Today's TLS episode is a wonderful interview with my dear friend and popular RTT and Life Between Lives Hypnotherapist, Rachel Crethar.

Rachel has been a regular RTT hypnotherapist on many courses over the years in the Lively Community, and I've recommended her to around 20 friends, family, and community members. I've also done Life Between Life and RTT sessions with her myself. She also has a new emotional eating platform called Higher Ground, for those who want a customised approach to the topic in their own lives.

Today on the show we are sharing about her experience with business and having a job at the same time, she's opening up about the changes in her approach to being a passionate healer and business owner now and in the greater perspective of her life, which I hope will resonate positively with many who listen.
