Spring is almost here, and it is time my favorite time of the year. I love spring cleaning. I love to make space for all the warmer weather, summer clothes, spring colors, fun, and activities ahead. Not much gives me more joy than organizing and decluttering. Clearing out the old and making space for the new gives me so much joy. This time of year is also a great time to take inventory of our schedules, reflect on our resolutions for 2022 and to see how we’re doing. In this episode, we are going to take a deep dive into freeing up space to move our bodies, eat well, live in community, and nurture your soul.
