Watch and see as his jack golf the medium speeds and jumps the medium and hits them head on. It's the chimney door show. Guess what. Guess what, Kurt, I don't know if you know this, but California is about to run out of gas.
Kurt
What? But we're going doing so well in Iran.
Jimmy Dore
Do you think I'm kidding? Here we go. Well, we have an update on California's oil and gas situation as state leaders get ready for prices to go up even more.
News Anchor
And California is relying on more imported fuel than ever right now. A situation made worse by the war in Iran, Governor.
Jimmy Dore
So my first question is, why does California rely on imported oil? If you drive up and down the coast of California, which I've done many times, from Los Angeles to Monterey, you see nothing but oil wells in the ocean. There's oil everywhere. We're oil rich country. I think we have more oil in America than anywhere. Am I wrong about this?
Kurt
I Thought we had so much oil. Like they were touting it, weren't they?
Jimmy Dore
Where we export. Surrey Suri, does the United States export oil?
Energy Expert
Yes, the United States exports oil. In 2021, the United States exported about
Jimmy Dore
8.6 million barrels a day of petroleum to about 176 countries and four U.S. territories.
News Anchor
The United States has been exporting more
Jimmy Dore
oil and petroleum products than it imports since August 2021. So why we. 8.6 million barrels of oil a day the United States exports. So why do we import oil at the same time? Why would you put oil from another country on a ship, ship it across the ocean to our country when we already have oil here that we're sending someplace else?
Kurt
Was it to China to make up for the fact we fucked up Iran and now we got to give oil to China?
Jimmy Dore
They've been doing this since 2024. I mean, for. For a while. No, no, that. Anyway, we've been doing. We've been. We've been. It's crazy.
Kurt
What about Venezuela? Is the oil helping from kidnapping the president of Venezuela? Is that helping us? I thought we got.
Jimmy Dore
I thought we got Venezuela. I thought we got the oil. What is going on? Why is the United States exporting oil and then importing that? Because oil all gets sold at the same price. It's not like, well, we make more money when we export it. No, oil always gets sold at the same price. Am I wrong about this? There's the international market for oil. Just like gold. It's all at the same price. So what? So again, it's. And so this is another example of how in the United States, the billionaire class capital is above the government. That. That's all. That's. That's. This is another. But anyway, I don't ask. Ask Rock. Why does America. Can you ask Rock? Misha, do you have time? Are you busy? Did you ask Rock why. Why does America export oil if it also imports oil? And then you can tell me what Grok says. Here we go. Let's get back to this. Here we go. Well, we have an update on California's oil situation as state leaders get ready for prices to go up even more.
News Anchor
And California is relying on more imported fuel than ever right now, a situation made worse by the war in Iran. Governor Gavin Newsom's administration says it's working on a plan in the event of gas shortages.
Jimmy Dore
Now, this was at the center of a hearing of the state capitol today. And KCRA 3 political director Ashley Zavala joins us now. Ashley, what's the plan here?
News Anchor
Yeah, this was kind of a last minute hearing that was organized this week. State energy officials said California basically has enough supply to meet demand for the next six weeks if the Strait of Hormuz stays closed. Beyond that, there are a lot of questions. This hearing was in the Assembly's Energy and Utilities Committee. In fact, it's still going on right now. It included Governor Gavin Newsom's top officials who monitor the oil and gas industry, notably California Energy Commission Vice Chairman Siva Gunda. Western States Petroleum Association President Jody Mueller was there, along with the UC Berkeley energy expert Severin Borenstein. Everyone agreed the war in Iran is making the state's gas price situation worse while also agreeing California is relying way more on foreign countries for oil, which makes the state vulnerable to price spikes.
Jimmy Dore
Gunda specifically was that emergency meeting because I guess they didn't see this coming.
Kurt
Well, they're not that good at planning like water for fires. And you know, I can see that emergency meeting.
Jimmy Dore
You waited till you had six weeks left of oil and gas and you're, this is the fifth largest economy in the world.
Kurt
Are you going to blame DEI for this, Jimmy? Because I won't stand for it.
Jimmy Dore
One of our supporters says, I believe the issue is we don't have enough, enough refineries. We sell our crude to other countries that can process it and sell it back to us as processed fuel. That might be the issue. So the US produces, it's a net exporter of total petroleum crude oil plus refined products, but it remains a net importer of crude oil specifically. This seeming paradox stems from differences in oil types, refinery designs, economics, logistics and global trade dynamics. It's not about shortage. It's about optimization and profitability. So it's about. And by the way, why does Exxon get to make all the money? You know, if you live in Alaska, Kurt, if you live in Alaska.
Kurt
Yeah, I know. 1500 bread.
Jimmy Dore
You get some of that oil money. They get a check directly from the oil that is pumped out of the ground in Alaska. They get a check. I don't get that in California. Do you get that in Texas? No. Although there's a check. Shit ton of oil that's under the United States land. Why don't we get a check for that? It goes right into the. It goes into the pockets of ExxonMobil, the billionaire class, the Epstein class and people who own stock. It doesn't go to the people we all own that. They give them the grant. They give them the land that that oil is under at pennies on the dollar.
Kurt
That's right. Well because you live in a corrupt fake country and it's not doesn't work
Jimmy Dore
for you and everything's a sham, everything's a lie, everything's hypocrisy. So that's why I don't comply. So there's more. Here it is a little bit more. The US produces more oil overall than it consumes domestically. Did you know that the United States is the world's top producer of oil? Yes, around 13 million barrels per day.
Kurt
Yeah, no, I knew that.
Jimmy Dore
It has been a net exporter of total Petroleum since 2019. For example, it exports 10.7 million barrels versus 7.9 million barrels in 25 data. However, it is still a net importer of crude oil. It imports more raw crude. So the exact opposite of what our super chat guy says. Because we're importing raw crude oil, much of the imported crude gets refined into products that the U.S. then exports.
Kurt
Oh good. Why should it benefit you?
Jimmy Dore
Oh my God. About 60 to 70% of US refinery capacity runs best on heavy crude crudes. Retooling for only. Ok, anyway, we, we are the world's largest. Bigger than Russia, bigger than Saudi Arabia, we bigger than Venezuela. Bigger. We're the biggest.
