The study of water is the study of spirit and the study of life. It amazes me that we still just think water is just a drink and something that washes away our waste and cleanses us. Do we not feel better after a shower or a bath? Why is that? Water is actually only one part matter and then the rest is photonic light making water a lighthouse. There are more water molecules in our bodies than all the stars in the perceivable universe. I was guided to work with autistic non speaking children from the telepathy tapes to ask them about this hydroglyph with the energetic meaning of the word. I started with showing them pictures. They say that they are healing just in the viewing of them and that each one is like a snapshot of something divine. So I'm going to ask them to show me which would be best for anxiety, which would be best for if you are suffering from cancer. What would be best for someone with depression or someone who wants to expand their joy?

I'm wondering if you could share in some of the practical ways that we can start to shift our daily lives with water.
A
There's a few things I'll share.

Welcome back to the Healing and Human Potential podcast where today we're exploring one of the most mysterious and life giving forces on earth. Water. So what if water isn't just a passive substance, but an intelligent, responsive force that remembers, reflects and even designs? What if it holds the key to understanding consciousness, emotions and the unseen? So joining us today is Veda Austin, who is a water researcher, an author and a speaker whose groundbreaking work challenges everything we thought we knew about water. She'll be sharing her discoveries on how water interacts with consciousness, why it may be far more than just a passive element, and how we can deepen our connection with it in our everyday lives. Let's get into it. There's so much. I'm excited to dive in. I'm so grateful that you're here and I wanted to give people context to I know you have a really powerful and fascinating story how you got into this work with water and healing yourself. Can you share with us a little bit about how you got into this?
A
Sure. Well, I was on a horrendous car accident about 25 years ago. We went under a 7 ton truck and rolled and the driver died immediately. And it was considered one of the worst accidents in New Zealand where someone survived and I was the passenger. And over the course of 20 odd years I had eight surgeries, mostly for bowel surgery because the seat belt crushed my internal organs on impact. And three doctors has actually told me that I would probably never be able to have children. So I had a child for every doctor that told me I could. Obviously not out of defiance, but there were little miracles. But it did prove to me very early on that just because somebody tells you you that your body won't be able to do something doesn't necessarily mean that it's true. And I had an ability to put that on the shelf and let my body make that decision. So on my eighth surgery, I went in for another bowel resection. They put a stent in my small bowel and I woke up surrounded by doctors saying, you didn't recover well and now you have showers of blood clots in your lungs. Like what? Yeah, this seemed crazy to me. And they said that I would probably have to be on warfarin, which is a blood thinner, for the rest of my life. And I was fit and healthy and outside of car accident issues, this was shocking to me. They said, you're going to die if you don't. So for three and a half months I took this blood thinner, after which I had a clean chest X ray and I made a decision for myself. It's not advice to anyone else, which was that I already knew my body could heal. I've seen that happen. I've had proof of three children. So I made the decision to go on a natural healing journey and no longer take these blood thinners. And I went to a friend of mine who's a medical doctor and practices ayurvedic medicine as well. And he said, well, why don't you start with the foundation of life? Why don't you start with a naturally alkaline water? And, and in New Zealand, most springs are naturally alkaline. In fact, most springs around the world are naturally alkaline. That's anything above a 7 in pH. Distilled water, for example, would have a 7. A very neutral. Anything under a 7 is acidic, anything over a 7 is alkaline. So I just started trialing myself on two week trials using different naturally alkaline waters to see if I would notice any change. And outside of feeling well and having the obvious hydration, I know they're not symptoms, but aspects of feeling well and having good mental clarity and all of those things, I didn't notice anything all that much. And by this time I had a wellness center and a client came to me and she said, oh, you know, I know this old guy's got his own private source of naturally alkaline Water. And he's only giving it to cancer patients. Patients. And it's 9.9 out of the ground. Naturally, I'm like, wow, that's really high. And so I went to see him, and he gave me a month worth of water to drink. And within three days, I noticed a change in something so many people don't talk about, which is bowel motions, but it's an indicator of what's going on inside. You know, so many people are sitting on the toilet trying to push out a pebble for an hour. And that is one of the many symptoms that you see quite often, often with someone who has not drunk enough quality water of dehydration. So I thought, like, things are moving. This is good. But day 10, I noticed some bumps coming up along my arm and jaw on my right side. That was super painful. And there was one very angry bump. And as gross as it sounds, I. When I put my finger over the bump, it felt sharp. And so I'm like, I think there's actually something in there. So I got these tweezers, and I picked this little piece of green glass out of my arm. And between day 10 and 12, I'd picked 27 pieces of green glass out of my arm and jaw that had been embedded in there for over 20 years because the man who died owned a nightclub. In the back of the car were crates of Steinlager beer, which is a lager in a green glass bottle. So my right side, when we rolled, got more of that kind of glass, and the left side got more windscreen. I immediately went to, well, I know the only thing I'm doing different is drinking this water. So what makes this water different? And I went straight to an analysis, which is a very logical thing to do. And I'm looking and thinking, oh, you know, it's alkaline because it's got bicarb, because it's got lime, these natural things. But I felt like I was missing something. And then I thought, well, reading an analysis only tells me what's in the water or what water holds. But, like, what is water? And that is still the question I'm asking all these years later. But someone once said to me, you know, the two hydrogens are feminine in the mode of levity, and the large oxygen is masculine in the mode of gravity. And together they create harmony and liquid water on earth. And I'm like, well, that means more to me than just hearing H2O, which is what children get told water is if they ask. And that does nothing for me. Like, I have children and H2O. It's like, what does that even mean? So I was really looking for a bigger answer. And then when I found out that water is actually only one part matter and the matter of the two hydrogens and oxygen, and the rest is photonic light, making water a lighthouse. And that given by molecular structure, not by volume. By molecular count. Sorry, not by volume. We're 99% water. And there are more water molecules in our bodies than all the stars in the perceivable universe, which is a lot. And yet at schools, we're mostly only told about the hydrological system. And so I was thinking, like, how can I know how this, this water is different? Like, how come it's healing? And it was very difficult to find that answer out. And then I'm thinking, well, if you look at Tesla, he says, if you want to know the secrets to the universe, look at frequency, energy and vibration. And I'm like, well, how can I find that out about water? And