We need to know about this or it’ll come to us. In this deeply urgent and horrifying episode, I spoke with activist and survivor Sammy Woodhouse ( @officialsammyuk ) to discuss the recently released Rape Gang Inquiry Report and expose the hidden, massive crisis that’s occurring across the UK (and areas of Europe). After surviving years of horrific exploitation, rape, abuse, and a total systemic failure by the authorities who were paid to protect her, Sammy took matters into her own hands. She exposed the largest child abuse scandal in British history, leading to a 35-year prison sentence for her abuser. The fact that she had to do this herself is shameful. Sammy has recently lead the Rape Gang Inquiry, alongside MP Rupert Lowe, that reveals a terrifying reality: an estimated 250,000 girls and women have been harmed by these institutional cover-ups and targeted Pakistani Muslim networks (on the low end). Nobody talks about it because they don’t want to be called racist. It’s insane. From being briefed by mainstream media not to mention the demographics of her abusers live on air, to exposing the deep corruption within UK social care, police forces, and political parties, Sammy shares her story and the story of countless others. This is conversation about rampant immigration, the dangers that come with that, and corruption at the highest levels of the government. Dr. Adam Omary is a psychologist, neuroscientist, and researcher at the Cato Institute. His doctoral work at Harvard focused on the rise in gender dysphoria among adolescent girls, and he is currently writing a book on the psychology of progress. In this episode, we discuss what the latest data on puberty blockers shows, why psychiatric diagnoses continue to rise despite living in one of the safest and most prosperous periods in human history, and how incentives within the mental health system may be contributing to overdiagnosis. We also get into the rapid increase in autism diagnoses following the pandemic, the expansion of the DSM, SSRI use among young adults, smartphone bans in schools, social media and mental health, and the difference between normal human suffering and psychiatric illness.Topics:• New data on puberty blockers• Gender dysphoria research• SSRI use in Gen Z• The expansion of the DSM• Overdiagnosis in psychiatry• Autism diagnoses after COVID• Smartphone bans in schools• Social media and mental health• Grief vs. major depressive disorder• Incentives in the mental health industry• The psychology of progressFind Dr. Omary:humanprogress.orgCato InstituteFor a high quality education and community consider enrolling in Peterson Academy: https://petersonacademy.com/—Research Sites—Newsletter/website: https://mikhailapeterson.comFuller Research Foundation: https://fullerresearch.orgLion Diet: https://liondiet.comBiotoxin: https://biotoxin.comPrescribed-Harm: https://prescribed-harm.com—Socials—Meta: https://facebook.com/mikhailapetersonpodcastX: https://x.com/MikhailaFullerInstagram: https://instagram.com/mikhailapetersonTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@mikhailapetersonKeywords: Dr Adam Omary Harvard, puberty blockers longitudinal data, Gen Z SSRIs overdiagnosis, DSM psychiatric overdiagnosis, gender dysphoria surge teenage girls, Jonathan Haidt social media mental health, ADHD overdiagnosis, autism COVID diagnosis, Cato Institute mental health, Mikhaila Peterson podcast, psychology of progress

Ben Greenfield is back. This episode is very practical and very dense. We cover the carnivore and lion diet clinical study I’m running, including why we’re comparing those diets against ketogenic and standard American diets for autoimmune and psychiatric conditions.Ben also walks through his peptide routine, including what he uses on travel days, why he prefers NAD patches over IVs, and his morning and evening growth hormone peptide protocol. We also get into why the peptide market has changed, seed oils, histamine sensitivity, grass-fed vs. grain-finished beef, mold exposure, and why “clean” food is not always as clean as people think.Find Ben at bengreenfieldfitness.com