Kurt
And how did do that in the 70s to us with the gas shortage? How do we have a gas shortage in the 70s then? Is that because all the oil was sent out by business jerks?
Jimmy Dore
And we can't because I guess we don't produce enough domestically and we needed to import. We're still importing. Okay, let's get back to this. I'm sorry I stopped this, but here we go.
News Anchor
Asked what happens if the Strait of Hormuz stays closed for another 60 days? He said the state's oil supply is stable in the short term, but it's state.
Jimmy Dore
Do you hear what this ass wipe just said? Oh no. Our supply is stable in the short term. You mean like after. But after six weeks we're up this creek without a yes, but in the short term we're stable. Cuz that's the guy who's in charge of the oil in California. Oh no, it's stable, you know, not for long.
News Anchor
Beyond that, if the strait stays closed, prices will likely go up. Here's what that conversation was like.
California Energy Official
I do not see presently, at least up to six weeks, a supply shortfall. Beyond that, I think based on what we're hearing from the industry and what we have observed, the pricing will move molecules towards California, but it will come at a price. And that's something that we need to closely watch for six weeks at least. There seems to be some certainty, but almost as certain is that if this situation continues after six weeks, we would likely see more price increases for gasoline, more exposure. Yes, absolutely.
Jimmy Dore
The gas station at the corner by my house selling gas for $7 in California, and this is in California. I think the average price in California is over $6.
Energy Expert
What should California consumers be expecting in
Gabby Finlayson
terms of price if.
Jimmy Dore
Well, what we should be expecting is a revolt and people get in the streets and overthrow the ruling elite and put in some people who aren't children to run things.
Kurt
I think they'd be killed if they weren't.
Gabby Finlayson
This conflict continues for three months. Six months.
California Energy Official
If the prices continue to go beyond 6, 625, you will really see demand coming down. So we would expect, you know, so
Jimmy Dore
he's saying if prices stay up right now where they are. 625. I guess that's what I. Is that the average. Can you ask what's the average price of gas in California? If so, prices stay up there, we're going to see a reduce in demand. You know what that means?
Kurt
People can't afford to go nowhere.
Jimmy Dore
That means people can't afford to buy gas and go anywhere. 14. The average price in California is 614. The national average sits around $4.53.
Kurt
It's irritating to hear it from somebody in a foreign accent, even though I
Jimmy Dore
don't know why is that. I know why does that make it a little extra? I don't know why that is.
California Energy Official
The, you know, you will really see demand coming down. So we would expect, you know, the prices to stabilize under 7. More like 650.
Oil Market Analyst
I could certainly see the price of crude oil going up another four.
Jimmy Dore
So. So what he's just said was prices will stabilize at around 650. And why are they going to stabilize? What he just said was because people are going to stop buying it. So the demand is going to go down. You know, supply and demand, like we all learned in fourth grade. So that the. So now the. So the price. If people still kept buying gas at the level that they're buying now, the price would go well above 650. But it won't because people don't have the money to pay that and people will stop going places, which will again suppress the economy and put. And throw California into a recession.
Kurt
Oh, UBI time. Oh, the ballroom will be done. The command center for Stargate where they can control the surveillance and the.
Jimmy Dore
Yeah, so what he's trying to do there, Kurt, is He's trying to say no, it'll stabilize around 650. But what he's underplaying is because people will be broke and they can't afford it and they won't be able to travel or go anywhere or do anything.
Kurt
A 20, 30 goals. We're going to hit them. I thought we weren't gonna hit him. Cause Trump got in. I was afraid, but now I know we're Gonna hit him 10:30.
Jimmy Dore
And believe me, there's climate change. People have to say, well, everybody should drive an electric car anyway. We don't have enough electricity to power our air conditioners on a hot day in California. You think that we're gonna. An electric car is the equivalent of 20 refrigerators in someone's house to power one car is the equivalent of 20 refriger. We don't, we don't have the electric grid for that because we. Our money and we send it to Israel and Ukraine, at a thousand military bases across the world. That's why. And $80 billion into prisons.
Kurt
You know what, I forgot about the last time because, you know, I wasn't born in 73. But when the OPEC, you know, the price in the 70s, when it went up, that was because of the Yom Kippur War. So that was also because of stink in Israel. Every time Israel gets squirrely, this happens every time.
California Energy Official
More like 650.
Oil Market Analyst
I could certainly see the price of crude oil going up another 40 or 80, $80 a barrel if we really went 60 more days. And I use those two numbers because they translate to another dollar or two per gallon. I don't think that's implausible at all, unfortunately. I think that would be a crisis and it would be completely out of control of the state of California.
Jimmy Dore
The fifth largest economy in the world, did not see this coming, has no plan for it. But the good news is that 26 ships went through the Strait of Hormuz just yesterday, escorted by Iran. And they paid a tax, they paid the toll and they went through. So Iran's in control of the world oil supply right now. That's the result of Donald Trump's genius and Benjamin Netanyahu's genius. Now Iran controls the world oil supply and the market. And 26 ships yesterday went through the Strait of Hormuz because they paid a toll. And Donald Trump stopped Operation Freedom. He's not blowing up ships anymore. He's not. They're not trying to shut down the Strait. It's that they're just one dumb idea after another. And he says well, if this keeps going, then we can't control it. You can't control it. Now,
News Anchor
Severin Borenstein, who you just heard there, he's a researcher and economist who has been studying the oil and gas industry in California for decades. He did float the suggestion of a possible gas tax holiday here in California. Governor Gavin Newsom has shut down the idea of suspending the gas tax as recently as a couple of weeks ago. Did the governor say why he was shutting that idea down? It just, I mean, it's the. He just said no.
Interviewer
It's.
News Anchor
Yeah, he basically said no. So is there an emergency plan in place? So that was actually another question.
Jimmy Dore
Their emergency plan is pound sand, stay home, live in a 15 minute city.
Kurt
Hey, how'd your home burning down go? They helped you with that, right?