so I, I often have said over the many years that people will have their own song. All the trillions of cells in your body have a resonance. And so depending on who you are, what you're feeling and thinking, and the whole mix of what it is to be human, we have this energy output which is to me, kind of like a song. And this water was like a very high frequency that added a player into the orchestra of my song, which was like an opera singer with a very high pitched sound that could break glass. That literally purged the glass out of my body. But essentially it was like the water was informing the waters of my body what healthy was like and that I no longer needed. There is a residue in my body. And so I was trialing this water on lots of different people, including my dad. And my dad is quite famous in New Zealand as being like a famous Maori fisherman. He's native New Zealand Maori, and he has had various different fishing incidents. And one of them was where he had a fish fin kind of going between the knuckles in his hand. And he thought that he'd got a lot of it, or at least most of it out. But when he started drinking the water, this fish fin, which is kind of was left over that he didn't actually get started to purge his way through the knuckles. And so being able to see purging happen on other people made me realize there really is something here. And then I trialed at least 90 people over the course of two years on eight week trials. There were so many people lining up to Give this a go. The hard part was getting them to stop taking it because they didn't want to stop because they saw so much difference in their body, their eyesight improved. Your eye lens is 99% highly ordered, structured water. So we see the world through the lens of water. One man who had stage 4 cancer did a 27 day water fast drinking this water. Halfway through the fast, they saw his retuner had reduced by half. And three weeks after it was called spontaneous healing. And there were two other cases, different types of cancers, but women who also did water fast, not as long as 27 days, but they saw reduction in their tumors. Skin issues healed up all manner of things. Even people with quite severe depression, they started to say they were feeling better. And it would be interesting to do a study if really severe dehydration has something to do with depression. So I noticed all of these amazing things happening with people and I really started to become curious about this life force energy we call water and what do we really know about it? And that led me on to looking at Masaru Emoto's work. Even though he wasn't embraced by the scientific community. But he opened the door for people to see themselves as bodies of water, sensitive to thought, sound, environment. And then there's a wonderful microscopic photographer called Laurent Costa, who takes images of ice crystals similar to Emoto. But there's not one part of him that feels that he's experimenting because to him, water is his spiritual teacher. And he just invites water to share whatever it wants. But sometimes he smiles at the water before he flash freezes it. And he is not only seeing geometries, but he was seeing smiley faces, he was seeing hearts, he was seeing images of his cat. And he has like, I think he had three cats that in his house wandering around. And that really piqued my curiosity because there's a big difference between geometry and art. And to me, art is a sophisticated type of communication.
B
Yeah. I have so many questions. One, just on a practical level, with the water that you were using with your dad, I think that was part of the healing spring water, Is that right? And then with other people that you've tested, what was the. Just on a practical level, what was the water that you guys were using? Was the high alkaline water?
A
Yeah, that was the naturally high alkaline, alkaline water from very, very deep underground. And it's a huge underwater aquifer with a bed of quartz. So it's very old, very unique, it has a viscosity about it. And with Water that has come from deep depths. Usually you find that it has fourth phase water within it. So that is more like a plasma. Your cells are filled with fourth phase water. So we have a liquid, solid, gas and a type of gel or Plasma. And Dr. Gerald Pollack has talked a lot about the fourth phase of water. And that actually led me on to my freezing method because in the early stages I didn't know if it was true, if water really stored information. We use this term water memory. But over all these years now I wonder if it's water imagining it's water dreaming. Not necessarily just remembering, because I see that water's not stuck in time and space. But before we go there, I don't know if you want me to share about the first design that I got in the ice.
B
Yeah, I mean, whatever you feel like would be most valuable for people to hear.
A
Well, when I was wondering, like, is this true? Certainly I'd seen Emoto's work and in Laurence and I'm like, well, yeah, I want to see, I want to see if this is possible. But all those years ago I didn't have a microscope, although I was working in research and development for some people. So I had a glass petri dish and I thought, well, I'm going to do the most out there thing that I can think of and I'm going to project a thought into the water and, and see if it works. And I'm going to stick it in my freezer because it's where seems to be where the secret is, where the unseen becomes seen. And I'm going to see if anything happens. And it was a very, very rudimentary beginning, but I'm glad it started like that because it was so organic. And so I'm holding my dish of water and I see there's a bit of fluff floating around in it. So I was like, oh my gosh. So I put my hand in to take out the fluff and I'm like, oh, I wonder if my hand will have any impact on the water's quote unquote memory. I thought, well, that that thought's going to do. So I, I put it into the freezer with the peas and broccoli and all the stuff. And this was when I began. So I froze the water solid. I didn't know any different. I haven't done that in 13 years. I don't freeze water solid. So because of the way I know how water freezes, I look back at my old work, I'm amazed I got any imagery at all when I took it out, there was an image of what looked like an X ray of my hand. It was undeniable and it was large, so it took up half of my petri dish. And my petri dishes are the same size as my hand, 10cm in diameter. So I'm like, oh my God. Like, I was quite shocking as I really wasn't expecting to see anything. And then that led on to going to the ocean. And I was like, well, if I freeze a thin layer of seawater, what will I see? If it's something to do with the ocean, then maybe it's not just so random. And I got this amazing image of a fish with scales and gills and a perfectly round eye and fins. And it kept on going and going and going. And a year in was when I started to become more familiar with this term. This fourth phase of water, also known as liquid crystal, it has different properties, so it absorbs more light, it has negative charge, it has ordered molecular structure, it has viscosity. So an example of fourth face water would be aloe vera. You know, it's kind of stretchy, a bit like egg white, for example. And this is the kind of water in our cells. It's actually H3O2. It has an extra hydrogen and oxygen atom. And what Dr. Gerry Pollock said is that the stage between liquid and ice. And also in the melting phase, that's where this fourth phase water is. And I wanted to see when these patterns were forming. So I would open my freezer earlier and earlier to see what was happening in there. And at 5 minutes and 20 seconds in my freezer, there was liquid on top and ice underneath. So I took the dish and I took the liquid away and I photographed the crystallography that was stuck on the dish. And by crystallography, I'm talking about a unique state of ice. It's not exactly ice, it's more like a plasma. And that reveals very complex, very sort of three dimensional imagery. And it's just a quantum leap from freezing water. Solid.
