They, I mean I think a lot of them do get it, but the market that they're shoveling the shit to doesn't and they want to keep it that way. That there are distinctions between the left, but you do get a lot of people who don't understand, like Democrats and leftists are not the same. And among people on the left, it's extremely fractious. Particularly now, I would say you almost had a unity of rejecting the Democratic Party and now people are kind of like, well, if you get Democrats or anti genocide, what do you do? You just, you just were never presented with that before because they all were. Bernie. Yeah, Bernie. Bernie's a Zionist. So. So like there was, there was really nobody until relatively recently who actually held office who was willing to have that position.

Wakefield Cushman said the office recovery is no longer mainly measured in terms of a shrieking supply of sublease space, but by demand for direct leases, renewals and expansions. Growth by tech sectors including AI is a major driver of the trend. Meanwhile, according to CBRE, leasing volume in May alone totaled 3.02 million square feet, or 43% above the five year monthly average of 2.10 million square feet. It marked only the second time since 2019 that the 3 million benchmark was topped in a single month. So that's quite a blue exodus there with. With hot real estate market. So yeah. So those are some of the reactions that we got there from the usual suspects to this. You live here I live here. I. My theory of why. Look, New York being hated by the rest of the country is an old story. That's a old, old story. Yeah. I think a big part of why reactionary elements in particular are so determined to believe that New York is failing. And this didn't start with Mamdani. This is a very old trope. That's why there's so much money to be made in peddling that online. Like San Francisco is falling, LA is falling, New York is falling. These blue cities, there's a big market for that, but none more so than New York. If New York works, then everything they believe is wrong. It's. It's. It's a place where you have people from all over the world in many ways, and this is something they'll never admit. It is the American dream made real at its best. Right? It's. It's everyone from all different walks of life all around the world living together. We have our moments, but mostly in peace. Mostly people respect each other's differences. Kind of a libertarian ideal, right? You live your way, I live my way. Most people in New York just want to go their own way. You leave me alone, I'll leave you alone. Right. And it is an economic world capital. Now according to these beliefs that homogeneous societies work better and people are naturally tribal and they can't get along that way. And if you have these kinds of social programs, you're going to have economic collapse. New York is a repudiation of everything they believe. So they have to project this fantasy on New York that it's horrible and everyone's getting lit on fire on the subway and.

It's just this fantasy that they're constantly projecting because New York is like an actual melting pot and a financial capital and a place where, yes, we do have more of a social safety net, certainly, than places like Florida do. And it's very diverse, and I love it here. And I wouldn't. I wouldn't. I wouldn't want to live in a really, like, small. There's nothing, you know, I mean, no shade to anybody that does. But I find it interesting that they are.

Right, right. Having traveled around the country and having been fortunate enough to see a fair amount of the world. You know, Spalding Gray used to call New York an island off the coast of America. Any. In many ways, it's. It's true. It's true. It's not like any place else in the world. It's certainly not like any place else in the country. And why would you need it to be, like, do you need it to be like the middle of Minnesota? Like, leave it alone. Like, for the most part, the people here. Why is this mayor so popular if people are so unhappy? And the kinds of social programs we have, like rent stabilization, that's left over from the progressive era. New York had a long tradition of that that over the last 30 years got lit on fire. In a lot of ways. Mamdani being elected is a return to an earlier New York one that made provisions for working people to be able to live in it. Bloomberg expressly said he didn't think working people should be able to live in New York. This is trying to reverse that. It is amazing that you have so many working people who are so broken and brainwashed that they will get angry at the idea that you're going to tax billionaires and make New York less palpable for them.

