FireFly Metals Ltd managing director Steve Parsons talked with Proactive about the company’s progress at the Green Bay Copper-Gold Project during the June 2026 quarter, including high-grade drilling results, resource development and preparations for an upcoming economic study. Parsons said drilling at the project continued to deliver some of the strongest copper and gold intersections recorded on the property. He explained that FireFly Metals is undertaking infill drilling to convert more of the approximately 80-million-tonne mineral resource into the measured and indicated categories. Discussing the project’s high-grade Core Zone, Parsons said it contained nearly 20 million tonnes at close to 4% copper equivalent. He described Green Bay as primarily a copper orebody with an additional gold credit, noting that copper represented most of the contained metal value. The updated resource is expected to support a preliminary economic assessment and scoping study for an upscaled restart of production at Green Bay. FireFly Metals is targeting completion of the study in August 2026, with the high-grade Core Zone expected to play an important role during the early years of the proposed mine plan. Parsons also highlighted the company’s strong funding position, with approximately A$196.4 million in cash and liquid investments at the end of the quarter. Six underground drill rigs were operating at Green Bay, while drilling and targeting activities were also progressing around nearby deposits and regional exploration areas, including Rambler, East Mine and Tilt Cove. Noble Helium COO Dermot O’Keeffe talked with Proactive about the operational preparations for drilling the Kinambo wells at the North Rukwa Project in Tanzania. O’Keeffe said the company had completed nearly all the work planned ahead of drilling. The contracted truck-mounted rig is expected to begin mobilisation shortly before moving to the first well location around the middle of August. Once on site, it will be rigged up and undergo final inspections before drilling begins. Road construction, camp development and equipment preparation are also nearing completion. Noble Helium has built accommodation, catering, power, water and communications infrastructure to support up to 56 people during the campaign. The workforce will include the rig crew, Noble Helium personnel, medical and catering staff, equipment operators, drivers and specialists involved in well logging and sampling. O’Keeffe explained that the remote location made reliable road access and careful logistics particularly important. Long-lead items, including casing, wellhead equipment, drilling fluids, cementing products, spare parts and specialised testing equipment, are now in Tanzania and ready to be mobilised. The wells are designed to test shallow and deep helium-bearing structures identified through 3D seismic reprocessing and gravity work. Noble Helium is currently targeting a late-August spud, subject to final commissioning and normal operational contingencies. Visit Proactive’s YouTube channel for more videos. Beetaloo Energy Managing Director Alex Underwood joined Steve Darling from Proactive to discuss the company's progress toward first gas sales, which are expected in the fourth quarter of 2026 as it transitions into pilot production in Australia's Beetaloo Basin. Underwood said the company's gas processing plant remains on schedule and on budget, with construction completed without any safety or environmental incidents. Beetaloo has already drilled and hydraulically fractured three horizontal wells and has received regulatory approval to commence pilot gas production. The company also recently completed a seismic survey over its western basin acreage, acquired several years ago, which is estimated to contain approximately 20 trillion cubic feet (TCF) of recoverable gas. Interpretation of the new seismic data is now underway to help define future horizontal drilling locations across the property. Financially, Underwood said Beetaloo is in its strongest position to date, with approximately A$125 million in available liquidity, including cash and undrawn credit facilities. He added that the company has no near-term plans to raise additional equity. Beetaloo has also entered a funding agreement with Territory Sands to establish a local sand supply for future hydraulic fracturing operations, with deliveries expected to begin next year. Beyond upstream operations, Beetaloo is advancing plans to support data centre infrastructure near Darwin after being awarded strategic land by the Northern Territory government. The company has signed an MOU with Halliburton related to power generation equipment and is working with third parties on a pipeline to transport larger gas volumes to Darwin. Underwood emphasized that the data centre initiative complements Beetaloo's core gas business, with external partners expected to provide much of the capital and expertise for downstream infrastructure. #proactiveinvetors #beetalooenergy #asx #btl #energy #NaturalGas #Energy #Australia #BeetalooBasin #EnergyTransition #OilAndGas #Infrastructure #DataCentres #EnergyNews

AOTI CEO Dr. Mike Griffiths joined Steve Darling from Proactive to discuss a major regulatory milestone after the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a proposed Local Coverage Determination (LCD) supporting the use of topical oxygen therapy for diabetic foot ulcers that have failed to heal after four weeks of optimized care. Griffiths said that following a 45-day public comment period, CMS is expected to finalize the LCD within the next year. Once approved, the policy would establish Medicare coverage and reimbursement criteria for AOTI's TWO2® intermittent topical wound oxygen therapy, significantly expanding patient access across the United States. Management believes the final LCD will be transformative, providing access to approximately 69 million Medicare beneficiaries, including a population with high rates of diabetes and diabetic foot ulcers. The company also expects the decision to accelerate reimbursement across Medicaid, commercial insurers, and managed care organizations, substantially reducing reimbursement risk. AOTI currently holds an estimated 75% share of the topical oxygen therapy market, driven by its TWO2® platform, which the company says is the only intermittent topical oxygen wound therapy available. Multiple peer-reviewed clinical studies have demonstrated improved long-term healing outcomes compared with continuous topical oxygen therapy and other advanced wound care treatments. The company believes it is well positioned to capitalize on the expanded opportunity, with an existing commercial infrastructure spanning 26 states and reaching approximately 86% of the U.S. population. Management estimates its current serviceable market represents a $400 million revenue opportunity, while broader CMS-driven reimbursement could expand the addressable market to approximately $26 billion over the longer term. Griffiths said the proposed CMS decision represents a significant milestone that could drive wider adoption of TWO2® therapy while improving access for Medicare patients suffering from chronic diabetic foot ulcers. #proactiveinvestors #aoti #aim #topicalwoundoxygen #two2 #woundcare #Healthcare #MedTech #OxygenTherapy #DiabeticFootUlcers #WoundCare #MedicalTechnology #HealthcareInnovation #TopicalOxygenTherapy #MedTech #Healthcare

