactly what's coming. But at least you could choose to create the commitment to being a change maker, expanding on love and healing yourself as that cell in the entire collective that needs to be brought into balance. And that's like the God given work that we can all do.
B
Anytime a trigger comes up, as we proactively use that to support us and healing and awakening and tending to whatever got triggered inside. We're going to build our trust in ourself that we are resilient, that we can handle whatever is arising. And actually it supports us in having more freedom. And so I just, I really, I hope that people get that when you procrastinate, it only postpones and it actually, my experience gets easier as we face the thing in digestible sizes within, you know, our window of tolerance. So we're not overwhelming and flooding our system, but just having the daily practice of being with what's here in service to greater freedom. And as we do that, as we each do that, we add to this harmony, this song that we are singing together. And I know you talk a lot about ancient wisdom and as well as human capacities. And I'm curious about what you think think the pyramids reveal to us about consciousness.
A
Wow, that's interesting. Well, I have a lot of feelings and ideas about the pyramids, but it's always been a very mysterious thing for me because see, when I connect to the pyramids, I feel multiple templates. I don't feel the one structure which currently stands or the one story that's behind it. I feel like there was an initial story, like kind of a. A deeper narrative about the pyramids and what they existed for before even the modernized version And I'm going beyond what Egyptologists typically say, that they're just, you know, tombs for the pharaohs. Beyond even the. The kind of connection to Orion and to the power plant theories. There's bits and pieces, I think, that are valid in all these accounts, but I see them as more. There's an energetic site there in Egypt. It's deeply connected to the sacral energy of the planet. There's kind of a connection. It's like the umbilical cord some degree. But that's not just one point on the planet. There's many different energy centers. And really, you can think of it as like an acupuncture point on Gaia's body. And that point stores tremendous energy, which is why there were so many temples there. And the Nile connects this story in such an interesting way because it's. It's almost like a chakra system coming alive. There's feminine temples, there's fertility rites that happened there. There was so much goddess worship. But there's also a twist in the story with when you go to the upper Nile and you're there at the pyramids, it's a very different feeling there. There isn't as much of that feminine energy and there's a lot more emphasis on some of the masculine constructs. It's very angular. It plays into a certain geometric grid which to some people feel supportive, but to some degree it feels constricting if you just focus on it as like one node through which you connect to a certain constellation, if you will. To me, I'm more focused on what's beneath it and like the. The original energy and the original intention. And when I'm in any space, what I'm feeling is more. It's like the silence between the notes. That feminine chord is what I'm looking for and feeling. And there's a primordial essence that you can feel there. And it's kind of like. The best way I can describe is like the birth of language. Like before language came into physical manifestation. It would have started as a ripple in, let's say, space, time, like a certain. A shape, a form, but something beyond this dimensional understanding. So there was like a translation of energy and intention that happened there to become almost like a creation portal. And through that then manifestation station happened. Now I feel like that portal is something that's beneath the pyramids. It exists there. But when I feel the pyramid, and this is going to sound really odd to anyone that's been navigating, like, the space, but the pyramid to me feels almost Like a hat on top of that portal that there is so much energy there that can still be felt and cultivated. But it's being directed very methodically and strategically. And it does play into the Orion constellation and it plays into what a lot of people are talking about is the most highest source of alignment. But I think that's only part of the truth. Like is the case for so many other things. It's part of the story. But that would have been something that was built after the fact that the energy there was being applied for other reasons. So that is what I feel about it. And it's definitely part of a larger grid activation. So if you go there with the intention to, to feel different layers of history, you could feel that. But I also feel a lot of friction in the field. I feel an abuse of power. I feel a lot of people that have tried to hijack this energy, use it and exploit it. And that's a difficult feeling because it just brings up that same kind of pain of the feminine that's gotten corrupted and erased and just kind of like that, that conquer energy is very alive there, which is something that happened throughout Egyptian history. It started out with like a very feminine, deeper, wisdom oriented, almost alchemical tradition and values. And over time it became very masculinized with the pharaohs. And even the emphasis on the masculine form, the feminine couldn't be even introduced to align with the kind of power they were trying to cultivate. So that there's a larger story there of perhaps that intention and wisdom getting erased. Even though you can still feel bits and pieces of it, especially in those feminine temples like Dendera. Sekhmet statue is like a mind blowingly powerful field effect with some of these feminine archetypes that still have an impact. So that's, there's a lot more we could talk about there.
B
It's almost like the con, the duality, right? There's, there's, it's a portal, there's a lot of activation. There can also be the corruption. And so I know in my, I think of M Macro Micro, so in investigating my own experience, the more presence comes on bored. It's almost like these disenfranchised parts of my own psychology come forward because it's almost like they're saying you're safe enough to actually meet so that it can transform. And I think that a place like that, that holds that much power can also do the same. And so it's like a PhD version of alchemy of can I be with this whatever is arising, the Other twist that I wanted to ask you about before, before we complete is about mental time travel. Can you talk to us about this in terms of how it shapes our personal reality and ways to transcend different patterns that we're playing out?