B
Amazing. I know that part of your work has been, has really evolved and I know it sounds like you've taken some of like walking on the shoulders of others like Emoto and those who have done some of this. But what's been one of the most fascinating things that you've discovered in your, in your work with water.
A
Oh my God. There's been so many, I'm sure. Well, firstly, what people will say is that the imagery, even the hand example, it's not a photocopy, it's recognizable. I've done image recognition questionnaires. We see that it's recognizable. I'm not kind of going into full pareidolia there. You know, I've addressed a lot of that. But the water is like an artist. It's like if you put a vase of flowers in a room surrounded by different artists, each artist is going to draw the vase of flowers, but in their own way. So it's like water is an intelligent designer and is designing the imagery it is given, but sometimes adding even details that you might not know are even there until you look closely. So we have like a microphone in front of us, for example. And if I put the microphone, if we say it's a handheld one, I'd put it over the dish. It might show me that design. But if I did it again, it might show me the texture on the top of the microphone. If I did it again, it might show the batteries inside that I can't see. Over and over again, I see water able to take snapshots of all different angles of anything. It doesn't seem to be limited to time and space. I once was asked to use the word Yeshua, and when I did, this beautiful kind of chalice shape showed up. But when I looked closer, it looked like there was some kind of writing. So I zoomed in on that and took a photo, and I put it on social media. And I said, does anybody have any idea what this means, if it means anything? I mean, I'm might be nothing. I had over 1,000 people respond to me saying that it was like handwritten Hebrew for Yeshua. It blew my mind. One of the discoveries that I've got more scientific attention for, that I think is really amazing, is something I call hydroglyphs. So water shares information in three ways. A signature pattern, which is a repeatable pattern for various types of water. So spring water looks a certain way, rain water looks a certain way, and so on and so forth. Then there's the art that most people know me by. And I always say art is the heart of water. And then there are hydroglyphs. So these are three separate things. A hydroglyph is where I have used a written word influence in the same word in multiple languages, and put my dish of water on top of it for 30 seconds and removed. And if I see the same symbol appear at least 50 times, then I know I have a hydroglyph with the energetic meaning of the word. This is a big deal. I have about 48 hydroglyphs. It's taken me six years to do all the repeatability with them. And each one has layers of meaning. So the same symbol can be present for different words that interrelate, like change and winter have the same symbol, for example. And not only does this kind of suggest there might be some kind of universal symbol of language or meaning, it could possibly be used to help decipher ancient languages that we don't know what they mean yet. There is one particular hieroglyph which is very underrated and understated, called the information hydroglyph, simply information. But what's so interesting about that one is that it looks just like ancient language. And I recently gave a talk at the annual water conference in Portugal, and I was showing the repeatability. So I show 64 examples of each hydroglyph just to prove that this isn't random. And I put a likeness side by side as comparison to these hydroglyphs for the information. Hydroglyph that looked like kind of coding and language beside hieroglyphs and ancient cuneiform. And someone there took a snapshot of that and put it into AI And AI was able to recognize parts of the ice imagery as ancient language. So you have to wonder, where did they even figure out how to design like this? Was it always written in the water? So for me, this has become a very bigger story because I was able to get AI to take the background sound, noise, if you will, out of the images so you can really, really see how detailed the cod and there is. And then when you zoom in, zoom in, zoom in, you realize, my God, how am I ever going to approach this? There's just so much here. Then I'm looking at this not only just as the word information. The reason this one's a little different is that over the last year particularly, and given that I've taught thousands of people around the world how to do this, you don't need a microscope, you know, you just need a glass petri dish, some water in your freezer. But eight out of 10 people, when they do the crystallography, they'll see this coding in any water. So it shows up all of the time. So I'm thinking this is something very important to know here. I need to investigate this more. And that's where I'm taking it. I'm looking into the hydroglyph that we call information on a much grander scale. And I've let go of working with AI because that doesn't. Didn't feel in alignment with where water wanted me to take it.
B
Oh, beautiful.
A
See, I'm the servant of water.
B
Yeah.
A
And if I'm forcing something, then I'm not flowing. So I was guided in a very extraordinary way to work with the autistic non speaking children from the telepathy tapes to ask them about this hydroglow that looks like ancient writing.
B
I love that you honored and our servant to water and rather than using what seemed logical, you were given another way that was more in alignment and honoring. Such a beautiful example of that.
A
Thank you.

It's been the most humbling experience, honestly. My husband and I, we listened to the telepathy tapes and our hearts were just blown open. And we were talking because I've wanted to do a documentary for a while about my work and where it's going. And anyway, he said, wouldn't it be amazing if you could ask them, you know, about what you're doing? So, by an incredible sequence of synchronicities, I gave a talk in Nelson in the south island of New Zealand, and one of the. There was a lady who was in the telepathy tapes in the audience, and she said, let me help you. So since then I've been working with about six of the young people. And when I've. I started with showing them examples of the information hydroglyph. And consistently it came through as doorways, doorways to another realm of consciousness. And even that each little line is a doorway between Sammy and Daniel and Michalai and Noah and Adrianna and whoever. And also some of the others that have given me so much information, they suggest it's also like a light language and that there is sound and music embedded in these symbols. And that Cody and Aaron as well, they've also confirmed that.
B
And they're independently sharing this information, and.