Jimmy Dore
Yeah. What was the emergency plan? When you're. When the whole city burned down? No, they had no plan. They didn't have fire trucks, they didn't have water in the reservoir. They had fireworks hydrants that didn't work.
Kurt
It's an easy way to hide your plan by hiring incompetence, pretending it's diversity. But that way you can disguise the fact that you want to take people's land, burn the shit down and push them into, I guess you'd call it a reservation in the old days.
Jimmy Dore
Hey, by the way, Spencer Pratt's people still haven't gotten back to us, right? Spencer Pratt.
Kurt
It's because Israel.
Jimmy Dore
Shit, Spencer Pratt. It's exactly right. And by the way, he's an idiot.
Kurt
Yeah.
Jimmy Dore
If you don't know Spencer Pratt, he's an idiot. And people are like, we gotta vote him in because we don't want another. That he's an idiot. You think he has a plan? It's easy to take a cell phone and go videotape homelessness and crime in Los Angeles. Very easy to do. What's harder is to figure out how to use politics to fix that situation. Which Spencer Pratt is not going to do because Spencer Pratt is an empty headed idiot.
Kurt
What if it goes viral? His video and then I, a shadowy money guy working for a certain Middle Eastern country. We don't have to say what you want. I say, hey, this, there's something to this. We should run this guy for office.
Jimmy Dore
That's right.
Kurt
And that's how it works.
Jimmy Dore
And that is how it's working.
Kurt
They tried to run Brian Callan for governor of Texas. Brian was telling me and he was like, what? He goes, I think he's a good guy. At the end of the day, Just for that. Cuz he's not qualified to be the governor and he knows it. He would have been a puppet of some psychopath just like what Spencer Pratt's gonna be.
Gabby Finlayson
Nat.
News Anchor
Lawmakers asked Gunda in this hearing. Gunda essentially said he's working on it, there is some proprietary information.
Jimmy Dore
So the question was, do you have an emergency plan? And the guy goes, we're working on it. See in six weeks when we run out of gas and oil
News Anchor
nation, some trade secrets from the oil industry that he legally cannot make public about what the near term supply could look like when it comes to oil and gas. Gunna said he.
Jimmy Dore
So it's a secret. So the thing that the whole state runs on is a secret. We can't tell you. We can't tell you how much we have. It's all a secret. Why? Because you know, you don't live in a democr.
Kurt
It's national security. It's national security, Jimmy. That means you have to blackout. Who invited Jeffrey Epstein to that comedy show Comedy Central statement that I was on, he was invited for his birthday. We don't know who invited him because it's national security.
News Anchor
National security is in negotiations right now to try to ensure stability in California if the situation in Iran persists another three to six months. But he did not give a timeline on when exactly a public update on that would be coming. So again, a lot of questions tonight on what the future looks like.
Jimmy Dore
Californians are drowning in these gas prices. Yeah, yeah. Thank you.
Kurt
Well, how come in the 70s and that was Israel's fault as well, because we were helping them in the Yom Kippur war. So that's why OPEC did that. You never really hear that when they talk about that gas crisis, do you? They never bring up that part that is directly from the Yom Kippur war. So every time Israel does this shit, we have gas shoots right all the way up.
Jimmy Dore
So a big problem in California, as my friend Dylan just texted me to remind me, is that there climate change, which is a scam. And the people who know how to use crises to scam you, like, you know, like Jeff Bezos was allowed to sell to keep Amazon open while your, your local mom and pop store had to close. But Amazon stayed open. Same thing with climate change. They, they're pushing green. They want you to go green. So they've closed down refineries in California. Did you know that? And they've made it too expensive for oil companies to refine gas, gas, oil here. And so that's why we also I. It's drive from Los angeles on Highway 101. Take the one. You take it along the coastline and you see nothing but oil. Oil wells out in the ocean. And we're importing oil. And California wants gas expensive to push green energy grift. Which it is. Green energy is a grift. We already showed you that Windmills actually increase climate change. Kill whales and they're an environmental disaster. Same thing with solar panels.
Kurt
They for birds.
Jimmy Dore
They have a. And they kill birds and they have a bigger a carbon footprint than. Than they produce. They want to punish gasoline consumers and force electric vehicles. Except we don't have the electric grade to support electric vehicles. If everybody today went out and got an electric car, we wouldn't have power in California. Everything would shut down. We'd have blackouts. This is amazing. This is, this is. This is called end of an empire. This is the. This is the fifth largest economy in the world, California. And they don't have oil refineries because of the green energy grift.
Kurt
We can all wish it's the end of the empire, but I'm holding. I ain't holding my breath. I mean the Epstein files really should have proved everybody the scumbag. The scumbags in charge are going to protect this to the very end.
Jimmy Dore
This is the. We're at the. Every empire ends with a looting phase. And we're in the looting phase. Meaning they keep printing money and put it. Donald Trump was supposed to reduce the deficit, make your dollar stronger, and he did the exact opposite. And there's. And he's. And he's doing insider trading. He made up almost a billion dollars. Insider trading. His son Baron made $135 million in one day. So the grift is here. That. That's why he's giving 2 and $300 billion for the golden dome, which is going to cost trillions, which is why they keep. He wants to give an extra. He wants to double the. The defense budget. He wants to double. By the way. He just, he just doubled the ballroom from 400 million which he said he was going to fund privately. And now it's not privately. And now it's a billion dollars. And it's gonna. You're gonna pay for it. Pound sand. Suck it.
Kurt
But when we're dancing in that ballroom, we're all going to be real happy. Right, Bill? Right, Jimmy. When we're using that public ballroom, we all paid for it and really having a great ball. Everybody loves a great ballroom. The golden dome. Your prison.
Jimmy Dore
Your prison. The golden dome is a surveillance state just like the AI data centers, just like flock cameras. Flock cameras have not stopped crime. They haven't lowered crime. They just made, they just made it easier for you to be a slave and a prisoner.
Kurt
You know when Trump talks about the new golden age that's coming, that's not something from the Bible or something. If people think that that's the age of Saturn and those. And that's what that star on the flag is, by the way, the star of Saturn on the star of Remphant, it's the age of Saturn. It's basically his son in law and that creep cult he's with that apparently call all the shots. We're going to do every single thing they have in their end of the world playbook. We're going to do all of it. They're doing it right now in front
Jimmy Dore
of your face, right in your face.
