We've all made mistakes, though I will say, like, if you. If someone thinks that they're perfect, it drives me crazy because I said that being a role model, especially like, you're a role model, right? Like, to a lot of people. I feel like I'm a role model to a lot of people. But the special thing about that is you don't have to be perfect. It's like you go for a lot of shit in your life and then when you come out the other side, that's what the fucking inspiration is.
Kale Lowry
But that's what I talk about. People are like, don't take advice from Kale. And I'm like, but I have lived a thousand lives. Take advice from me, because I literally lived it. I'm not just talking out of my ass. Oh, can we curse on this podcast?
Cale Lowry
Yes.
Kale Lowry
Okay.
Cale Lowry
No. You would be the first person I come to.
Kale Lowry
That's what I'm saying. But people be like, don't listen to her. She has four baby dads. Okay. But they're all. All of them ended for different reasons. All of them started for different reasons. I'm speaking through what I lived, so I know better.
Cale Lowry
You want to go to a tattoo at zero Tattoos. I always say that, like, I need someone with life experience. Tell me why. Can and can't do you know?
Kale Lowry
Exactly.
Cale Lowry
Yeah.
Kale Lowry
Truly.
Cale Lowry
Yeah.
Kale Lowry
You're not going to go to a hairstylist that has bad hair.
Cale Lowry
No, Exactly. You're not going to. So. No, you'll be the first person.
Kale Lowry
I appreciate that.
Cale Lowry
Yeah. Tell me. Tell me some about your life experiences.
Kale Lowry
I lost my virginity on a sidewalk.
Cale Lowry
Yes. All right, let's get stuck into this. This is where I'm interested.
Kale Lowry
Okay. Okay.
Cale Lowry
Everyone remembers that first, right? In this room.
Kale Lowry
Do they. Do people remember their first? Because I feel like it's so cliche that they're like, you'll never forget it. Make it, like, be memorable. Mine's memorable, but not for the right reasons.
Cale Lowry
I guess it's not great, but it.
Kale Lowry
Was like, I chose to do it. Yeah, okay, but like, on a sidewalk.
Cale Lowry
So what? Okay, let's go back. Let's talk about it. So how did this come about?
Kale Lowry
I had a girlfriend who was already sexually active. We were in eighth grade, and I was. I don't think she intentionally pressured me, but I just felt like I needed to, like, fit in. So I had a boyfriend. It was like a year. I think we were together for, like, a year. And so we were all hanging out in this, like, parking lot. And then there was an abandoned building. So we went behind it and there was like. Like a concrete slab. And he took his shirt off, he laid it down.
Cale Lowry
Ooh, gentlemen.
Kale Lowry
I mean, this was eighth grade.
Cale Lowry
Yeah, of course.
Kale Lowry
It was romantic.
Cale Lowry
Of course. Yeah.
Kale Lowry
He took his shirt off.
Cale Lowry
Yeah.
Kale Lowry
And we did it.
Cale Lowry
That's really nice. And how long did it last?
Kale Lowry
I think it was, like, maybe 30 seconds.
Cale Lowry
The men are laughing in the room right now.
Kale Lowry
Well, what's funny is I feel like sex doesn't even last much longer than that now. And I'm in my 30s.
Cale Lowry
We're not. I mean, I feel like we need to have a good guy that knows. Knows what they're doing to, like, really take us for a spin.
Kale Lowry
But you know what? I was in Turks and Caicos last week with. And like, he wanted to go round two, and I was like, oh, honey, we have seven kids. I'm tired. So, like, it's. It's sort of like a full circle moment.
Cale Lowry
You know what I mean? Yeah.
Kale Lowry
From then when I lost my virginity till now, it's like, I only have 30 seconds in me.
Cale Lowry
Yeah, why not? And, like, the foreplay just spit on it and go, no romance.
Kale Lowry
No foreplay. Just do it and get the out.
Cale Lowry
I mean, if. If you're a sing single woman, I feel like we need a little. Like, I'm firstly single, so I need a little romance. I remember.
Kale Lowry
Okay, fair.
Cale Lowry
The first. No, I mean, when you're in a relationship, I'm like, let's just have. Let's just do it and get it over and done with. Like, roll me to my side and call it a day.
Kale Lowry
You know, hop on the dryer in the laundry room real quick.
Cale Lowry
And I feel like everyone that's in a relationship right now Just gets it. Yeah.