And then I'm gonna like myself back and be like, okay, like, remember, he's a politician, and you need to be. We need. I'm working on trying to change my relationship because I think that many of us, people like me, who tend to get very passionate, we need to change our relationship to politicians and not treat them like they're our friends, because they're

Laura Loomer, if you know, you know. In the weeks before he died, Charlie Kirk was concerned about the growing threat of the Woke Reich polluting people's minds with Jew hatred. And he was very alarmed by the Islamification of America. I made a tweet that was critical of some of these Woke Reich personalities who I said would bring Charlie down. He invited me to his office and two weeks before he died, I flew to Arizona and met with his team. Charlie wanted me to speak with them about ways we could strategize combating the Woke Reich and growing threats of Islam because he too was noticing the disturbing push of Chrislam and the Islamic sympathizing by right wing podcasters. This is all factual and verifiable. When I was there, a senior TPUSA official told me they had security concerns and were particularly worried about leftist violence and groiper violence, which is why all the doors are always locked and you have to have a key to get in. So yes, leading up to his death, Charlie and his staff were very worried about anti Israel Charlie haters and ambushing him because they constantly demonized him for not joining their cause. TPUSA officials told me this when I was at the office. So Candace responded to this. Hey Laura, can you share the text messages of Charlie seeking advice from you regarding the Woke Reich and inviting you to TP USA accordingly? He thought you were a total nut job. So this is surprising that he suddenly thought he needed your advice right before he was murdered. So Laura Loomer shares this out. When Charlie invited me to his office, he called me. Tyler Boyer and Andrew Colvitt can confirm this. If he thought I was a nut job, he wouldn't have flown me out and hosted me at his office. R.C. maxwell was present in the building while I was there as well. He too can confirm. Here's some texts I had with Charlie though. In June of 2025, it's just a fact he was worried about the Woke Reich and Islam. At the time of his death, he was planning to do more to stop the spread of Islam in America. Then two weeks later he was killed. So this, this is very much file under every accusation as a confession because basically this is exactly what people believe about what Israel's relationship to Charlie was in his final days. She's basically rewriting that story to make it Islam that he was antagonizing. So this is what she shared. WTF is the Hodge twins issue like? Actually then anti Semites just like Candace. He claimed that Benny Johnson, known in some quarters as Benny in the closet, had his wife crying in a hotel lobby while he was upstairs having sex with men. And Benny Johnson said he was going to sue him. I think this is like. And Milo said, well, you're not going to sue me because it's true. And I don't know, man, that was like six months ago now. Six, seven months. Hasn't sued him yet. So Milo says the first time Laura ran for Congress, she couldn't stop graping. That's for the. That's for the sensors. A volunteer insisted they were in love eight days before the election. When confronted, she locked herself in the bedroom for 56 hours, calling Roger Stone and all her donors and saying she was about to hang herself. I have thousands of pages of this. Some days she would text at me for 18 hours here. 10 days out from an election that could have put her in Congress, Laura convinced herself the man she'd forced herself on was cheating on her with a Blonde who came over every night at 3am this is some pretty crazy stuff. This is from Laura Loomer to Milo Yiannopoulos. It's just very hard to live up to everyone's odd expectations, especially regarding happiness. I literally have a chemical imbalance. I wish I could control that. I manage it the best way I can. I'm not mean to anyone. I'm very kind and generous, and I go out of my way to do extra nice things for him and others here to make up for the fact that sometimes I don't look happy, but I never make my happiness someone else's issue. Some days I wake up happy, Some days I don't. On days I don't. Most of the time, I have no idea why that is. It's just chemical and it makes me want to crawl in a hole when I feel like people won't accept me. For me, I'm not a bitch. I'm not inconsiderate. I have one issue that has no cure, that I can't