Kurt
Don't matter if you don't believe in it, but they believe in it and they're doing it.
Jimmy Dore
Okay? And you got right wing influencers right
Kurt
out of big new Brzezinski's book the Technotronic State. Remember I read that. It sounded exactly like what we have now.
Jimmy Dore
Just as corrupt as cnn, just as corrupt as msnbc, just as corrupt as Fox News. You have right wing influencers on YouTube that are completely controlled and lying to you. Lying to you. That guy who beat Thomas Massie, he didn't get elected because he had a better idea. He got elected because of 20, 32 million dollars in lies in propaganda.
Kurt
Hey, have you seen the footage of that guy on Fox News that was clearly wearing one of those CIA masks because it was coming undone on his neck?
Jimmy Dore
I did not see that. No.
Kurt
Oh, I'm dying to know why they're send it.
Jimmy Dore
I like how people think you're crazy if you think that Joe Biden had a double and that, that they, and that they have masks that CIA people have.
Kurt
They think Ukraine had a double.
Jimmy Dore
What?
Kurt
He had many.
Jimmy Dore
Are you nuts?
Kurt
You think we don't have the technology of Saddam Hussein to have a double for the president? Is there? Be stupid.
Jimmy Dore
They've had this since 1992. A woman put on a mask, sat in George Herbert Walker Bush's cabinet meeting and he didn't even know it was a fake person.
Kurt
Well, they have everybody trained. This is the Overton window that Bill Maher refused to learn about. The reason we have an Overton window is that's not within the framework of acceptable discourse to bring up obvious things that you should know that are true. It's just don't talk about it. We don't talk about that. So talking about what Israel's doing, for example, that shouldn't be in the Overton window, but it is. And they're panicking about it because their shit only works while you don't talk about it.
Jimmy Dore
If you want to hear my jokes about this before the end of the world, I'll see you this Saturday in Atlanta. And I'm never going back to Atlanta if you live in Atlanta. It's your one chance to come see me if you like me. And believe me, nobody does a comedy show like I do. And the reason I tell you that, because if I don't, fucking nobody else will. Because I am. I am what they call a radical. And I'm too, too. I'm too hot, too. I'm too radioactive for the mainstream news. And I'm too. And for Netflix and hbo, you want, you know what, you know what HBO gives you, Bill Maher?
Kurt
Well, you know, people are whining about the. The roast, which, by the way, Shane. Shane J. And I did a tremendous job on that roast. But people are mad about a. No, no joke. Or I think Tony said, and meanwhile, like, yo, Netflix is cool with that. Just don't talk about anything like, you know, real. But you could say boo boos and no no's and they'll be like, see, we have free speech. You can say no, no words. Just don't bring up a certain Middle Eastern country, you know?
Jimmy Dore
Are you kidding, Kurt?
Kurt
What?
Jimmy Dore
That's true.
Kurt
That. Wait, which part?
Jimmy Dore
That Netflix didn't want him to bring up a certain Middle Eastern country. I'm.
Kurt
I know of. No, there's no, like, explicit directive I know of. Except obviously don't.
Jimmy Dore
Yeah, I got it.
Kurt
I mean, do they have to tell you that? I know it's Muslim run Hollywood, but they're not as cool with that as
Jimmy Dore

so I saw this on Twitter. The guy they say paved over the. You know, where Charlie Kirk got executed. He wasn't shot by Tyler Robinson. And if you think, if you think that, I've got a vaccine I'd like to sell you. What's that?
Kurt
The plastic fragments were embedded in there and they had to make sure nobody saw him.
Jimmy Dore
Yes. So they immediately paid. I told two days later they paved over it, right? So here's a guy, Here's a guy who spent four years in a foxhole in Da Nang. We thought it'd be funny if we replaced everyone in his apartment complex with Viet Cong. Now let's watch the fun as he goes to pay his rent. He said, this guy, said, this guy. Now again, can't vouch for the veracity of this, but it makes sense because we already covered this before where the construction crew, they got to completely plaster over the crime scene where Charlie Kirk was assassinated. They asked, they, the text messages got out that they wanted a construction crew that could keep their mouth shut. We already covered that before. Well, watch this. This guy says he was one of the guys who paved over it, right? Watch this.
Construction Worker
Why do you think they excavated so much dirt?
Kurt
You think that they were trying to make sure they got any bullet fragments or anything that was in there?
Construction Worker
I wasn't looking at it with that lens, dude.
Kurt
Really?
Construction Worker
I wasn't.
Kurt
It didn't even cross your mind?
Construction Worker
It didn't cross my mind. Here's the thing. I, you know, you were saying stuff on social media. Everybody's saying stuff on social media. And quite frankly, I had been, you know, I got so disheartened with social media because they just spin everything and they talk and, and fear mongering and, and hate sells. And I didn't want to see it. I knew there was videos out there right When I pulled into town when it happened, I googled it and I saw that. I saw the video from afar, right, of Charlie getting shot. And I thought, man, I don't want to see that shit. This guy got shot. You see it? You Know, he's probably dead or dying, right. I don't want to see somebody murdered, especially a good man, a father and a husband.
Jimmy Dore
Yeah, I don't think he got shot. I don't think that's what happened. But anyway, here we go.
Construction Worker
So. So I hadn't been on social media. I had stayed away from it. My wife had been on it, okay, she was a wreck, bro. She was just. All that ugliness was just. I thought, you better believe it. I'm gonna go help.
Jimmy Dore
I'm gonna go help.
Construction Worker
It was. I'm gonna go help these guys. He's asking for help. They want to do it right.
Jimmy Dore
He.
Construction Worker
He framed it in the sense that, hey, we want it. We want this to be done right. So that's why I showed up. So, I mean, to do pavers correctly, you over excavate, you get rid of the top. So you do. You do 100. You want to get a good base. And these guys had kind of, you know, there was two. Two guys in charge and a ragtag crew. One of the guys was in charge of a. A state owned facility in American Fork, and the other guy was a maintenance groundskeeper on a facility in Provo. And these are the two guys I'm corresponding with. The first guy, you know, the second guy that I hadn't talked to on the phone, basically said, hey, look, we're not talking to anybody. We're not saying anything to the media. He says, this is above our pay grade. The FBI and the state, the governor and the FBI, that's what they told me. The governor and the FBI said they want this done by Monday and we need to get it done. We're not asking what the.
