This can be very hard, especially for men who are told not to cry and to handle things on their own. Dr. Castro discusses why it’s important to get help and introduces a tool called H.A.L.T. This tool can help you think before you act on impulses by asking if you're hungry, angry, lonely, or tired. Dr. Castro urges everyone to seek support and reminds us that needing help is not a weakness. There’s also information about a men’s ADHD support group. Remember, you are not alone.
