Three reasons you are not meal planning:

Reason 1

You are making it too complication
Action step: simplify it: easy meals with five ingredients or less and have it precut etc.

Reason 2

You are adding too much variety.

Reason 3

You are chasing the dopamine
food for nourishment; it should not be your dopamine crash!

Bonus - Add a reminder in the morning and at lunch on your phone that says, “ What is for dinner?” Beat them to the question and plan ahead!

Actions steps - Journal for a few minutes on the following questions:

1 - What are some easy meals I prep for myself?

2 - Where is your meal plan falling apart? Meal planning, shopping, budgeting, fridge storage, cooking, timing? Etc?

3 - Is there something I can do to better prepare for chaos?