control. I don't let it hurt others. I just can't. Whoops, sorry. I just can't always be happy the way others are. Not because I don't want to be, but because sometimes my brain doesn't let me. I really do try my best, despite what others seem to think. So I think the most interesting thing about this to me is you would think to get to the level of exposure and influence that Laura Loomer has, you would have to not be completely batshit crazy. It's kind of a truism of show business that a lot of people who are drawn to it, who wind up being successful in it, are mentally ill, have different types of manic depression or just. Just garden variety depression. A lot of. A lot of borderline personalities are attracted to show business. A lot of narcissistic personality disorder. Well, what do they say about politics? It's Hollywood for ugly people. Same thing holds true. It attracts a lot of people who are mentally ill. Now, what is disturbing about that is these people in many cases exercise actual power. Hollywood people are a relatively and largely powerless elite. Yes, they have cultural cachet to some degree, but you can see how far that goes by, how Much their endorsements of political candidates really mean they don't, they don't have real power. These people have real power. And the fact that somebody as crazy as this would have the kind of access that she has had even to the president, that is scary. And this is just the one that we know about. She could have been, as they say in that thread, she could have been elected to Congress. You think you don't have people that crazy in Congress. Look what happened with, with Katie Porter where it came out that she's throwing stuff at her staff. Same thing with Amy Klobuchar. Same thing with Marianne Williamson who wanted to get into elected office, attacking her staff. A lot of these people are insane. And Laura Loomer, that, that is a prime example. But good on Candace. She will not back down on this. She's drawing a lot of attention to the fact that obviously, as we talked about with Mel earlier, this story is such a ridiculous cover up and such an obvious cover up, it's almost an insult that they're not really trying. And for Laura Loomer of all people to even have a platform, you know, you just have to ask who's boosting her and who's funding her. As we saw in another segment, Elon is probably compromised. He's getting boosted on her platform. He's probably being told to do that. And she, there's a good chance she's, how does she live her lifestyle? She's getting some of that Hasbro money. AOC is working tirelessly for something, but it isn't to end US imperialism or build a socialist electoral movement. No socialist org should co sign this. And of course Tisha James marched with the Israeli war criminals that came for the Israel Day parade, including Beelzebub Smotrich, as we call him, and Brianna Joy Gray shared out tickled pink that they're doing Bernie Bro redux about a bunch of black Latino Muslim female candidates. Not too surprising today, Tisha James came out to express her displeasure at the results. She had endorsed the other side in all of these races. One particularly notable critic of his endorsements, his meaning Mamdani, in Tuesday's primary, was New York Attorney General Letitia James, a key backer during his campaign. Quote, some of the candidates that he has supported are individuals who do not understand the politics of New York City, the cultural differences from district to district, who have not been part of the history. So you don't even have to be white to get Bernie Brood and the struggle of some of these districts and are relatively new to the body politic, james told cnn, pointing particularly to what she said was Mamdani's lack of understanding of race and class issues that run deep. James said she and other political leaders she's spoken to are disappointed in Mamdani. All of us are a little frustrated with the Democratic Party, but you don't blow it up. That's what MAGA has done. All right, so this, these are your, this is who runs the party. And these people took a blow last night. Patisha James definitely represents the people. Like Jamie Harrison tweeted out that thing, don't use our resources. If you hate us as a party, these are the people who run it. And that is why people justly so even with what Mandani's doing, which so much is in accord with what so many people have fought for for so long, they still don't want to with the Democrats because they feel like, you know, all it's going to take is Obama gets up there, makes a speech and, and screws the whole thing Right.