Jimmy Dore
What they need to pave over the crime scene, a crime scene. So what they're doing on purpose is they're contaminating a crime scene. Crime scene that should have had yellow tape around it until Tyler Robbins. Defense attorneys got to go examine it and send professionals to examine it. That's what you do with a crime scene. Especially the biggest political assassination in the last 60 years. That's what you do. They did the exact opposite. Hey, don't ask any questions. This is above our pay grade. The governor and the FBI want this done in two days. What? So if you listen, if I cannot believe there are right wing or conservative, I don't know what you call them. Influence MAGA influencers. The current maga, which is just occults and sycophants to trump all the real MAGA left, but the current one, still on board. With Donald Trump when they tell you that she's a grieving widow and how dare you all your conspiracy theory. Those people are being paid to tell you that. And there's no doubt in my mind that's happening.
Kurt
I've never heard of anything like this. Somebody rushing to do whatever. What nonsense. Return to normalcy. You got to change everything. Someone got murdered at your campus. What do you mean normalcy? What are they talking about?
Jimmy Dore
They're talking about a cover up of a political assassination. That's what that is. Why would you need to rush to pave over it? Why? It was just grass.
Kurt
Because there was blood on the grass, ok?
Jimmy Dore
No, because they. Because they want blood on the grass, you hose it down. What are you talking about?
Kurt
Like, yeah, it doesn't really make any sense at all.
Jimmy Dore
It's because they didn't want the evidence that there was a. One of those Israeli pagers that killed him. That's what they wanted to cover up the evidence of. And what was all that plastic stuff in the car in the suv? Guess what they did with the SUV that they drove him to the. To the hospital in. They immediately steam cleaned it and sold it. They sold it.
Kurt
Oh, that's normal.
Jimmy Dore
That's all normal.
Kurt
You do after a high profile murder. After he was shot with a gun that couldn't possibly have fired.
Jimmy Dore
Let me, let me ask. Let me ask. Let me ask, Rock, what they did with the. And why do you think they jammed him into an SUV instead of an ambulance? Why do you think they didn't let the medics get in the car with him? Because they were there and they lied and said they weren't. Who lied and said they weren't? Well, I know Brian Harpel said that he couldn't get the medics because the medics were all cowering in fear. But then we see the video and the medics are trying to get into the car and they said no, we saw that video. I saw it. You saw it, right Kurt?
Kurt
Yeah, I saw him get shot. And I didn't want to see it. I had to see it. We all were required to see all the things. Why?
Jimmy Dore
What? Brian Harpel is one of the biggest used car salesman I've ever seen. He's such a horrible liar.
Kurt
Really bad at it. Extremely bad.
Jimmy Dore
Really bad. I can't. I can't make my guys break the law. That's why there's rules. I can't make my guys break. I spent thousands of dollars on drones last year.
Kurt
They were Duke boys. Got away again.
Jimmy Dore
I think you're that's the classic hallmark of someone lying, is that you give way more information. That's. I spent thousands of dollars on drones last year. Why do you have to tell me that? No one's asking you how much money you spent on drones last year.
Kurt
Maybe. Maybe just use those drones you spent all the money on next time. Oh, that's right. There were drones there. We were just making it up.
Jimmy Dore
Yeah, there were drones.
Kurt
Maybe ask for a key to the roof so you can make sure he's safe. Since you're a million dollar security company.
Jimmy Dore
Yeah, you're a million dollar security guy. Maybe. Maybe you would be on the roof. Maybe you'd have someone watching the roof at least because people in the crowd saw that guy. Let me ask, what happened to the SUV that was used to drive Charlie Kirk to the hospital after his assassination? I'm asking, Grok. The SUV was a private security vehicle belonging to Charlie Kirk's team. Wow. And it was used to rush him to Tippenagos Regional Hospital. The hospital farther away. Did they get rid of their clothing, too? Yes, according to. According to Frank Turek, they all got rid of their clothes. Isn't that interesting?
Kurt
Why?
Jimmy Dore
Because there might be evidence that it was one of those Israel pagers that killed him.
Kurt
No, I mean, what was their reason? They said, I know why.
Jimmy Dore
But they said because they had blood on them and they had to change their clothes. That's what they said. Yeah, I don't think so. A security team and others, including mentor Frank Turek, quickly carried Kirk's body to the SUV after he was shot. And they didn't let the guys. That there was. We saw the medics there. The video is obvious. They performed CPR en route. Is that what you call it? That's a weird name for what they did. Because Kirk was tall, they couldn't fully close one of the doors because you can't bend a guy's legs. What? There are no public reports on what specifically happened to that particular suv. Really? There's no mention of it being seized as key evidence? Yeah, it should have been, because that's key evidence. It appears to have been treated as standard transportation for the team rather than the shooter's vehicle. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Crime scene, focus on the rooftop videos of the chaotic scene. It's safe to assume that the SUV was cleaned, returned to its owner, or insurance handled that as a private vehicle with no. Wow. Hang on. Was that vehicle sold at auction or was it sold at all? Because I have information that it was cleaned and sold and not Seized as a piece of evidence. You got to ask the questions in a certain way or else Grok just gives you FBI. No confirmed public record of it being sold as a formal public auction exists. However, your information matches claims widely circulated by Candace Owens and others in alternative slash conspiracy focused discussions. The vehicle was a black SUV rented by Kirk's Turning Point three. It was not the shooter's vehicle. After the shooting. Blah blah, blah, blah, blah. Candace Owens released photos described as leaked or obtained of the SUV's blood soaked interior showing debris, possible fragments and minimal medical equipment. She used this to question the evidence handling because that's what a normal person would do. The SUV was briefly treated. Briefly treated as a crime scene, but quickly released to the rental company. It was professionally cleaned at a detail shop. It was then sold and auctioned off shortly afterwards rather than fully being impounded for forensic analysis. Now, you saw Grok just told you two contradictory things. It eventually told you the truth. Did you see the truth? The truth was it was auction. It was cleaned at a detail shop immediately and then it was sold rather than being fully impounded for forensic analysis. These claims portrayed as suspicious. Part of a broader skepticism about the investigation. Rapid scene cleanup, federal involvement at the hospital. No major outlet has independently verified the exact details. Buyer or auction house. Wow. The focus of evidence collection stayed on the roof. The shooter's rifle, his vehicle, the rooftop. You mean the rifle that they can't match to the bullet? You mean the rifle that. That never was fired because the. The dogs. The dogs that sniff out fired weapons couldn't sniff it out? You mean that rifle? The rifle that had a safety on it which made it impossible for it to be fired because of the scope that was mounted on it. You mean that rifle?
