During the third week of February 1987 the New Zealand Frigate HMNZS Southland was 175 miles off the coast of the North Island of New Zealand. At 1 am the ship started tracking a USO that was 20 kms behind the vessel. After 30 minutes the USO went from 20kms behind to underneath the warship in less than 30 seconds. At that point the Southland loss all power and was set adrift. Sonar operator David Barnett gives a very detailed interview about what happened that night. Cases include a soldier who is taken aboard a craft near his fire base at Chu Chee. There is also the incredible incident at Nha Trang Air Base when a 50 foot wide UFO hovered 300 feet above the base and cut off all power and lit up the entire area like it was daytime. On February 27th Major General William McCasland seemed to vanish off the face to the earth. Scientist Monica Reza went on a hike in the Angeles National Forest just north of Los Angeles. While hiking with her friend she seemed to disappear from the trail. She was last seen at 9:10 am on June 22, 2025. Reza wasn't just any Scientist, she was the co-inventor of a nickel based superalloy called Mondaloy which has been called one of the most important parts of current U.S. National Security strategy.