When you look at how AOC has moved in Congress, and I know that a lot of people who are AOC stands will run to her defense and say, like, you don't understand. She's playing ad chess. And so people get, you know, like, jumpy about it because there are ranged attacks on her, a lot of very real misogynistic, psychotic attacks on her and that. But that's not where. Where people like me who are critiquing her or criticizing her are coming from it. At where I come from, it is. I think a lot of people seem very similar to Bernie Sanders is disappointment. Disappointment that she had so much promise, disappointment that, you know, and it's whatever I get. Like, you got to move on. Like, you got to move on. Like, okay, we're very disappointed by aoc. She's not what she promised to be. Okay, we're moving on. No, the problem that I still have with it is that they're still constantly trying to position her as a leader of the left. Cool story. I'm glad you guys are friends and you guys can hang out over tea and strumpets, but this is politics, and she should have endorsed the DSA candidate. It is that kind of shit that Makes me think, I'm sorry again. I don't think AOC is the worst person in Congress. She doesn't have the worst voting record. They were coming down on her like a month before. Like it was before Like AOC could have made a difference and didn't. And again, did not endorse in New York 7, she didn't endorse the Palestinian that ran for the state Senate. I mean, there was a bunch of people she didn't endorse. But then she ran out very quickly to tell everybody not to endorse that one woman in Texas because she was an anti Semite and she needs to endorse that one hack that's running against her. It's anti Semitic. Like it was just so, so cringe that I was just like, okay, to me, the reason why I don't trust her is because whether she's CIA or whatever or not, she clearly. And now we're going to be talking about the Ohio Success Sequence curriculum that they are trying to pass. So Ohio is poised to teach students marriage before children. This is literally curriculum that they have passed. Now for public schools in Ohio, it's called the Success Sequence. It's curriculum that is drawing praise from supporters about poverty prevention as they're arguing that 13 year olds should be getting married, by the way. So Ohio lawmakers approved proposed legislation that mandates teaching six grade through 12th grade students to wait until marriage to have children. Under Amended substitute Senate Bill 276, success sequence curriculum includes specifically instructing students to first complete a high school education and secondly obtain full time work before deciding to reproduce. Quote the Department of Education and Workforce shall review and maintain a list of curriculum and resources for grades 6 to 12. About the success Sequence the legislation states Success Sequence refers to a three pronged framework for youth and young adults based on studies showing adults are more likely to live in poverty if they have children before being married, completing high school and securing a full time job. According to the bill, section 3301 point or blah blah blah blah of the bill attributes the Success Success Sequence framework to research from diverse institutions. However, a Family Story Project study critiques the Success Sequence as a form of marriage fundamentalism that excludes alternative family arrangements such as single parent households. Quote Marriage is wonderful for many people, but it shouldn't be something you need for economic survival or societal approval, family Story Executive Director Nicole Rogers said in a statement online. Quote, Our report shows how harmful a long history promoting marriage has been and continues to be and offers key policy recommendations to begin moving forward and promote family justice for all. Too many are hurting right now because they don't fit one specific mold. All families deserve dignity, equality and respect. Amended substitute Senate Bill 276 has passed the Ohio House and Senate. The legislation now awaits Governor Mike DeWine's final approval. Quote Any curriculum or resources on this list shall include and be consistent with evidence identified using the best research methods available describing the positive, personal and societal outcomes associated with the Success Sequence. The bill further states State Senator Christina Rogner, Sorry, I don't know if I'm pronouncing that right. Proposed the legislation to aid in the state's entry into the Interstate Compact for School Psychologists. States that are already part of the pact include West Virginia, Colorado, Alabama, Delaware, Georgia, Kansas, Nebraska and Virginia. The Interstate Compact for School Psychologists sets forth standards that help school psychologists obtain licenses to practice across state lines. So anyway, basically all this amounts to is that the government is now getting involved with instituting curriculum and public schools that tell your kids how to be the Success sequence of life events like you have to graduate and listen, I I mean, I guess I kind of agree that like that's a great but parents I think can handle that. I think parents can have those conversations with their kids about what is the best course of action And I had kids before I was married. I know, terrible, right? Living in sin over here. But I mean, I, I didn't really want to get married. I feel like marriage is a dying institution. It's really the only reason I'm married now is because I have kids. And legally it just makes things easier. But marriage is a dying institution. And I feel like it is really not the place of the government to be putting curriculum into publicly funded schools that lecture and teach about these types of things. Kyle, I know you're going to agree with me because you're a libertarian.

