In this episode, I’m joined by Arianna Montanari, yoga teacher, beekeeper, and creator of natural skincare, for a gentle, honest conversation about pain and healing. We explore how pain can reduce when we meet the body with kindness rather than force, and how movement doesn’t have to be violent or pushing to be effective. Arianna shares how years of living for others and outsourcing her power intensified her pain, and how everything shifted when she chose to listen to her body instead. By learning her body’s own language and treating it with care, her relationship with pain transformed. This episode is an invitation to soften, take your power back, and meet your body as an ally rather than something to fix. It's our monthly dreamwork podcast with my dear friend, Shauna. We explored the living language of dreams, the symbols, sensations, colours, and moments that rise up from the subconscious / psyche to speak to us in the night. We talk about how dreams aren’t random stories. They’re experiences, felt in the body before they’re ever understood in the mind. They’re pulsing with emotional truth, pointing us toward fulfillment, depth, pleasure, and the parts of ourselves we’ve forgotten to listen to. And then… we go into a listeners recurring dreams the one where the smell of smoke jolts her awake, where panic floods her where the hallway glows orange like a fire, and where she run toward her children on the other side of the living room. We explore many angles this dream might be taking the dreamer on, and we trust our insights will bring the dreamer some softness, an opening and a deeper connection with this dream and its message. Shauna and I are so very honoured to hold your dreams and explore them on this podcast. if you would like us to explore yours, please share them using this link. In this episode I sit down with somatic coach Kari Hovik for a powerful conversation about what it actually means to embody your Human Design, not from the mind, but from the body. We talk about what it looks like to live as each time in real time:to hold your energy, and to walk through the world as you, not the version of you that’s been coached, corrected, or talked out of your natural power. Kari shares how the mind will always try to pull us away from our truth… but until our nervous system is regulated, grounded, and rested, we can’t truly access the fullness of our Human design. If your mind is running the show right now, let this episode be an invitation to pause, soften your body, and come home to your inner rhythm. First the nervous system settles… then the body comes online… then your design wakes up. This is how we feel it. This is how we respond / Initiate / reflect / receive This is how we arrive as ourselves. A must-listen if you want to move out of overthinking and into embodied living. In today’s episode, I sit down with Vibrant Kylie from Young Warrior Hearts. From a rough and rocky start to life, Kylie has grown, healed, and risen into the kind of adult her younger self desperately needed. Now she pours that wisdom into children and teens, helping them see that they are the hero in their own story. Through storytelling, imagination, and the magic of being truly seen, Kylie gives young people a language for their inner world and in doing so, she continues to heal the little 7-year-old girl inside herself. This episode is for anyone who believes in the power of story, the resilience of the human spirit, and the way healing ripples through generations when one woman chooses to rise. In this episode, I sit down with my coach, Casey Warwick, for a deep, heart-led conversation about being in service, to love, to God, and to life itself. Together, we explore how devotion and daily acts of love create the foundation for provision, trust, and deeper connection. What We Talk About: What it really means to be of service, not for recognition or reward, but as an offering to love itself. The small, everyday ripples of service that open the heart: a softened tone, an honest word, a quiet act of kindness. Why those who give to get burn out fast, and how true service keeps you open to divine provision. Casey’s initiation into trust, in God, in relationships, and in her own vulnerability. Relearning partnership and building new foundations of honesty, connection, and faith. The link between trusting God and trusting men and how control and clinging block the flow of what’s truly meant for us. The cost of self-abandonment and how resentment is often a sign we’ve said “no” to ourselves somewhere along the way. Why you can’t miss what’s for you but you can block yourself from receiving it. Strap in, its a great episode with lots of takeaways. To join Casey and Jai's new program - Money, Men and God click here To get The Advent calendar for your heart click here
In this episode, I sit down with Laura Summs, a therapist and inner-child advocate, to explore the tender art of re-parenting the parts of us that learned to stay quiet. We talk about how the inner children in the shadow the ones who hide behind perfectionism, people-pleasing, or emotional shutdown are often the ones most in need of our love. Laura shares how to begin building trust with those younger parts, so they feel safe enough to show themselves and soften. Because until we take them seriously… until we hold them in love… we’ll keep replaying our old adaptive patterns, still trying to earn safety instead of embodying it. This conversation is an invitation to meet your inner child with curiosity, compassion, and a promise: you’re safe with me now. Listen in for stories, practices, and gentle reminders that healing comes from finally loving all the pieces you once left behind.
Lucy and Shauna unpack a recurring dream that so many of us secretly know, turning up somewhere important without shoes, or being late and terrified of getting in trouble. Our dreamer has had this dream since high school: she shows up to school or work barefoot or in slippers, or arrives late and spirals into panic instead of simply calling ahead. Together, Lucy and Shauna explore what these dream motifs might mean, through a therapeutic, symbolic, and body-based lens.