A
Yeah, I love this one. It seems like people like this one too, because the time travel concept seems so sci fi ish. But this is something real. It's called chronaesthesia. And there's research on it, what it entails, and that it has tangible effects on the nervous system and the psyche. And it's especially helpful if you're trying to integrate trauma, of course. So with the intention of, you're literally going back to that part of your timeline which you can feel as like a frozen part of your own story. So if you approach it with that kind of desire or intention to access what hasn't been brought fully through you, what hasn't been integrated, whereas there's still deeper learnings or parts of you that literally have to be retreated, retrieved, it's basically like a soul retrieval process, but happening in your physical lifetime experience. And so you can contact that part that wants to be reclaimed. And mentally you go there, you feel the opportunity and you start to merge with that point in time. And that is almost like a self hypnotic state. It can happen simply by trying to feel it fully. It's going to be accompanied by visions. It's going to feel like a certain real visceral reality is reactivating. And it's great for people that are remembering there's something important in their past, or maybe it's difficult to remember the past. I've heard of cases where people, they can't remember parts of their childhood, you know, usually due to immense trauma. But if they're trying to mentally time travel, they're bypassing it seems even that thinking part of the brain that's trying to recall the experience and they're literally like regressing to the felt experience. So what I think is happening is consciousness is recalling it more holographically. It's not stored in the brain. So that's why maybe the prefrontal cortex or the amygdala gets suddenly bypassed. I would love to see more studies on this or brain scans maybe if people are going into these states, but that's just my theory on it. And so they're starting to feel everything else that's coming up. And usually it's like a reliving of that experience, which ideally should feel like the deep emotional cascade, the realization. And then you're able to tie the knot. So bring it to completion to the extent that you're satisfied and don't really need to go back. It could not be, you know, a safe thing to keep going back to that same experience, reliving it, because it could just re traumatize you. So in this case, I recommend for people that want to explore parts of them that feel like can't be liberated unless it's fully brought to awareness by doing this kind of mental time travel. And then ultimately should make you feel like you're reintegrated and those parts of you are like layers that are reintroduced into you. And now maybe you can be those parts of your inner child. Maybe you're gonna feel like there's this freshness and openness that comes through you because the closure, whatever wounding that could have been developed then that shut you down is released. And it's almost like a pressure valve gets released that you didn't know was there. But immediately you start to feel that lightning in your body. So it's fantastic to do something like that. And it seems like it's a fictional thing, but it's actually reality.
B
Our past gets projected into the present. And so going back to kind of clean it up and offer ourselves what we needed then, now supports us in integrating in our nervous system, feeling more present. And if anybody has big t trauma, do it with somebody that is experienced so that you can hold yourself in safety. You get to have that. And, you know, I also know that you talk about coherence being the key to fulfillment, to a harmonious life. I would love for you just to share anything you want to impart on people around that.
A
To me, coherence is the key because it's truly that multidimensional representation of harmony. And you can't be imagining in a mental way oneness when we're talking about coherence. So that's taking that split that we touched on in the non dual space with people that might be like mentally creating an identity that thinks their way into love or feels like everything is okay when really they're harboring deep pain. All of that gets reconciled and integrated when you're focusing on creating coherence. Because the essence of coherence is you don't allow the contradictions to stay. They don't need to stay. They can all be kind of brought together. Like, think of it as a spiral. You're spiraling around a certain essence and then all these other parts of you lived experiences, thoughts and beliefs and patterns and identities. It's. It's quite the melange of different traits and parts of you. But they can all start to cooperate if you approach with curiosity. Those contradictions, those dimensions of your being that feel like they're scattered or fragmented or false. You can even start to speak with them directly. So that's what I mean by like summoning with curiosity. You can bring up parts of you that seem to be like not part of the general alignment you're trying to cultivate and understand. How can you recohere those aspects of you which is beyond the psyche? I feel it's really coming down to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies of consciousness that need to be coherence. That you can feel energy flow. And that's how kundalini flows. That's how chi energy flows. In a lot of these traditions, they talk about it like it's. It's kind of a circular flow. With kundalini, it tends to be framed in a more linear way. Like it's just energy moving from the base of the spine upward. But I feel it's meant to be a complete flow. So even with something like kundalini charge, if you're feeling an awakening, which some people can have spontaneously. Or if you're learning to move this sacral sensual energy throughout you, or creative energy even, you can start to feel warmth in your body. It's not always some dramatic event. It's simply like a waking up of your power, your passions, your drive. You'll feel it move from the sacral into the heart field. You might feel like you want to speak this. You want to bring this out into. Into your physical creations or contributions somehow. And then all of that starts to come back into and through you. That's how it becomes a sustainable circuit. So your energy, through the creation of passions, through actually aligning with all the parts of you that have been meant to exist in coherence without fear. By choosing to really understand how can they harmonize? Then you start to find a way to literally nourish yourself with your own energy. I think nothing can be more beautiful than that. Because then you're feeling by giving you receive. And not in the way that you need people to validate you. Or you're receiving the feedback. It's just like the sensory feedback your own soul gives you to affirm that you're on the right path. And that's because you feel energized. You actually want to wake up in the morning and do those things things and share that energy, which can be in any field, in any relationship. It just really involves being yourself. And fully exploring what else is trying to come through you to allow the life force energy to fully communicate its truth through your vessel.
