In this conversation I'm joined by the amazing Alison Keeton, who is a speaker, best selling author, Mind-Heart body teacher and leading certified fitness and wellness professional. She gives such great insight into viewing our bodies as beautiful and integral parts of our walk with Jesus. Alisa shares her journey of discovering Christ-centered fitness and how it transformed her relationship with her body.

We explore the misconception that our bodies are bad and the importance of understanding the difference between the body and the flesh. It's so important to treat our bodies well because they are created by God and are meant to be honored and cared for.

We talk all the time on this podcast about the relationship with our emotions, our mind and our physical health. Alisa does a great job at helping people redefine their why! She encourages women to have a vision for their bodies that is connected to their value and to focus on the internal benefits of movement rather than external appearance.