Kale Lowry
And I feel bad because it's like, I know, like, once he loves romance, but I'm just not that girl.
Cale Lowry
I'm not that girl. Leave it, though.
Kale Lowry
I don't even, like. Don't even take me to dinner.
Cale Lowry
Really?
Kale Lowry
No. Like, literally, we're order takeout. Don't want to do anything.
Cale Lowry
Okay. That would be a perfect date.
Kale Lowry
Yeah, I'd say, like, you know, a little bit of Chinese takeout, Thai food, maybe.
Cale Lowry
Yeah.
Kale Lowry
Put a movie on. We'll. For 30 seconds and then, like. I don't know.
Cale Lowry
Dude. I remember my first time, and it was in Norway. Yeah, in Norway.
Kale Lowry
Wow, that's cool.
Cale Lowry
Yeah, it's great. I actually lied to the guy because I was, like, a little embarrassed that I didn't have sex before. And I was like, 15. I was quite old, I guess, back then. Millennials for. I don't know. Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel so.
Kale Lowry
Bad about being 14 then.
Cale Lowry
Yeah, no, I was young. I was young.
Kale Lowry
Like, 15 is okay.
Cale Lowry
Oh, my dad was ready to throw me on a pill at 13. He thought I was like a fucking sexual deviant for some reason he actually found in the attic. Okay, so I just touched my first wiener, right? And like, today. No, I mean, no, I've touched a couple.
Kale Lowry
Okay.
Cale Lowry
It's online. You can see it. But we can talk that on your podcast, Bab. But, yeah, I had touched my first wiener, and it was up in my attic, and I had, like, this little scrapbook. For some reason, I thought this was a great idea. And I was trying to show my friends what this dick looked like. And it was an ugly dick.
Kale Lowry
They're all ugly.
Cale Lowry
It was like it was going off to the side and had, like, a giant head. I was just like, what the fuck is that, dude? It's like E.T.
Kale Lowry
Like a mushroom head kind of deal.
Cale Lowry
It was intense. It was intense. It was like, whoop. Like that. And I was just trying. I thought that's what they all looked like. And then in England, you have the skin on it, so you have to be like, peel that shit back, you know? But, like, I don't.
Kale Lowry
I've never seen one in person.
Cale Lowry
It's not great. It's not.
Kale Lowry
Is it not? I just thought, like, once it's hard, it doesn't matter. Like, all the same.
Cale Lowry
Doesn't matter. But, like, when it's not typical, it what is? Like, it's just got all this skin around the top. It's like. It's like a.
Kale Lowry
You sounded flaccid and it Took me back because. Hold on. No, what's. This is. What I'm about to say is so fucked up. I've never said this before.
Cale Lowry
Oh, yes.
Kale Lowry
When my. One of my kids was born, I was worried about, like, their muscle tone. And I kept saying to the doctors, like, she's flaccid. And the nurse was like, don't say that. It's like, why? But, like, I knew what I was trying to say. And now we're comparing. Like, we're using the word flaccid to talk about things. Yeah.
Cale Lowry
I think flaccid is mostly used for dicks. Right. Maybe we can bring it up on the screen while flaccid is used for. Yeah, I actually. The men in the room. Flaccid. Is that what they.
Soraya
Yeah.
Cale Lowry
Oh, okay. Well, thanks.
Kale Lowry
The only way. But it's like floppy.
Cale Lowry
It's floppy.
Kale Lowry
Can someone Google the definition?
Cale Lowry
He's going to bring it up on the screen. Yeah, bring it up on the screen. We need to. We need to. This is.
Kale Lowry
I'm embarrassed. She probably tells that story, that nurse. Oh, she's like, this girl came in here talking about her daughter was flaccid.
Cale Lowry
A flaccid daughter. A flaccid D. But it's her daughter.
Kale Lowry
Oh, my God.
Cale Lowry
So while he's doing that. Yeah. So flaccid. She has, like a turtleneck on. So it's like a little skin pinched at the end. It's actually like, you know, like a spliff. You know, you like, twist it out at the end. It's like. That has like a little pinch. But anyway, it's like. It's gross, Right. Sorry. My dog is like chaos. But I saw it when it was hard and it still has the skin. So if you're going to town on that thing, like, you know, like with your mouth or with your hand. Oh, I like. You're watching my. My graph right now.
