Yeah, that's it. Unfortunately, I was radicalized from watching Chairman Nick Tonight, Charlie Kirk, murder suspect Tyler Robinson's week long preliminary hearing underway. The brief Tyler Robinson, Utah man accused of assassinating Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, returned to court Monday for a week long preliminary hearing. The hearing will determine whether prosecutors have enough evidence to move the case toward trial. Kirk was speaking to a crowd of about 3,000 people on September 10th at Utah Valley University in Orem when investigators say Robinson fired a single shot from a building about 140 yards away, striking Kirk, 31, and killing him. So on the first day of testimony, former UVU officer Christopher Bagley testified that he witnessed the shooting and later located an apparent sniper pad on a nearby gravel rooftop. He he described impressions in the gravel consistent with someone lying prone, with markings suggesting elbows, knees and feet, offering a clear sight line to Kirk's position. Agent David hall of the Utah Department of Public Safety also testified detailing the investigation. We use the term investigation loosely. Robinson reportedly laughed at points during the proceedings. Kirk's widow, Erica Kirk attended, as did Donald Trump Jr. The defense continues challenging the strength of circumstantial and forensic links. The hearing, expected to run through approximately July 10th and 11th, includes more witness testimony, digital records and forensics. Experts note prosecutors face a relatively low bar for probable cause and many believe the case will proceed to trial. All right, so here's, here's a video of what a law enforcement officer is testifying. Tyler Robinson walking with a limp on UVU campus on the day of Charlie Kirk's murder shortly before the assassination. Eventually, its communities were exposed to these chemicals without transparency or accountability years ago, beginning in 2000. In 2001, I worked with families in Ohio and West Virginia whose drinking water had been contaminated by PFAS contaminants released into their communities. That case helped expose the scale of this problem nationally and resulted in a $671 million settlement for affected residents. Mark Ruffalo later made a movie of that lawsuit called Dark Waters, and it was one of the vehicles. I wish the PFAS problem became known to the American people. And I've worked also on many other PFAS cases as a president of the Borderkeeper Alliance. We had PFAS case on the Tennessee river, the Alabama, all over the country and many of those are the milestone cases that really brought PFAS to the attention of the American public.

Well, you would think this guy's really going to crack down on those chemicals in our water and food. From more Perfect Union the Trump administration approved three new forever chemical based pesticides last week for use on food crops including corn and soybeans, the most widely grown crops in the country, as well as wheat, kiwi oats, peas, broccoli and coffee. These new chemicals, dude, you know sometimes you run into some pronunciation issues in this gig. This is gonna be a rough 1. Difflu, Fenicin, Epi, Rifenasil, Trifludamoxazin have all been quietly approved without a standard press release. Trump approved other PFAS based pesticide, Cyclobutra, Floram and Isocyclo Serum earlier this year and the first food use of chlormiquat which is already found in 90% of Americans blood. That's awesome huh? An EPA scientist wrote in the approval documents that at least one of these new PFAS based pesticides is suggestive evidence of carcinogenic potential. Nothing to see here folks. These approvals come just days after the Supreme Court sided with chemical maker Bayer and the Trump administration in limiting Americans ability to sue pesticide companies for harms linked to pesticides. Now Americans will have a harder time holding companies accountable for the cancer causing effects of their pesticides. From common dreams, this is the PFAS presidency. Trump EPA approves another forever Chemical Pesticide Environmental and Public Health Advocates on Wednesday ripped the U.S. environmental Protection Agency's fifth approval of a forever chemical pesticide during the current term of President Donald Trump, who campaigned on a promise to make America healthy again.

Under Trump, the EPA has also approved or re approved various controversial pesticides from atrazine and decamba to try flutamoxazin which was gotta have it, you can't have a hamburger without that. Which was approved late Tuesday. Like diflufenican and epi Rufenacil, which were authorized by the EPA earlier Tuesday, as well as Cyclobutra Floram and Isocycloserum, which got a green light from the agency last November. Trifluid amoxicin is what some scientists and campaigners call a forever chemical pesticide.

Well, I never went to Italy, but I will say in China of all places, I had nothing but very high quality American food. In fact, the only Chinese food I got was hot pot.
