Elizabeth is a psychotherapist living in Asheville, NC. She works with clients using equine-assisted psychotherapy (therapy using horses!) and has an office where she sees clients (far fewer horses). She facilitates anti-racism trainings for therapists.

Whitney Owens is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Private Practice Consultant. She lives in Savannah, Georgia, where she owns a group private practice, Water’s Edge Counseling. In addition to running her practice, she offers individual and group consulting through Practice of the Practice. Whitney places a special emphasis on helping clinicians start and grow faith-based practices.

Amanda Gaudet is a licensed clinical social worker currently working in training, consulting and organizational development at a large non-profit in New York City. She is passionate about dismantling systematic oppression at all levels. Amanda considers herself a life learner in her commitment to social justice.

Dr. Jo has been a psychologist for 14 years and living with chronic illnesses since she was 15. She's worked in community mental health, university counseling centers, multiple Veterans Affairs hospitals, nursing homes, and now private practice. Since she's a recovering overachiever, she's also an author, an editor, a registered yoga teacher and trained as a death & mourning doula. She has been known to dress as a unicorn--repeatedly--and has been kissed by a giant Amazonian river otter.

Katie K. May is a licensed therapist and online course creator. Maureen Werrbach, LCPC, is a multi-business entrepreneur in the mental health field. She owns Urban Wellness, a large counseling group practice in Chicago, The Group Practice Exchange, a business coaching firm, and co-owns Group Practice Builders, a business focused conference for group practice owners. Her aim in life is helping the helpers. As a helping professional herself, she knows first-hand the focus healthcare providers put on making a positive impact in the world.