Kurt
Okay, if you tell Grok, I don't want any stupid debunking or consensus. I want you just give me the facts. It will do that. You got to tell us to be a character that does that and then it'll suddenly tell you all this stuff.
Jimmy Dore
Okay, if you want to hear my jokes about this. And boy, I got them about TP USA. Brian Harpel and Erica Kirk and Mikey McCoy. Candace Owens had this guy. He's a quasi pastor for TP usa. He's very tight with Erica and his name is Victor Marks. And if you know anything about. He's running for governor of Cal of Colorado. And if you know anything about it, I encourage you to go watch this interview she did with him today. Today is what? Thursday. She did it, I think Wednesday or Tuesday. This guy is a used car sale. This guy, if you. Again, it's everybody surrounding TP USA are the worst liars. And Candace, he has a story that he claims when he was three years old, his stepfather was so abusive. His stepfather, when he was 3, made him cut the head off of a cat and then wear the cat as a hat. And she says she asked him, is that. She goes, I can't imagine a three year old having the dexterity or strength to be able to cut the head off of a cat. So did that really happen? And it took 10 minutes for him to even getting around to answer that question. He wanted to talk about every other thing. Call her a liar, say she's incorrect, all that. And she's like, would you just answer the question? Did you do that? Is that real? And finally goes, yes, of course that's real. So here is. He's. He's going to slip up. He's going to slip up. As we know at the show, Tyler Robinson was not the killer. It was not a single person operation that this was a bunch of people in on killing Charlie Kirk. And he's going to slip up and reveal that it was a bunch of people. And listen, let's listen to this. First of all, he was the first one to post on social media that Charlie Kirk was in fact dead. Why would he be the first one? And then he took that post down. He posted a video of himself saying that and then he took it down because he realized he screwed up. He tweeted about it faster than the President of the United States did that he was dead. Watch this. So let's just watch. Let's just watch.
Energy Expert
We're first to post a video that was later on removed saying that Charlie had passed. And this video was about an hour and 20 minutes before the President's announcement. It would have been to the, you know, to the minute about the time that his family found out that he had passed away or the people that were at the hospital have found out that he had passed away. So do you, can you explain how you found that out and why you chose to remove the video?
Victor Marks
I had someone text me and he said, my son is at Charlie's event and Charlie was just shot and it doesn't look good. We went on it. I watched Charlie being shot one time and my team, many who are former special operations guys and combat medics, lots of experience, they viewed it multiple times because I wouldn't. And they said Charlie, they said Charlie wouldn't live from that. And I, I knew it. The first I knew the only time I saw it, I knew there's no way he could have survived that.
Jimmy Dore
Now he just told two stories. The one story was the reason why he knew Charlie was dead was because his team told him and they're specialists. But he said he. I also knew when I watched it that he wouldn't survive it. So why did you have to tell us that your team told so if you already knew that, why would you need to tell us that your team told you that? Again, he's giving you more information that is necessary. All he had to do was say, well, I knew he was dead the moment I saw the video. He goes die. I have a team, and they're specialists and they're good. And they're ex military and Green Beret and make you mad and medic and man. And they said, but then I also knew so again too. But that's the hallmark of a liar is they give you too much information, you over explain and that's what he's doing. But it gets better. Watch this. The slip didn't come yet. That's. That slip is coming.
Victor Marks
And when I made a post and said, you know Charlie's past, Of course I know Frank Torrid. I know the security teams. I put it up. And then I didn't see anybody else posting it. I thought it was premature. And I. I pulled it down because it just felt wrong that I would post it. But it. I wanted people.
Jimmy Dore
So he didn't post it immediately after he saw it. He posted it an hour later. And then I saw nobody else was posting it, and I was like, oh, I screwed up. I'm not supposed to be the first one to do it. That's what he's really saying. So that still isn't the slip. Let's watch or pray.
Victor Marks
And then I contacted Erica through a text and told her.
Jimmy Dore
What'd you tell her?
Victor Marks
I just told her, nobody's gonna kill you. You're safe. You and the kids. No one's coming after you. They just wanted Charlie.
Kurt
What?
Jimmy Dore
They.
Kurt
Who's.
Jimmy Dore
They just wanted Charlie.
Kurt
Furry community.
Jimmy Dore
They. Mr. Expert with ex marine, military, all these guys, you know, Frank Turek, you know, his security team, they just wanted Charlie. They. That's what's called a slip. He said the quiet part out loud. They. And we. As soon as we were watching this, Steph and I, as soon as we saw him say that, we both turned to they.
Kurt
Oh, for hell's sake. Why would he say that?
Jimmy Dore
Ha. For hell's sake. For the sake of hell, please.
Kurt
For the sake of hell, just deal with this.
Jimmy Dore
I told her that you're safe. First of all, how would you know she's safe? Second of all, who's they?
Kurt
Why does he talk like Sling Blade?
Jimmy Dore
That drop. He does talk like Sling Blade.
Kurt
My real served under the name Kennedy but changed it to Mark for some reason.
Victor Marks
And I was just trying to reassure.
Energy Expert
Because you declared he was dead on the basis of people saying it didn't look good.
Victor Marks
On the basis of people, myself included, who've had held dead and dying men from combat in horrible situations. And anybody who saw the killing and has that experience know we knew he was dead instantly.