Yeah, I mean, just, just like with the first one. This is obviously supposed to be the role for parents because, I mean, you know, I do think that this is probably the best way to develop through life is to get a job, get married and then start have kids. And look, you know, I, I use that loosely. Like if you're in a long term partnership with someone and you have kids and you're not. There's a lot of libertarians that don't believe in marriage because, you know, it's a state license.

Like the, there, there should be no state contract between a man and a woman, only the bond that you share. And if you make a pledge to God or something like that, you know, that's you and your partner's decision, not the government's decision. I think the biggest problem I have with this is you're probably going to have like, you know, some middle aged, divorced, unhappy teacher going over this with students and they're going to say, well, I don't want to end up like, how well did the DARE program work?

And you know what? Try to help you identify who might be a drug dealer. Not to avoid them, but so you could go, go ask for some drugs. So I imagine this is going to blow up in the government's face just as badly. Where students are going to look at this and they're going to see like that's uncool because like this uncool person, this unhappy person is telling me to follow this path in life when in reality these, these just need to be conversations that come up in the community and with parents and family members and to instill these values in children that, I mean, just, you know, having a toddler in the house right now, I don't know how I would do it without my wife. And I'm sure she would, I hope would say the same thing about Me that, you know, like, it really does require a partnership and two parents to like, you know, not just like time wise and sleep wise and all that, but to like kind of balance each other out and like, you know, give the. Give like a well rounded upbringing, you know, two people who are a little bit different to like give her, you know, the, the different viewpoints and outlets on life and things like that. So crazy that, you know, as poor as things are going in our schools, this is what right are the bureaucrats are doing in Massachusetts. They're looking at reorienting the entire educational curriculum and like, goals for students, including making AI proficiency, a graduation for requirement, which is hilarious because, you know, the teacher's main complaint is that children are doing everything with AI and then they're not learning how to do it themselves. And so you're going to teach them how to use AI, but you're not going to, you know, allow them to use it. It, you know, it's like as absurd as when third grade they give you a calculator and then they say, oh, you can't use it for the math.

No, I love. Or like when they told us that you're not always going to have a calculator. Meanwhile, I, I do always. I'm a calculator. Thank you for that. Thank you very much. But yes, this is my point and I'm glad that you touched on this because I have many points, the first of which I already said I don't want the government instituting curriculum and public schools telling my kids how to live their lives. All of that. I got that. Thanks. I'm. I got it. But also, I feel like our school systems are so. It's horrendous. Kids can't read, y'.

Like, there are children, not even children. There are teenagers. There are people out there right now who cannot read. They, like, the literacy rate is atrocious. And we, we've reached this point in public education where like, they're just passing kids like, it doesn't matter what your grades are. It doesn't matter. And I've seen video after video after video of teachers complaining about this where a kid turns in an assignment four months late and they have to just give them credit for it. And they're like, there's, there's no accountability, there's no actual learning. And I sound like such a boomer right now. I'm sorry, I sound like really old, like old man yelling at the clouds. But our education system is garbage. And this is what we're going to this, this is what we're doing. I feel like, no, thank you. I feel like, can we please get, you know, some actual literacy? Can we actually do some. And of course, because that's not what our school systems are built for. Our school systems are built to make little workers. Right? Like that's it. They don't want you thinking none of that stuff. But this is, this is absurd to me that this is what we are spending time, energy and effort on in the public school system. It makes no sense. It is, again, these are conversations that need to be had at home with parents. And I, I just, I don't understand why that is a controversial statement to make.

And can I just add one more thing is, yes, I'm rambling the right wing counter to the, the pride stuff and the LGBT stuff in schools where they're trying to teach their, their version of culture to kids and indoctrinate them in that. And obviously these same Republicans who are pushing this in Ohio, if the, the curriculum said that, you know, all teachers must have like inclusive stories about parents and so all the parents can't be heterosexual, there has to be homosexual, are non traditional of other kinds of people in the literature that the kids are reading that they would oppose that. And I think they would be right to do so. I don't think that school should be about anything other than, you know, teaching kids basic history, science, civics, math, how to write. And, and that's the only thing that they really don't do anymore.

You know, the kids who are very good at those things, it's not necessarily because of the curriculum and their teachers. It's just because those kids are motivated to, children are motivated to learn. And as long as you give them any kind of environment to all do so, they're going to like, strive to strive to do that. And even with all like the, the current problems in schools, a lot of kids are still learning, but they're just making it worse and worse and worse.

Yes, it's horrendous. And also, I just want to point out the direct hypocrisy of these two stories. You have Republicans in Ohio who are saying that 13 year olds are old enough to get married, but then they have this curriculum that says, no, no, no, no, no, you should graduate high school first and then get a job and get married. Well, you can't graduate high school at 13 schmucks. That's not a thing that you do. So make up your mind.