A
They'Re sharing this through telepathy. Okay, so they're either telepathic with their mum, like Sammy is telepathic with her mum, and Sammy's mum is also telepathic with Nikolai, for example, and then another lady is telepathic for some of the others. So they're speaking through telepathy. And one boy, Daniel, he wrote something out on his letterboard, so he was actually able to write it himself as well. In saying that what I'm doing is working with one of the closest things to the Creator I could be working with one of the most profound things. And as you know, I've been curious about this question of what is water? That that was said only a few days ago was when I was speaking to Noah through Melissa, and Noah said that water is the first expression of the Creator's first love. Oh, my God. Wow. But what's really wonderful is that these pictures that I sent them, they say that they are healing just in the viewing of them, and not in some small way, in a big way. And so I plan to have them printed out. And they say it would be wonderful if you have, you know, music flowing. So you have this whole healing modality in the viewing and the feeling and the sound and that. That there are certain ones that have different information. Each one is like a snapshot of something divine. So I'm going to print a bunch of them out and ask them to show me which would be best for anxiety, which would be best if you are suffering from cancer, to walk out. What would be best for someone with depression or someone who wants to expand their joy, which is best for manifestation. And they've been so incredibly helpful to me. I actually have enough information now to write an entire book in the last two weeks. That's how much information they've given me. This is actually what I'm doing my PhD right now on.
B
Wow, I'm just so blown away. And I love that you stayed with one inquiry. What is water? Something so assumed and you took such depth into it. And do you feel or have you heard in your research? Because I know the observer effect, but it sounds like you're really studying the consciousness of water itself. And so it sounds like it's more than just. We're not just influencing. It sounds like it has its own consciousness. Is that what you're saying?
A
Well, I had seen that water wasn't only responding to my thoughts or my consciousness. And because my inquiry for a long time was, is water conscious or is my consciousness impacting the water? And there were a couple of ways that I went about discovering that, given that it's very difficult to take your consciousness away, no matter how far away you might go, because there's always a connection. But I was working with words since, you know, this written word thing. People like, why are you writing words? You know, in ancient Egypt, they would make something called sigils, which were little containers of water, and then they would write something on papyrus and in hieroglyphs that was about healing or a spell of some kind or something like this, or some cleansing. Or they would put a little stone with hieroglyphs inside. And they believed that the water would absorb the energy of the simplest and then take on a power. And they would give the water to people as medicine or as a cleansing or healing. Even homeopaths use paper remedies. They write the word of the remedy. They put the glass of Water on top of it. And it imbues with the energy of the word. I started working with words because I saw the water would pick up on things that were in the freezer. If there was a word it was on top of. An example that comes to mind is the word pizza. And then water designer thing that looked like a pizza. I'm like, oh, my goodness. So I think that these words have an energetic that the water is picking up on. And when I asked the autists, which is what they like to call themselves, you know, why is the water designing, like an original image, like an artist impression rather than a photocopy? And they told me that water is designing the energetic imprint, which looks slightly different. They even told me recently something that. A few things, and I'll come back to where I was kind of going. But Adriana, she was saying that we were talking about amniotic fluid. And I've always said that I thought that amniotic fluid was like the ancestral waters is where the ancestral information is shared with the embryo. And before I really had time to even finish the sentence, the lady that was telepathic with her was holding up the written word, ancestral waters.
B
So do you think she's hearing you telepathically and she's responding?
A
No, that's what Adriana had said before. I even like, no, she wasn't hearing me. Adriana wasn't. She was already there to answer my own question. She knew what my question was. That's what I was thinking, necessarily. It'd be silly to think she didn't know what I was thinking. But that confirmed that, yes, the amniotic fluid really does house the ancestral information. She went into some detail, which I'll save for now because it's a pretty big deal. And it goes into some stuff I'd never heard of before. But we went into something so interesting. She said that in our search for water on other planets, because, you know, if we're looking for life, we're looking for water. And there's been so much focus on Mars lately. She said what we're doing through our conscious observation is literally creating more water on Mars.
B
Wow.
A
Through what we're doing down here. And I don't think we are aware yet, not even close to our own capabilities. And what all the autists are saying is that it's not just them that are able to tap into these gifts that they have or these other realms of information, but we all can do it. And they just come from a pure place of love. And because they're not so attached to the body, able to stay in that place. So it's a simple difference, but there's just so much to investigate with it and to share.
B
I'm so fascinated with everything you're sharing and I'm, I mean I want to hear more about what they're sharing and how to really use it for healing because it just sounds like tapping into the net. Like not only the power of our conscious ability to create, but also the ability to use this to heal.
A
Yeah, you know there was, I've talked about these hydroglyphs, these symbols and before I met the autists, I'd had an already remarkable story to tell. I was approached by a very worn out mum. She was exhausted and I don't know how she'd found out about my work or my work with hydrogloves because it was very new really when she found out about it. But I'd got further than most people knew already by that time. She's a mum of a non speaking, very disabled daughter who couldn't write, was partially blind, in a wheelchair, very high needs and the mum didn't have much support, she was exhausted and she said, look, all I want to know is if my daughter knows I love her and like I'm a mum. I'm like of course she knows, of course she knows. She said, seriously, no, that's not how I want to know. Anyone will say that. No, I actually really need to know. She said all she sees is my angry, sad, grumpy, exhausted face. I hardly ever smile anymore, I'm so tired all the time. And so I said, okay, well how can I help you? And she said, I'm going to ask my daughter if she knows that I love her and if she makes any sounds I'm going to record them and maybe you could play them to the water. So that's exactly what happened. And her daughter made some sounds which I played to the water and in the crystallography. Although they wanted to keep that dish private, they've allowed me to share the story and give examples of what was in the dish. There were four hydro glyphs. The empty hexagon which means individual, and I a perfect heart which always means love. Then the multiple circles which means multiple and a lot. And then something we call the speckle because it looks like a speckle and that is both earth and mother. And then I got on FaceTime with the both of them because I wanted the daughter to be there because this is her voice and I wanted to make sure she Seemed like in agreement with what I had figured out through knowing something about hydro gloves. And I said to the mum, well, you know how much you've been wanting to know if your daughter knows how much you love her or your daughter is telling you, I love you so much, Mummy. And then the little girl was trying to clap her hands and it was big smile, making lots of sounds. Mum was just in tears. I was in tears. Little girl was so happy. I'm sad to say that she since passed away.
B
The little girl.