Laura Delano was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at 14 and spent the next 13 years on psychiatric medications including lithium, Lamictal, Abilify, Effexor, and Ativan. After being labeled “treatment resistant” and nearly ending her life, she started questioning whether the medications themselves were part of the problem. In this conversation, Laura walks through what happened when she came off five psychiatric drugs, the years-long withdrawal process that followed, and how she rebuilt her health afterward. She also explains why she founded the Inner Compass Initiative, a nonprofit helping people taper off psychiatric medications safely. We discuss:• Psychiatric drug dependence and withdrawal• Withdrawal vs. relapse• Hyperbolic tapering• The chemical imbalance theory• Akathisia and neurological symptoms• Diet and recovery• Birth control and psychiatric medication• RFK Jr. and psychiatric drug policy• TikTok censorship• Why 1 in 4 Americans are now on psych medsFind Laura:lauradelano.cominnercompass.orgX: @LauraDeLanoBook: Unshrunk: A Story of Psychiatric Treatment Resistance - unshrunkthebook.comSubmit your experience at: prescribed-harm.comResources for tapering/studies: prescribed-harm.comChapters:00:00 Intro02:08 Why Laura Delano Thinks the RFK Moment Is a Real Opportunity07:45 Laura Delano Believed She Would Be a Monster Without the Medications10:13 How Psychiatry Turns Every Human Experience Into a Symptom17:24 What Long Term Psychiatric Medications Actually Do to the Brain20:32 The Moment Laura Delano Asked: What If It's the Treatment, Not the Illness23:04 The First Year Off All 5 Drugs: Brushing Teeth Was the Whole Day36:27 The First Time Laura Delano Was Free From Pharmaceuticals as an Adult43:58 What Laura Delano Actually Thinks About the RFK Psychiatric Medication Rumor53:01 Withdrawal vs Relapse: The Distortion Keeping 65 Million Americans on These Meds56:45 What Akathisia Actually Feels Like From the Inside01:00:09 Laura Delano's Advice for Anyone Who Wants to Come Off These Medications01:02:12 Tapering Is Not About the Drugs. I had Tom Benson, CEO of Mitrix on to discuss mitochondrial transplantation. We covered what mitochondria are, the discovery that your body is constantly delivering fresh mitochondria through your bloodstream (people didn’t know that mitochondria were transferred outside the cell until recently!), why we age, what kills mitochondria (stress, smoking, radiation, chemotherapy and certain antibiotics like fluoroquinolones, psych meds), why COVID destroys mitochondria and what that means for long COVID, the Alzheimer's and Parkinson's brain tissue regeneration research their company has already done in mice, what mitochondrial transplantation actually is and how it has already been used in pediatric heart surgery, what a bioreactor growing mitochondria for personal use might look like, and more. Find Tom at mitrix.bio (http://mitrix.bio/).

I had Dr. Jaban Moore on my podcast! In my opinion one of the top integrative doctors out there. He works with people around the world on complex chronic illness: Lyme disease, mold toxicity, heavy metals, MCAS, long COVID and everything in between. We get into a ton. Why blood tests for heavy metals are almost completely useless, how your body adapts to toxins so well that your labs can look fine while you are actually very sick, why psych meds can still be sitting in your cells years after you stopped taking them, what it actually means when you react badly to magnesium or B vitamins, the energy budget framework and why high achievers can burn themselves out. Why living in a bubble and feeling okay is not the same as being healed (duh), how trauma and mold toxicity create the same internal loop that keeps your body stuck in fight or flight, what the neurotoxic loop is and why leaving a moldy house does not automatically stop the immune response. He’s an integrative doc I’d trust to treat patients properly and worth a listen.Find Dr. Jaban Moore at drjabanmoore.com and on Instagram.

