Season 11 begins with an invitation to remember the vastness of who you truly are. In this episode, we’re invited to awaken the “greater self”, the multidimensional aspect of ourselves that has always been connected to the cosmos, the Divine, and the shared field of consciousness we all exist within. Together, we examine the illusion of separation, and we learn how longing, forgetting, and even pain are sacred mechanisms designed to expand awareness and activate free will.

We are then guided through breathwork and grounding practices which help us soften our internal boundaries, feel supported by the earth, and merge our awareness with the greater whole. We also explore concepts connected to imagination, memory, lucid dreaming, and multidimensional perception as natural extensions of consciousness.

Finally, we are reminded that our thoughts, words, and actions ripple into the collective field, and that it is therefore through compassion, kindness, and the conscious “tidying up” of our inner world that we can reduce distortion, return to the heart and embody unconditional love.