A
The little girl. I think that's why the mum was so adamant to know. But each time they get to share this story, this is her. This is her words. And so hieroglyphs have become like a voice for the voiceless. So I don't think it's any coincidence that I'm working with the autists now or they're also working with me and that sharing all their insights. They seem very enthusiastic because this topic of water appears to have a direct connection to the Creator and it has a very deep and spiritual meaning. And with the healing part, my children taught me something too practical that people can do. And the young people are the water bearers of our future and of their future. And so I always encourage them to get curious, you know, about this question of what is water? And my daughter Shanti, some years ago, you know, they've all been brought up seeing me do this work. I was holding up a particularly beautiful crystallographic dish and she said, oh, can I have that, Mummy? And I, I gave it to her and I thought she was going to look at it, but she didn't do that. She started to eat the ice. I said, oh, what are you doing? And she says, it's good for me, Mommy. I was like, oh, okay. And then a few weeks later, her brother Rama did exactly the same thing, except that, like, his way about doing it was the same. And I said, so why are you doing this? And he didn't know his daughters, his sister had done it. And he said, oh, you know, it just makes me feel good, Mom. I'm like, what do these children know that I don't know? And then over the years, I've taught many, many people, many of whom are parents, that tell me that their children eat the crystallography. So knowing the power of words and knowing that water also has so much to say and observing what my children had done and what other children have been doing. I had a headache one day and I don't normally get headaches. So this is like, oh, this is not pleasant. Like, I wonder if the well of knowledge within me has a word to spring forth. And as soon as I thought that the word purple came into my mind, so I wrote it down. I didn't overthink it, wrote the word purple, put my dish of water on top of it for 30 seconds. That's my protocol. Not too long, not too short. If you think that it's going to be like hours and days and that'll give a better impression, that doesn't work. Where is really quantum. And it's also really interested in where your attention goes. The moment your attention leaves and goes somewhere else, the impression is never as strong. So I wrote the word, did the whole process and ate the ice. And literally within five minutes my headache had gone and I was like, oh my God, that was amazing. Then I started teaching people like, give this a try. Find your word. It's just don't think it too hard. It's not necessarily going to be a logical word, but just the word that comes into your mind, just the divine word that just comes out of you. Write that word and then eat the crystallography. So now there's been countless people, nearly 200 people over the last few years that have been using this for various modes of healing and have had pretty extraordinary results. Does it need to be ice? It needs to be that plasma stage. So very simple, easy to learn my method. The other part about that phase is that as the water is beginning to freeze, as it's freezing into this particular stage, remembering, there's three stages. The first freeze, which is where we take the water out to do the crystallography. It's pushed all of the solids out. So everything that's in the water has been pushed out of itself. So it's at the purest state of liquid crystal. So you're essentially eating the personification or the picture image or the information that's in form of the word. So rather than writing a word on a bottle like love, that's kind of like drinking the messenger in a way. But liquid crystal is like eating the message. And the water has become inform from the information. So there is quite a big difference between the two. So I love that the children of the world taught us this. I always say, you know, it's free, you've got nothing to lose. And it's the healthiest state of ice. Give it a go.
B
Yeah, why not test it just to see. Yeah, yeah. And there's different forms of water, the liquid vapor, ice. And so I hear the different stages and that there's that information that's getting captured and that communication that's happening between the stages.
A
Well, yes, and there's many different stages of water. I mean, we know kind of four, but I think there are many more that exist that we will discover at some point. I was on a podcast with Robert Edward Grant and he said mathematically there must be more stages to water. And I've been saying that intuitively for many years. And one of those stages, I think as a director, connection to spirit. Yeah.
B
And water is really the symbol of transformation and cleansing, purging, clearing, like we use it for physical and spiritual and even tears. Emotional cleansing when we're moved, happy or sad. And we are water. Right. So the connection with the divine makes a lot of sense.
A
Yeah.
B
And I'm still though I'm still at Mars, I'm still making water at Mars.
A
And so that really blew me away as well. I'm like, so.
B
So then can you share a little bit more? It sounds like the power of intention or our consciousness. Because if that's the case, then we can be collectively shifting consciousness for good intentionally. I mean, where I think being more mindful about how we focus our energy and our awareness then matters.
A
Yeah. And also starting with you.
B
Yes.
A
You can't change the world.
B
That's right.