Kale Lowry
I mean, can we get graphics on the screen for this?
Cale Lowry
But you can still, like, pull the skin all the way over the head. Got it. Got it.
Kale Lowry
Yeah.
Cale Lowry
Yeah. It's still. Still available.
Kale Lowry
For sure.
Cale Lowry
You know, for sure. So I. I did a picture of it. I drew a picture of it in my scrapbook.
Kale Lowry
Not in the scrapbook. And your dad found it.
Cale Lowry
My dad found it, yeah. What is this? And I'm like. I didn't. I didn't really touch it. We. And then I put. We had. On top of the closed sex, right? Which is just grinding, but I was like, on top of the closed sex. We had and then I did a diagram of his dick and my dad saw it and was like, not about it. And then did you get grounded? No, I don't get grounded. My family were pretty easy going considering that I was drawing dicks on my thing. They're pretty chill. I could do drugs and all that kind of stuff, but they draw a line at me drawing dicks.

In this episode of RISK!, Kevin Allison introduces the inaugural episode of Rulebreakers with Saraya, a new podcast celebrating unfiltered rebels and risk-takers. Saraya, a former wrestling superstar, engages in no-holds-barred conversations with bold voices from various fields, delving into topics ranging from breaking societal barriers to personal life experiences.
[01:11] Kale Lowry emphasizes the importance of authenticity over perfection, especially for those in the public eye. He states:
"If someone thinks that they're perfect, it drives me crazy because I said that being a role model, especially like, you're a role model to a lot of people. I feel like I'm a role model to a lot of people. But the special thing about that is you don't have to be perfect. It's like you go through a lot of shit in your life and then when you come out the other side, that's what the fucking inspiration is."
— Kale Lowry [01:11]
Kale insists that sharing one's flaws and mistakes can be more inspiring than portraying an unattainable perfection, fostering a more genuine connection with the audience.
[01:32] Kale Lowry challenges the notion that only those with spotless records can offer valuable advice. He argues:
"But that's what I talk about. People are like, don't take advice from Kale. And I'm like, but I have lived a thousand lives. Take advice from me, because I literally lived it. I'm not just talking out of my ass."
— Kale Lowry [01:32]
This perspective underscores the value of real-life experiences over theoretical knowledge, advocating for guidance rooted in personal journeys.
The heart of the episode revolves around Kale Lowry's candid discussions with Cale Lowry about their personal sexual experiences and relationships.
[02:04] Cale Lowry shares his first sexual encounter:
"I lost my virginity on a sidewalk."
— Cale Lowry [02:16]
He recounts feeling pressured to fit in during eighth grade, leading to a brief and unremarkable encounter that he humorously reflects upon later in life.
As adults, both Kale and Cale discuss how their views and experiences with sex have evolved. Cale Lowry mentions:
"From then when I lost my virginity till now, it's like, I only have 30 seconds in me."
— Cale Lowry [03:56]
This highlights a shift from the awkwardness of youth to a more pragmatic approach in adulthood, balancing romance with practical life responsibilities.
The conversation takes a humorous turn as Cale Lowry reveals an embarrassing childhood incident:
"I had touched my first wiener, and it was up in my attic, and I had, like, this little scrapbook... my dad saw it and was like, not about it."
— Cale Lowry [05:31]
He elaborates on his father's overreactions to his early explorations of sexuality, juxtaposing it with his family's generally relaxed attitudes toward other aspects of his life.
Amidst the candid stories, Kale Lowry and Cale Lowry delve into the nuances of sexual terminology and communication:
Kale Lowry expresses discomfort with the term "flaccid" in non-sexual contexts:
"When my one of my kids was born, I was worried about, like, their muscle tone. And I kept saying to the doctors, like, she's flaccid. And the nurse was like, don't say that."
— Kale Lowry [06:22]
This moment underscores the importance of language sensitivity, especially when discussing personal and intimate topics.
The episode wraps up with a reflection on the importance of embracing one's vulnerabilities and sharing authentic stories. By openly discussing their personal experiences, Kale Lowry and Cale Lowry embody the essence of Rulebreakers with Saraya, encouraging listeners to defy societal expectations and rewrite their own rules.
Kale Lowry:
"You don't have to be perfect. It's like you go through a lot of shit in your life and then when you come out the other side, that's what the fucking inspiration is."