I've wanted to have this kind of conversation for a long time. Wesley Huff is a New Testament historian who studies ancient manuscripts, and he is exactly the kind of thinker I wish I had found before I became a Christian. The logical part of my brain needed someone who could walk through the evidence without assuming you already believe it.In this episode we get into how close modern Bibles actually are to the original manuscripts and why we are getting closer to the original text over time, not further away. Why the ESV is not a dumbed-down Bible and why words in the King James have actually changed meaning. Whether a Christian can lose their salvation and what the Scripture says about it. The best historical case for the resurrection and why liars make bad martyrs. What speaking in tongues actually was in the New Testament and why it requires a translator. The Gnostic Gospels, the Gospel of Thomas and why early Christians already knew these were fake. What Gnosticism actually teaches and why it is making a quiet comeback today. And why studying under people who don't believe Christianity only made Wesley's faith stronger.Find Wesley at ApologeticsCanada.com and on Peterson Academy.—Research Sites—Newsletter/website: https://mikhailapeterson.comFuller Research Foundation: https://fullerresearch.orgLion Diet: https://liondiet.comBiotoxin: https://biotoxin.comPrescribed-Harm: https://prescribed-harm.com—Socials—Meta: https://facebook.com/mikhailapetersonpodcastX: https://x.com/MikhailaFullerInstagram: https://instagram.com/mikhailapetersonTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@mikhailapeterson

Here’s a podcast I was really interested in, about mitochondrial dysfunction. From all my years of using ketogenic diets like the lion diet for health, getting impacted by mold, experiencing SSRI induced withdrawal/damage, it finally appears like the root cause is mitochondrial dysfunction at a cellular level. The research into this is cutting edge and fascinating. Chris Masterjohn, a PhD in nutritional sciences, runs a mitochondrial testing company called mito.me and is unbelievably knowledgeable about mitochondrial dysfunction. We get into what serotonin is actually doing in your body, why SSRIs and benzodiazepines are actually mitochondrial drugs in ways nobody prescribing them understands, why the lion diet and other keto diets work from a biochemistry standpoint, why mega-dosing supplements can harm you, what B vitamins and red meat have to do with inflammation, how mold toxicity and food reactions can produce identical symptoms and more. This one is for anyone who has been chronically sick and wants to understand what’s going on at a cellular level.Find Chris at chrismasterjohnphd.substack.com and mito.me—Follow Me—All Platforms: https://linktr.ee/mikhailapetersonInstagram: https://instagram.com/mikhailapetersonTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@mikhailapetersonWebsite: https://mikhailapeterson.comLion Diet: https://liondiet.comBiotoxin: https://biotoxin.comFacebook: https://facebook.com/mikhailapetersonpodcastTwitter: https://twitter.com/MikhailaFullerInstagram: https://instagram.com/mikhailapetersonTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@mikhailapetersonTelegram: https://t.me/mikhailapeterson

In this episode, I sat down with Josh Macin (founder of The Detox Dudes), a former Jiu-Jitsu world and Pan American champion who went from peak physical and professional success to a complete physical and mental collapse. He shares the exact step-by-step protocol that finally turned his life around: including mast cell stabilization (including ketotifen) parasite cleansing, liver flushes and gallbladder support, heavy metal chelation/detox and more. We also discuss coffee enemas for liver/parasite support, DMSO with castor oil, why many chronic illnesses (anxiety, depression, fatigue, food sensitivities) may stem from hidden toxicity rather than just "stress" or "psychology," and the importance of regaining control over your body and mind. In this episode, Dr. Robert Abbott, a clinician and researcher in functional medicine, joined me to discuss his role in what is set to become the largest study ever conducted on rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) using dietary intervention, specifically the ketogenic diet and the carnivore “lion” diet. These conditions are typically treated with powerful immunosuppressive medications, yet very little rigorous research has explored how diet itself might influence inflammation, symptoms, and quality of life.We discussed why dietary interventions have historically been neglected in medical research and the long established history of research and randomized trials for vegan diets (which are extensive despite the nutritional profile of the carnivore diet beating it on nearly every nutritional metric without use of supplements). We also talked about the current evidence that inspired the study. At the moment, there are no large dedicated trials examining ketogenic or carnivore diets for RA or IBD. The largest published evidence in inflammatory bowel disease is a 2024 case series of just 10 patients following mostly carnivore–ketogenic diets, where all participants achieved remission with significant quality-of-life improvements. While promising, the study was small and uncontrolled—which is why larger, rigorous research like this is needed.Enjoy!Link to GoFundMe: https://gofund.me/e8ba31ba4Link to apply to the study: https://l.bttr.to/mXwngCriteria for Inclusion:1.