A
Unless you change the world inside of you. And that is reflected through my egg albumin study. I was very curious and interested about transference. You know how when women are all together and sometimes their menstrual cycles sync up. That is an example of the fluid intelligence of our body making a decision based off information transfer to sync. That. That seems logical. And so my curiosity was if I. Because I've worked with many different types of eggs, because I always thought one of the most naturally informed water would be amniotic fluid. And since that's not easily available, I turned to eggs. They're little containers of life. And egg albumin is a kind of part of the egg white. So when you carefully crack open an egg, a thin saliva like part will come out first before the gloopy gelatinous part in the yolk. That thin saliva like part is the albumin. And I've discovered that there are six specific patterns that I've named that form. In fresh free range eggs. One of them looks like a little volcano with a star inside there and there's like a weaving pattern and then there's feathery patterns and it goes on. But in cage 10 eggs, there are only two of the more rudimentary patterns. That form. And so I've seen consistently over a huge range of time and a lot of different eggs, hundreds of eggs, that this is just how they are. This is not about consciousness. This is about the information in the eggs. And so I did controls and I started with a free range egg and did the crystallography. And so that was my control. And then I got a cage 10 egg and did the crystallography. Then I got the cage 10 egg and a free range egg and I set them side by side and I left them overnight. I'm like, I don't know if anything will happen, but let's just give it a go. And then afterwards I did the crystallography. The free range egg stayed perfect, beautiful, exactly the kind of patterns I would normally see. However, the caged hen egg, those patterns had start to evolve and had actually started to take on more patterns. And after having seen hundreds of caged hen eggs not show anything more than the maximum of two, to suddenly see like four patterns in the crystallography, that was a big deal. So I shared it on social media and everyone was like, that's cool, but like, what happens if you surrounded the good egg with the bad eggs? Surely it'll go bad. And I was thinking, wow, that's a real reflection of what people think at the moment. And so I did that a couple of times and I saw this thing that I call healing by proximity, the free range egg in the center. And I did controls for these two and I used the same batch of free range of caged hen eggs. Sorry. And the free range egg after being surrounded by caged hen eggs did not alter at all. It stayed perfectly beautiful. However, the cage 10 eggs closest to the free range egg improved to such a high degree that they looked like free range eggs, but the ones furthest away improved, but not as much. Now, this is quite amazing that this is happening, given that none of the eggs were fertile, suggesting that the information was there from the beginning. And it makes me wonder if that's saying which came first, the chicken or the egg. Maybe it was the water. But if you look at just how much water we're made up of, and then you think, well, what this is really saying is that if you just start healing yourself, you heal your environment around you. And healing can begin with just looking in the mirror and liking what you see. As a woman, I know how critical I can be of myself. Even when people say, oh, but you're so pretty, you know, it's like you have to feel that or you have to feel beautiful from the inside out. And that's where it starts. Water has shown me this over and over again. To be kind to myself, to be forgiving and all these different things, and to be able to be shown these very profound things in water and in biological fluids, even in tears, like with tears, I've done chemical tears, which are when you cut an onion and you cry, and emotional tears. And the chemical tears, they essentially showed my iris. Whereas the tears of joy, of relief, and the tears of grief all took on variations of the hexagon of a. Of. Of emanations of the hexagon. So a hexagon in the middle, and then emanations of that hexagon growing bigger and bigger and bigger. A bit like a spider web without all the details. The one for grief wasn't fully formed, but you could still see structure. And what's beautiful is that our face is designed in the most perfect way, that in our deepest sorrow, or when we. When we cry, and also in our. In our joy and laughter, these tears show up and they roll around our cheeks back towards our mouth, because they've been reordered and restructured as a medicine to either help heal our heart or expand it further. And yet with so many young people, it's like, don't cry. And yet our body has this medicine that we call tears, which is. I know. It's so beautiful because the hexagon is the imprint I see in water for its healthy, energetic state.
B
I love that you're saying, start with yourself, with the healing, and that influences the environment. And also consciously putting ourselves in environments that are healing.
A
Yes, both. Yes. And then you look at the collective, and that's where true transformation happens. That's where the real wave of change happens. An example would be where I was working with some particularly disordered tap water. I did the crystallography. You see a lot of disorder. And then I let that melt. And then I took a photo of the petri dish of water that I left out for 24 hours and invited 64 people from around the world to just send intention to it. And then I refroze it. And it was one of the most dramatic crystallographic changes I've seen to date. These beautiful flower like hexagons formed in such clarity that really is hard to beat. And to see the extremes of the two really proved to me that the power of the collective intention for good can make such huge change. And what I love is that water just doesn't resonate at a lower frequency. So it's not so much that the power of the collective, of evil, so to speak, or not so nice or the polarity.
B
Yeah.
A
Water just doesn't design for that. It's not up for it. It's. It's not a judgment. I've worked with water when I've been genuinely angry, which happens. I mean, I've done this for 14 years. I have traffic in New Zealand. We have like the news, which we. I shouldn't be listening to sometimes and like children and life and stuff, you know, bills and whatever. There's some days, if I have the energy in that genuine frame of mind, I repeat some studies where I've got some really amazing results where I might say hi and in the eyes, when I'm my normal self, I've seen, repeat the word hi and I've spoken to the water and said shalom and I got an image that looked a lot like an archangel, but in anger I don't see any imagery, just doesn't show up. So it's just, it's interesting because when I'm sad, that sad water is very compassionate. You know, like I said, putting flowers in water to see will it show the flower. But if I'm sad, water would just override that completely and it will just show me sad faces.
B
Where my mind is going is that we're were made up of water. Yeah. And this water is an intelligent force with consciousness. And so there's this like, you can call it telepathic or you can call it beyond whatever we've learned or known to measure that there's this intelligence with all of it, it's all one, it's all essentially back to water. And I think that we haven't even begun to discover the power that we have. And I love the curiosity and that you bring and the scientific backing to bring to just hold diving in deeper and deeper and deeper. I think anything we have curiosity about, anything that we go so deep into, we find the same thing. And I. I'm wondering like some of the practical ways that we can use this, because you've spoken to so many, but I'm wondering if you could share and kind of ground some of the practical ways through your research that we can start to shift our daily lives with water and be a bit more intentional to learn from your studies.
A
There's a few things I'll share, but the thing that's coming to mind that we haven't touched on, which is important, is about light. So when I open my freezer at the perfect time, just as the water's beginning to freeze. I've photographed and seen with my naked eye light that looks like a halo coming out of the ice. I think it is light that is paving the way for the design of this imagery. And I think it is light from consciousness that is the information highway. And there is a difference, because regular science will say water can't store or hold memory because liquid water is a molecular chaos. Constantly the hydrogen bonds are breaking and coming apart like unbelievable amount of speed. But a quantum physicist will say, well, there's a difference between molecular chaos and molecular excitement. And when you're excited, there's usually something you're excited about. And so you're putting the water into a different state. And when given the correct environment, it slows down. You're able to snapshot some of that collective information. So when it comes to light, I was taught something by a beautiful indigenous person who told me that she could speak to bees. And she said she'd watch their hives for long periods of time. And one day a bee somehow communicated to her and said, we don't mind you looking at our hive, but could you please not look at it for such a long time because your conscious expression is putting too much light in the hive. And we prefer it to be darker.
B
Wow.
A
So we are bodies of water, salts, minerals, and consciousness. If you boil it down and pada nupan, and if where we put our conscious expression is also where we put our light, then it's nice to think about what we're focused on. And I definitely suggest not to feed the fears because that creates the blockages, and water has to find ways to get around that. It can slow things down. When you really want to be in flow, you don't want to be forcing something, and you don't want to get stagnant. But my daughter, she has always said that we have the weather within us. When she was little and she was crying, she said, mummy, Mummy, I'm raining. And in my wellness center, I no longer have it. People always ask me that. So I always have to say. But I took some of her wisdom, and I would work on many people that were holding a lot of. Holding a lot of stuff. We all have stuff.