Jimmy Dore
So then why did you have to tell us about your team? My team? My team. Why did you have to tell me the credentials of your team? Why couldn't you just say I knew it because of my credentials. Because I've held dying them. Why couldn't you just say that? I don't, I don't. You see, Candace does not buy this.
Energy Expert
I struggle with that one a little bit. I think that's quite audacious for someone to. Because you did make a post initially saying he had been shot, pray for him. And then you did a follow up and then said, you know Charlie, Charlie has passed on and said pray for Erica. So it just seems like there was some information in the corridor there that led you to that conclusion. You.
Jimmy Dore
These guys are such bad liars. Everybody surrounding TP USA is shady as
Kurt
f. Well, you know, his stepfather, Kennedy Glouce Kennedy, his stepfather wanted me to wear a cat head on his real head. Yeah, this guy has all the ritualistic abuse and he's got, he talks about his ability to learning to split or dissociate during torture. So that's MK Monarch right there. That's what that is. And then he's launching his gubernatorial career. That's why he was excited to get that message out. You know, he, he, he jumped the gun. He's definitely dead because he launched. He's running for governor Colorado. So he's launching his campaign off of that. You know that, right?
Jimmy Dore
Yes. The TP Kennedy again. Anybody telling you in social media to stop asking questions, that's the. They did that with Seth Rich, they did that with 9 11, they did that with COVID with the Vax, with Ivermectin. They did that. That's what they do. Stop asking questions. You never stop asking questions ever. Charlie Kirk said that himself. Never stop asking questions because that's the only thing that keeps us free. That's a direct quote from Charlie Kirk, never stop asking questions. And all these assholes who are bought and paid for in social media who are telling you that it happened the same way that Cash Patel told you it did are bought and paid for. Exactly. And they're con men and liars. Anybody telling you that this happened the way that Cash Patel said it happened is a con man and a liar. And they're compromised and bought. There's donor money somewhere being funneled to them. Maybe it's through crypto. So you can't. So you can't find it. You can't, because that's the beauty of crypto. It's untraceable. Anybody telling you that this happened the way they said that Cash Patel and the governor of Utah said it happened, is a con man, a liar, and is compromised and bought. And they're paid to lie to you. And they, and they think they'll get, they'll get over it. That my, My audience is dumb enough. They'll, They'll. They, they like me enough. Just like Trump. Trump doing the exact opposite of what he campaigned on and whatever.
Kurt
Look, they don't need everyone to get over it. They just need the people they need to get over it. And the rest. You could go pound sands.
Jimmy Dore
That's right.
Kurt
These need dumbass boomers who still trust FOX News or cnn.
Jimmy Dore
But there's lots of people who follow social media people, prominent social media people, young people.
Kurt
Yeah. And then there's the paid off. You know, they've got a shell at every level of every genre of everything. So that if you, if you just like video games, there's a government plant in there who's blathering the state line in that.
Jimmy Dore
That's right.
Kurt
Every level. Don't think there's anything too petty. We learned from the Twitter files. What were they doing? They're blocking accounts that didn't even have kind of engagement that you would think.
Jimmy Dore
So here's our friend Kevin o', Leary, who's building a data center in Utah that's almost three times the size of Manhattan and going to take away everyone's job and turn us into a China surveillance hellscape. Because that's what those things are there for. Because they don't. They want to get rid of your jobs, put you on a ubi, which is universal basic income. So then now you are a slave to the state.
Kurt
You may want to flee to China,
Jimmy Dore
and they can cut your money off whenever they want in case. If you step out of line. All right, so they're going to put a leash on you. And if you sit by the peg that that lease is connected to, you're going to be fine. But as soon as you straight, you're going to feel that tug and they're going to cut your money off, they're going to turn your car off, they're going to cut your money off, and they're going to put you in prison. Ok?
Kurt
They've been testing it for years already with cancer culture.
Jimmy Dore
So. Yeah, that's right. And so here, Kevin o' Leary says that these two girls are actually they're China spies. Shark tank billionaire Kevin o' Leary says two people fighting data centers in Utah are Chinese agents. Turns out it's just two local girls in Utah. They make hilarious video calling him out. Here we go.
Interviewer
Elevate Strategies. Also a cell operating inside of Utah. Gabby Finlayson. Gabby, what are you doing and why? Who's paying you?
Gabby Finlayson
Well, hi.
Jimmy Dore
Hello.
Gabby Finlayson
It's me, Gabby Finlayson. What am I doing? Apparently we've reached the part of the Stratos data center journey where Kevin o' Leary goes on national Fox News to accuse us of being cells for the Chinese Communist Party.
Interviewer
Yeah, because at the end of the day, who would want us to stop building our electrical grid? Which adversary would want that? There's only one. It's China. So what I think is happening, and I got my guys to go a deep dig into the IP addresses, and here's what we found out. This is fascinating. We found two cells inside of Utah. Elevate Strategies. Gabby Finlayson. Gabby, what are you doing and why? Who's paying you? So what I'm doing right now is after getting this data, I'm calling out Gabby operating in Utah.
Gabby Finlayson
So, hi, Kevin. We are Elevate Strategies. This is Utah. You might not know it because you're from Canada, where we live. Before we get into anything too serious, this is the very scary, very intimidating man that is threatening us. We are not taking the criticism of anyone who is wearing flip flops and a suit on national television. You know, it's not every day you get called out by first and last name on Fox News by a Canadian billionaire trying to ruin my state. But here we are. Kevin, are you okay? But after sitting with this for a moment, we decided to take it as a compliment because first of all, how are these men scared of us?
Jimmy Dore
Have.
Gabby Finlayson
Have you met us? Hi. What are we talking about?
Interviewer
I want a forensic auditor. Who's funding their platforms. Who is it? So these are proxies for the Chinese government's. My argument and if they're not, Because I want them to be able to defend their name to Gabby. Come out, come out, wherever you are.