Purepoint Uranium Group CEO Chris Frostad joined Steve Darling from Proactive to discuss results from the first phase of the company's 2026 summer drill program at the Dorado Project, where the final drill hole intersected a broad interval of strong radioactivity at the Nova Discovery. The final hole before a scheduled mid-program break, NV26-11, intersected 5.6 metres of continuous radioactivity averaging 11,730 counts per second (cps), with a peak reading of 53,300 cps, according to downhole probe measurements. Laboratory assays are pending, but management said the radiometric response is consistent with the high-grade uranium mineralization previously identified at Nova. Frostad said the latest results provide another important data point supporting the company's geological model. He added that the continuity and strength of the radioactive interval will help refine exploration priorities when drilling resumes following the two-week break. The first phase of the summer program tested both the Q23 and Nova target areas. While the initial three holes encountered localized radioactive intervals that improved the company's understanding of the project's geology and structural controls, hole NV26-11 delivered the broadest continuous radioactive interval of the program within a strongly hematite-altered granitic gneiss and pelitic gneiss contact. During the drilling pause, Purepoint will complete detailed geological logging, structural interpretation, and geochemical analysis before determining the next phase of drilling aimed at further defining the continuity and orientation of the Nova mineralized system. #proactiveinvestors #purepointuraniumgroup #tsxv #ptu #otcqb #ptuuf #Uranium #AthabascaBasin #UraniumExploration #SaskatchewanMining #DoradoProject #SaskatchewanMining #Mining #Drilling #ResourceDevelopment #MiningNews

Fox Tungsten CEO Steve Gray joined Steve Darling from Proactive to provide an update on the company's fully funded 20,000-metre diamond drill program at the Fox Project in British Columbia, where drilling has intersected visible scheelite mineralization across multiple target areas. Gray said that while analytical assay results are still pending, visual observations from the drilling campaign are encouraging and suggest the exploration program is successfully expanding the project's mineralized footprint. The company has also identified several previously unrecognized parallel mineralized zones at the Fox North target. Visible scheelite has been observed in 100% of the exploration holes completed at Fox North, as well as in all seven reverse circulation resource expansion holes drilled to date, providing further confidence in the continuity of mineralization. Fox Tungsten continues to operate two diamond drill rigs as part of the ongoing 20,000-metre program. Initial assay results are expected in the coming weeks and will provide further insight into the grade and extent of the mineralized zones. Management believes the early drilling results reinforce the potential to expand the Fox Project's tungsten resource and further define one of North America's emerging critical minerals assets. #proactiveinvestors #happycreekmineralsltd #tsxv #foxt #Tungsten #FoxTungsten #TungstenProject #Mining #CriticalMinerals #Tungsten #BritishColumbia #Drilling #ResourceDevelopment #MiningNews #Scheelite

Kingfisher Mining Ltd managing director Chris Bittar talked with Proactive about the company’s June 2026 quarter, during which it completed 24 reverse circulation drill holes for 2,962 metres across its Broken Hill copper-gold and base metals portfolio. The drilling campaign included work at the flagship Copper Blow Copper-Gold Project, Stephens Trig and Allendale. Copper Blow remained the principal focus, with Kingfisher Mining completing 10 holes for 1,576 metres as it continued infill and extensional drilling ahead of a planned maiden mineral resource estimate. Further drilling is planned at Copper Blow, with upcoming work expected to focus on extensions along strike and at depth. Diamond drilling is also planned to support preliminary testing of the oxide portion of the mineralised body. At Stephens Trig and Allendale, Kingfisher Mining completed follow-up drilling around areas of historical zinc and lead-zinc mineralisation. The company is using these projects to develop a broader exploration pipeline supported by its mining and processing agreement with Broken Hill Mines. Bittar said the agreement could allow Kingfisher Mining to assess lower-capital development options without needing to construct standalone processing infrastructure. He added that the company would evaluate the most economical route as its understanding of Copper Blow develops. Visit Proactive’s YouTube channel for more videos. Carnavale Resources Ltd managing director Humphrey Hale talked with Proactive about progress toward developing the company’s high-grade Kookynie Gold Project during the June 2026 quarter. Hale said Carnavale had completed most of the technical work required for the bankable feasibility study (BFS), with the remaining work focused on mine scheduling, financial modelling, compiling the study reports and preparing the final publication. The project’s updated mineral resource stands at 855,000 tonnes grading 4.4 grams per tonne gold for approximately 120,000 ounces. Hale highlighted the increased proportion of measured resources within the proposed open pits, which is expected to improve confidence in the project’s mineability and support the future conversion of resources into reserves. Carnavale is pursuing a low-capital development strategy based on contract mining and toll treatment or ore purchase arrangements with a nearby third-party processor. This approach would avoid the need to construct a processing plant, which Hale estimated could require around A$200 million in capital. The company also plans a 5,000-metre exploration program targeting prospective structures near the granite-greenstone boundary northwest of the proposed open pits. Carnavale reported approximately A$3 million in cash, providing funding for the next stage of exploration. Visit Proactive’s YouTube channel for more company interviews and market updates.