B
Yeah.
A
And very often it would be held around the pericardium of the heart, like the protective sack of the heart. And the way I would feel that energetically, because my gifts were that I can feel and see energy. And so I would say to them, okay, what I'm feeling from you is that you have, like, an ice wall around your Heart. Now my hand is like the sun. I'm going to put that over your heart, and I want you to tell me when you start to kind of feel it melting. And what I was really looking for was their stomach starting to swell. Because although it sounds esoteric, in some ways, it had always had a practical ending. So this feeling they could feel it kind of this. They called it, like, trickling in their body. Each person would use that word. It was quite interesting. And then at some point, they would say, I'm so sorry, but I really need to use the bathroom. And then they would always come back from the toilet and they would say, I can't believe how much I peed. I was like, I know I didn't drink that much water. And it was very simple. It was literally like pain melting. Because we have all of the different phases within us, and there's many more that we still are yet to learn, I'm sure. But in the ice stage, it's the most uncomfortable state of water because there's very little movement.
B
It's like a freeze state. It's like a dysregulated nervous system. And when you're speaking of the belly, it's this safety, because I watch when I facilitate someone, I watch if their belly's expanding, because that was a signal of safety and their nervous system. So I can see how that also ties.
A
And when you're, like, frozen with fright or fear, or we freeze because we're scared, there's a saying like, as cold as ice, she's as cold as ice. You know, there's all of these kind of words we use and sayings we say relating to cold and freezing and ice. And so that's why I like working with my freezing method, because it's not a solid and it's actually. It's in its most informed state in many ways. There's a fine line. And so being able to do this for yourself, feel where in your body has pain, and then feel that as freezing, and then use your own hand as the sun to melt it. See your own body start to release and really be in tune with your body, and then feel that release of some of that pain going down the toilets. And this is a wonderful, simple exercise for people to do who don't like sharing. You know, this is. There's a lot of people like that that don't have the words to say what they're feeling, but this is something they could just do for themselves and the privacy of their own home.
B
That's beautiful.
A
I think also around containers of water. So what I've seen is that spring water, and I'm a big fan of freshly collected spring water, if you can have a connection to where the water came from, even better. What I've seen is that when you freeze that water within, say half an hour to an hour of collection, it tends to form very large hexagonal patterns. And the bigger the better when it comes to hexagons and the energetic health of water. But what I see is when water is that that spring water is exposed to light over 72 hours, those patterns degrade very quickly and they go degrading a very specific order. So there's the hexagon, and then it kind of goes through a process of looking more like a flower, and then that flower ends up looking more like a leaf, and the leaf ends up looking more like a grass. And then it goes into being like a line. And another way is that the in the hexagon ends up becoming sort of smaller and smaller to eventually become a dot. So you're left with dots and lines, which is essentially what municipal tap water is. So artificial light is very, very destructive to the patterns of water. So we have lots and lots of water available in these see through containers. So what I suggest that people, that many people can't afford to go and get spring or buy spring water, or maybe they're nowhere near a spring and all they have is filtered tap water. Well, firstly, intention makes a difference structurally to the water. But you can also, if you have a silk scarf. Yeah, bear with me. Yes.
B
What you talking about?
A
Well, silk helps build exclusion zone. Dr. Jerry Pollock has seen that water just sitting near silk starts to build fourth phase water. So there's fourth phase water within the bulk water. Essentially it's very minute layers, but it pushes the solates everything out of it away to create a negative charge. And the bulk water is positively charged. So negative charge is what you. The feel good factor when you're walking along a beach getting negative charge from the ions from the ocean. And so this, this area is negatively charged. And they found that various things can build the negative charge. And the big one is infrared light. And so what's helpful is they found that even silk seems to build exclusion zones. So if you find a raw, beautiful silk, just wrap your great hat, your water bottle up in it. And if you're vegan and you want nothing to do with that, then you can use linen. Linen has a high hertz frequency and it keeps the water out of the light. I love those. There's simple little things you can do.
B
You know, I love the practical, and I feel like I can. I just. I'm so fascinated. I just. I'm listening to you, and I'm just mesmerized by all of the research and the art, artistic expression of how you share and so many new things. And just in closing, I'm wondering if there's anything we haven't spoken about that feels like it is important to bring up in this conversation. Maybe the work that you're excited about, that you're moving towards, or whatever you feel would actually really benefit people to hear.
A
The study of water is the study of spirit and the study of life. It amazes me that we still just think water is just a drink and something that washes away our waste and cleanses us. Do we not feel better after a shower or a bath? Do we not feel better when we go for a swim in the ocean or a lake? Why is that? It's because you are a body of water entering into another body of water that is cleansing. And I think if we could just see ourselves the way water sees us, we would never worry anymore about the wrinkles or the gray hairs or the cellulite or whatever we've got going on. And we would realize that water sees us as a reflection of the divine, because that is what water is, and that's how water sees us. Not in judgment. People need to hear that. Because one of the things that was difficult for my son was when he saw Emoto's work. It's very contrasting, just the best and worst of things. What I see is people are addicted to the best and worst of things. Seeing that, sharing that look, how bad this is, you know, and kind of really feeding that. But when my son saw that the, like, love and hate or the musical examples for where he was going with it, he said, mom, I think water hates me. And I'm like, why? And he said, because, look, water only likes classical music and John Lennon and hates heavy metal. And like, oh, honey, water's not in judgment. I said, but I didn't know you liked heavy metal. And he said, I don't, but I like Tupac. And water doesn't like swearing either. And Tupac swears. Therefore, water hates me. And with my children, if you. When they were little, if you just presented them with two options and they didn't resonate with either, then they would tend to lean into assuming the worst. There's so much in between. Hydroglyphs, essentially came from that. Because I said to him, right, let's see how water will respond to music, all genres of music. And we started with two parts, and we started with a song called All Eyes on Me and in the Ice there was this big eye. And then I. In my. My book called the Living Language of Water, there's a big music section which goes through everything from reggae and drum and bass and r B&EDM and, you know, rap and heavy metal and classical music and chanting and everything. And what we saw was water would pick up on words of songs or move to the rhythm if there's no music and design something really cohesive and coherent. And it made me think, as I kept seeing repeated imagery with Stairway to Heaven that looked like a stairway over and over again. And that led me on to writing the word stairway and saying, does that mean stairway? And the rest really is history. Because all my work has happened organically through inquiry and curiosity. And I found if I was to say anything, I'd say that water is the house of the divine and that it is also a lighthouse and it illuminates you. And the study of water will lead you down the tributary towards source. Then you can't go wrong in every which way I look. And if I apply water and the wisdom of water to it, it makes sense. Even the things you wouldn't imagine, like finances, like there's a river bank, you know, you go into lots of different words around water and money. That's too long a conversation. But in all directions, you find something makes sense. And when that happens, I think you found a universal truth.