Gabby Finlayson
Okay, Kevin, go ahead. Mr. Wonderful's Nancy Drew Little Detective Agency. Have at it, brother. Because if we were Chinese operatives, we would be the worst operatives in the entire world. Someone alert Beijing that the payment portal to Jackie and Izamx bills is somehow broken. As a reminder, we run Democratic campaigns in the state of Utah. If we were in this to be making money, we would be doing literally anything else. And you should know that because your job is to give small business owners advice. Yeah, you'd think that Kevin would understand the hellscape that is late stage capitalism and consumerism that has led to you becoming a terrible, horrible billionaire who's trying to ruin our state. But if we're talking about audits, you should be auditing the Stratos Project. We should be auditing all of the politicians that I don't know. Do you have property surrounding the Stratos Project? Or maybe do you have interests that you were changing the laws before this was created? Hypothetically. We're just saying we should maybe look into people that stand to make hundreds of millions of dollars off this project. And let's be so for real and so clear. That is not us. It is not us. But sure, let's do the thing that all men who are scared and have no actual facts do, which is accuse women who have a fully formed thought of being the problem and being Chinese operatives, just like me, finding, like, what are we talking? How are we making this video right now? Like, it's so unserious.
Interviewer
And they should thank me for this promotion I'm giving them right now. And let's shine the light of transparency on what you're doing. Because they're also going after the leadership, these two cells.
Gabby Finlayson
Well, Kevin, you say that like it's a scandal. And it's not. Because we are damn proud of the fact that we will continue to be shining a light on the corruption and in insanity that is going on in this state. Not just with this project, but with many others. We will continue to be here doing that work long after you've forgotten about Utah. Because you don't actually care about what happened to the state.
Interviewer
Let's show the people of Utah you actually care about them.
Gabby Finlayson
We don't need Kevin to teach us to care about Utah because we've been here. We were born here. We work here. We have sacrificed a lot of time, unpaid jobs, just to try and make this state better. We're the ones that actually love this state. And that is why we care about its future and why care about this data center and what it is could do to the future of our state. I think it's important that we get to this so out of frame. Just behind Kevin o' Leary while he's doing this Fox News hit is a life size cardboard cutout of himself. And by life size we mean extremely short. Maybe that's how tall he really is, we don't know. As the old saying goes, behind every terrible man is a cardboard cutout of that same man. This is a real man. And he chose to wear this hat that says Utah National Security. When did they have these made? Was it a gift from Stuart Adams and Spencer Cox and Mike Schultz? I don't know. I don't know. But please, Kevin, let us know where this dumb ass hat came from. So we decided that we need to make a hat of our own because we also have security concerns for the state of Utah, just slightly different. We are worried about the Great Salt Lake. We are worried about our carbon emissions. We are worried about our electrical grid. We are worried about the temperatures rising in our state. We care about the economic, environmental, future of our state. So if you would like to support the work that we are doing that apparently has these billionaires shaking in their boots, you can buy our hat, which now says Utah Nature Security. And those donations of just $30 will go to support the work that we're doing. You can pre order these hats which will go to us and alliance for a Better Utah, the two organizations called out by Kevin and lawyer. So please support us because we might need lawyers.
Jimmy Dore
Right?
Gabby Finlayson
The link's in our bio. Come out. Come out, Kevin. For the record, and I never thought I would have to say this in my entire adult life, we are not Chinese. Foreign operatives never happen being paid by the Chinese government. So bye Kevin. Bye Kevin. Put your dogs away and keep my name out of your fucking mouth.
Kurt
He is a foreign operative, which was hysterical.
Jimmy Dore
That's the irony. He is a foreign operative. He's not an American. He doesn't give a shit about America. He doesn't give a shit about Canada. He doesn't give a shit about anything except screwing over workers, getting the state to give him money to start his thing that does surveillance and ruins people's jobs so he can become a trillionaire instead of just a billionaire. That's who Kevin o' Leary is. And if they were actually Chinese operatives, we already live in a surveillance state, don't you think? The FBI, the NSA and the CIA would know that they were Chinese operatives, not some fucking ass white billionaire on Fox News trying to screw over workers and put, and put me on a peg with a, with a, with a shock collar on. Do you think that, that, that, that you're the guy who's the operative? You're the enemy of the people in the United States. Kevin o' Leary is the enemy of the people of the United States. And the CIA, the NSA and the FBI do know that. Which is because they also work for international billionaires. They don't work for the people of the United States. Which is why we're in end stage capitalism and we're an empire in decline.
Kurt
Yeah, look for more lame alien subplots to be dropped that go nowhere as, as it progresses, more distracting nonsense, mysterious things. You maybe see Kevin o' Leary jumping. Oh yeah, it'll be in a documentary. They, they will literally just say any. This is how much they don't respect you. They will say anything like these two Mormon girls are Chinese. Because he knows statistically most people believe that stuff. Utah National Security. Is that the company that helped Charlie? What are you talking about? Yeah, what kind of security? So he's a carnival barker and, and, and carnies. That's how they look at the, the people, the marks.

Episode: "California To RUN OUT OF GAS In 6 Weeks!"
Date: May 25, 2026
Host: Jimmy Dore | Main Guest: Kurt (Co-Host)
This episode dives into California’s looming gasoline crisis, spurred by geopolitical tensions in Iran and compounded by California’s dependence on imported fuel. Jimmy and co-host Kurt dissect the state’s energy vulnerabilities, the paradoxical oil import/export dynamics of the US, and excoriate both the political and corporate elites for systemic mishandling and profiteering. The discussion extends into broader critiques of green energy policy, economic corruption, surveillance, and viral political scandals, maintaining the show’s irreverent, combative, and conspiratorial tone throughout.

Jimmy Dore’s episode serves as an extended, furious critique of California’s energy vulnerability, the US oil/import-export paradox, and the failures of political leadership and corporate greed. Interwoven are arguments about the limits of green energy as implemented, dark allusions to “end-stage capitalism,” and an embrace of anti-establishment, often conspiratorial thinking. The episode offers a stream of news reaction, sharp comedic digs, and real-time analysis, providing a show that is equal parts angry rant, alternative news brief, and political farce.
For fans of Dore’s outraged, irreverent approach, this episode offers a comprehensive (and combative) take on California’s gas crisis and what it says about America’s political and economic trajectory.
