Krystal: Hello Dr. Cabral! I'm experiencing some eye twitching. It started a few months ago during quarantine and lasted at least 3 months. It happened everyday and ALL day! Super annoying to say the least. It finally went away randomly but now I'm getting it again. It doesn't last as long but it happens at random times of the day. I drink your shake every morning and just started your adrenal soothe and estrogen supplement (started both of these products after the eye twitching). Hope you can help! Thanks!

Michael: Hello I have a question I've been using probiotics for over a year to help with my digestive system. A month ago I took caprylic acid 600 mg for seven days and I started to experience die off symptoms. A week later I try to introduce probiotics again but it seems like I had a histamine reaction. Do you believe the caprylic acid has something to do with it? Can probiotics cause histamine reactions or Candida overgrowth?

Paula: Hi Dr Cabral! What are your views in quail eggs? Do you think people will usually react less quail eggs compared to chicken eggs? Are they generally less reactive or is it the same thing?

Alice: Absolutely loving all of your work. You are so knowledgable. What an inspiration. My question is: For those that are moving to the CBO straight from the 21 day detox, do we need to start counting the days from zero again? In order words, would we have to wait another 21 days to start eating the grains for example? Or could we count the 21 days in the detox as part of the CBO too? This would mean that by the end of the detox, I could reintroduce eggs after one week?

Kels: I am wondering if you have had any experience with applied kinesiology/muscle testing? I searched for it in podcasts and nothing showed up. I recently got a job in this chiropracter's office that also does a lot of muscle testing to figure out what is wrong with people. I will be doing my own research on the side but I really respect your opinion on health topics so wanted to ask you yours regarding this reflex therapy. Thank you!