B
That's right.
A
And that's what I would say. You know, even if you just start with writing a few words in the shower, you know, on the glass, write an intention out, it helps manifest that even quicker.
B
So beautiful. I know that my audience is going to want to stay connected and I know you've got. You're going to dive into your new another book, right?

Healing + Human Potential Podcast: Episode 82 - "The Hidden Power of Water: How to Use it to Heal in Unexpected Ways"
Release Date: April 1, 2025
Host: Alyssa Nobriga
Guest: Veda Austin, Water Researcher, Author, and Speaker
In Episode 82 of the Healing + Human Potential Podcast, host Alyssa Nobriga welcomes listeners to an enlightening discussion on the profound and often underestimated role of water in healing and human potential. Joining her is Veda Austin, a renowned water researcher whose groundbreaking work challenges conventional perceptions of water as merely a passive substance. This episode delves deep into the intelligent and responsive nature of water, exploring its interaction with consciousness, emotions, and the unseen realms of healing.
Veda Austin begins by sharing her personal journey, marked by a life-altering car accident 25 years prior. As she recounts:
"I was a passenger in one of the worst accidents in New Zealand. Over 20 years, I underwent eight surgeries, primarily for bowel issues caused by the seatbelt impact. Despite doctors' grim predictions about my future, I experienced little miracles, including having three children against all odds." [02:05]
This challenging experience ignited her belief in the body’s innate ability to heal, leading her to embark on a natural healing journey. Disillusioned by conventional medicine's limitations, Veda sought alternative methods, starting with naturally alkaline water, which she discovered could significantly impact her healing process.
Veda articulates a transformative view of water, asserting that it's far more than just H₂O:
"Water is actually only one part matter and then the rest is photonic light making water a lighthouse. There are more water molecules in our bodies than all the stars in the perceivable universe." [00:00]
She emphasizes water's role as a dynamic and intelligent force capable of remembering, reflecting, and even designing patterns. Drawing inspiration from figures like Nikola Tesla and Masaru Emoto, Veda explores the concept that water holds quantum information and interacts with human consciousness in meaningful ways.
One of the most fascinating aspects of Veda’s research is her discovery of hydroglyphs—symbolic patterns formed by water that carry energetic meanings. She explains:
"Hydroglyphs are where I have used a written word influence in the same word in multiple languages, and put my dish of water on top of it for 30 seconds and removed. If I see the same symbol appear at least 50 times, then I know I have a hydroglyph with the energetic meaning of the word." [18:50]
Veda has identified nearly 50 hydroglyphs over six years, each rich with layers of meaning. These symbols not only resemble ancient scripts but also hold the potential to decipher forgotten languages, suggesting a universal language embedded within water itself.
Veda shares practical methods for harnessing water's healing properties:
Freezing Method: By placing water in a freezer at precise moments, intricate patterns form, revealing the water's energetic state. Veda describes an experiment where:
"Within three days of drinking naturally high alkaline water, I began purging my body of embedded glass from the car accident." [02:05]
Intention and Words: She advocates for using words to influence water's energy. For example, writing an intention word on a surface before freezing the water can imbue it with specific healing properties.
"I started writing words like 'purple' and 'information' and observed how water visually responded to these intentions, often alleviating physical ailments like headaches within minutes." [32:38]
Exclusion Zones with Silk: Wrapping water containers with silk or linen can enhance water's negative charge, promoting better hydration and well-being.
"Silk helps build exclusion zones. Dr. Jerry Pollock has seen that water near silk starts to build fourth phase water, which is essential for its healing properties." [65:54]
Veda highlights the innate connection children have with water and healing. Through telepathic interactions with autistic non-speaking children, she uncovers deeper layers of water's consciousness:
"The young people are the water bearers of our future. They share insights that suggest water acts as a voice for the voiceless, creating hydroglyphs that symbolize divine messages." [26:01]
She narrates a touching story where a non-speaking daughter was able to express love through hydroglyphs, bridging the communication gap between parent and child.
Exploring the impact of collective intention, Veda demonstrates how group consciousness can transform water's energetic patterns:
"I invited 64 people worldwide to send positive intentions to a crystallographic dish of disordered tap water. The result was one of the most dramatic crystallographic changes I've seen, forming beautiful flower-like hexagons." [53:57]
This experiment underscores the potential of collective consciousness to influence environmental healing, suggesting that unified positive intentions can lead to significant global transformations.
Veda Austin wraps up the conversation by reinforcing the spiritual and transformative essence of water:
"The study of water is the study of spirit and the study of life. If we could see ourselves the way water sees us, we would never worry about physical imperfections because water sees us as reflections of the divine." [67:46]
She encourages listeners to engage with water intentionally, using her freezing method and hydroglyphs to unlock personal and collective healing potentials.
This episode sheds light on the intricate and intelligent nature of water, revealing its potential as a powerful tool for healing and transformation. Veda Austin's pioneering work invites us to rethink our relationship with water, emphasizing its role as a conduit for spiritual and physical well-being. By integrating intention, consciousness, and scientific curiosity, listeners are empowered to harness water's hidden power to manifest profound changes within themselves and the world around them.