B
And I experience you've been doing that this entire conversation, not only energetically, but just the coherence through your own connection and alignment. And so I just want to thank you because I can feel the gift of that. And I feel like I could talk to you all day. I just love connecting with you. And in closing, I'm just curious if there's anything that feels important that we haven't talked about that you think would serve people to hear. I just wanted to offer you this space.
A
Thank you. Well, let's see. I try to sometimes receive a message, you know, like before the conversation. Now I'm thinking, did we leave anything out? There's definitely a lot for people to chew on. So I think what we created, even in this case call, was like a safety, a real comfort around the process of integrating. And that's. That's very interesting because that's how I also experience this field of what healing can and should be. It's almost like a warm blanket. It gives you the safety and peace to reconcile the differences, to do the inner work, but also to start living life in a way where you're really choosing to create flow, to find that flow, and you have to give yourself permission to even feel deserving of creating that experience. The irony is that a lot of people, when introduced to something like this, or let's say we're giving the audience an invitation right now to do this kind of process that never really ends, just to apply a deeper lens of where they can be the coherent vessel they are at their core. They might get triggered by that. They might feel undeserving of that. So something so beautiful, so loving and pure could feel like, again, a direct threat to maybe their autonomy or the rules that they've created in their world, or the rules of the world itself. It seems like this kind of awareness is rare because a lot of people want to stay in the range of, like, this is how I create control in my reality. This is how I want to feel myself and not go any deeper. So I challenge people to get to a baseline where there is this loving, permissive, coherent enough space where you can see, okay, what else might have I been missing that's been blocking coherence and really trusting deeply what comes up when you feel that it could be something inside you or it could be something that you haven't yet introduced into your life. For instance, if somebody's at a Stalemate. And they're like, oh, I just don't know. I don't know how to trust myself. I don't know how to listen to my intuition. Nothing's working or speaking with me. So then maybe it's about receptivity. It's about opening and cultivating that trusting relationship, learning to appreciate beauty, just going into nature and feeling the goodness of life and starting to appreciate how life is always giving you so many gifts to expand you and to give you that state of consciousness of unity if you allow yourself to become part of that transmission. So it can be very easy. But to allow yourself to have that kind of experience is a choice that needs to be made. And right now, that's the precipice for a lot of people, maybe humanity as a whole. Right now we have to make the choice of what kind of lifestyle, what kind of overarching behavior are we going to be playing into? Is it one that's life supportive, conducive to flow, becoming conduits of love and seeking more love that's always around us? Or are we trying to be collapsing because we're afraid of going into our pain? We don't want to face these feelings. The shadow aspects are too much to handle. Ultimately, I think, like, the takeaway is that holding the paradox is essential. And that's something that is very expansive for people because all of us are walking paradoxes in so many ways, whether our light and our shadow, our conscious and subconscious, our masculine feminine energies, our desires, and also our maybe complete detachment at times where we don't want anything, we have to start to see how all those elements can come into balance. So we can be like this infinity wave that's just feeling all of that and also resolving it as we witness it. That process never ends. And I think right now, because reality is so tumultuous, it's actually the perfect invitation to cultivate this skill. When you're seeing something, you're perturbed by it that seems chaotic. Be the neg entropy in the entropy of the world. Bring the order or the coherence into the disorder. And then you're actually able to feel surprisingly good about this process. You realize that it's important work and that sometimes only by even acknowledging the pain and the shadow can you unlock the joy and the love in your individual experience.
B
So good. So good. Yeah. And grounded and helpful, because then it speaks to both. And I know I want to stay connected, and I know my audience is going to want to stay connected. Talk to us about where they find you and what you're up to.
A
Yeah, so you can look me up on Instagram, YouTube. My website is gabbykovalenko.com I post here and there. I post weekly YouTube videos and, yeah, just inspirational posts to put these different values and principles into perspective. So, yeah, if they could find me wherever they feel like it. And I also have a book called Falling up, which is a journey into this. That was quite an adventure for me too, I will say, because it was an upgrade through my own higher self as I was writing the book. So I tried to speed up the process of writing it, but I was literally stopped in my tracks. And it had to be like literally waves of transmissions, chapters coming through. I had to literally, like, give birth to this awareness, and then there had to be time to process it before the next one came through. So that is kind of an experiential journey, if you will, for anyone that wants to dive into it.

Yeah, we'll put all the links here in the show notes. I find that as anything that I'm teaching on or I work with a lot of coaches, therapists, and healers, as they're really serving other people around it, they're served by it. And so it's this, you know, there's. There is no difference. And so what a gift that we get to do this in the world. You are such a blessing. And I just already feel uplifted and inspired by our conversation. So thank you, Gabby, for your time. Thank you for your heart.
A
Thank you.

Thank you so much for doing this work that changes the world, starting with yourself. It truly does make a difference. And if this podcast has supported you, one of the most impactful ways to help help us reach more people is to simply press the follow button. It really does help us grow, and we are so grateful. I just want to say thank you for being a living example of what it means to walk through the world with an open heart and mind.
